1.3Warranty
Invacareguaranteesthattheirwheelchairsarefreefrom defectsandarefullyfunctional.Thewarrantycoversall faultsanddefectswhichareveriablyattributabletofaulty construction,substandardmaterialsorpoorworkmanship. Warrantyclaimsagainstthemanufacturermayonlybemade bythedistributorandnotbytheuseroftheproduct.
Thewarrantydoesnotcovernormalwearandtear,the consequencesofimproperhandlingordamage,poor maintenanceandincorrectassemblyorcommissioning bythepurchaserorathirdpersonorfaultswhichare attributabletocircumstancesbeyondourcontrol.Wearing partsarenotcoveredbytheguarantee.Thewarrantyis voidedifmodicationsaremadetotheproductwhichwere notauthorizedandnotperformedbythespecialistdealer orifinappropriateaccessoriesorsparepartsareused. Thewarrantydoesnotcoverconsequentialcostsarising fromtherecticationofdefectssuchasfreightandtravel expenses,laborcosts,feesetc.
Thetermofthewarrantyis24months.

Thelowactivewheelchairispropelledmanuallyandshould onlybeusedforindependentorassistedtransportof adisabledpersonwithmobilitydifculties.Thismanual wheelchairisintendedtoprovidemobilitytopersonsages 15andup(adolescentsandadults)withamaximumweight capacityof125kg.Thedeviceisindicatedtoprovide mobilitytopersonslimitedtosittingposition.Whenused withoutanassistant,itshouldonlybeusedbypersonswho
