The monitor’ s func tio n is to rece ive th e temp era tur e and pre ssu re inf orm ati on transmitted f rom the sen sor s fitted to e ach tire and dis pla y th is information on t he screen in the specific units of measurement of your choi ce. The mo nit or wil l e mit an al arm wh en a tire pressure or temperature varies markedly from the targeted tir e pres sur e and/ or tem per atu re (re fer se cti on 4.) The sys tem wil l detect hig h or low air pre ssu re as we ll as high temperat ure or rapid l eak age f rom the t ire s. Th e mon ito r will fl ash a red w arn ing L ED lamp and an alarm wil l s oun d to re min d t he operator to c hec k if the t ire s are high or lo w in ai r pressure, th ere is leakag e, a high t emp era tur e co ndi tio n, the mon ito r’s battery i s low, or th ere is a p rob lem with a sensor. This advanced ti re moni tor ing sys tem off ers t hes e gre at fe atu res a nd benefits, is reliable, lightweight and compact.
3 Installation & Operating Instructions
The following graphics identify the icons on the monitor.
Important; before installing the tire sensors:
a. ensure you have inflated the vehicle’s tires to your required pressures. Note: It is recommended to set tire pressures at those recommended b y the manufacturer or listed in the vehicle’s handbook, b. ensure the monitor battery is fully charged and is i n the t ire a lig nme nt mo de, c. ensure batteries have been fitted to each sensor.

The red LED ligh t a ppe ars on the moni tor if t he s ens or hasn’t b een a lign ed an d “- - -” al so ap pears on th e mon itor.
When all tire sens ors hav e be en a ligned with the m oni tor, exit tire ali gnme nt mode by ag ain holdin g d own the “ and “ ” , butto ns simu lta neou sly on t he m oni tor unt il the mon itor beeps (a ppr ox 5 sec ond s).

Note: If the sens or is to be remo ved from o ne valve a nd fitted to anot her valv e, you must delete the curr ent sett ing on t he mo nit or an d re ali gn th is s enso r to the new t ire . The monitor m ay be mou nte d using the p ede sta l sup pli ed. The moni tor can be fixed t o a sui tab le surface in the v ehi cle , sun visor, dashboar d etc . It ha s a built -in lithium battery or you may wish to use the charger pro vid ed t o po wer the mon ito r continuously.
Once you h ave c omp let ed sett ing all the tire pressures, then s et your pre fer red units o f tem per atu re and pr ess ure measurement, “kpa ”, “B ar” , “PSI” a nd “k gf/ cm2 ” for pressure units a nd “F” an d “ C” for te mpe rat ure , b y p res sin g t he “ ” o r “ ” buttons. Hol d d own the midd le button for 5 s eco nds to exi t t he Standard S ett ing s mode.

Whilst in Standby mode, press “ or “ b utt on t o ch eck the air pre ssu re a nd temperature o f each of t he tires in tu rn starting wit h the fro nt le ft tire ( gra phi cs A & B right).
The monitor indicates “- - -” if a specific sensor ’s al ign men t is lo st fr om th e monitor. Refer to Tire Alignment Mode to reali gn se nso r (gr aph ic C ri ght ).
The monitor will indicate the “no S” sig nal wh ene ver a sen sor is ei the r ou t of range or may be faulty. (g rap hic D r ight).

When the mon ito r battery char ge is low, the battery icon an d “MONITOR” icon on the scr een fl ash , the be epe r give s a 10 second in ter mit ten t a lar m. T he mon ito r will the n b eep every 30 seconds when it is within 5 minutes of total discharg e. When a tire s ens or has a low ba tte ry, the ba tte ry icon a nd “SENSOR” icon tog eth er wit h t he cor res pon din g t ire icon flas h on the sc ree n a nd a 10 se con d i nte rmi tte nt ala rm will so und . I f the po wer of an y o f t he sen sor s b eco mes to o l ow, ple ase replace the corresponding battery immedi ate ly.
The built-in li thi um ba tte ry of t he mo nit or is r e­ch ar ge ab le . Pl ea se c on ne ct t he 1 2/ 24 V DC charger into the por t at base of the monitor, and then ins ert the ada pte r plug into the por t of the vehicle's 1 2/2 4V DC a cce sso ry po rt. I t t ake s approximately 6 hours to fully charge the moni tor.
The bat ter y ico n cyc les a s it is charging (as abo ve) a nd th e mon ito r will give beep and the cha rgi ng icon wil l disappear once cha rgi ng is com ple te. Note: Please keep the monitor in a cool environment when char gin g.
Replace t he cor res pon din g sensor’ s battery when th e mo nit or indicates a l ow battery. Unscrew the plastic cap from the sensor, take out the bat ter y and replace wit h a new button cell battery, (C R 1632 ). En sur e the “+” terminal is to uch ing th e up per br ack et. Screw down the cover.
Quickly press SET but ton to en ter in to sta nd- by mod e from the po wer ed off state.
Note: Onc e the mon ito r is on, th e informat ion from all Tire s can take up to 4 minutes to be received in normal conditions. When the sensors are in an area of strong i nte rfe ren ce or in ver y col d conditions, the mon ito r may not rece ive the signal. Pull out the monitor ’s an ten na to i ncr eas e the s tre ngt h of th e sig nal .
Th e batter y model r eq ui re d fo r th e sensors is a CR1632 button battery. The "+" and "-" pole of sen sor bat ter y must be pla ced in the correct po sit ion with the “+ ” t erm ina l f aci ng up; fail ure to do so may cause the sensor to burn out. In orde r to mak e sure t hat the batt ery is replaced co rre ctl y, ente r Tire alignmen t mode a nd d ele te the al ign men t of th e respective sensor and realign it again.

The monitor has an inte lli gen t 15 mi nut e s usp end mode . The m oni tor goes into suspend mode to sav e pow er afte r the veh icl e has been switched off for more than 1 5 minutes. Wh en t he vehicle is started, the mon ito r automatically tur ns on and connects to the vehicle’s sensors.

When the ai r pr ess ure of a tire drops m ore tha n 0. 2 Ba r (3psi) within 2 m inu tes , the m oni tor wil l signal a n au dib le alarm and the cor res pon din g ico n will fl ash on the monitor’s scr een to indicate which tire h as t he a bno rma l ai r pr ess ure and wha t its current air pressure reading is. Th e ai r pr ess ure ico n wi ll also flash along with the flashing red LED on the monit or.
When the ai r pr ess ure of a tire drops m ore tha n 0. 2 Ba r (3psi) over a pe rio d of b etw een 2 ~10 minutes, th e monitor wi ll si gna l an aud ibl e alarm an d the c orr esp ond ing icon w ill flash on the monitor’ s scr een to indi cat e whi ch tire has the abnormal air pressure wha t it s cu rre nt a ir p res sur e reading is. Th e ai r pressure icon will a lso flash alo ng with the flashing red LED on the monitor, as the right graphic shows.
Note: If th ere is a fas t or slow leak th e sensor wi ll sen d a message to the monitor whether driving or station ary.
When the temperature inside the tire exceeds 167 oF (75oC) the system will giv e a sta ge 1 high temperature alarm and t he m oni tor wil l indicate t he p osi tio n of the tire with t he abn orm al t emp erature a lon g wi th its cu rre nt temperature. A bno rma l temp era tur e is ind ica ted by the flashing red LE D on th e mon ito r and t he te mpe rat ure i con flashing on the screen.
When th e temperature i nsi de t he ti re e xce eds 185 o F (85 oC) the s yst em wi ll gi ve a st age 2 h igh t emp erature alarm and t he mon ito r w ill indicate the po sit ion of t he tir e with th e a bn or ma l t em pe ra ture al on g w it h its c ur re nt temperature. A bno rma l temp era tur e is ind ica ted by the flashing red LE D on th e mon ito r and t he te mpe rat ure i con flashing on the screen.
When the actual tire pre ssu re is equ al to or falls below 85% of th e set p res sur e the system w ill g ive a n ala rm and the m oni tor wil l indicate the p osi tio n of the t ire wit h the abnormal air pressure and its cu rre nt pre ssu re. The low pressure i s in dic ate d by t he f las hin g red LED on t he monitor and the pressure icon flashing on the sc ree n.
When the actual pr ess ure is e qua l t o o r falls below 75% of the set pre ssu re t he system will gi ve a n al arm and the monitor w ill in dic ate th e p osi tio n of th e tire with t he abnormal air pressure and its cur ren t air pre ssu re. If th e m oni tor does not rec eiv e a signal from one or more of the sen sor s wit hin 2 0 minutes of c omi ng ou t of standby mode, the aud ibl e al arm will soun d for 15 sec ond s along wit h the flashing red LED on the monitor. T he corr esp ond ing ico n of the ab nor mal sen sor wil l also flash a nd i ndi cat e “n o S” which indicates th ere is eit her a fault w ith the se nso r, the s ens or is damaged or the sensor is o ut o f ra nge . Th e sy ste m will alarm every 20 min ute s if the moni tor sti ll can't receive t he sign al from the sensor, as the graphic on the right shows.
Note: W hen t he monitor has be en of f or in standby mod e, th e mon ito r will di spl ay “no S” instead of the detailed pressure an d t emp era tur e r ead ing s. The mo nit or will indicate the correct readings within 4 mi nut es of a cti vat ion .

When a se nso r is re mov ed to inflate or deflate a Tir e, th is wi ll cause the sensor to detect ra pid an d/o r slow leakage because the se nso r has suddenly detected zero pressure. Once the sensor is refi tte d t he mon ito r w ill retu rn to nor mal an d the alarm will clear within approximate ly 10 m inu tes .
