Before printing, read the Operating Instructions and Troubleshooting Guide in its entirety!
1. Remove the top foam cover and vertically lift out the two foam stabilizers.

Belt Retainers
White Zip Tie
3. By grabbing both sides of the printer frame, lift the printer out of the box
4. Remove the two belt retainers and cut the white zip tie

5. Loosen the yellow thumb screw and rotate the z-axis knob counter-clockwise to lift the print

platform. Once lifted, remove the foam insert from underneath
6. Remove the two black thumb screws and slide the left side channel off of the printer
7. Using the white thumb screws, attach the spool holder with the orientation show below

8. Attach the side channel to the printer frame using only the bottom two holes. Make sure the wiring

is all contained within the channel as it was when it was first removed. Do not overtighten black thumbscrews.
9. Attach the filament guide to the frame using the top two holes on the side channel and the
remaining black thumbscrews. Place the free end of the filament tube into the top of the extruder drive as shown below.

10. Connect the power supply by attaching it to the power plug on the back of the printer. Once that is
complete, follow the procedure in the instructions on board leveling and z-axis calibration.
