1 Using Cat5/5e/6 Ethernet cable, connect the input port of the splitter (A) to

a PSE port on th e PoE injector/switch — the ye llow Link LED (B) should light
— and connec t the output por t of the splitter (C) to any R J45 data input
port on the client device.

2 Check that the sel ectable voltage switch on the side p anel of the splitte r (D)

is set to the prop er output level: 5V (default), 7.5V, 9V or 12V setti ngs are
shown on the fro nt panel (E). CAUTION: S etting the outpu t voltage of the
splitter to a level higher than the m aximum input level of t he client device
is likely to result in damage to that devi ce.

3 Use the included p ower output cable to co nnect the power ou tput jack on

the splitte r (F) to a power jack on the clie nt device.

Deutsch PoE Splitter

1 Verbinden Sie den Eingang des Splitters (A) über ein Cat 5/5e/6- Kabel mit dem

PSE-Port eines PoE-Injek tors/Switches — die ge lbe “Link”-LED (B) sollte
leuchten — und verbinden Sie den Ausgang des Splitters (C) mit einem RJ 45­ Dateneingang am Client-Gerät.

2 Prüfen Sie, ob der Spannungsumschalter am seitlichen Feld des Splitters (D) auf

die korrek te Ausgangsspannun g eingestellt ist : 5V (Standard), 7,5V, 9V oder 12V,
jeweils auf der Vorderseite angezeigt (E). ACHTUNG : Ist die Ausgangsspan nung
am Splitter höher eingestellt, als die Eingangsspannungskapazität des Client­ Geräts, kann das Client-Gerät Schaden nehmen.

3 Verwenden Sie das beiliegende Stromkabel, um die Strombuchse des Splitters

(F) mit einer Strombuchse des Client-Geräts zu verbinden.

1 Usando il cavo di rete Ca t5/5e/6, collegare la por ta di ingresso dello splitter (A)

Español Splitter PoE

1 Utilice cable Ethernet Cat5/5e/6, conecte el puerto de entrada del splitter (A)
