Following cautions should be kept when installing this device into the rack.
1. Proper ventilation inside of rack is required. Open the rear panel of rack or install the fan.
2. In case of installing several Amplifiers, install the blank panel in every five Amplifiers for proper air
ventilation.
3. Blank panel included in the DPA-5075M should be installed in the unused module among sets.

1. POWER SWITCH
When turning on the switch, blue light on power LED will be on, and this device is ready to operate.
However, Main power switch on the rear panel should be on.
※ When detaching the DM-75, it is recommended that turn off the DM-75 module Power Switch.
2. POWER LED
When turning on the module Power Switch, Power LED will be on, and when turning off the power switch,
LED will be off.
3. SIGNAL OUTPUT LEVEL INDICATOR
It is the indicator that displays the output level
-30 dB : Green
Clip : Yellow
※ CAUTION : DO NOT use this device when LED is on.
Reduce the signal output.
4. PROTECTION CIRCUIT INDICATOR
It is the protection circuit status indicator LED for error such as over-heating, over-current, speaker short
circuit, etc.
5. VENT
It is the air path to reduce the temperature of device. Do not block the vent. Clean the vent regularly not to
be clogged due to dust, etc.
※ Blank panel included in the DPA-5075M should be installed in the unused module among sets.

It is the speaker output terminal.
※ CAUTION : Total impedances of speaker connected per one channel should be higher than rated
impedance(100V : 133.3Ω, 70V : 65.3Ω).
2. RS-422 LINK IN/OUT TERMINAL
It is the terminal that transmits the status between devices when using more than two devices, and maximum
200ea can be connected.
3. RS-232 TERMINAL
It is the RS-232 terminal communicating with PC when using the monitoring program.
4. VOLUME ADJUSTER
It is the volume that adjusts the signal input level.
5. INPUT TERMINAL
It is the signal input terminal.
Balance input, + (signal plus), -(signal minus), GND(ground).
6. POWER INPUT TERMINAL
It is the power code connecting terminal.

It is the MAIN SET power ON /OFF switch.
8. DC TERMINAL
It is the spare battery (24VDC) connecting terminal. In case of blackout of AC power, back-up battery will
supply the power.
9. FAN
It is the fan used to decrease the device inside temperature. Caution not to block the air vent of fan. Clean the
vent regularly not to be clogged due to dust, etc.
10. ID SETUP SWITCH
It is the switch that sets up the ID of each device when broadcasting. Refer to (page 13) for detail information.
11. HIGH PASS FILTER SWITCH
If selecting 400Hz for high pass filter switch, high pass filter will be operated with 400Hz / -3dB.
If selecting 65Hz for high pass filter switch, high pass filter will be operated with 65Hz / -3dB.
※ CAUTION : when using the horn speaker, high pass filter switch should be selected to 400Hz. If not,
speaker connected may fail.
12. SIGNAL MAPPING SWITCH
It is the switch that converts the input signal to desire output, and refer to (page 10) for detail information.

Volume can be adjusted to 0dB~-12dB or 0dB~Minimum ranges using volume adjustment level jumper in the

Set up the signal mapping switch of channel No.1 and 2 to No.1 input, and signal mapping switch of
channel No.3 and 4 to No.2 input, and then bridge the output No.1 and 2, and then bridge the output
No.3 and 4.
When you connect the speaker, after separating the power code from the socket, connect the speakers
according to speaker type and connecting method to the rear panel.
Installation of High Impedance Speaker
- If High Impedance speaker is connected to each zone in parallel, up to 75W of speaker output for
each channel can be used.
※ CAUTION : 1. Do not excess total 75W for speakers connected in each channel.

2. Do not connect the speaker with low impedance, such as 4Ω, 8Ω.
It may cause the failure of device.
3. Do not put speaker output cables together with signal input cables.
Communication Between DPA-5075M, And DPA-5075M and PC
Communication Between DPA-5075M, And DPA-5075M and PC
DPA-5075M can link communicate up to 200 devices by using RS-422 DIRECT CABLE.
1) Setup the device ID
ID can be setup by using 8-pin address setting located on the rear panel as follows.
ID can setup up to ( 1 (MASTER) ~ 200 ). ID is decided as exponential of 2.

2) Amplifier status check function (RS-232).
DPA-5075M can monitor the operation and error status of devices by using RS-232 serial communication.
