Einleitung:

Wir freuen uns, dass Sie sich für ein Poolset aus unserem Sortiment
entschieden haben. Nehmen Sie sich bitte ein paar Minuten Zeit um
diese Aufbauanleitung zu lesen bevor Sie mit dem Aufstellen des
Pools beginnen. Dadurch bekommen Sie die nötige Information um
die Lebensdauer des Pools zu verlängern sowie Sicherheit und
Badevergnügen zu garantieren.

Zum Aufstellen werden mindestens 2 Personen benötigt, es geht na­türlich schneller wenn noch jemand mithilft. Montagedauer ohne Un­tergrundvorbereitung und Befüllung ca.3 Std.

Für die Montage ist zusätzliches Werkzeug bzw. Material erforder­lich (nicht im Lieferumfang enthalten):

 Schraubenzieher
 Isolierband
 Langes Holzbrett (gerade!)
 Maßband
 Metallsäge
 Sicherheits-Handschuhe
 Wasserwaage
 Schwimmbadvlies

Wichtige Informationen:

Lesen und befolgen Sie alle Anweisungen bevor Sie das Produkt in
Betrieb nehmen!

 Ständige, kompetente Aufsicht von Kindern und Menschen mit

Behinderung durch Erwachsene ist wichtig.

 Treffen Sie Sicherheitsmaßnahmen, damit es zu keinem unerwün-

schten Benützen des Pools kommt.

 Treffen Sie auf Sicherheitsvorkehrungen um Kinder und Haustiere

zu schützen.

 Pool und Poolzubehör sollten nur von Erwachsenen auf- und

abgebaut werden.

 Nie in den Pool springen und nicht tauchen.
 Um einen sicheren Aufbau zu garantieren stellen Sie den Pool auf

einem sicheren kompakten Untergrund auf. Ansonsten kann es
passieren, dass der Pool zusammenklappt und eine sich im Pool
befindende Person aus dem Pool „geschwemmt“ und verletzt wird.

 Erlauben Sie niemandem auf den Seiten des Pools zu sitzen bzw.

hinaufzuklettern.

 Bitte entfernen Sie alle Wasserspielzeuge im und rund um den

Pool, wenn er nicht benutzt wird, da solche Spielzeuge kleine
Kinder anziehen.

 Entfernen Sie Sessel, Tische oder andere Kletterhilfen für Kinder

vom Pool.

 Achten Sie darauf, dass sich die Sicherheitsausstattung beim Pool

sowie die Notrufnummern beim nächsten Telefon befinden.
Beispiele für Rettungsausrüstung:

 Von der Küstenwache genehmigte Ringboje mit Seil, eine mindes-

tens 366 cm lange Rettungsstange.

 Halten Sie Ihr Pool sauber und rein. Von Außen muss der Poolbo-

den immer sichtbar sein.

 Wenn Sie in der Nacht Ihr Pool benützen wollen, achten Sie

darauf, dass alle Warnhinweise, die Leiter, der

 Poolboden und die Umgebung genügend beleuchtet sind.
 Unter Einfluss von Alkohol oder Drogen niemals den Pool be-

nutzen!

 Achtung halten Sie Kinder von dem bedeckten Pool fern um zu

verhindern, dass sich diese in der Abdeckplane verwickeln und so
ertrinken, oder sich schwer verletzen können.

 Abdeckplanen müssen vor der Poolbenützung vollständig entfernt

werden. Achten Sie darauf, dass sich keine Kinder und Erwach­senen unter der Plane befinden, da diese nicht gesehen werden
können.

 Bitte den Pool nicht zudecken, wenn der Pool benutzt wird.
 Halten Sie den Bereich rund um den Pool sauber, damit man Ver-

letzungen, die durch Ausrutschen oder Hinfallen verursacht
werden, vorbeugen kann.

 Halten Sie das Wasser sauber, so schützen Sie alle Benutzer des

Pools vor Krankheiten.

 Der Pool ist ein Gebrauchsobjekt. Achten Sie auf die richtige

Wartung Ihres Pools. Oft kann eine übermäßige oder schnell
voranschreitende Verschlechterung der Wasserqualität dem Pool
schaden.

 Dieser Pool ist nur für die Benützung im Freien geeignet.
 Um sicherzustellen, dass das Wasser mindestens einmal am Tag

umgewälzt wird, wird empfohlen, die Filterpumpe auch während
der Benützung des Schwimmbeckens einzuschalten. Lesen Sie
genauere Hinweise zur Errechnung der benötigten Betriebsstund­en der Filterpumpe in der Bedienungsanleitung nach.

 Der Pool sollte immer mit Wasser befüllt sein. Sollte der Pool voll-

ständig entleert werden dann achten Sie unbedingt darauf die
Stahlwand zu sichern, da diese ansonsten umkippt.

Wichtige Sicherheitsvorschriften:

Lesen und befolgen Sie alle Anweisungen bevor Sie das Produkt in
Betrieb nehmen! Diese Warnungen, Anleitungen und Sicher­heitsrichtlinien behandeln einige allgemeine Gefahren bei der Erho­lung im Wasser, aber sie können nicht alle Gefahren und Risiken in
allen Fällen abdecken. Seien Sie vorsichtig, der gesunde
Menschenverstand und richtiges Einschätzungsvermögen während
des Badens sind wichtig. Für späteres Nachschlagen ist diese
Anleitung aufzubewahren.

Generell

 Überprüfen Sie Stifte, Bolzen und Schrauben regelmäßig auf Rost

und kontrollieren Sie, ob es Splitter oder scharfe Kanten gibt, um
Verletzungen zu vermeiden (vorallem auf berührbaren Ober­flächen).

Sicherheit der Nichtschwimmer

 Die ununterbrochene, aktive und aufmerksame Beaufsichtigung

von ungeübten Schwimmern und Nichtschwimmern durch einen
kompetenten Erwachsenen ist ständig erforderlich (bedenkend,
dass bei Kindern unter fünf Jahren die Ertrinkungsgefahr am
größten ist).

 Bestimmen Sie einen kompetenten Erwachsenen, der den Pool

bei jeder Benutzung beaufsichtigt.

 Ungeübte Schwimmer und Nichtschwimmer sollten eine persönli-

che Schutzausrüstung tragen, wenn sie den

 Pool benutzen.

Sicherheitsvorrichtungen

 Es ist empfehlenswert, eine Absperrung zu montieren (und alle

Türen und Fenster – wenn möglich – zu sichern) um unbefugten
Zugang zum Swimming-Pool zu verhindern.

 Absperrungen, Pool-Abdeckungen, Pool-Alarm oder ähnliche

Sicherheitseinrichtungen sind gute Hilfsmittel, aber sie sind kein
Ersatz für ununterbrochene und kompetente Beaufsichtigung
durch Erwachsene.

Sicherheitsausrüstung

 Es ist empfehlenswert, Rettungsgeräte (zB Rettungsring) beim

Pool aufzubewahren.

Sichere Benutzung des Pools

 Ermutigen Sie alle Benutzer – insbesondere Kinder – schwimmen

zu lernen.

 Lernen Sie die lebensrettenden Sofortmaßnahmen (Wiederbele-

bung) und frischen Sie diese Kenntnisse

 regelmäßig auf. Das kann im Notfall den lebensrettenden Unter-

schied machen.

Notfall zu tun ist.

 Stürzen Sie sich nie in seichte Gewässer. Dies kann zu schweren

Verletzungen oder zum Tod führen.

 Benutzen Sie den Swimming-Pool nicht, wenn Sie Alkohol oder

Medikamente einnehmen; dies kann Ihre

 Fähigkeit zur sicheren Benutzung des Pools beeinträchtigen.
 Wenn Poolabdeckungen verwendet werden, entfernen Sie diese

vollständig von der Wasseroberfläche, bevor Sie in den Pool
steigen.

Um Sie vor unnötigen Überraschungen zu schützen, ist es sinnvoll,
dass Sie sich vor dem Beckenaufbau einen Plan darüber machen,
welches Material Sie benötigen und was Sie in welchem Zeitplan er­ledigen wollen.

Stellen Sie Ihr Schwimmbecken nicht an einem windigen Tag auf.
Der Stahlmantel ist bei starkem Wind nur sehr schwer zu handha­ben, könnte einknicken und irreparabel beschädigt werden. Montie­ren Sie die Schwimmbadfolie an einem warmen, sonnigen Tag, da­mit sie leicht im Schwimmbecken auszulegen ist. Sie sollten die
Schwimmbadfolie aber auch nicht in direkter Sonneneinstrahlung
montieren, da durch die Wärmeausdehnung keine optimale Pass­genauigkeit der Folie gegeben ist. Der beste Zeitpunkt für die Mon­tage der Schwimmbadfolie ist im Sommer, frühmorgens oder spät­abends. Montieren Sie die Schwimmbadfolie nicht bei Außentem­peraturen unter 20°C, anderenfalls ist die Folie steif und sehr
schwer zu montieren.
Die Schwimmbadfilteranlage und eventuell anderes Zubehör werden
elektrisch betrieben. Wenn Sie im Bereich Ihres Gartens über keine
entsprechenden Elektroanschlüsse verfügen, so ist es erforderlich
diese herzustellen.
Die erforderlichen Elektroanschlüsse sind von einem konzessionier­ten Elektrounternehmen auszuführen. Die Zuleitungen sind zu Erden
und zusätzlich mit einem Fehlerstrom-Schutzschalter 30 Milliampere
abzusichern. Die jeweiligen gesetzlichen Bestimmungen wie ÖVE,
VDE etc. sind einzuhalten.
Vermeiden Sie scharfe Gegenstände im Schwimmbecken. Dies
könnte zu Beschädigungen an der Folie führen.
Steigen Sie nicht auf den Handlauf. Dies könnte zu einer Beschädi­gung des Handlaufes oder der Beckenwand führen.

Schwimmbecken mit einer Tiefe von 90 oder 120 cm sind nicht für
Kopfsprünge geeignet. Eine Nichtbeachtung kann zu schweren
Kopf- oder Wirbelsäulenverletzungen führen!
Lassen Sie Ihre Kinder niemals unbeaufsichtigt, wenn sie sich im
oder um das Schwimmbecken aufhalten!
Sollten sich in Ihrem Haushalt oder in der Nachbarschaft Kinder be­finden, welche noch nicht schwimmen können, so empfehlen wir Ih­nen einen preiswerten Maschenzaun, welcher im Baumarkt erhält­lich ist, rund um das Becken aufzustellen. Abdeckplanen oder sons­tige Schwimmbadabdeckungen, bieten keine Kindersicherheit. Ver­lassen Sie sich also nicht darauf, dass Schwimmbadabdeckungen,
egal welcher Art sie sind, Sie von der Verantwortung für Ihre Kinder
befreien.

Standort Ihres Schwimmbeckens (Abbildung 1)

Bei der Wahl des Standortes für Ihr Schwimmbecken, sollten Sie auf
mehrere Faktoren Rücksicht nehmen.
Um eine ordnungsgemäße Montage des Schwimmbeckens zu er­möglichen ist unbedingt ein fester, tragfähiger Untergrund erforder­lich. Ihr Schwimmbecken darf daher keinesfalls auf aufgeschütteten
Flächen montiert werden. Dies könnte zu Setzungen und somit zu
Schäden am Schwimmbecken führen. Wählen Sie für Ihr Schwimm­becken nach Möglichkeit den sonnigsten Platz in Ihrem Garten. Je
größer die Fläche um das Becken, desto besser. Zumindest sollten
Sie rund um das Pool eine freie Fläche von ca. 90 cm haben.
Wenn es die Möglichkeit einer windgeschützten Stelle gibt, so soll­ten Sie diese für Ihr Schwimmbecken wählen. Ein Schwimmbecken
welches ungeschützt dem Wind ausgesetzt ist, unterliegt einem ho­hen Wärmeverlust durch Konvektion bzw. Verdunstung.
Sie sollten Ihr Schwimmbecken nicht direkt neben oder unter Bäu­men, Sträuchern usw. aufstellen (großer Pflegeaufwand).

Auf keinen Fall sollten Sie Ihr Schwimmbecken unter Freileitungen
montieren. Vermeiden Sie es Ihr Schwimmbecken auf Erdleitungen
zu stellen.

Vorbereitung des Aufstellplatzes

Wir wollen, dass Sie mit Ihrem Schwimmbecken lange Jahre eine
große Freude haben, daher ist es unbedingt erforderlich, dass Sie
der Platzvorbereitung die entsprechende Bedeutung schenken. Je
besser und fester der Platz vorbereitet ist, desto länger werden Sie
Freude an Ihrem Schwimmbecken haben. Wir bitten Sie daher ent­sprechende Sorgfalt anzuwenden. Es ist unbedingt erforderlich, dass
der Untergrund auf dem Ihr Schwimmbecken aufgebaut wird, flach
und tragfähig ist (keine aufgeschütteten Flächen).

Setzungen würden unweigerlich zu Deformierungen und Beschädi­gungen an Ihrem Schwimmbecken führen. Der Aufstellplatz muss frei
von Gräsern, Steinen, Wurzeln und scharfen Gegenständen sein.
Steine und Wurzeln müssen entfernt werden, andernfalls könn- te
dies zu Schäden an der Schwimmbeckenfolie führen.

Sollten Sie Ihr Schwimmbecken direkt auf Beton, Asphalt oder ähnli­chem Untergrund aufbauen, so ist es unbedingt erforderlich, dass
zwischen diesem Untergrund und der Folie ein handelsübliches Mi­neralfaservlies als Trennlage eingebracht wird. Keinesfalls dürfen Sie
die Folie direkt auf Beton, Asphalt, Teer, Pappe, Holz und Gras ein­bauen. Dies würde unweigerlich die Folie beschädigen.
Das Becken ist grundsätzlich nicht für den Erdeinbau geeignet, bei
zuwiderhandeln besteht keine Garantie.

Aufzeichnen des Aufstellplatzes

Beachten Sie bitte die Maßangaben laut Tabelle und zeichnen Sie Ih­ren Aufstellplatz mit Kalkpulver oder Farbspray auf.

1.Schlagen Sie einen Holzpflock in die Mitte Ihres Aufstellplatzes.

2.Ziehen Sie nun mit einer Schnur und Farbspray oder einer Dose
mit Kalkpulver einen Kreis, mit dem Radius welcher in der Tabelle
angegeben ist.

R+ bezeichnet den Radius der benötigten Aufstellfläche.

3. Entfernen Sie nun den Humus, alle spitzen Gegenstände, Steine
und Wurzeln innerhalb dieser markierten Fläche. Abbildung 5

Einebnen des Aufstellplatzes

Mit einer geraden Latte - noch besser wäre eine Messlatte (ALU­Latte) - auf die Sie eine Wasserwaage aufsetzen, beginnen Sie nun
vom tiefsten Punkt ausgehend, Ihren Aufstellplatz einzuebnen. Gra­ben Sie die erhöhten Stellen ab. Keinesfalls die Tiefstellen aufschüt­ten, dies könnte zu Setzungen führen Abbildung 6, 7

Ebnen Sie nun den Aufstellplatz so lange ein, bis dieser vollkommen
eben ist. Nur ein ordnungsgemäß vorbereiteter Aufstellplatz ist Vo­raussetzung für ein funktionelles Schwimmbecken.

Verwendung einer Bodenisolation:
Sollten Sie den Beckenboden mit Styropor- oder Styrodurplatten iso­lieren, so ist es erforderlich das ganze Schwimmbecken auf die Iso­lation zu stellen. Bringen Sie dazu eine maximal 3cm dicke, ebene
Splittschicht auf und verdichten Sie diese. Danach legen Sie die Bo­denisolation auf.

Bei einem Betonfundament gelten die gleichen Anweisungen, wobei
die Betonplatte das Splittbett ersetzt (Stärke richtet sich nach den
örtlichen Gegebenheiten ca. 15 – 20 cm mit Eisenbewehrung)

Montage der Bodenschienen

Setzen Sie die unteren Profile um die Kreisfläche herum ein, ausge­nommen das letzte Profil. Die Profile werden mit jeweils 2 Plastik­verbindungsstücken verbunden. Abbildung 11,12

Stellen Sie die Stahlwand des Schwimmbeckens senkrecht auf eine
Pappe im Mittelpunkt des Umkreises. Die Wand wird im Uhrzeiger­sinn auf der ganzen Länge des Kreises vollständig in die inneren
Profile abgerollt. Abbildung 13
Unser Tipp: Sie können die Bodenschienen auch von unten auf die
Stahlwand drücken.

Beenden Sie den Wandkreis und schlieβen Sie ihn mit den Schrau­ben, wobei zu beachten ist, dass die Schraubenköpfe sich an der
Innenwand und die Unterlegscheiben und Muttern an der Auβen­wand befinden. Es ist wichtig, dass jedes Loch der zwei Reihen, mit
Ausnahme des letzten, eine Schraube zählt, sonst könnte das
Schwimmbad beim Befüllen brechen. Vergewissen Sie sich davon,
dass alle unteren Profile richtig eingestellt sind. Jetzt dürfen Sie das
letzte Profil mit einer Metallsäge nach Maß schneiden. Hierfür brau­chen Sie nur die Stahlwand ein wenig aufzuheben. Vergessen Sie
auch hier die Plastikverbindungsstücke nicht. Abbildung 14

Decken Sie die Schraubenköpfe an der Innenseite zB.mit einem
PVC-Streifen (nicht im Lieferumfang enthalten) oder einem breiten
Streifen Vlies ab, um die Folie vor Reibung an Objekten zu
schützen, was der hauptsächliche Grund für Schäden an
Schwimmbadfolien ist. Dieser Streifen muss fest anhaften, ver­wenden Sie falls nötig einen PVC-Kleber zu diesem Zweck und
stellen Sie danach sicher, dass der ganze scharfe Rand, sowie die
Schrauben völlig bedeckt sind, bevor Sie zum nächsten Schritt
übergehen. Abbildung 15
Überprüfen Sie nochmals, ob das Schwimmbecken rund ist.

Wenn Sie keine Bodenisolation verwenden

Decken Sie mit etwas sauberem feinem Sand (ohne Steine und an­dere Fremdkörper) den Bodenteil mit einer Höhe von ca. 1 - 2 cm ab
und verdichten Sie diesen. An der Beckenwand soll ein umlaufender
Keil in Dreiecksform gemacht werden (Hohlkehle) und soll 7 cm
nicht überschreiten. Mit diesem kleinen Trick vermeiden Sie, dass
der gesamte Wasserdruck die Folie beschädigt und unter der
Metallwand verrutscht. Um ein Ausrinnen des Sandes zu vermeiden,
sollten Sie zusätzlich eine Kunststofffolie entlang des Beckenbodens
anbringen.

Wenn Sie eine Bodenisolation verwenden

Hier können Sie die optional von uns erhältlichen Styroporkeile ver­wenden. Diese werden dann mit einem Kraftkleber auf die Bodeniso­lation entlang der Beckenwand umlaufend geklebt.

Alternativ können Sie aber auch wie oben beschrieben die
Hohlkehle aus Sand herstellen.

Unabhängig davon für welche der beiden Varianten Sie sich
entscheiden, müssen Sie nun auf der Bodenisolation und der
Hohlkehle ein Schwimmbadvlies aufbringen weil sonst die Bodeni-

solation der Schwimmbadfolie die Weichmacher entzieht, die Folie
dadurch spröde wird und sich die Lebensdauer erheblich reduziert.
Zudem schützt dieses bei der Variante mit Sand zusätzlich die In­nenfolie.

Montage der Schwimmbadfolie

Die verwendete Folie ist dafür entwickelt, der Hitze und den ultravio­letten Strahlen lange Zeit ausgesetzt zu sein. Darum können sich die
Eigenschaften der Folie unter bestimmten Klimabedingungen leicht
verändern.

Treten Sie nie mit Schuhen auf die Schwimmbadfolie!

Die Folie ist das wichtigste und empfindlichste Teil Ihres Schwimm­beckens. Verwenden Sie beim öffnen des Folienkartons kein Messer
oder einen anderen scharfen Gegenstand. Bewahren Sie die Folie
von den übrigen Teilen getrennt an einem sicheren Ort auf, um un­erwünschte Schäden an der Folie, sowohl durch Werkzeug, als auch
durch die Metallwand zu vermeiden.

Bringen Sie die Folie an einem sonnigen Tag an (bei min. 20º C),
damit sie sich während der Installation richtig an das Schwimm­becken anpassen kann. Sie ist auf der Basis eines Vinylmaterials mit
einem gewissen Flexibilitätsgrad hergestellt.

1. Geben Sie die Folie in die Mitte des Schwimmbeckens und ent­falten Sie sie nach den Seiten. Richten Sie die rauhe Seite nach
innen. Die Poolfiolie muss perfekt an die Hohlkehle und die Wand
stoßen.

2. Heben Sie die Folie über die Kanten des Schwimmbeckens und
halten Sie sie mit Wäscheklammern fest. Entfer- nen Sie die
überschüssigen Falten, indem Sie die Folie leicht nach auβen ziehen
und so anpassen. Ziehen Sie vorsichtig an der Folie, vermeiden Sie
starken Zug. Abbildung 20

3. Es ist sehr wichtig, dass die Folie gut zentriert, ausgebreitet und
ohne Falten ist. Füllen Sie etwa 2-3 cm Wasser ein und streichen
dann alle noch verbleibenden Falten von der Mitte aus. Dehnen
Sie die Folie aber nicht zu sehr.

4. Stecken Sie nun den Handlauf über die Ränder des
Schwimmbeckens herum. Nachdem die U-Profile angebracht sind,
schneiden Sie das letzte Profil auf die passende Länge. Abbildung

Plastikverbindungsstücken verbunden. Abbildung 11,12

5. Danach können Sie das Becken bis 10cm unter den Rand mit
Wasser befüllen und die Einhängekartuschenfilteranlage montieren.

Ende der Saison

Am Ende der Schwimmbadsaison sollte der Pool abgebaut und tro­cken gelagert werden. Dasselbe gilt für die Filteranlage. Schäden, die
durch Frost entstehen, sind nicht durch Gewährleistung gedeckt!

Introduction:

We are pleased that you have chosen to buy a poolset from our
product range. Please devote a few minutes of your time to read this
assembly manual before you begin to install the pool. By doing so
you will get information necessary in order to extend the life of the
pool and to guarantee safety and bathing pleasure.

For the installation at least 2 people are required, naturally, it can be
done quicker if somebody else helps. The time for assembly, without
preparation of the ground and filling is ca. 3 hrs.

For the assembly, additional tools and materials are required (not in­cluded in the set):

 screwdriver
 insulating tape
 long wooden board (straight!)
 tape measure
 hacksaw
 safety gloves
 spirit level
 swimming pool fleece

Important information:

Read and adhere to all instructions before putting the product into
operation!

 Continuous and competent supervision of children and handi-

capped persons by adults is important.

 Take safety precautions to prevent unwanted use of the pool.
 Take safety precautions to protect children and pets.
 Pool and pool accessories should only be put up and dismantled

by adults.

 Never jump into the pool and do not swim underwater.
 To ensure a safe installation, place the pool on safe, firm ground.

Otherwise, it can happen that the pool collapses and anybody in
the pool can be “washed out” and injured.

 Do not allow anybody to sit on the side of the pool or to climb up.
 Please remove all water toys in and around the pool when the pool

is not in use, since such toys attract small children.

 Remove chairs, tables, or other climbing aids for children, from the

pool.

 Make sure that the safety equipment is close to the pool and that

the emergency telephone numbers are placed next to the closest
telephone. Examples of rescuing equipment:

 Ring buoy, approved by the coastguards, with a rescue pole with a

minimum length of at least 366 cm.

 Keep your pool clean and pure. The bottom of the pool must al-

ways be visible from the outside.

 If you use your pool at night, make sure that all warning signs, the

ladder, the bottom of the pool and the environment are lit up suffi­ciently.

 Never use the pool under the influence of alcohol or drugs!
 Warning! Keep children away from the covered pool to prevent

them getting tangled up in the cover sheet and drowning or being
seriously injured.

 The cover sheet must be completely removed before using the

pool. Make sure there are no children or adults under the sheet,
since they cannot be seen.

 Please do not cover the pool when it is in use.
 Keep the area around the pool clean in order to prevent injuries

caused by slipping or falling down.

 Keep the water clean, this protects all users of the pool from ill-

nesses.

 The pool is an object of everyday use. Pay attention to the correct

maintenance of your pool. Often, an excessive or fast deterioration
of the water quality can damage the pool.

 This pool is suitable for use outside.
 In order to ensure that the water is circulated at least once a day, it

is recommended to also switch on the filter pump during the use of
the swimming pool. Refer to the operating manual for exact in­struction on calculating the operating hours required for the filter
pump.

 The pool should always be filled with water. If the pool is to be

completely emptied, then you must make sure that the steel wall is
secured, since this will otherwise fall over.

SAFETY BARRIERS OR POOL COVERS CANNOT REPLACE THE
CONTINUOUS AND COMPETENT SUPERVISION BY ADULTS.
ADULTS HAVE TO ASSUME THE FUNCTION OF A LIFEGUARD
AND TO TAKE CARE OF THE SAFETY OF THE SWIMMERS,
ESPECIALLY THAT OF CHILDREN IN AND NEAR THE POOL.
FAILING TO OBSERVE THESE SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS CAN
CAUSE DAMAGE TO OBJECTS, SERIOUS INJURIES AND EVEN
DEATH!

Important safety regulations:

Read and adhere to all instructions before putting the product into
operation! These warnings, instructions and safety regulation deal
with some of the general hazards when relaxing in water, but they
cannot cover all risks and hazards in all events. Take care, common
sense and the correct judgement during swimming are important.
This manual must be kept for reference purposes later.

General

 Inspect all pins, bolts and screws regularly for rust, in order to

avoid injuries, check whether there are any splinters or sharp
edges (especially on surfaces that are touched).

Safety of non-swimmers

 The uninterrupted, active and careful supervision of inexperienced

swimmers and non-swimmers by a competent adult is continuous­ly required (taking into consideration that the danger of drowning is
greatest for children under five).

 Nominate an adult who supervises the pool every time it is used.
 Inexperienced and non-swimmers should wear personal protective

equipment when they use the pool.

Safety precautions

 The installation of a barrier is recommended (if possible - secure

all doors and windows) to prevent unauthorised access to the
swimming pool.

 Barriers, pool covers, pool alarm and similar safety equipment are

good aids and appliances are, however, not a substitute for unin­terrupted competent supervision by an adult.

Safety equipment

 It is recommended to store rescue equipment (e.g. lifebelt) close to

the pool.

Safe use of the pool

 Encourage all users - especially children - to learn to swim.
 Learn the life saving measures (resuscitation) and refresh this

knowledge on a regular basis. In an emergency this can make a
life-saving difference.

 Instruct all pool users, including children, on what is to be done in

emergencies.

 Never plunge into shallow water. This can lead to serious injuries

or death.

 Do not use the pool if you have drunk alcohol or taken medication;

this can impair your capability to use the pool safely.

 If a pool cover is used, remove this completely from the water sur-

face before climbing into the pool.

To protect you from unnecessary surprises, it makes sense that you
make a plan before setting up the pool on what material you need
and what you want to do in a time schedule.

Do not install the swimming pool on a windy day. It is extremely diffi­cult to keep the swimming pool wall upright and it would probably
fall, resulting in injuries. Mount the pool liner on a warm, sunny day,

so it is easy to interpret in the pool. You shouldn’t also mount the

swimming pool liner in direct sunlight, since the thermal expansion
not an optimal fit of the film is given. The best time for the installation
of the swimming pool liner is in summer, early morning or late even­ing. Do not mount the pool liner at temperatures below 20°C, other­wise the film is stiff and difficult to assemble.

The swimming pool filter system and other accessories may be op­erated electrically. If you do not have appropriate electrical connec­tions in your garden, it is necessary to establish this.

The necessary electrical connections must be made by a licensed
electrical contractor. The supply lines are secure and in addition to
earth with a residual current circuit breaker 30 milliamps. The rele­vant statutory provisions as ÖVE, VDE etc. must be observed.

Avoid sharp objects in the pool. This could lead to damage to the
film. Do not climb onto the handrail. This could result in damage to
the handrail or the pelvic wall.

Swimming pools with a depth of 90 or 120 cm are not suitable for
dives or headjumps. Failure to comply could result in severe head or
spinal injuries!

Never leave your children unattended when they are in or around the
swimming pool!

Should there be children in your home or neighborhood, who can not
swim, we recommend you to set up an inexpensive mesh fence
which is available in construction stores, around your pool. Tarpau­lins or other pool covers do not provide child safety. So do not leave
that pool covers, no matter what kind they are, get rid of the respon­sibility for your children.

Location of your pool (Figure 1)

When choosing a location for your pool, you should take considera­tion of several factors.
Under no circumstances, the swimming pool must be installed below
ground level. This swimming pool must only be installed above
ground and on a hard, solid ground. Your pool should therefore not
be bolted on banked surfaces. This could lead to subsidence and
thus damage to the swimming pool. If it is possible choose the sun­niest spot in your garden. The larger the area of the basin, the better
it is. At least you should have an open space of about 90 cm around
the pool.
If there is the possibility of a sheltered spot, so you should choose
for your pool. A swimming pool which is unprotected from the wind is
subject to a high heat loss by convection and evaporation. You
shouldn’t place your pool next to or under trees, bushes, etc. (large
maintenance effort).
Under no circumstances your pool should be installed under over­head lines. Avoid providing your pool on land lines.

Preparing an installation site

We want you to have your pool for many years with great pleasure.
The effort and care that you put into the preparation of the founda­tions can make a great difference in the life span of your swimming
pool and its liner. The better prepared and fixed the place is, the
longer you will have to enjoy your swimming pool. Therfore we apply
appropriate care. It is absolutely necessary that the ground on which
your pool is built is flat and stable (no banked areas).

Settlements would inevitably lead to deformity and damage to your
pool. Remove roots, grass and stones in the selected area, including
those under the ground. The weight of the water will compress these
elements between the liner and the earth under the swimming pool,
resulting in damages. Grass left underneath the pool liner will rot and
give of an unpleasant odor and stones and roots will damage the
pool liner.

If you build your pool directly on concrete, asphalt or a similar sur­face, so it is essential that between the substrate and the film a
commercial mineral fiber fabric is introduced as a separating layer.
Never install this swimming pool inside a garage, or on a balcony,
roof, terrace or any other surface that is not completely flat and solid.
The maximum weight that the installation site can support must be
taken into consideration.
The basin is generally not suitable for installation in the ground,
there is no guarantee at contravene.

Plot the place of installation

Please refer to the dimensions according to the table and draw on
your installation location with lime powder or spray paint.

1. Hammer a peg into the ground in the center of the area where you
want your pool.

2. Now drag a circle with a cord and a can of paint or spray with lime
powder, with the radius of which is specified in the table.

R+ is the radius of the required footprint. (Figure 2, 4)

3.Level the ground in the marked area. The entire area of the
swimming pool must be leveled and free of stones and twigs. (Fig­ure 5)

Leveling the place of installation

Using a leveling tool, a straight wooden board or even better would
be a yardstick (alu slat) and level the surface down to the level of the
lowest point. Do not fill in the holes; dig away higher areas. Scatter a
fine layer of sifted sand over the levelled surface and level again. Dig
from the raised spots. In no case the subscript throw up, this could
lead to subsidence.

Now pave the installation location so until this is completely flat. Only
a properly prepared installation site is a prerequisite for a functional
pool.

Using floor insulation:
If you isolate the pelvic floor with Styrofoam or Styrodur, it is neces­sary to make the whole pool to the insulation.

Bring to a maximum of 3 cm thick, flat gravel layer and compress
them. Then place the insulation into the bottom gravel bed.

With a concrete foundation the instructions are the same, with the
concrete slab replaced the gravel bed (thickness depends on the lo­cal conditions at 15 - 20 cm with steel reinforcement).

Installation of floor rails

Place the bottom profiles around the circular area, except the last
profile. The profiles are connected with 2 joints of plastic. Figure

11.12
Unpack the coiled pool wall and place it vertically on a cardboard at

the center of the pool circle. The starting end of the wall must be po­sitioned over a base plate, and the holes for the filter hoses should
be positioned where the pump and filter will be The wall is rolled clo­ckwise completely over the entire length of the circle in the inner pro­files. Figure 13

Complete the circle, line up the holes in the two ends oft he pool wall
and join the ends with a bolt and nut through each head. The head
oft he bolts must be on the inner surface oft he wall, and the wash­ers and nuts on the outer surface. There are two lines of holes on
the wall. It is important that each hole has a screw (except the last
one), otherwise, the pool could break when filling. Recheck all of the
base plates to make sure each one are centered where the base
rails meet. Even make sure, that all lower profiles are set correctly.
Now you may cut to measure the last section with a hacksaw. For
this you only just need to lift the steel wall a little bit. Also do not for­get the plastic connectors. Figure 14

Using a strip of PVC 2 (not included in delivery), cover the bolt
heads on the inside of the pool wall to protect the liner from rubbing
against objects, which is the main cause of tears in the liner. This ta-

pe must adhere firmly, if it’s necessary, use PVC glue. Stick the strip

with glue for PVC to insure that for instance the screws are comple­tely covered before moving on to the next step. Figure 15

Make sure that the swimming pool is completely circulare.
If you use no floor insulation
Cover the inside bottom border of the circle using clean thin sifted

sand free of any stones or foreign objects with a height of 1 - 2 cm
and condense this. Press the sand into a vertical triangular shaped
layer that covers the sections and the inside part of the metal wall.
The height of this triangular layer must be around 7 cm. In this way,
you will prevent the liner from sliding under the metal wall and being
damaged due to the pressure and the weight of the water. To pre­vent the sand from escaping you should fit an additional plastic foil
along the pool floor.

If you use floor insulation

Here you can use our optional Styrofoam wedges. These are glued
with an adhesive force on the round floor insulation along the pool
wall.

Alternatively you can, however, make a furrow of sand, as described
above.

Independent of which of the two possibilities you choose, you have
to apply to the floor insulation and the fillet a swimming fleece be­cause otherwise the bottom of the pool liner insulation deprives the
plasticizers, the film becomes brittle and thus significantly reduces
the lifetime. In addition, if using the variant with sand, the inner foil is
protected.

Installation of the swimming pool liner

The liner used has been developed to withstand exposure to heat
and ultraviolet rays for a long period of time. Therefore, under certain
climates and conditions of use, the liner quality can vary slightly.

Never walk on the liner with shoes on!

The liner is the most important and delicate part of the swimming
pool. Do not use knives or any sharp objects to open the swimming
pool bag/container. Carefully separate the liner from the rest of the
parts and keep it in a safe place to avoid undesired holes or damag­es that could be caused by the tools or the metal wall.

Install the liner on a sunny day, minimum 20º C, so that it can easily
stretch during the installation. It is made of a highly flexible vinyl ma­terial.

1. Place the liner (L) in the center of the swimming pool and unfold it
towards the sides. Place the rough side towards the inside of the
pool. The pool foil must be perfectly butted to the furrow and the
wall. Figure 19

2. Lift the foil over the edge of the swimming pool and secure it using
clothes pegs, Remove the excess folds by lightly pulling the foil out­wards to adjust it. Pull the foil carefully, avoid too much tension. Fi­gure 20

3. It is very important, that the liner is centered, well extended and
not wrinkled. Start filling the pool with water, but not more than 2-3
cm and work out all the wrinkles and smooth the liner to the wall.
Dont’t strech the liner too much.

4. Insert the U-profiles around the edges of the pool now. After the U­profiles are installed, cut the last profile to the appropriate length. Fi­gure 22.
The profiles are connected using 2 plastic connectors, as with the
floor rails. Figure 11, 12.

5. After this the pool can be filled with water up to 10 cm below the
rim and install the mountable cartridge filter system.

End of season

At the end oft he swimming season, the pool should be removed and
stored dry. This also applies to the filter system. Damage caused by
freezing isn’t covered by warranty!

afin de prendre connaissance de la présente notice de montage
avant de commencer à installer votre piscine. Vous y trouverez

l’ensemble des informations nécessaires afin d’optimiser la durée de

vie de votre piscine, de même que votre sécurité, et pourrez ainsi
profiter pleinement de vos instants de baignade.

Si la présence de 2 personnes est nécessaire pour le montage, la
présence d’une personne supplémentaire permettra bien évidem­ment de gagner du temps. Durée de montage, sans préparation du
support de pose et sans remplissage : environ 3 heures

Informations importantes :

Veillez à lire et à suivre l’ensemble des instructions suivantes avant

 Il est important de veiller à ce que les enfants et personnes pré-

sentant un handicap soient soumis à la surveillance permanente

 N’autorisez personne à rester assis ou à monter sur le bord de la

piscine.

 Veillez à retirer l’ensemble de vos jouets aquatiques présents

dans la piscine, ou à proximité de celle-ci, dès lors qu’elle n’est
plus utilisée ; ces jouets sont en effet susceptibles d’attirer les en­fants en bas âge.

 Veillez à retirer l’ensemble des sièges, tables ou accessoires per-

mettant de grimper dans la piscine après utilisation.

 Veillez à ce que les équipements de sécurité nécessaires soient

toujours présents à proximité de la piscine, et à ce que les numé-

ros d’urgence soient notés à côté du téléphone le plus proche. Ex­emple d’équipement de secours :
Bouée circulaire, dotée d’une corde et homologuée par les garde­côtés, avec perche de sauvetage d’une longueur minimum de 366

cm.

 Veillez à ce que votre piscine reste toujours propre et bien en-

tretenue. Le fond du bassin doit toujours rester visible de
l’extérieur.

 Si vous souhaitez utiliser votre piscine de nuit, veillez à ce que

l’ensemble des avertissements de sécurité et des échelles, ainsi

que le fond du bassin, soient suffisamment éclairés.

 Veillez à ne jamais utiliser votre piscine sous l’emprise de drogues

ou d’alcool !

 Attention : maintenez les enfants à l’écart de la piscine, dès lors

que celle-ci est couverte, ceux-ci étant susceptibles de rester
bloqués dans la bâche, ce qui entraîne un risque de blessures
graves, voire de noyade.

 L’ensemble des bâches doivent être retirées avant toute utilisation

de la piscine. Veillez ainsi à ce que personne, que ce soit adultes
ou enfants, ne se retrouve sous la bâche, celle-ci ne permettant
aucune visibilité.

 Veillez à ne pas recouvrir la piscine lorsque celle-ci est en cours

d’utilisation.

 Veillez à maintenir les abords de la piscine toujours propres afin

d’éviter toute blessure liée aux glissades et aux chutes.

 Veillez à maintenir la propreté de l’eau présente dans le bassin af-

in de protéger les utilisateurs de la piscine des maladies.

 La piscine est un objet d’usage quotidien. Veillez à entretenir con-

venablement votre piscine. Toute dégradation excessive ou rapide

de la qualité de l’eau peut en effet entraîner une détérioration de la

piscine elle-même.

 Cette piscine est exclusivement destinée à une utilisation en exté-

rieur.

 Afin d’assurer que l’eau est bien renouvelée, au moins, une fois

par jour, il est conseillé de maintenir la pompe de filtration allumée,
y compris lorsque la piscine est en cours d’utilisation. Vous
retrouverez des informations plus détaillées concernant le calcul
de la durée de fonctionnement nécessaire de la pompe de filtration
dans le mode d’emploi.

 La piscine doit être remplie d’eau en permanence. Dans le cas où

vous devriez vider intégralement votre bassin de son eau, veillez à
ce que la paroi en acier reste stable, celle-ci étant alors suscepti­ble de se renverser.

Généralités

 Veillez à vérifier régulièrement la présence éventuelle de rouille

sur les pointes, boulons et vis, et à contrôler l’absence de débris

tout au niveau des surfaces susceptibles d’entrer en contact avec

les baigneurs).

Sécurité des personnes ne sachant pas nager

 La surveillance continue, active et attentive des nageurs inexpéri-

mentés ou des personnes ne sachant pas nager par un adulte

compétent est obligatoire à tout instant (en gardant à l’esprit que le

risque de noyade est le plus élevé auprès des enfants de moins
de cinq ans).

 Veillez à désigner un adulte compétent, qui sera chargé de surveil-

ler les baigneurs à chaque utilisation de la piscine.

 Les nageurs inexpérimentés et personnes ne sachant pas nager

doivent porter des équipements de protection individuelle à
chaque utilisation de la piscine.

Dispositifs de sécurité

 Il est conseillé d’installer une barrière de sécurité (et – dans la

mesure du possible – de sécuriser l’intégralité de vos portes et
fenêtres) afin d’éviter tout accès non autorisé à la piscine.

 Si les barrières de sécurité, bâches, systèmes d’alarme ou autres

dispositifs de sécurité similaires sont de bons moyens d’assurer la

sécurité, ils ne sauraient en aucun cas remplacer la surveillance
continue et éclairée des baigneurs par des adultes.

Équipements de sécurité

 Il est conseillé de maintenir l’ensemble des équipements de

secours (par exemple, bouée de sauvetage) à proximité de la pis­cine.

Utilisation de la piscine en toute sécurité

 Veillez à encourager l’ensemble des utilisateurs de la piscine – en

particulier les enfants – à apprendre à nager.

 Veillez à apprendre les mesures d’urgence destinées à sauver des

vies (par exemple, réanimation) et à réactiver ces connaissances
régulièrement. En cas d’urgence, cela pourra faire la différence et
vous permettre de sauver des vies.

 Veillez à informer l’intégralité des utilisateurs de la piscine, y com-

pris les enfants, du comportement à adopter en cas d’urgence.

 Ne plongez en aucun cas dans la piscine si le niveau d’eau est

particulièrement bas. Ceci peut en effet entraîner des risques de
blessures graves, voire un danger de mort.

 Veillez à ne pas utiliser votre piscine si vous avez consommé de

l’alcool ou pris des médicaments ; ceci peut en effet altérer votre
capacité à utiliser votre piscine de manière sûre.

 Si vous utilisez une bâche, veillez à retirer celle-ci intégralement

de la surface de l’eau avant de pénétrer dans la piscine.

Avant la construction du bassin de votre piscine, et afin de vous pro­téger des surprises inutiles, il serait intéressant que vous prévoyiez
quel sera le matériel dont vous aurez besoin et ce que vous voudriez
effectuer dans quel délai.
N'installez pas le bassin de votre piscine un jour de vent. L'enve­loppe en acier est très difficile à manipuler en cas de vent fort, elle
pourrait se plier et être endommagée de façon irréparable. Installez
le liner de la piscine par une journée chaude et ensoleillée, afin qu'il
soit facile à étaler dans le bassin. Mais vous ne devez pas non plus
l'installer directement dans le rayonnement du soleil car, avec la
propagation de la chaleur, la précision dimensionnelle donnée au li­ner ne serait pas parfaite. Le meilleur moment pour l'installation du
liner de la piscine est en été, tôt le matin ou tard le soir. N'installez
pas le liner de la piscine lorsque les températures extérieures sont
inférieures à 20°C, sinon le liner est rigide et très difficile à mettre en
place.
Le système de filtration de la piscine, et éventuellement d'autres ac­cessoires, fonctionnent à l'électricité. Si vous ne disposez pas de
raccordements électriques appropriés dans votre jardin, vous devez
nécessairement les installer.
Les raccordements électriques nécessaires doivent être effectués
par une société concessionnaire spécialisée dans l'électricité. Les
lignes électriques doivent être protégées à la terre et en plus par un
disjoncteur différentiel de 30 milliampères. Les dispositions légales
correspondantes comme ÖVE, VDE etc. doivent être respectées.
Évitez les objets pointus dans le bassin de la piscine. Ils pourraient
provoquer des dégâts sur le liner.
Ne montez pas sur la barre d'appui. Cela pourrait provoquer des dé­gâts sur la barre d'appui ou sur la paroi du bassin.

Les piscines avec une profondeur de 90 ou 120 cm ne sont pas
adaptées pour les plongeons. Un non-respect peut provoquer de
graves blessures à la tête ou à la colonne vertébrale !
Ne laissez jamais vos enfants sans surveillance, lorsqu'ils sont dans
ou au bord de la piscine !
Si des enfants, qui ne savent pas encore nager, vivent chez vous ou

dans le voisinage, nous vous conseillons d'installer autour du bassin,
une clôture de sécurité peu coûteuse disponible dans les magasins
de bricolage. Les bâches, ou autres couvertures pour piscine, n'of­frent pas de sécurité enfant. Ainsi, ne comptez pas sur les couver­tures pour piscine, peu importe de quelle type elles sont, pour vous
décharger de votre responsabilité sur vos enfants.

Emplacement de votre piscine (figure 1)

Pour choisir l'emplacement de votre piscine, vous devez tenir
compte de plusieurs facteurs.
Pour permettre un montage réglementaire de la piscine, un sous-sol
stable et résistant est absolument nécessaire. Votre piscine ne doit
donc en aucun cas être installée sur des surfaces remblayées. Cela
pourrait provoquer des affaissements et ainsi des dommages sur la
piscine. Si possible, choisissez pour votre piscine l'endroit le plus
ensoleillé de votre jardin. Plus la surface autour du bassin est
grande, mieux c'est. Vous devriez avoir au moins une surface libre
d'environ 90 cm autour de la piscine.
S'il existe un endroit à l'abri du vent, vous devriez le choisir pour vo­tre piscine. Une piscine qui est exposée au vent sans protection, est
soumise à une perte de chaleur élevée par convection ou bien par
évaporation.
Vous ne devez pas installer votre piscine directement à côté ou sous
des arbres, des buissons etc. (demande beaucoup d'entretien).
Vous ne devez en aucun cas installer votre piscine sous des lignes
aériennes. Évitez de placer votre piscine sur des lignes enterrées.

Préparation de l'emplacement pour l'installation

Nous voulons que vous ayez de longues années de bonheur en pro­fitant de votre piscine, c'est pourquoi il est absolument nécessaire
que vous accordiez suffisamment d'importance à la préparation de
l'emplacement. Plus l'emplacement est correctement et solidement
préparé, plus vous profiterez longtemps de votre piscine. Nous vous
demandons donc d'y accorder le plus grand soin. Il est absolument
nécessaire que le sous-sol sur lequel votre piscine sera montée, soit
plat et résistant (pas de surfaces remblayées).
Les affaissements provoqueraient inévitablement des déformations
et des dommages sur votre piscine. L'emplacement ne doit pas con­tenir d'herbes, de pierres, de racines, ni d'objets pointus. Les pierres
et les racines doivent être enlevées, sinon elles pourraient provo­quer des dommages sur le liner de la piscine.
Si vous devez monter votre piscine directement sur du béton, du bi­tume ou un sous-sol du même genre, il est absolument nécessaire
qu'entre ce sous-sol et le liner, une sous-couche en feutre d'usage
courant soit ajoutée comme couche de séparation.
Vous ne devez en aucun cas mettre le liner directement sur le béton,
le bitume, le goudron, le carton, le bois et l'herbe. Cela endommage­rait inévitablement le liner.
Le bassin n'est en principe pas approprié pour l'installation enterrée,
en cas de non-respect la garantie ne s'applique pas.

Dessin de l'emplacement pour l'installatio

Veuillez respecter les indications de mesure conformément au ta­bleau et dessinez votre emplacement à la poudre de chaux ou avec
un spray coloré.

1. Plantez un piquet au milieu de votre emplacement.

2. Tracez maintenant un cercle, dont le rayon est celui indiqué dans
le tableau, avec une corde et du spray coloré ou une boîte de pou­dre de chaux.

R+ désigne le rayon de la surface de l'emplacement nécessaire.

4. Retirez maintenant l'humus, tous les objets pointus, les cailloux et
les racines à l'intérieur de cette surface marquée. Figure 5

Aplanissement de l'emplacement pour l'installation

Avec une latte droite, un jalon (barre en alu) serait encore mieux, sur
laquelle vous mettez un niveau à bulle, vous commencez mainte­nant à aplanir votre emplacement à partir du point le plus profond.
Creusez les endroits élevés. Ne remblayez en aucun cas les en­droits profonds, cela pourrait provoquer des affaissements

Aplanissez maintenant l'emplacement pour l'installation, jusqu'à ce
qu'il soit parfaitement plat. Seule une préparation correcte de l'em­placement est une condition préalable pour une piscine fonction­nelle.

Utilisation d'une isolation de sol :
Si vous devez isoler le fond du bassin avec des panneaux Styropore
ou Styrodur, il faut nécessairement mettre une isolation sur l'en­semble de la piscine.
Appliquez avec cela une couche plate de gravillons de 3 cm maxi­mum et comprimez-la. Ensuite, déposez l'isolation de sol sur le lit de
gravillons.

Dans le cas d'une fondation en béton, les mêmes instructions sont
valables, cependant la plaque de béton remplace le lit de gravillons
(l'épaisseur est déterminée en fonction des données locales, environ
15 à 20 cm avec une armature en fer).

Montage des rails au sol

Mettez les profilés inférieurs autour de l'aire circulaire, excepté le
dernier profilé. Les profilés sont rattachés à chaque fois avec 2 em­bouts en plastique. Figures 11,12

Posez la paroi en acier de la piscine verticalement sur un carton au
centre du rayon. La paroi est complètement déroulée dans le sens
des aiguilles d'une montre su
r toute la longueur du cercle dans les profilés internes. Figure 13
Notre conseil : Vous pouvez apposer les rails de fixation au sol con­tre la paroi en acier, y compris par le dessous.

Terminez le cercle formé par la paroi et fermez-le avec les vis, en
tenant bien compte du fait que les têtes des vis se trouvent sur la
paroi intérieure et les rondelles et les écrous sur la paroi extérieure.
Il est important que chaque trou des deux séries, à l'exception du
dernier, dispose d'une vis, sinon la piscine pourrait rompre lors du
remplissage. Assurez-vous que tous les profilés inférieurs soient
ajustés correctement. Maintenant, vous pouvez couper le dernier
profilé selon les mesures avec une scie à métaux. Pour cela, il vous
suffit de relever légèrement la paroi en acier. N'oubliez pas ici non
plus les embouts en plastique. Figure 14

Recouvrez les têtes des vis avec les bandes de PVC (non compris
dans la livraison) (à l'intérieur de la piscine), pour protéger le liner
contre le frottement sur des objets, ce qui représente la principale
cause des dommages sur les liners de piscines. Cette bande doit
adhérer solidement, utilisez si néces- saire une colle pour PVC à cet
effet, et assurez-vous ensuite que l'ensemble du bord pointu ainsi
que les vis soient complètement couverts, avant que vous ne

passiez à l'étape suivante. Figure 15
Vérifiez une nouvelle fois, que la piscine est ronde.

Si vous n'utilisez pas d'isolation de sol

Recouvrez la partie inférieure avec un genre de sable propre (sans
pierres, ni autres corps étrangers) d'une hauteur d'environ 1 à 2 cm
et tassez-le. Une cale en forme de triangle entourant la paroi du
bassin doit être faite (cannelure) et ne doit pas dépasser 7 cm. Avec
cette petite astuce, vous évitez que la pression totale de l'eau n'en-

dommage le liner et ne glisse sous la paroi en métal. Afin d’éviter
que le sable ne s’éparpille, nous vous conseillons de poser un

revêtement plastique supplémentaire le long du fond du bassin.

Si vous utilisez une isolation de sol

Vous pouvez utiliser ici les cales en Styropore disponibles chez nous
en option. Celles-ci sont alors collées avec une colle forte le long de
l'isolation de sol autour de la paroi du bassin.

À titre de remplacement, vous pouvez également fabriquer une
gorge creuse avec du sable, tel que décrit ci-dessus.

Quelle que soit laquelle des deux variantes vous choisirez, vous
devez maintenant ajouter un rembourrage pour piscine sur l'isolation
de sol et la cannelure parce que sinon l'isolation de sol du liner retire
le plastifiant, le liner devient ainsi friable, et la durée de vie est con­sidérablement réduite. Pour la variante avec sable, le revêtement in­térieur apporte ici une protection supplémentaire.

Installation du liner de la piscine

Le liner utilisé est conçu pour être longuement exposé à la chaleur
et aux rayons ultraviolets. C'est pourquoi les propriétés du liner peu­vent légèrement changer sous certaines conditions climatiques.

Ne posez jamais les pieds sur le liner de la piscine avec des chaus-

sures!

Le liner est la partie la plus importante et la plus sensible de votre
piscine. N'utilisez pas de couteau ou autre objet pointu pour ouvrir le
carton du liner. Gardez le liner séparé des autres éléments dans un
endroit sûr pour éviter des dommages non souhaités, aussi bien par
un outil, que par la paroi en métal.

Posez le liner lors d'une journée ensoleillée (par au moins 20ºC), af­in qu'il puisse s'ajuster correctement durant l'installation dans la pis­cine. Il est fabriqué à base d'un matériau en vinyle avec un cer- tain
degré de flexibilité.

1. Présentez le liner au milieu de la piscine et dépliez-le vers les cô­tés. Dirigez le côté rugueux vers l'intérieur. Le liner doit être par­faitement ajusté à la gorge creuse et à la paroi. Figure 19

2. Relevez le liner sur les rebords du bassin et maintenez celui-ci au
moyen de pinces à linge. Éliminez les plis superflus en tirant lé­gèrement sur le liner vers l’extérieur, afin d’ajuster ce dernier. Veillez
à tirer doucement sur le liner, en évitant les coups brusques. Figure

3. Il est très important que le liner soit bien centré, étendu et sans pli.
Remplissez avec environ 2 à 3 cm d'eau et lissez ensuite les plis
restants à partir du milieu. Mais n'étirez pas trop le liner.

4. Mettez les profilés en U sur les bords autour de la piscine. Après

avoir mis les profilés en U, coupez le dernier profilé à la bonne lon­gueur. Figure 22
Chacun des profilés est attaché, comme c’est le cas sur les rails de
fixation au sol, au moyen de 2 raccords en plastique. Figures 11,12

5. Après cette étape, vous pourrez remplir votre bassin d’eau,

jusqu’à 10 cm en dessous du bord, puis accrocher l’épurateur à car­touche suspensible.

Fin de la saison

A la fin de la saison de baignade, la piscine doit être enlevé et en­treposé au sec. Le même principe s’applique au système de filtrati­on. Les dommages provoqués par le gel ne sont pas couverts par la
garantie !

Introduzione:

Congratulazioni per aver acquistato un set piscina del nostro assor­timento. Prendetevi un paio di minuti di tempo per leggere le istruzi­oni di montaggio prima di iniziare a posizionare la piscina. Nelle is­truzioni trovate le informazioni necessarie per aumentare la durata
della piscina e per garantire la sicurezza e il divertimento.

Per il posizionamento sono necessarie almeno 2 persone, ma
ovviamente ci si impiega meno tempo se ci sono anche altre perso­ne che aiutano. La durata del montaggio senza preparazione del
fondo e riempimento è di ca. 3 ore.

Per il montaggio sono necessari strumenti o materiali aggiuntivi (non
contenuti nel volume di fornitura):

 Cacciavite
 Nastro isolante
 Tavola di legno lunga (diritta!)
 Metro a nastro
 Sega metallica
 Guanti di sicurezza
 Livella a bolla d’aria
 Inserto speciale per vasche

Informazioni importanti:
Leggere e seguire tutte le istruzioni prima di utilizzare il prodotto!

 È importante che i bambini e le persone disabili siano sorvegliati in

modo competente da adulti.

 Adottare misure di sicurezza in modo da evitare che la piscina sia

utilizzata in modo indesiderato.

 Adottare misure di sicurezza per la protezione dei bambini e degli

animali domestici.

 La piscina e gli accessori della piscina devono essere montati e

smontati solo da adulti.

 Non saltare mai nella piscina e non immergersi.
 Al fine di garantire un montaggio sicuro posizionare la piscina su

un fondo stabile e compatto. In caso contrario la piscina può pie-

garsi e la persona che si trova nella piscina potrebbe venire “tra-
sportata” dall’acqua e ferirsi.

 Non consentire a nessuno di sedersi sui lati della piscina o di ar-

rampicarsi.

 Rimuovere tutti i giocattoli acquatici che si trovano nella piscina e

attorno a essa che non vengono utilizzati, in quanto questi giocat­toli attirano i bambini piccoli.

 Rimuovere dalla zona della piscina poltrone, tavoli o altri oggetti

che potrebbero essere utilizzati dai bambini per arrampicarsi.

 Osservare che presso la piscina siano presenti i dispositivi di

sicurezza e che presso il telefono più vicino siano presenti i numeri
di emergenza. Esempio di attrezzatura di salvataggio:
salvagente con corda approvato dalla guardia costiera, asta di sal­vataggio con almeno 366 cm di lunghezza.

 Mantenere la piscina pulita. Il fondo della piscina deve essere

sempre visibile da fuori.

 Se si desidera utilizzare la piscina di notte, assicurarsi che tutte le

indicazioni di pericolo, la scaletta, il fondo della piscina e lo spazio
circostante siano ben illuminati.

 Non utilizzare assolutamente la piscina sotto l’influenza di alcol e

droghe!

 Tenere i bambini lontano dalla piscina coperta per evitare che si

avvolgano nel telo di copertura e si anneghino o si feriscano
gravemente.

 I teli di copertura devono essere rimossi completamente prima di

utilizzare la piscina. Fare attenzione che nessun bambino o adulto
si trovi sotto il telo.

 Non coprire la piscina se deve essere utilizzata.
 Mantenere pulita la zona attorno alla piscina in modo da prevenire

infortuni causati dallo scivolamento o dalla caduta.

 Mantenere pulita l’acqua in modo da proteggere contro le malattie

tutti gli utilizzatori della piscina.

 La piscina è un oggetto d’uso. Effettuare la corretta manutenzione

della piscina. Spesso un peggioramento eccessivo o troppo rapido
della qualità dell’acqua può danneggiare la piscina.

 Questa piscina è adatta solo per essere utilizzata all’esterno.
 Al fine di garantire che l’acqua circoli almeno una volta al giorno,

consigliamo di attivare la pompa filtrante anche durante l’utilizzo

della piscina. Leggere le informazioni dettagliate per il calcolo delle
ore di esercizio necessarie della pompa filtrante riportate nelle
istruzioni per l’uso.

 La piscina deve essere sempre piena di acqua. Se la piscina viene

svuotata completamente, bisogna assolutamente assicurare la pa­rete di acciaio per evitare che si rovesci.

LE BARRIERE DI SICUREZZA O LE COPERTURE PER LA
PISCINA NON POSSONO SOSTITUIRE LA SORVEGLIANZA
CONTINUA E COMPETENTE DA PARTE DI ADULTI. GLI ADULTI
DEVONO SVOLGERE LA FUNZIONE DI UN BAGNINO E DEVONO
VIGILARE SULLA SICUREZZA DEI BAGNANTI, IN PARTICOLARE
MODO DEI BAMBINI CHE SI TROVANO NELLA PISCINA E NELLE
SUE VICINANZE.

IN CASO DI MANCATA OSSERVANZA SI PUÒ VERIFICARE IL
DANNEGGIAMENTO DI OGGETTI, SERIE LESIONI O
ADDIRITTURA LA MORTE.

Importanti disposizioni di sicurezza:

Leggere e seguire tutte le istruzioni prima di utilizzare il prodotto!
Queste avvertenze, istruzioni e disposizioni di sicurezza riguardano
alcuni pericoli generali durante il relax in acqua, ma non compren­dono tutti i possibili rischi e pericoli. Essere prudenti, il buon senso e
la corretta capacità di valutazione durante la balneazione sono im­portanti. Conservare le presenti istruzioni per la consultazione suc­cessiva.

Avvertenze generali

 Verificare regolarmente che i perni, i bulloni e le viti siano privi di

ruggine e controllare che non ci siano frammenti o spigoli vivi al fi­ne di evitare lesioni (soprattutto nel caso di superfici di contatto).

Sicurezza delle persone che non sanno nuotare

 La sorveglianza continua, attiva e vigile di nuotatori inesperti e di

persone che non sanno nuotare da parte di un adulto competente
è sempre indispensabile (va osservato che nel caso dei bambini
sotto i 5 anni di età sussiste il pericolo di annegamento).

 Incaricare un adulto competente della sorveglianza di ogni utilizzo

della piscina.

 I nuotatori inesperti e le persone che non sanno nuotare quando

utilizzano la piscina devono indossare un dispositivo di protezione
personale.

Dispositivi di sicurezza

 Si consiglia di montare una barriera (e di assicurare tutte le porte e

finestre, se possibile) al fine di impedire l’accesso non autorizzato
alla piscina.

 Le barriere, le coperture per piscina, gli allarmi o dispositivi di

sicurezza simili sono strumenti utili, ma non possono sostituire la
sorveglianza continua e competente degli adulti.

Dispositivi di salvataggio

 Si consiglia di tenere dispositivi di salvataggio (ad es. salvagente)

presso la piscina.

Utilizzo sicuro della piscina

 Incoraggiare tutti gli utilizzatori, in particolar modo i bambini, a im-

parare a nuotare.

 Imparare le misure salvavita immediate (rianimazione) e rinfres-

care regolarmente le proprie conoscenze. Ciò può fare la differen­za in caso di emergenza.

 Informare gli utilizzatori della piscina, bambini compresi, su cosa

bisogna fare in caso di emergenza.

 Non gettarsi nell’acqua poco profonda. Ciò può causare gravi le-

sioni o la morte.

 Non utilizzare la piscina se si è sotto l’effetto di alcol o farmaci; ciò

può limitare la propria capacità di utilizzare la piscina in sicurezza.

 Se si utilizzano coperture per piscina, rimuoverle completamente

dalla superficie dell’acqua prima di entrare nella piscina.

Al fine di prevenire sorprese non necessarie, è opportuno creare un
piano prima del montaggio della piscina, chiedersi quali sono i mate­riali necessari e in quanto tempo devono essere svolti i lavori.

Non posizionare la piscina in un giorno ventoso. Il rivestimento
d’acciaio sarebbe troppo difficile da maneggiare in caso di forte ven­to, potrebbe piegarsi e danneggiarsi irreparabilmente. Posizionare la
pellicola della piscina in un giorno caldo e soleggiato, in modo che il
procedimento sia semplice. Tuttavia la pellicola non va posizionata
sotto la diretta irradiazione solare in quanto con la dilatazione termi­ca non si ottiene una precisione ottimale della pellicola. Il miglior
momento per posizionare la pellicola della piscina è in estate, la
mattina presto o la sera tardi. Non montare la pellicola della piscina
con temperature esterne inferiori ai 20°C, in caso contrario la pellico­la diventa rigida e diventa difficile posizionarla.

L’impianto di filtrazione della piscina e gli eventuali altri accessori

funzionano elettricamente. Se nel proprio giardino non si dispone di
collegamenti elettrici è necessario crearli.

I collegamenti elettrici necessari devono essere creati da un’impresa
che realizza impianti elettrici. I collegamenti devono essere messi a
terra e devo essere assicurati con un salvavita da 30 milliampere.
Devono essere osservate le rispettive disposizioni di legge come
l’ÖVE, la VDE ecc.

Evitare la presenza di oggetti taglienti nella piscina. Ciò potrebbe
provocare danni alla pellicola.

Non salire sul corrimano. Ciò potrebbe provocare danni al corrimano
o alla parete della piscina.

Le piscine con una profondità di 90 o 120 cm non sono adatte per i
tuffi. La mancata osservanza di ciò può condurre a gravi lesioni della
testa o della colonna vertebrale.

Sorvegliare sempre i bambini quando si trovano nella piscina o nelle
sue vicinanze!

Nel caso in cui nella propria casa o nel vicinato ci siano dei bambini
che non hanno ancora imparato a nuotare, consigliamo di applicare
attorno alla piscina un economico recinto a maglia disponibile in
commercio. I teloni di copertura o altre coperture della piscina non
garantiscono la sicurezza dei bambini. Non pesare quindi che le co­perture per piscine, indifferentemente dalla loro tipologia, esonerino
dalle proprie responsabilità nei confronti dei bambini.

Posizione della piscina (figura 1)

In fase di selezione della posizione della piscina vanno presi in con­siderazione diversi fattori.

Per un montaggio corretto della piscina è necessario un fondo stabi­le e solido. Quindi la piscina non può essere assolutamente montata
su superfici di riporto. Ciò potrebbe causare assestamenti e quindi
danni alla piscina. Se possibile, per la piscina selezionare il punto
più soleggiato del giardino. Quanto più grande è la piscina, meglio è.
Attorno alla piscina ci dovrebbe essere una superficie libera di alme­no ca. 90 cm.

Se possibile per la piscina dovrebbe essere selezionato un posto
protetto dal vento. Una piscina esposta al vento senza protezione è

soggetta a un’elevata dispersione termica a causa della convezione
o dell’evaporazione.

La piscina non va posizionata direttamente accanto o sotto alberi,
arbusti, ecc. (grande dispendio di tempo per la cura).

La piscina non va assolutamente montata sotto le linee aeree. Evita­re di posizionare la piscina sopra le prese di terra.

Posizione del dispositivo di filtrazione
La piscina deve essere munita di un impianto di filtrazione a sabbia.

Nel caso d’impianti di filtrazione fuori terra, deve essere rispettata
una distanza minima dal bordo della piscina. Maggiori informazioni
sono disponibili nella descrizione allegata al rispettivo dispositivo di
filtrazione.

Preparazione del punto di posizionamento

Desideriamo che i nostri clienti godano della piscina per molti anni e
per questo motivo è assolutamente necessario riporre la dovuta im­portanza sulla preparazione del posto su cui posizionare la piscina.
Quanto più il punto è stabile e preparato, più a lungo sarà possibile
godersi la propria piscina. Invitiamo a procedere con la dovuta cura.
È assolutamente necessario che il fondo su cui viene posizionata la
piscina sia piano e solido (non superfici di riporto).

Gli assestamenti condurrebbero immancabilmente a deformazioni e
danneggiamenti della piscina. Il punto di posizionamento deve esse­re privo di vetri, pietre, radici e oggetti taglienti. Le pietre e le radici
devono essere rimosse, altrimenti potrebbero verificarsi danni alla
piscina.

Nel caso in cui la piscina venga posizionata direttamente su un fon-

do di calcestruzzo, d’asfalto o simile, è assolutamente necessario

che tra questo fondo e la pellicola venga applicato un vello di fibra
minerale come strato divisorio.

In nessun caso si può posizionare la pellicola direttamente sul cal-

cestruzzo, sull’asfalto, sul catrame, sul cartone, sul legno e sull’erba.

Ciò danneggerebbe inevitabilmente la pellicola.
La piscina è sostanzialmente adatta per il montaggio a terra e nel

caso di trasgressione non sussiste alcuna garanzia.

Tracciatura del punto di posizionamento

Osservare le indicazioni delle misure secondo le tabelle e trac­ciare il punto di posizionamento con polvere di calce o spray colo­rato.

1. Piantare un paletto di legno al centro del punto di posizionamen­to.

2. Ora con uno spago e con spray colorato oppure con polvere di
calce tracciare un cerchio il cui raggio è indicato nella tabella

R+ indica il raggio della superficie necessaria per il posizionamento.

3. Ora rimuovere l’humus, tutti gli oggetti taglienti, le pietre e le radici
presenti all’interno di questa superficie contrassegnata. Figura 5

Livellamento del punto di posizionamento

Ora cominciare a livellare il punto di posizionamento partendo dal

punto più profondo e utilizzando una livella ad acqua e un’assicella
diritta, ancora meglio sarebbe usare un’assicella di misura (assicella

in alluminio). Spianare i punti rialzati. In nessun caso rialzare i punti
profondi in quanto ciò potrebbe causare assestamenti. Figura 6, 7

Ora livellare il punto di posizionamento finché non diventa comple­tamente piano. La premessa per una piscina funzionale è un punto
di posizionamento preparato a regola d’arte.

Utilizzo di un isolamento del fondo:
nel caso in cui si desideri isolare il fondo della piscina con un pan-

nello di polistirolo o di stylodur, è necessario isolare l’intera piscina.

Applicare uno strato di pietrisco di al massimo 3 cm e comprimerlo.
Poi posizionare l`isolamento del fondo nel letto di pietrisco.

Nel caso di base di calcestruzzo valgono le stesse indicazioni,
l’unica differenza è che il letto di pietrisco viene sostituito dal basa­mento di calcestruzzo (lo spessore dipende delle situazioni locali ed
è di ca. 15 – 20 cm con armatura di ferro).

Montaggio dei binari

Posizionare il profilo inferiore attorno alla superficie del cerchio, ec­cezione fatta per l'ultimo profilo. I profili vengono collegati con 2 ele­menti di giunzione di plastica. Figura 11,12

Posizionare la parete in acciaio della piscina in modo perpendicolare
su un cartone nel centro della circonferenza. La parte viene srotolata
completamente lungo tutta la circonferenza nel profilo interno. Figura

Il nostro consiglio: potete premere le guide di fondo anche dal basso
contro la parete di acciaio.

Completare la circonferenza della parete e stringere con le viti, fa­cendo attenzione che le teste delle viti si trovino nella parete interio­re e che le rondelle e i dadi nella parete esterna. È importante che
ogni foro delle due file, con eccezione dell’ultima, presenti una vite,
in caso contrario la piscina si potrebbe rompere quando viene riem­pita. Assicurarsi che tutti i profili inferiori siano posizionati corretta­mente. Ora è possibile tagliare su misura l’ultimo profilo con una se­ga per metalli. Per fare ciò è sufficiente sollevare solo un po' la pare­te di acciaio. Non dimenticarsi degli elementi di giunzione di plastica.

Coprire la testa delle viti con strisce in PVC (non contenuta nel vo­lume di fornitura) (sul lato interno della pi- scina) per proteggere la
pellicola dallo sfregamento contro oggetti che potrebbero danneggi­arla. Questo nastro deve essere molto ade- rente e se necessario va
utilizzato un adesivo PVC. Dopodiché, pri- ma di passare alla fase
successiva, assicurarsi che tutti i bordi ta- glienti e le viti siano com­pletamente coperte. Figura 15

Controllare nuovamente se la piscina è rotonda.

Se non si utilizza alcun isolamento del fondo

Coprire il fondo con sabbia pulita (senza pietre e altri corpi estranei)
per circa 1-2 cm e comprimere il tutto. Sulla parete della piscina de­ve essere creato tutt’attorno un cuneo a forma di triangolo (scanala­tura) che non deve superare i 7 cm. Con questo espediente si evita
che la pressione dell’acqua danneggio la pellicola e che essa scivoli
sotto la parete di metallo. Al fine di evitare la fuoriuscita della sabbia,
bisogna applicare aggiuntivamente una pellicola di plastica lungo il
fondo della piscina.

Se si utilizza un isolamento del fondo

In questo caso è possibile utilizzare opzionalmente il cuneo in polisti­rolo disponibile presso di noi. Esso viene incollato con un adesivo
sull’isolamento del fondo lungo la piscina.

In alternativa si può anche creare una sguscia di raccordo in sabbia
come sopra descritto.

Indipendentemente da quale delle due varianti viene adottata,

bisogna applicare un vello per piscina sull’isolamento del fondo e
sulla scanalatura altrimenti l’isolamento del fondo toglierebbe il plas-

tificante e la pelli- cola della piscina diventerebbe fragile riducendo
così notevolmente la su durata. Inoltre la variante con sabbia prote­gge aggiuntivamente la pellicola interna.

Installazione della pellicola della piscina

La pellicola utilizzata è stata sviluppata per essere esposta al calore
e ai raggi ultravioletti per molto tempo. Nonostante ciò le caratteristi­che della pellicola possono cambiare leggermente in determinate
condizioni climatiche.

Non calpestare mai la pellicola della piscina quando s’indossano le

La pellicola è la parte più importante e delicata della piscina. Non uti­lizzare un coltello o un altro oggetto tagliente per aprire la scatola di
cartone della pellicola. Conservare la pellicola separatamente dalle
altre parti in un luogo sicuro al fine di evitare danni indesiderati, cau­sati sia da attrezzi che dalla parete di metallo.

Posizionare la pellicola in una giornata soleggiata (ad almeno 20°C)
in modo che durante l’installazione si adatti correttamente alla pisci­na. La pellicola è stata creata su una base di materiale in vinile e
presenta un certo grado di flessibilità.

1. Posizionare la pellicola in mezzo alla piscina e srotolarla verso i la­ti. Rivolgere la parte ruvida verso l’interno. La pellicola della piscina
deve essere unita perfettamente alla sguscia di raccordo e alla pare­te. Figura 19

2. Posizionare la pellicola sui bordi della piscina e tenerla ferma con
mollette da bucato. Rimuovere le pieghe superflue tirando legger­mente la pellicola verso l’esterno e adattando. Tirare con cautela la
pellicola, evitare forti scosse. Figura 20

3. È importante che la pellicola sia ben centrata, distesa e che non
presenti pieghe. Riempire con circa 2-3 cm di acqua ed eliminare poi
tutte le pieghe ancora presenti. Tuttavia non distendere troppo la
pellicola.

4.Inserire il profilo U nei bordi della piscina. Dopo aver posizionato i

profili U, tagliare l’ultimo profilo per la lunghezza adatta. Figura 22 I

profili sono uniti con 2 elementi di giunzione di plastica come nel
caso delle guide di fondo. Figura 11,12

5.Dopodiché si può riempire la piscina con acqua fino a 10 cm sotto
il bordo e montare l’impianto con filtri a cartuccia.

Fine della stagione

Al termine della stagione balneare, la piscina deve essere rimosso e

conservato asciutto. La stessa cosa vale per l’impianto di filtrazione.

I danni causati dal gelo non sono coperti dalla garanzia!
