Before youcall for or request servicing, troubleshoot a problem by performing following checks:

vated?Under SILENCE operation,
noise reduction is prioritized and the air-conditioningperformance may
become lower.
-- The unit may stopoperation or continueto runin asafety condition
(depending onmodels). Waiting for about 10 minutes,the fault maybe
recoveredautomatically, if not,disconnect the powerand then connect it
in again. If the problem stillexists, disconnect thepower and contactthe
nearestcustomer service center.

absorbed into the air conditioner may beemitted. Ifnot the case call your
suitable contractor.
Room temperature reaches the temperature setting of theremote control.

Interference from cell phone towers and remote boosters may cause the
unit tomalfunction
Disconnect the power and then re-connect.
Press the ON/OFF button onthe remotecontroller to restart operation.
Automatically happens in heating mode:

--perform automatic defrostingoperation,

low temperature heating operation

In COOL mode, a mist generated by condensation formed withsudden
coolingprocess maybe emitted.
Hissingsound-- duringoperation orimmediately after stoppingthe air
conditioner, refrigerant flowing sound may be head.
Squeakingsound-- normalexpansion andcontraction ofplastic andmetal
parts caused by temperature change during the operation.
Rushing air-- when louver resets its position.
Mist may generate dueto moisturegenerated fromdefrosting process
