The dial keypad INTD1001, with its multitude of different functions which are inte­grated in its program, can be used in elevators for access control to private floors, such as office buildings and apartments.
The device INTD1001 is offered in a range of models to cover the needs of the customer at the lowest possible cost. Model series: INTD1001 / 1: One Relay command. INTD1001 / 2: Two Relay commands. INTD1001 / 4: Four Relay command. INTD1001 / 8: Eight Relay commands. INTD1001 / S: With one Relay and serial communication with extension device. INTD1001 / E8: Extension device 8 Relays with serial communications.

Schematic 1
Connect power supply (12-24V AC/DC) and outputs from relays to control panel and then power on. (see Schematic 1)
After Keylock is properly powered you will here a short sound (500ms) and then device is ready to use.

Keylock device is real-time monitoring its keypad and is ready to act individual for every onboard relay, according pressed combination of keys and according the programming codes. (see “Programming” section)
Every Key (1-8) on the keypad is refer to one relay at the bottom side of the device according the onboard printed number.
Each onboard relay has 2 working mode:
Act as Unprotected Relay :
At factory reset every Relay(1-8) act like Unprotected Relay , so by pressing one Key(1-8) then the corresponding relay will be armed. Leaving the pressed key(1-8) will release the relay too.
Act as Password Protected Relay:
After programming and enable one of Relay(1-8) working as Password Protected Relay then any action referred to this Key it will requires 3-digit code in order to take effect, in any other case action will be rejected.
Working a Relay as Password Protected Relay means that, number of relay followed by 3-digit code is requested to by pressed, in order to arm this Relay.
At this working mode each relay has some extra features:

Activating a Password Protected Relay with “653” password set, requires the above combination of Key to be pressed.

Programming:
In this section demonstrate full functionality of Password Protected Relay working mode.
By enable password at any relay Password Protected Relay function is activated. Disable the last password has been set on a relay will Disable the Password Protected Relay function and Unprotected Relay function will be enabled.
Enable Password:
While desired relay password is disabled, set “000” as User / Old password (Factory preset password) and set any desired password at User / New password (Ex. “653”).
Note: Factory preset User password is “000”
Disable Password:
While desired relay password is enable, place the User / Old password and set “000” (Factory preset password) as User / New password, in order to disable the password.

Change Password:
While password is enabled at one relay, user can change the password that has been set on this relay, to a new one.
Note: Change password works only in relay with password enabled before.

Programming Latch Mode
Programming latch mode requires selected relay being in Password Protected Relay function.
Every Password Protected Relay act in 2 ways, Latch Off (Timer) / Latch On :
Latch Off (Timer):
In this mode, activating any relay (E.g. 2) will arm the Relay for selected period of time between 1-98 seconds and after that time, Relay will be released.
Caution: Factory preset Latch mode is Off and preset Delay Time is 2 seconds.

Latch On:
In this mode, activating any relay (E.g. 2) will arm the Relay and hold its state until Relay has been deactivated ( by pressing the same sequence of keys as on activation), when Relay will be released.
Caution: Factory preset Latch mode is Off and preset Delay Time is 2 seconds.

Programming Administrator Function
In this section demonstrate full functionality of programming Administrator Function.
Installer of Keylock is considered as Administrator of the device. Administrator can edit his own password. Furthermore administrator has some extra authority on the device which is the ability to disable User/s password/s, one by one or all together. This operation called Reset of User Password.
Change Administrator Password:
While device is powered up administrator can handle is password according the below way.
Note: Factory preset Admin password is “0000”

Reset User Password:
In order to make this actions, administrator has to set the Admin password before. This way ensure that only unique administrator of current Keylock device can handle the users passwords.
Administrator can reset users password with 2 ways:
One-By-One:
Reset any password refers to Password Protected Relay.
All Together:
Reset all passwords refers to Password Protected Relays.

Supervisor Password
If there is no possibility of using the admin password you should contact your retailer. The retailer will ask the Serial Number of the device, which will be used, after identification of the owner, in an algorithm that will generate Supervisor Password.
Programming Supervisor Password:
While device is powered up Supervisor password must be typed according the below way.
After code typed well device will response with 5 short buzzer sounds (150 ms pause between each other)
There is always the possibility to return the device to the factory for reprogramming the factory settings (Factory Reset).
