Stand with your weight evenly distributed on the measurement

AUTO OFF
When you step off the scale, it will automatically switch off.
CALIBRATION
Simply place it on a hard, flat surface, then press it awake and
let it zero out. The scale will be calibrated once it goes to zero,
and then you can step on and reweigh yourself.
LOW BATTERY INDICATOR
The scale will display “ ” when the battery is low, please
replace the batteries immediately with two CR2032 batteries.

OVERLOAD INDICATOR
When the scale is overloaded (over 397lb/180kg), the screen
will show “ Err ”. Please remove the weight immediately to
protect the scale.

CLEANING,MAINTENANCE,AND DISPOSAL
Cleaning
You can clean your scale using a lint-free cloth
dampened with water. If water is not enough to clean
it, you can also use a mild dish washing soap.
Changing the batteries
Open the battery cover, remove the old batteries and
replace it with new batteries.
Disposal
Dispose of this device in accordance with your local
regulations. Batteries should be disposed of separately from
household waste.
