Handling Static-Sensitive Devices
The MagicVisi on USB Internet Video Conferen cing Camera, like
all electronic equipment, is static sensitive. Please take all the
proper precautions when handling this device.
Note:

yourself with the camera as well as your computer system before
proceeding. Follow the instructions step by step and pay attention to any

In this section you will install the MagicVision USB and all the

Wait until you are prompted to do so during the installation

Unplug all your USB devices before you start your system

Once in Windows, insert the installation CD into your CD-ROM

The installation program will start automatically. If the program

2. Click o n the “Run” option.
3. Click o n the “Browse” button.
4. Browse to you CD-ROM drive and select the SETUP.EXE file.
5. Click o n the “OK” button.

Select your AC power frequency for banding filtering. If you are

in the U.S.A, Canada, Korea, or Taiwan select 60 HZ. Click on the
“Next” button.

If the New Install Wizard cannot find your Windows 98 CD, Click

on the “Other Location” button and browse to the right location.
