The ISM- WF200 mic roscope is an ex citing an d dual-us age digital microscope ; it ca n be us ed either with a WiFi co nne cti on or with a USB wired connection. The dual- usa ge mi croscope enables you to clearly s tud y mic ro-objects, the Wi Fi co nne ct not only gives you freedom to move away from a l aptop/PC, it also enables you to s har e you r study with others co nne cte d to the WiFi. 5. Store and opera te ISM-WF200 micro sco pe at Temp: -20 ~ 4 5°C, Humidity: 45 % ~ 85% , sto ring and operatin g out sid e these limits may red uce t he li fe of the product.
6. Do not expose this pro duc t to w ate r or other liq uids. If wat er or other liquid s ent er th e product, immediatel y power off the product. Continued use of the product may result in fire o r an el ect rical shock.
7. D o not us e any detergent or vo lat ile s olu tion, as this wi ll da mag e the camera cas e, pa int ed surfaces and lens. To clean the prod uct u ses o nly a soft cleaning cl oth .
8. Do not place this prod uct near a heat sour ce or expo se direct flame, avoid t he le ns da maged by high tempera tur e or hu midity
9. If the lens is dirty, please use a kens brush o n so ft cloth t o wi pe clean. Avoid touching it wi th yo ur fingers. Exe rci se ca re to avoid scratchi ng th e len s.

Structure
The Power “OFF/ USB—WiFi” Switch :
WiFi: ISM- WF200 Micro sco pe works in WiFi mod e when swit ch is moved to “WiFi ” sid e. OFF/USB: Power- off WiFi Microscop e whe n swi tch i s mov ed to “OFF/USB” s ide; also, USB micro sco pe works i f co nne cted to PCs USB port via Min iUS B cab le.
WiFi I ndi cat or (Blue LED):
Flashing light indicates data tr ans mission; C ons tant light i ndi cates no data transm iss ion .
Power Indica tor ( Blu e LED):
Lights when power on WiFi or connecte d to PC or AC adaptor via MiniUSB cabl e.
Battery Indi cat or (B lue LED or Red LED) :
Red LED lights w hen b att ery level low; Blue LE D lig hts w hen battery charging ful l.
Charge Indic ato r (Re d LED):
Lights when the battery is bein g ch arg ed; tur n off when the battery is ful ly ch arg ed. Charging Ins tru cti ons: Connect the DC Adap ter (plug the AC a dap ter into an AC outlet) or PC’s USB cable, it cha rges whether the pow er switch is on WiFi or OFF/USB. (We D O NOT recommend char gin g WiF i Mic ros cop e whi le using)
Using with iPad
1. Downloa d a nd ins tall the “ISM - PAD” app from “App Sto re” or the Disc encl ose d for y our Windows or IOS dev ice . Note 1: Search “I SM- PAD” in App S tor e.
2. Slide the P ower switch to the “ W iFi” , a nd th e power LED indicator will lig ht, wa it for ~ 20 seconds un til the WiF i indicator and the il lumination LEDs light, then the WiFi signal will be transmitti ng co rre ctly.
3. Che ck t he wireless co nnection on your Phone/Tabl et o r PC and a list of a vai lable n etworks wil l appear. Select t he S SID Wi Fi2SCOPE_ x xxxxx ne two rk fr om the list to con nect; th e network W iFi2SCOPE_xxx xxx” req uir es a password: enter the password 123 456 78” an d click Ok.
4. Once connected, ope n the “ISM-PAD” application t o see your ima ges . Th e Wi Fi i ndicator LED fla she s an d vi deo strea m signal sho uld be di spl aye d in the app. Video st rea min g can be broadcaste d to man y dev ice s, but the fr ame r ate of live video will decreas e as th e num ber of receiving dev ice s inc rease.

Calibratio n and M eas urement’s Gu ide :
To obt ain the ac curate mea sur eme nt data, please ca lib rat e before any mea surement fu nction a t eac h magnifica tio n. Use the en closed calibratio n ruler as the t o-b e-observed object. Bring photo in to foc us by t urning the “Fo cus & Magn ifi cat ion a dju stment wheel”; Cli ck to popup this belo w scr een :
Click “ Calibration” to back th e live vi deo , click two d ots ( the dot b y cli cking na vigation icons,whic h dra w a your desired line, then click on th e liv e vid eo to pop-up this scre en:

(Do n’t subsequent ly adjust t he Focus & Ma gni fication ad jus tment wh eel ”) If the new photo o bje ct is n ot in focus, please on ly ad jus t the distance between the microscope and the object till the photo is cle ar. Click “ Previ ew ” ic on and the ISMWF200 main screen will display vide o as be low: (it waits ab out 5 seconds to di spl ay video; if the frame r ate o f live video is slo w, ple ase click “Prev iew ” ico n once again to try.)
Menu: File Select a pho to o r vi deo, click “File”on m enu bar or rightkey to pop‐up the drop‐d own m enu f or operation. Open: Open the s ele cte d photo or video to be vie wed . Save As: Sav e the selected photo o r video file as the desire d folder and fil e for mat . Delete: Dele te th e sel ected photo or video . Delete A ll: Delete th e all p hotos or v ideos in t he photo or vide o folder. E‐ Mail: Em ail the selected pho tos thr oug h your def ault email account. Favorites: Open the f old er wh ich c ont ains the c apt ured pho tos and recorded v ide os. Setting Device Setting: Select “ Video setting” t o pop‐ up the window below for vide o par ame ter setting:

1. F ram e rat e: is th e number of frames or ph oto s that are projected or d isp lay ed per second. The num ber r ang e is 1~ 30.

It is s trongly s ugg estion: To obtain the accura te measureme nt data, p lease ca lib rate bef ore a ny measurem ent function a t eac h magnificat ion . Select a known measuremen t sta nda rd as t he to -be -observed object, such a s a rul er, t o be us ed for calibration . Bri ng ph oto of the sel ected ruler into focus by turn ing th e “ Focus & Magnificat ion adj ustment wheel” , dete rmi ne the magnif ica tio n by taking a read ing f rom t he scale on the focus di al as b elo w:

In the live video win dow c lic k on th e calibration butt on , and the n click and drag to 2mm length, a small window pop up, enter the actual length(The e xam ple i s 2mm) to click “OK” But ton .
The software will auto mat ica lly calibrate the scale of magnificat ion and w ill sho w the calibrated scale of magnifi cat ion at the right‐han d box o f cal ibration button as b elo w:
Now the calibr ati on is co mpl ete d, you c an make mea sur eme nt features acc ura tely on t aken photos or re al‐ time v ideo at t his focus poi nt ( Don’t subsequently adjust the “Fo cus & Magn ifi cat ion adjustment wheel”). If the new ph oto object is no t in focus, ple ase only adjust the dista nce betwe en the micros cop e an d the object till the photo is cle ar, an d the n capture the photo to m eas ure i t.
Line measure men t:
This allows you to measur e the l ine ar d istance b etw een two points. Simply click a nd dr ag to t he de sir ed le ngth, and click again to finis h.
Point to Line Me asu rem ent
This allo ws measurement of a line 90 deg ree from a cer tain line. Simply create a line to rep resent the base by cl icking once to start, dr ag, and then cl ick again t o set the endpo int. Branch off from t he ba se li ne to start m eas uring the line that is 90 de gre e from the base li ne an d a fin al click to finish the m eas ure ment.
Continuous L ine M eas urement
This allows mea sur ement of the dist anc e be tween multiple connecting lin es. Simply click and drag t o fo rm one sec tio n of dis tan ce, cli ck agai n to start another section. Continu e until the to tal desired distanc e is measured. Doubl e‐cl ick to finish.
Polygon Meas ure men t
This allows measurement of a polygon. Simpl y click and drag to f orm the des ire d length , and cl ick again t o start the n ext section, dou ble‐c lic k to finish the polygo n mea sur ement.
Radius of Circ le Me asu rement
This allows you to measure the c ircumference, are a, and radiu s of a circle. Sim ply c lic k and extend out to the de sir ed ra dius.
Diameter of Ci rcl e Mea surement
This allows you to measure the c ircumference, are a, and radiu s of a circle. Sim ply c lic k and extend out to the de sir ed di ameter.
Three Point Ci rcl e Mea surement
This allows the measure men t of the circ umf erence, ar ea, and radius of a circle. Simply click on an y three points on th e circle you wish to meas ure .

Three Point Ar c Mea sur ement
This allows a mea sur ement o f an arc. Click on th ree con secutive points on an arc t o mea sur e.
Three Point An gle M eas urement
This allows the m easurement of an a ngl e. S tar t at the pivot point and extend out t o sta rt me asuring an angle.
Four Points Angle Measurement
This allows the m eas ure ment of an angle by sel ecting f our p oin ts. Simply select t wo point s from o ne li ne segment and a not her t wo po i nts f rom a n othe r lin e segm ent t o com p lete the a ngle measuremen t.

Photo fi le n ame: yyyymmd dhh mms s_nn nx_ Nx xxx is com bin ed by date, time , mag nif ica tion and serial num ber. For example, Still_2009‐ 03‐ 06_ 102 949 _ 060 X_N0002 figures: N umber i s 0002, mag nif ica tion is 6 0, date i s Mar‐ 06‐ 20 09, time is AM10: 2 9:49.
