Description

The Pessary Fiing Set is to help determine the proper style and size of pessary for each patient. It includes six
popular Ring pessaries and an embossed cross-reference chart to use in selecting the appropriate pessary.

The Pessary Fiing Set is supplied non-sterile.

Cleaning Instructions/Sterilization Instructions

1. Cleaning: submerge in enzymatic cleaner for 20 minutes. Remove from enzymatic cleaner and rinse
thoroughly with demineralized water. Allow to dry completely prior to sterilization.

2. Disinfecting: use disinfecting solution for 12 minutes. Be sure to review and follow manufacturer of the
disinfecting solution’s instructions of use. Remove from disinfecting solution and rinse thoroughly with
demineralized water. Allow to dry completely prior to sterilization.

Returned Goods Policy

Products must be returned in unopened packages with manufacturer’s seals intact to be accepted for
replacement or credit unless returned due to a complaint of product defect. Determination of a product
defect will be made by Integra. Products will not be accepted for replacement if they have been in the
possession of the customer for more than 90 days.

Descripción

Description

L'ensemble d'ajustement pessaire sert à déterminer le style et la taille appropriés d'un pessaire pour chaque patiente.
Il est composé de six anneaux pessaires populaires et d'un tableau de référence croisé embossé destiné à sélectionner
le pessaire approprié. L'ensemble d'ajustement pessaire est fourni non-stérile.

Beschreibung

Das Pessar-Anpassungsset wird zur Bestimmung der richtigen Pessargröße der Patientin verwendet. Es beinhaltet
sechs gängige Ringpessare und eine geprägte Querverweistabelle zur Auswahl des geeigneten Pessars.

Das Pessar-Anpassungsset wird nicht steril geliefert.

Reinigungs-/Sterilisationsanweisungen

1. Reinigung: 20 Minuten lang in Enzymreiniger eintauchen. Aus dem Enzymreiniger nehmen und gründlich mit
voll entsalztem Wasser abspülen. Vor dem Sterilisieren vollständig trocknen lassen.

2. Desinfektion: 12 Minuten lang eine Desinfektionslösung auragen. Stellen Sie sicher, dass Sie die
Gebrauchsanweisung des Herstellers für die Desinfektionslösung beachten. Aus der Desinfektionslösung
nehmen und gründlich mit voll entsalztem Wasser abspülen. Vor dem Sterilisieren vollständig trocknen lassen.

Descrizione

Beschrijving

De Pessarium-passet is een hulpmiddel voor het bepalen van de de juiste uitvoering en maat van een pessarium voor
elke individuele patiënte. De set omvat zes veel gebruikte ring-pessaria en een referentieschema in reliëf voor gebruik

1. Reiniging: onderdompelen in enzymatische reiniger gedurende 20 minuten. Uit de enzymatische reiniger
verwijderen en goed spoelen met gedemineraliseerd water. Goed laten drogen vóór sterilisatie.

2. Desinfectie: gedurende 12 minuten een desinfecteeroplossing gebruiken. De gebruiksaanwijzing van de
fabrikant van de desinfecteeroplossing doornemen en opvolgen. Uit de desinfecteeroplossing verwijderen en
goed spoelen met gedemineraliseerd water. Goed laten drogen vóór sterilisatie.
