Directions for Use

1. IWAL has an integral 67mm lens thread along with
a 46mm and 52mm thread adapter. For Intova IC14
use the 52mm thread adapter. All other Intova
cameras use the 46mm adapter. Simply screw the
adapter onto the back of lens and then screw the
combined unit onto camera housing lensport.

2. IWAL can be attached and removed either on land
or underwater.

3. Do not use excessive force when tightening IWAL
on to the waterproof housing lens port ring.

4. Do not use the built-in camera ash when the IWAL
is attached.

5. To avoid shadows at the corners of the image, do
not set camera’s lens zoom to maximum wide angle
position.

Handling Precautions

1. Protect the IWAL against extreme temperature
change.

2. To avoid condensation inside the lens, please use
the IWAL at temperatures between 0

3. If IWAL becomes hot due to storage in an area with
high temperatures, please allow lens to cool before
using underwater to prevent condensation.

4. Do not drop the lens.

5. Do not clean IWAL with organic (petroleum based)
solvents.

6. To avoid damage to your eyes, do not look at the
sun through the lens.

7. Avoid excessive force when attaching or removing
IWAL from camera’s waterproof housing.

8. After each use clean IWAL by rinsing thoroughly
with fresh water to remove any salt, dirt or debris.

9. Do not store lens in direct sunlight or in areas with
high temperatures or humidity.

STANDARD WARRANTY

Intova warrants its products against defects in material and workmanship for
1 year from Date of Purchase. Pursuant to this Limited Warranty, Intova will,
at its option, repair or replace legitimately defective products. Repair and/or
replacement may include the use of refurbished parts or products. “Refurbished”
means products or parts that have been factory restored to original specifications.

Warranty coverage only applies to the original purchaser, when purchased from
an authorized Intova dealer. Proof of Purchase from authorized dealer must

be included with all warranty returns.

To obtain warranty service, contact Intova for a Return Authorization number.
Product and Proof of Purchase must be returned, freight prepaid, to Intova with
RA number clearly marked on package. Product must be sent in original or
comparable packaging that protects the contents. It is the owner’s responsibility
to back up and save all data, photos or software. Intova will not be responsible
for loss or damage to data, software or photos.
