328-megapixels HD camera
HDRC-Z440 is a 328-megapixels high resolution
PAN-TILT-ZOOM HD camera. It provides 720p or
1080i resolution HD video by built-in Sony’s
328-megapixels EXMOR COMOS image sensor for high
quality image sensing.

20x Optical, 12x Digital Zoom function
HDRC-Z440 generates 20x Optical, 12x Digital Zoom.(Max 240x). It
provides clear image without distortion even Close-Up from a far
distance.
HD-SDI uncompressed video transmit
DHDRC-Z440 transmit HD-SDI uncompressed video signal.
It uses standard 75Ω BNC connector and Coaxial cable because it
transmit digital video signal by HD-SDI form. It can deliver far distance
(more than 100M) signal by the cable.
Tip
HD-SDI(HD-Serial Digital Interface)
HD-SDI is well-known as SMPTE 292M standard which is
uncompressed digital video interface standard established
by Society of Motion Picture and Television Engineers. It uses for uncompressed video or audio
transmit method between HD digital equipments which are used in broadcasting station or
post production and it is a digital interface signal that is encoding digital video and 4 channel
digital audio.

TRUE NIGHT SHOT
HDRC-Z440’s CMOS sensor provides low light level capability function
which is called TRUE NIGHT SHOT. It supports to shoot with minimum
light, so night photography is practicable.
Wide angle adjustment
HDRC-Z440 can be operated PAN, Tilt at will.
Moreover, variable speed is available from 0.1°/sec to 380°/sec.

H/W setting with DIP Switch
HDRC-Z440 can set up transmission speed, transmission termination
ON/O, video output (NTSC/PAL) by using DIP switch of hardware form.
Menu for multiple settings
It can make the setting by using On-Screen Menu Utility for applying
multiple functions of HDRC-Z440. The function can be performed by
HDCC-400 camera controller, menu show up on camera screen. Menu
selection or setting is available with camera controller joystick and but
ton. Multiple functions can be set such as Auto scan, preset function,
and multiple patterns. Furthermore, camera address (ID) can be set for
using multiple cameras. (Please refer to the manual, for more features.)

Stylish Camera Controller
HDCC-400 is the camera controller for controlling HDRC-Z440 PAN-TILT-ZOOM camera. Max 32 cameras
can be controlled by one controller, and it can call up by programming of multiple functions.
Furthermore, it can execute and set the camera menu, so it is optimized to show the best performance
with HDRC-Z440.
Automatic Camera ID Detection
HDCC-400 recognizes ID automatically on connecting camera.
Auto camera provides protocol that ID scan function is used widely, so it scans the protocol and
communication speed. Therefore, camera ID recognition is available, even if the users don’t know camera
protocol and communication speed.
Rapid reaction, sophisticated operation
HDCC-400’s 3-Axis control joystick provides the camera’s PAN, TILT or Zoom function at will. High speed
control is available by rapid reaction, and sophisticated control is available in Max zoom state, so easy
operation is available.
Tip
HDMI (HD-Multimedia Interface)
It is the digital video/audio interface specication of uncompressed form.
Multimedia such as DVD, PC that support HDMI, it provides interface among
equipments like AV, monitor etc. It doesn’t need decoder chip or software and
compatible between connecting devices, because it transmit uncompressed video and
audio les. HDMI interface is basically combine of DVI video signal and s/PDIF audio
signal, so it can transmit the signal within 10~30m.

HD MULTIPLEXER & CONVERTER HDMC-01
Control Signal Multiplexer
HDMC-01 helps to send Pan-Tilt-Zoom Camera control signal with in HD-SDI video signal coaxial
cable. Communications line doesn’t need to be connected to the camera for controlling of camera
controller(HDCC-400), if HDMC-01 is existed. HDMC-01 controls communication signal through coaxial
cable. It means one coaxial cable is enough, without multiple communication and video cables.

HD-SDI to HDMI Converter
HDMC-01 is a converter that changes HD-SDI digital video input signal from the camera to digital video
interface HDMI signal output.
Therefore, one HDMC-01 can help to simplify the camera connect lines, and generates HDMI signal too.
Of course, it supports input HD-SDI signal’s Bypass.
