QUICK START UP
CONVERT-A-BED MODULE ASSEMBLY

1. Carefully remove all Bed components
from cartons. Avoid use of knives and
box cutters. Bed is assembled from
bottom up.

2. If using optional foundation,
place foundation on metal frame
or legs.

Top Enclosure on the foundation
or platform and insert Interlocking
Bolsters. Insert Head to Foot
Bolster Rails A first. Side to Side
Rails B are then inserted to
form dish. If upside down or
not completely unfolded
Bolsters will not reach head
to foot or side to side.
4-Midfill Fluid Modules:
Single or dual low watt
heaters (Maximum 120 Watts
each) should be installed according
to the manufacturers instructions.
Vinyl Liner, required for Midfill
Modules is then tucked around dish.
Place Midfill fluid chamber (2 for dual
systems) evenly distributed in dish and
begin filling.

readjust firmness, flip InnoCoil,

from head to foot. Optional Vinyl

4-Cylinder Tube modules:
Vinyl Liner,
required for Tube Modules is then tucked
around dish.
Vinyl Lined Dish
Place Vinyl Cylinder Tubes in
and begin filling with
proper adapters for faucet, hose and tubes.
Optionally, tubes may be filled and drained
in bath tub
. Be sure to hold waveless tube
insert securely when moving to avoid
bunching. Comfort layer insulation is then
laid over Cylinder Tubes. DO NOT USE
HEATERS WITH TUBE MODULES.

All Fluid Modules: Do not fill above
height of vinyl liner. Burp noisy air
bubbles out of Tubes, add water
conditioner and cap tightly.
5-All models: Zip Top Enclosure
securely around modules and cover
with good quality mattress pad and
bedding to protect your investment.
