ZUR KALIBRIERUNG

Jeder Alkoholtester, der bei ACE Instruments gekauft wurde, kann auch von ACE Instruments kalibriert werden. Selbstverständlich kalibrieren wir auch Geräte, die woanders gekauft wurden, sofern diese Geräte baugleich zu den von ACE Instruments vertriebenen Geräten sind.

Sie sehen das Fälligkeitsdatum der nächsten Kalibrierung am Kalibrier-Aufkleber auf Ihrem Alkoholtester. Wenn der Aufkleber fehlt , dann sollte die Kalibrierung 6 Monate nach dem Kauf-datum erfolgen: z.B. Kaufdatum: 13.05. = nächste Kalibrierung am 13.11. und danach am 13.05. des folgenden Jahres.

WARUM IST EINE KALIBRIERUNG NOTWENDIG?

Die Kalibrierung muss nicht zwingend vorgenommen werden, die Genauigkeit des integrierten Sensors nimmt jedoch ohne Kalibrierung stetig ab und zusätzlich erlischt die Garantie, wenn die Kalibrier-Intervalle nicht eingehalten werden.

WELCHE FAKTOREN DIE MESSGENAUIGKEIT BEEINFLUSSEN

• Je öfter das Alkoholtestgerät verwendet wird, desto stärker verschiebt sich der Nullpunkt.

• Bei hohen Alkoholkonzentrationen verschiebt sich der Nullpunkt verstärkt.

• Bei wenig bis gar nicht genutzten Geräten nimmt die Empfindlichkeit des Sensors ebenso ab.

ACE Instruments empfiehlt, mindestens ein Mal (1x) pro Woche einen Test mit dem Alkoholtester durchzuführen, unabhängig davon, ob man Alkohol getrunken hat. Zum Erhalt der Messgenauigkeit sollte das Gerät außerdem regelmäßig kalibriert werden.

WICHTIGE HINWEISE ZUR TESTDURCHFÜHRUNG UND ZUR SELBSTEINSCHÄTZUNG

Nach dem letzten Schluck Alkohol sollte man mindestens 15 Minuten warten, da sich noch Restalkohol in der Mundhöhle befinden kann, der das Messergebnis beeinflusst. Rauchen sollte vor einem Test ebenso vermieden werden, da Zigarettenrauch dem Sensor schadet.

Für jeden Test sollte man ein neues Mundstück verwenden – nicht nur aus hygienischen Gründen, sondern auch, weil ein bereits benutztes Mundstück das nächste Messergebnis beeinflussen kann. Im Mundstück könnte sich Restalkohol befinden, der bei einem erneuten Gebrauch desselben Mundstückes das neue Testergebnis beeinflusst (damit würde z.B. bei einer nüchternen Person eventuell eine Alkoholisierung angezeigt werden).

Wenn am Display „Err“ angezeigt wird, dann war die abgegebene Atemprobe nicht ausreichend oder sie wurde zu früh beendet. Pusten Sie bei Ihrer Atemprobe zirka 4 Sekunden konstant und am besten so, als ob Sie ohne Ton pfeifen würden. Die Atemprobe ist beendet, sobald ein zweifacher Piepton zu hören ist.

Wenn dieselbe Person 2 Tests hintereinander ausführt, dann sollte sie zwischen den beiden Tests mindestens 3 Minuten warten, da bei zu kurzer Wartezeit zu unterschiedliche Messwerte angezeigt werden können. Die aus der Lunge ausgeatmete Luft ist nach einem Test nicht mehr mit dem gleichen Alkoholgehalt angereichert wie beim kurz davor durchgeführten Test. Darum wird ein sofortiger zweiter Test einen geringeren Messwert anzeigen.

Alle mit diesem Alkoholtester ermittelten Messwerte sind stets nur ein Richtwert und nicht rechtsverbindlich.

WARUM DIE GEFÜHLTE ALKOHOLISIERUNG UND DAS MESSERGEBNIS OFT NICHT ÜBEREINSTIMMEN (KÖNNEN)

Bei einem Alkoholtest gibt es sehr viele verschiedene Faktoren, die die Höhe des Messwertes beeinflussen. Dazu zählen neben dem Geschlecht, Alter, der Körpergröße und dem Körpergewicht auch der Körperfettanteil sowie die Höhe des Anteils an Körperflüssigkeit.

Darüber hinaus sind auch der allgemeine physische und psychische Zustand bzw. die jeweilige Tagesverfassung zu berücksichtigen. Außerdem können die Art der Mahlzeiten vor dem Test (Art des Inhalts und Füllstand des Magens) und die Einnahme von Medikamenten den Messwert beeinflussen.

Zu den weiteren Einfluss-Faktoren gehören natürlich die Getränkeart (Prozentanteil des Alkoholgehaltes im Getränk sowie dessen Kohlensäure- und Zuckergehalt), die Trinkgeschwindigkeit und die von der Testperson abhängige, individuelle Dauer in Bezug auf den Alkohol-Aufbau bzw. den Alkohol-Abbau im Körper.

Manche Menschen haben schnell einen erhöhten Alkoholgehalt im Blut, bei anderen dauert es länger bis eine Alkoholisierung feststellbar ist. Etwa 40-50% des konsumierten Alkohols befinden sich innerhalb von 15 Minuten im Körper, nach 30 Minuten sind es 65% und nach spätestens 70 Minuten ist der zuvor konsumierte Alkohol zu 100% im Körper aufgenommen. Zu beachten ist dabei aber auch, dass manche Menschen – teils genetisch bedingt – den Alkoholgehalt im Blut schnell wieder abbauen, wogegen andere auch nach einem längeren Zeitraum noch einen erhöhten Alkoholgehalt im Blut aufweisen.

Each breathalyzer which you buy from ACE Instruments can also be calibrated by ACE Instruments. Of course, we also calibrate devices which were bought from other contractors, as long as these devices are identical in construction to the devices sold by ACE Instruments.

You can see the due date of the next calibration on the calibration sticker placed on your breathalyzer. If the sticker is missing, the calibration is to be done 6 months after the purchase date: e.g. purchase date: 13.05. = next calibration on the 13.11. and the next on the 13.05. of the following year.

For a calibration service you can send the device to the service address specified at www.alkomat.net.

WHY IS A CALIBRATION NECESSARY?

The calibration is not mandatory, but the accuracy of the sensor installed in the breathalyzer will decrease steadily without a calibration and additionally guarantee expires, if you don`t pay attention to the calibration ranges.

WHICH FACTORS INFLUENCE THE MEASUREMENT ACCURACY

• The more often the device is used the more the zero point is influenced.

• The higher the alcohol concentration is, the more the zero point is relocated.

• Devices which are used rarely have a decreased sensibility, too.

ACE Instruments recommends using the breathalyzer at least once (1x) a week independently of having drunken alcohol or not. To maintain the measurement accuracy, the breathalyzer should also be calibrated periodically.

IMPORTANT NOTES ON TEST EXECUTION AND SELF-ASSESSMENT

After the last sip of alcohol you should wait at least 15 minutes, as there may still be residual alcohol in the oral cavity, which influences the measurement result. Also smoking should be avoided before a test, as cigarette smoke harms the sensor.

For each test you should use a new mouthpiece – not only for hygienic reasons, but also because an already used mouthpiece can influence the next measurement result. The mouthpiece could contain residual alcohol, which would aect the new test result when the same mouthpiece is used again (this for example could show an alcoholization of a person who hasn`t drunken any alcohol).

If „Err“ appears on the display, the given breath sample was insuicient or ended too soon. Blow into the moutpiece for about 4 seconds constantly (without a break) – preferably as if you were whistling without a sound.

If the same person performs 2 tests consecutively, then wait at least 3 minutes between the two tests, as a too short waiting time may cause dierent measurement results. The air exhaled from the lungs is, after a test, no longer enriched with the same alcohol content as in the previous test. Therefore, an immediate second test will indicate a lower test result.

All measured values determined with this breathalyzer are always indicative and not legally binding.

WHY THE ESTIMATED ALCOHOLIZATION AND THE MEASUREMENT RESULT IN MOST CASES CANNOT MAT C H

An alcohol test is aected by a lot of dierent factors which also aect the test result. Beside the gender, age, body size and body weight, also the body fat percentage and the amount of body fluid have a big influence.

In addition, the general physical and mental state or the current daily constitution have to be taken into consideration. Furthermore, the meals eaten before a breath test (type of content and level of the stomach) and the intake of medication may influence the measurement.

Other influencing factors are, of course, the t ype of drink (percentage of alcohol content in the beverage and its carbon dioxide and sugar content), the drinking rate and the individual subject‘s duration of alcohol build-up or degradation in the body.

Some people quickly have a high alcohol content in the blood, with other people it takes longer until an alcoholization is detected. About 40-50% of the consumed alcohol is in the body within 15 minutes, after 30 minutes it is 65% and after 70 minutes the previously consumed alcohol is 100% absorbed in the body. However, it should also be noted that some people – partly due to genetic factors – quickly reduce the alcohol content in the blood, whereas others still have an increased alcohol content in the blood after a longer period of time.

EINFÜHRUNG

Vielen Dank für den Kauf unseres Alkoholtesters INNOMARK delta! Er ist ein leicht bedienbares Alkoholmessgerät mit elektrochemischem Sensor. Das Gerät misst die Alkoholkonzentration in der Atemluft und berechnet daraus die Blutalkoholkonzentration. Dieses Gerät liefert Testergebnisse mit einer Messtoleranz von +/- 0,06‰ BAK (Promille Blutalkoholkonzentration) beim Referenzwert von 0,50 Promille BAK und 25°C Umgebungstemperatur. Die Messeinheit ‰ (Promille bzw. g/L) ist die Grundeinstellung in der EU.

Die in Promille ermittelten Messergebnisse werden als 3-stelliger Zahlenwert mit 2 Dezimalstellen angezeigt und sind 1:1 interpretierbar (z.B. das Display zeigt den Wert 0,36 = 0,36 Promille).

Der im Gerät integrierte Sensor kann kalibriert werden. Zur Erhaltung der Messgenauigkeit dieses Gerätes und der Sensor-Garantie empfehlen wir eine regelmäßige Kalibrierung. Sie können das Gerät zum Kalibrieren an die unter www.alkomat.net angegebene Service-Adresse senden.

Das Gerät darf nur in Übereinstimmung mit den Anweisungen in der Bedienungsanleitung verwendet werden. Alle durch dieses Alkoholtestgerät ermittelten Messwerte dienen stets nur als Anhaltspunkt und sind nicht rechtsverbindlich. Atemtests sollten unter Verwendung von aufsteckbaren

Mundstücken durchgeführt werden (pro Test sollte aus hygienischen Gründen und zur Vermeidung von verfälschten Messwerten ein neues Mundstück verwendet werden).

SO ERHALTEN SIE EIN MÖGLICHST GENAUES ERGEBNIS

A) Warten Sie nach dem letzten Schluck Alkohol mindestens 15 Minuten bis zum Alkoholtest. Essen, trinken und rauchen Sie während dieser Zeit nicht. B) Önen Sie das Gehäuse nicht. C) Bewahren Sie den Alkoholtester nicht an einem kalten oder heißen oder feuchten oder schlecht belüfteten Platz auf. D) Bewahren Sie den Alkoholtester außerhalb der Reichweite von Kindern auf. E) Führen Sie nach längerer Aufbewahrungszeit drei „Einlauftests“ durch, bevor Sie den eigentlichen Alkoholtest durchführen.

F) Lassen Sie den Alkoholtester nicht fallen. G) Ersetzen Sie die Batterie, wenn ihre Leistung schwach ist. Verringerte Batteriekapazität führt zu falschen Testergebnissen. H) Führen Sie keinen Test in lauten (Schallwellen stören den Sensor), zugigen oder schlecht belüfteten Plätzen durch. I) Nach einem Testergebnis von 1,00 Promille oder höher benötigt der Sensor eine längere Erholungszeit. Warten Sie in diesem Fall mindestens drei Minuten bis zum nächsten Test. J) Führen Sie keinen Test durch in sehr kalter, sehr heißer oder unbelüfteter, rauchiger Umgebung. K) Bewahren Sie den Alkoholtester so auf, dass das Eindringen von Staub und Flüssigkeiten verhindert wird. L) Pusten Sie nicht zu stark in das Gerät, dies schadet dem Sensor (vor allem, wenn durch das Pusten viel Speichel in das Gerät gelangt).

VORBEREITUNG FÜR DEN TEST

1. Schieben Sie den Batteriefachdeckel (an der Rückseite

des Gerätes) nach unten und legen Sie 3 AAA-Batterien (Alkaline, 1,5 V ) in das Batteriefach ein. Beachten Sie beim Einlegen und beim Austausch von alten gegen neue Batterien immer die Polarität (+/-) der Batterien.

2. Stecken Sie ein Mundstück auf die seitliche Önung zum

Anbringen der Mundstücke (= die Önung an der linken Seite der Gerätefront). Vergewissern Sie sich, dass das Mundstück festsitzt. Verwenden Sie für jede Testperson ein neues Mundstück (aus hygienieschen Gründen und zum Erhalt der Messgenauigkeit, da ein benutztes Mundstück im Inneren Restalkohl enthalten könnte).

TESTDURCHFÜHRUNG

1. Sensor-Initialisierung

Schalten Sie das Gerät ein, indem Sie die Ein/Aus-Taste für 2,0 Sekunden drücken. Die Sensorinitialisierung startet automatisch und setzt den Sensor in einen besseren Betriebszustand zurück. Das Display zeigt das folgende Bild:

Hinweis: Die Sensor-Initialisierungszeit wird dynamisch bestimmt.

• Wenn das Gerät über einen längeren Zeitraum nicht benutzt wurde, verlänger t sich die Initialisierungszeit.

• Wenn das letzte Testergebnis hoch war, wird die Initialisierungszeit länger sein, um den Sensor zurückzusetzen und das Testergebnis genauer zu machen, aber die längste Initialisierungszeit wird 90 Sekunden nicht überschreiten.

Tipp: Einstellung der Alarmstufe

Halten Sie im Sensorinitialisierungsmodus die „M“-Taste 2,0 Sekunden lang gedrückt, um in den AlarmpegelEinstellungsmodus zu gelangen, drücken Sie kurz die „M“-Taste, um den Alarmpegel als b2 /b3 /b5 /b8 auszuwählen, nach der Auswahl können Sie die Einschalttaste drücken, um einen neuen Test zu starten.

2. Atemprobenentnahme

Nach der Sensorinitialisierung blinkt „BLOW“ etwa 25 Sekunden lang zusammen mit Pieptönen, und das Gerät ist testbereit. Bitte führen Sie die Messung innerhalb dieser Zeit durch.

1. Pusten Sie kontinuierlich und ohne Unterbrechung ca. 5 Sekunden lang durch das Mundstück, während des Pustens ertönt kontinuierlich ein langer Piepton.

Tipp: Pusten Sie so, wie Sie ohne Ton pfeifen würden (aber ohne Unterbrechung).

(=0,020% BAK oder 0,100mg/L)

(=0,030% BAK oder 0,150mg/L)

(=0,050% BAK oder 0,250mg/L) = Standardeinstellung

(=0,080% BAK oder 0,400mg/L)

Hören Sie erst auf zu pusten, wenn der Piepton aufhört und der dynamische Fortschrittsbalken voll angezeigt wird. Wenn Sie zwei Pieptöne hören und die Vibration des Motors spüren, war die Atemprobe erfolgreich und das Testergebnis wird entsprechend angezeigt. Die folgenden Bilder zeigen die Anzeige des dynamischen Fortschrittsbalkens auf dem Display während des Pustens:

• Das Gerät schaltet sich automatisch ab, wenn der Benutzer den Pustversuch nicht innerhalb von 25 Sekunden startet.

• Bei Unterbrechung des Pustvorgangs wird „Err“ angezeigt. Sie müssen einen neuen Test starten.

• Sobald das Testergebnis oder „Err“ auf dem Display angezeigt wird, können Sie die Einschalttaste für einen neuen Test drücken. Wenn Sie die Taste 2 Sekunden lang gedrückt halten, wird das Gerät abgeschaltet.

• Wenn „Err“ oder das Testergebnis auf dem Display angezeigt wird, schaltet sich das Gerät automatisch ab, wenn innerhalb von 30 Sekunden keine Bedienung erfolgt.

• Sobald das Testergebnis auf dem Display angezeigt wird, können Sie die „M“-Taste drücken, um die Messeinheiten zwischen mg/L , ‰ BAK oder % BAK umzuschalten. Das nächste Testergebnis wird in der Einheit angezeigt, die Sie zuletzt gewählt haben. Die Standardeinstellung für ein neues Gerät ist ‰ BAK (g/L = Promille).

• Wenn das Testergebnis auf dem Display angezeigt wird, können Sie die letzten Testprotokolle einsehen (bis zu 10 Protokolle können gespeichert werden). Halten Sie einfach die „M“-Taste 2 Sekunden lang gedrückt.

3. Anzeige des Testergebnisses

Wenn das Testergebnis den Alarmpegel überschreitet, färbt sich der Bildschirmhintergrund rot und blinkt 10-mal zusammen mit einem Piepton. Wenn das Testergebnis unter dem Alarmpegel liegt, ist der Bildschirmhintergrund blau.

• Der Lesebereich beträgt 0,00‰ BAK - 4,00‰ BAK (= 4,00 g/L oder 4,00 Promille).

• „4.00‰ BAK“ wird angezeigt, wenn der Messwert höher als 4.00‰ BAK ist.

• „0.00‰ BAK“ wird angezeigt, wenn der Messwert niedriger als 0.05‰ BAK ist.

Wenn z.B. der Alarmpegel auf 0,50‰ BAK (= 0,05 % BAK oder 0,250 mg/L) eingestellt ist, wird das Testergebnis wie folgt angezeigt:

4. Überprüfung der Testprotokolle

Wenn das Testergebnis angezeigt wird, können Sie die „M“-Taste 2 Sekunden lang drücken, um in den Speichermodus zu gelangen. Dann drücken Sie die „M“-Taste wiederholt kurz, um die letzten gespeicherten Datensätze (maximal 10 Datensätze) durchzusehen; die Nummer jedes Datensatzes und sein Testwert blinken abwechselnd auf der Anzeige. Wenn z.B. der erste Datensatz 0,25‰ BAC beträgt, blinkt „-01-“ und der BAC-Wert „0,25“ abwechselnd; wenn kein zweites Testergebnis gespeichert wird, erscheint auf der Anzeige „----“, (siehe folgende Abbildungen):

Speichermodus

Hinweis: Der gespeicherte Datensatz ist FIFO (first in first out), d.h. der zehnte Datensatz überschreibt den ersten und so weiter. Alle Datensätze werden automatisch gelöscht, wenn die Batterien entfernt werden oder wenn das Gerät in den Ursprungsstatus zurückgesetzt wird.

Wenn Sie den Speicherabrufmodus geönet haben und innerhalb von 30 Sekunden keine andere Taste drücken, dann schaltet sich das Gerät automatisch ab.

ACE INSTRUMENTS EMPFIEHLT

• Benutzen Sie für jede testende Person immer ein neues Mundstück! ACE Instruments übernimmt keine Verantwortung für jegliche Schäden, die durch den Gebrauch eines Mundstückes durch mehrere Personen und für mehrere Tests entstehen können.

• Benützen Sie stets die hygienisch und einzeln verpackten ACE Instruments Mundstücke. Das Testgerät kommt bei jedem Test innen und außen mit menschlichen Ausscheidungen in Kontakt (Schweiß, Speichel, Blut etc.).

• Benützen Sie Handschuhe, wenn Sie die für einen Test verwendeten Mundstücke vom Gerät abnehmen, vor allem dann, wenn fremde Personen den Test durchgeführt haben. ACE Technik (www.ace-technik.de) führt in seinem Sortiment dafür geeignete Handschuhe.

WICHTIGE HINWEISE

• Wenn Sie etwas gegessen, Alkohol getrunken oder eine Zigarette geraucht haben, so warten Sie mindestens 15 Minuten bevor Sie mit der Messung beginnen.

• Dieser Alkoholtester ist ein hochwertiges und empfindliches Messgerät. Um die Messgenauigkeit des Sensors aufrechtzuhalten, sollte das Gerät regelmäßig benutzt werden. Wird das Gerät über einen längeren Zeitraum nicht benutzt, so kann der Sensor austrocknen. Wir empfehlen, den Alkoholtester mindestens 2x pro Monat für Alkoholtests zu verwenden (auch wenn Sie keinen Alkohol getrunken haben).

• Bei Messwerten unter 0,10‰ (ODER 0,010% BAK ODER 0,050mg/L BAK – je nach Einstellung) wird das Testergebnis als 0,00 (‰ ODER mg/L ODER % BAK – je nach Einstellung) angezeigt. Dies geschieht deshalb, weil bei einem geringen Alkohollevel andere Substanzen in der Atemluft enthalten sein können, welche das Ergebnis der Atemprobe beeinflussen.

• Durch Änderungen am Produkt können sich die beschriebenen Abläufe ändern. Dies kann ohne Vorankündigung und Anpassung der Bedienungsanleitung geschehen und ist kein Grund zur Reklamation, Retoure oder Preisminderung. Es liegt in der Verantwortung des Anwenders, Abweichungen zwischen der Bedienungsanleitung und der tatsächlichen Bedienung dieses Atemalkoholtesters zu erkennen und entsprechend zu reagieren.

Der Test kann nicht durchgeführt werden, da die Batterien schwach sind. Zusätzlich blinkt das Batteriesymbol in der oberen rechten Ecke 10-mal zusammen mit einem Piepton. Danach schaltet sich das Gerät automatisch ab.

Bitte führen Sie einen neuen Test durch. Drücken Sie den Startknopf, die Sensorinitialisierung beginnt erneut. Beginnen Sie zu pusten, sobald "BLOW" auf dem Display erscheint.

Ersetzen Sie die Batterien durch 3 neue AAA AlkalineBatterien. Achten Sie auf die Batterie-Pole (+/-).

KALIBRIERUNG

ACE Instruments empfiehlt die Kalibrierung des im Gerät integrierten Sensors alle 6 bis spätestens 12 Monate oder nach 1.000 Tests (je nachdem, welches Ereignis früher eintritt). Die Kalibrierung muss nicht zwingend vorgenommen werden, die Genauigkeit des integrierten Sensors nimmt jedoch ohne Kalibrierung stetig ab und zusätzlich erlischt die Garantie für den Sensor. Sie können das Gerät zum Kalibrieren an die unter www.alkomat.net angegebene Service-Adresse senden.

Wir empfehlen die Einsendung als Paket, damit im Fall der Unauindbarkeit der Abliefernachweis bzw. Nachforschungsauftrag möglich ist.

HINWEISE ZU DEN BATTERIEN

Das Gerät, auf das sich diese Bedienungsanleitung bezieht, wird mit 3 AAA Alkaline-Batterien betrieben. Diese Batterien sind nicht dazu bestimmt, wieder aufgeladen zu werden. Ebenso ist die Verwendung von wiederaufladbaren Batterien im Gerät zu unterlassen, da sonst Schaden am Gerät entsteht.

Sind die Batterien leer, so dürfen sie nicht in den Hausmüll geworfen werden. Altbatterien enthalten möglicherweise Schadstoe, die Umwelt und Gesundheit schaden können. Bitte geben Sie die Batterien/Akkus im Handel oder an den Recyclinghöfen der Kommunen ab. Die Rückgabe ist unentgeltlich und gesetzlich vorgeschrieben. Bitte werfen Sie nur entladene Batterien in die aufgestellten Behälter und kleben Sie bei Lithium-Batterien die Pole ab.

Zum Batterietausch schieben Sie die Batteriefach-Abdeckung an der Rückseite des Gerätes nach unten und ersetzen Sie die entladenen Batterien gegen neue Batterien. 1. PRODUKTBESCHRÄNKUNG

Die ACE Instruments lehnt jegliche weitere ausdrückliche oder stillschweigend angenommene Garantie ab, einschließlich der Marktfähigkeit und Eignung für einen bestimmten Zweck. Die Garantie gilt insbesondere nicht für Kalibrierung. Nach dem Austausch des Sensors ist die Kalibrierung zwingend er forderlich.

Sind bei einem Produkt ein Sensortausch und / oder eine Kalibrierung notwendig, so erhält der Anwender ggfs. einen Kostenvoranschlag. Lehnt der Anwender den Kostenvoranschlag ab, sendet die ACE Instruments das Produkt unrepariert / unkalibriert zurück und das Produkt wird entsprechend gekennzeichnet.

Sollte das Produkt diese Gewährleistung nicht erfüllen, beschränkt sich der Anspruch des Käufers und die Pflichten der ACE Instruments ausschließlich und nach freiem Ermessen der ACE Instruments auf den Austausch oder die Reparatur der betroenen Waren oder auf eine Erstattung des Kaufpreises für die beanstandeten Waren.

2. ANWENDUNGSBESCHRÄNKUNG

Die ACE Instruments haftet in keinem Fall für zusätzliche Schäden, Nebenschäden oder Folgeschäden wie unter anderem entgangene Gewinne und Nutzungsausfall, die aus Verkauf, Herstellung oder Nutzung der unter diesem Haftungsausschluss verkauften Produkte entstehen, unabhängig davon, ob diese Ansprüche aus Verträgen, Fahrlässigkeit oder anderen schuldhaften Handlungen hergeleitet werden.

Instandsetzungs- oder Wartungsarbeiten durch nicht qualifiziertes Personal führen ebenso zum Erlöschen der Garantie wie die Verwendung nicht freigegebener Verbrauchsmaterialien oder Ersatzteile. INTRODUCTION

Thank you for purchasing our INNOMARK delta Breathalyzer! It measures the alcohol concentration in human breath using an electrochemical sensor and calculates the blood alcohol level. The test results are very reliable and have a tolerance of +/- 0.06‰ BAC (per mill = g/L) with reference to 0.50‰ BAC at 25°C ambient temperature. The measurement results are displayed as 3-digit number with 2 decimals and are interpretable 1: 1 (for example the display shows the value 0.36 = 0.36 per mill).

The sensor inside the device can be calibrated. To maintain the measurement accuracy of this device and the sensor warranty, it should be calibrated regularly. For a calibration service you can send the device to the service address specified at www.alkomat.net.

The device must only be used pursuant to the instructions mentioned in this manual. All measured values determined by this breathalyzer are always a guide only and are not legally binding. Breath tests should be carried out using clipon mouthpieces (one new mouthpiece should be used per test for reasons of hygiene and to avoid falsified readings).

NOTE TO COUNTRY-SPECIFIC MEASUREMENT UNITS

Customers in the EU receive the breathalyzer with ‰ BAC (per mill) as default setting, in the UK the default setting is mg/L, and in the USA, it is % BAC. In the chapter „Technical data,“ you will find information about the accuracy concerning the dierent measurement units. Please check

the website of the Department of Transportation, the website of the Ministry of Transport, or automotive clubs to become informed about the current alcohol limits in your country.

TIPS TO RECEIVE THE MOST ACCURACTE RESULTS

A) Wait at least 15 minutes after your last sip of alcohol. Do not eat, drink, or smoke during that time. B) Do not open the casing. C) Do not keep the breathalyzer in cold, hot, moist, or badly ventilated places. D) Keep the breathalyzer out of the reach of children. E) Conduct three inlet tests after long storage before conducting the actual alcohol test. F) Do not drop the breathalyzer. G) Change the battery if it is depleted. Diminished battery capacity leads to incorrect test results. H) Do not conduct tests in loud (sound waves disrupt the sensor), drafty, or poorly ventilated places. I) After a test result of 1.00 per mill (per mill = EU setting) /

0.10% BAC (% BAC = US setting) / 0.50mg/L (mg/L = UK setting) or higher the sensor needs rest time. In this case wait at least three minutes before starting the next test. J) Do not conduct tests in very cold, very hot, or an unventilated, smoky ambience. K) Store the breathalyzer in a way to avoid penetration by dust or liquids. L) Blowing too hard may cause damage to the sensor as saliva flows into it.

PREPARATION FOR THE TEST

1. Slide the battery compartment cover (on the back of the unit) down and insert 3 AAA (alkaline, 1.5 V) batteries into the battery compartment. When inserting and replacing old batteries with new ones, always observe the polarity (+/-) of the batteries.

2. Place a mouthpiece on the side opening for attaching the mouthpieces (= the opening on the left side of the front of the unit). Make sure that the mouthpiece is tight. Use a new mouthpiece for each test person (for hygienic reasons and to maintain the accuracy of the measurement, as a used mouthpiece could contain residual carbon inside).

CONDUCTING THE MEASUREMENT

1. Sensor initialization

Turn on the device by pushing the Power button for 2 seconds. The sensor initialization will start automatically and reset the sensor into a better working state. The display shows the following picture:

Note: The sensor initialization time is determined dynamically.

• If the device was not used for a long period of time, the initialization time will be longer.

• During the use of the device, the sensor initialization time depends on the last test concentration. If the last test result was high, the initialization time will be longer in order to reset the sensor and make the test result more accurate, but the longest initialization time won`t exceed 90 seconds.

Tip: Alarm level setting

During the sensor initialization mode, you can keep pressing the “M” button for 2 seconds and so you can enter the alarm level setting mode. Shortly press the ”M” button to select the alarm level b2, b3, b5 or b8. After the selection you can press the power button to start a new test.

2. Breath sampling

After the sensor initialization, “BLOW” flashes for about 25 seconds together with beep tones and the device is ready to test. Please carry out the measurement within this period. Blow continuously and without interruption through the mouthpiece for about 5 seconds, a long beep tone sounds continuously while blowing. Tip: Blow like you would whistle without a tone (but without a break).

Only stop blowing when the beep tone stops together and when the dynamic progress bar is full displayed (see images below). When you hear two beep sounds and feel

• The device will put itself o automatically, if the user fails to start the blowing test within 25 seconds.

• “Err” will be displayed when the blowing process is interrupted. You need to start a new test. If the test was successful you will see the test result (see e.g. the right image below).

• As soon as the test result or „Err“ is shown on the display, you can press the Power button for a new test. If you keep pressing the button for 2 seconds, the device is put o.

• When “Err” or the test result is shown on the display, the device will put itself o automatically if there’s no any operation within 30 seconds.

• As soon as the test result is shown on the display, you can press the „M“ button to switch the measurement units between mg/L , ‰ BAC or % BAC. The next test result will be shown in the unit you chose at last. The default setting of a new device is ‰ BAC (g/L = per mill).

• When the test result is shown on the display, you can review the last test records (up to 10 records can be saved). Just keep pressing the „M“ button for 2 seconds.

3. Display of test result

If the test result exceeds the alarm level, the screen background turns red and flashes 10 times together with a beep sound. If the test result is lower than the alarm level, the screen background is blue.

• The reading range is 0.00‰ BAC - 4.00‰ BAC (= 4.00 g/L or 4.00 per mil).

• “4.00‰ BAC” will be shown if the reading is higher than 4.00‰ BAC.

• “0.00‰ BAC” will be shown if the reading is lower than 0.05‰ BAC.

For example, if the alarm level is set at 0.50‰ BAC (= 0.05% BAC or 0.250mg/L), the test result will be shown as following:

4. Test records review

When the test result is displayed, you can press the “M” button for 2 seconds to enter the memory mode. Then shortly press the “M” button repeatedly to review the last stored records (maximum 10 records), the number of each record and its test reading will flash on the display alternatively.

For example, if the first record is 0.25‰ BAC, then “-01-” and the BAC reading “0.25” flashes alternatively; if no second test result is stored, then the display shows “----”, (see following images):

Memory mode

Note: The stored record is FIFO (first in first out), so the tenth record will overwrite the first one and so on. All records will be deleted automatically if the batteries are removed or reset the device.

If you opened the memory recall mode and press no other button within 30 seconds, then the device will put itself o automatically.

ACE INSTRUMENTS RECOMMENDS

• Always use a new mouthpiece for each person and test that is conducted. ACE Instruments assumes no liability for any damages that may arise when several people use the same mouthpiece for multiple tests.

• Only use the provided individually packaged and hygienic mouthpieces. During each test the breathalyzer’s internal and external parts come into contact with human secretion (saliva, blood, sweat, etc.)!

• Use safety gloves when pulling out a mouthpiece used by another person! You can buy appropriate gloves at ACE Technik (www.ace-technik.de).

IMPORTANT NOTICE

• WHEN YOU HAVE EATEN, DRUNKEN ALCOHOL OR SMOKED A CIGARETTE , WAIT AT LEAST 15 MINUTES BEFORE STARTING THE MEASUREMENT. ANY TEST CONDUCTED PRIOR TO THE EXPIRATION OF THE RECOMMENDED WAITING PERIOD WILL RESULT IN INACCURATE RESULTS.

• IF THE TEST RESULT IS BELOW 0.05‰ BAC (PER MILL = g/L) OR 0.005% BAC (US setting) OR

0.025mg/L (UK settting) THEN THE DEVICE SHOWS

0.00 (‰ OR % BAC OR mg/L – depending on the setting) ON THE DISPLAY. THIS HAPPENS BECAUSE AT A LOW RANGE OF ALCOHOL CONCENTRATION IT IS POSSIBLE TO MEASURE OTHER MATERIALS IN YOUR MOUTH.

• This breathalyzer is a high quality and sensitive measurement device. To maintain the accuracy of the sensor, it should regularly be used. If the device is not used for an extended period of time, the sensor can dry out. ACE Instruments recommends using the breathalyzer at least 2 times per month (even if you have not been drinking alcohol).

• Due to changes in the product, the procedures stated can change. This can take place without prior notice or adaptation of the operating manual and is no cause for complaint, return or price reduction. The user is responsible for recognizing discrepancies between the operating manual and the actual handling of the breathalyzer and must react accordingly.

The sampling volume was not enough or the blow power was too uneven to analyze the breath sample.

The testing cannot be performed because the batteries are low. Additionally the battery symbol in the upper right corner flashes 10 times together with a beep tone. Then the device puts itself o automatically.

Please perform a new test. Press the start button, the sensor initialization will start again. Start breathing as soon as "BLOW" appears on the display.

Replace the batteries with 3 new AAA Alkaline batteries. Pay attention to the battery poles (+/-).

CALIBRATION

To maintain the accuracy of the breathalyzer, ACE Instruments recommends a calibration after 6 up to maximum 12 months or after 1,000 tests (depending which incident happens first). For a calibration ser vice you can send the device to ACE Instruments (see www.alkomat.net). The calibration is not mandatory, but the accuracy of the breathalyzer will decrease steadily without it and additionally the warranty for the sensor expires.

We recommend sending it as a parcel, so that in case of loss an inquiry or proof of delivery is possible.

BATTERY NOTICES

The device is run with three (3) AAA Alkaline batteries (1.5 V). These batteries are not made for recharging. The use of a rechargeable batteries is not possible with this device and can damage it. If the batteries are depleted, they must not be thrown into the household waste. Used batteries may contain harmful substances that can cause environmental or health damage. Please return all depleted batteries to electrical appliance stores, who collect them for free.

BATTERY EXCHANGE

To replace the batteries, push the battery cover on the back of the unit downwards and replace the discharged batteries with new ones. Be aware of the polarity when inserting the batteries (+/- pole). Close the battery compartment cover again. In the EU the return of used batteries is mandatory by law. All depleted batteries and also rechargeable batteries will be recycled. This way valuable resources like iron, zinc and nickel can be retrieved and are reusable then. Battery recycling is the easiest lesson in environmental protection – so please support it!

The shown garbage bins mean that batteries or rechargeable batteries must not be thrown into the household waste. The signs below the garbage bins are acronyms for the chemical substances inside the battery:

WARRANTY AND LIABILIT Y

ACE Handels- und Entwicklungs GmbH (ACE Instruments) provides a warranty of two years after purchase for material and processing errors of the product (see attached warranty and liability declaration) in all versions and designations; and a warranty of one year for the sensor. This warranty includes the electronics as well as the casing and sensor without sampling components. Components that inevitably degrade over time (such as fuses) are not part of this warranty. The warranty is valid from the date of delivery or from the date of first activation (always the shor ter period), if not stated otherwise in the accompanying ACE Instruments product literature.

LIMITATION OF WARRANTY AND LIABILITY

1. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

ACE Instruments rejects any further expressly stated or implied warranty, including the marketability and suitability for a determined purpose. This warranty especially excludes calibration. After changing the sensor, calibration is absolutely necessary. If an exchange of the sensor or a calibration is required for a product, the user may receive a cost estimate. Should the user reject the estimate, ACE Instruments will send the product back unrepaired/not calibrated and the product will be labelled accordingly. Should the product not fulfil the warranty, the claim of the buyer and the obligations of ACE Instruments are

The thorough check for damage of all products upon receipt, calibration suitable for the given use by the buyer and the proper use, maintenance and service according to the instructions of the accompanying ACE Instruments product literature are mandatory prerequisites of this warranty. Maintenance and service work performed by non-qualified persons as well as the use of non-approved consumables or spare parts results in the voiding of this warranty. As for all technically challenging products, it is a fundamental prerequisite and mandatory for ACE Instruments warranty that all users of these product are familiar with the properties and restrictions of the devices as stated in the respective literature.

3. ADVICE RESTRICTION

The buyer is solely responsible and confirms that they have checked the intended use and suitability of purchased goods for any purpose. Between the two parties it is expressly agreed that all technical or other advice given by ACE Instruments regarding the use of goods or services is free of charge and made under risk to the buyer exclusively. INTRODUCTION

Merci d‘avoir acheté notre testeur d‘alcool INNOMARK delta! C‘est un appareil de mesure facile à utiliser avec un capteur électrochimique. L‘appareil mesure la concentration d‘alcool dans l‘air expiré et en déduit la le taux d‘alcool dans le sang. Cela signifie que la marge d‘erreur est de +/- 0,06‰ de TA (pour mille = g/L) pour une valeur de référence de 0,50‰ de TA et 25°C température ambiante. Les résultats mesurés sont aichés sous forme de valeur numérique à 3 chires avec 2 décimales (‰ ou mg/L) et sont interprétables 1:1 (si par ex. l‘écran aiche la valeur 0,36 = 0,36 pour mille). Le capteur intégré à l‘appareil peut être étalonné. Pour maintenir la précision de mesure de cet appareil et la garantie du capteur, nous recommandons un étalonnage régulier. Vous pouvez envoyer l‘appareil pour l‘étalonnage à l‘adresse de service indiquée sur www.alkomat.net. L‘appareil ne doit être utilisé que dans le complet respect des instructions d‘utilisation. VOICI COMMENT OBTENIR LE RÉSULTAT LE PLUS PRÉCIS POSSIBLE

A) Attendez au moins 15 minutes après la dernière gorgée d‘alcool avant de tester votre alcoolémie. Pendant ce laps de temps, abstenez-vous de manger, de boire ou de fumer. B) N‘ouvrez pas le boîtier. C) Stockez l‘unité de test d‘alcool à l‘abri du froid ou de la chaleur, dans un endroit sec et bien aéré. D) Stockez l‘unité de test d‘alcool hors de portée des enfants. E) Après une longue durée sans utiliser l‘appareil, eectuez trois tests de fonctionnement, avant de procéder au test eectif. F) Ne faites pas tomber l‘unité de test d‘alcool. G) Remplacez les piles lorsque la performance de l‘appareil faiblit. Une capacité réduite des piles conduirait à des résultats erronés. H) Ne faites pas de test dans un endroit bruyant (les ondes sonores perturbent le capteur), exposé aux courants d‘airs ou mal aérés. I) Après un résultat de test de 1,00 par mill (par mill = réglage EU) / 0,10 (% de TA = réglage US) / 0,50mg/L (mg/L = réglage UK) ou plus le capteur a besoin de temps de repos. Dans ce cas, il faut attendre au moins trois quelques minutes avant de commencer le prochain test. J) N‘eectuez pas de test dans un environnement très froid ou très chaud, sans aération ou enfumé. K) Stockez l‘unité de test d‘alcool de sorte qu‘aucune intrusion de poussière ou de liquide ne soit possible. L) Ne soulez pas trop fort dans l‘appareil, cela endommage le capteur (notamment si beaucoup de salive entre dans l‘appareil).

PRÉPARATION POUR LE TEST

1. Faites glisser le couvercle du compartiment à piles (à l‘arrière de l‘appareil) vers le bas et insérez 3 piles AAA (alcalines, 1,5 V) dans le compartiment à piles. Lors de l‘insertion et du remplacement des piles usagées par des piles neuves, respectez toujours la polarité (+/-) des piles.

2. Placez un embout sur l‘ouverture latérale pour la fixation des embouts (= l‘ouverture sur le côté gauche de l‘avant de

l‘appareil). Assurez-vous que l‘embout est bien serré. Utilisez un nouvel embout pour chaque personne testée (pour des raisons d‘hygiène et pour maintenir la précision de la mesure, car un embout usagé pourrait contenir du carbone résiduel à l‘intérieur).

RÉALISATION DE LA MESURE

1. Initialisation du capteur

Allumez l‘appareil en appuyant sur le bouton Power pendant 2 secondes. L‘initialisation du capteur démarrera automatiquement et remettra le capteur dans un meilleur état de fonctionnement. L‘écran aiche l‘image suivante :

Remarque : Le temps d‘initialisation du capteur est déterminé dynamiquement.

• Si l‘appareil n‘a pas été utilisé pendant une longue période, le temps d‘initialisation sera plus long.

• Pendant l‘utilisation du dispositif, le temps d‘initialisation du capteur dépend de la dernière concentration de test. Si le résultat du dernier test était élevé, le temps d‘initialisation sera plus long afin de réinitialiser le capteur et de rendre le résultat du test plus précis, mais le temps d‘initialisation le plus long ne dépassera pas 90 secondes.

Conseil : Réglage du niveau d‘alarme

Pendant le mode d‘initialisation du capteur, vous pouvez appuyer sur le bouton „M“ pendant 2 secondes et ainsi entrer dans le mode de réglage du niveau d‘alarme. Appuyez brièvement sur le bouton „M“ pour sélectionner le niveau d‘alarme b2, b3, b5 ou b8. Après la sélection, vous pouvez appuyer sur le bouton d‘alimentation pour commencer un nouveau test.

N‘arrêtez de souler que lorsque le bip sonore s‘arrête en même temps et lorsque la barre de progression dynamique est pleine (voir images ci-dessous). Lorsque vous entendez deux bips sonores et que vous sentez la vibration du moteur, l‘échantillon d‘haleine est réussi et le résultat du test s‘aiche en conséquence. Les images suivantes montrent l‘aichage de la barre de progression dynamique sur l‘écran pendant que vous soulez :

2. Prélèvement d‘échantillons d‘haleine

Après l’initialisation du capteur, “BLOW” clignote pendant environ 25 secondes, accompagné de bips sonores, et l’appareil est prêt à être testé. Veuillez eectuer la mesure pendant cette période.

Soulez continuellement et sans interruption par l’embout buccal pendant environ 5 secondes, un long bip sonore retentit continuellement pendant le soulage. Conseil : Soulez comme vous le feriez sans tonalité (mais sans interruption).

(= 0,020% de TA ou 0,100mg/L)

à 0,30‰ de TA (= 0,030% de TA ou 0,150mg/L)

à 0,50‰ de TA (= 0,050% de TA ou 0,250mg/L ) = réglage par défaut

• L‘appareil s‘éteint automatiquement si l‘utilisateur ne lance pas le test de soulage dans les 25 secondes.

• Err“ s‘aiche lorsque le processus de soulage est interrompu. Vous devez lancer un nouveau test. Si le test a réussi, vous verrez le résultat du test (voir par exemple l‘image de droite ci-dessous).

FR – Notice d’utilisation

• Dès que le résultat du test ou „Err“ s‘aiche à l‘écran, vous pouvez appuyer sur le bouton „Power“ pour eectuer un nouveau test. Si vous continuez à appuyer sur le bouton pendant 2 secondes, l‘appareil est éteint.

• Lorsque „Err“ ou le résultat du test s‘aiche à l‘écran, l‘appareil s‘éteint automatiquement si aucune opération n‘est eectuée dans les 30 secondes.

• Dès que le résultat du test s‘aiche à l‘écran, vous pouvez appuyer sur le bouton „M“ pour changer les unités de mesure entre mg/L, ‰ de TA ou % de TA . Le résultat du test suivant s‘aichera dans l‘unité que vous avez choisie en dernier lieu. Le réglage par défaut d‘un nouvel appareil est ‰ de TA (g/L = par mill).

• Lorsque le résultat du test est aiché à l‘écran, vous pouvez consulter les derniers enregistrements du test (jusqu‘à 10 enregistrements peuvent être sauvegardés). Il suit d‘appuyer sur le bouton „M“ pendant 2 secondes.

3. Aichage du résultat du test

Si le résultat du test dépasse le niveau d‘alarme, le fond de l‘écran devient rouge et clignote 10 fois en même temps qu‘un bip sonore. Si le résultat du test est inférieur au niveau d‘alarme, le fond de l‘écran est bleu.

• La plage de lecture est de 0,00‰ de TA - 4,00‰ de TA (= 4,00 g/L ou 4,00 par mil).

• „4.00‰ de TA „ s‘aiche si le résultat est supérieur à

4.00‰ de TA .

• „0.00‰ BAC“ s‘aiche si le résultat est inférieur à

0.05‰ de TA.

Par exemple, si le niveau d‘alarme est fixé à 0,50‰ de TA (= 0,05% de TA ou 0,250mg/L ), le résultat du test sera aiché comme suit :

4. Examen des dossiers de test

Lorsque le résultat du test est aiché, vous pouvez appuyer sur la touche “M” pendant 2 secondes pour passer en mode mémoire. Ensuite, appuyez brièvement sur la touche “M” à plusieurs reprises pour consulter les derniers enregistrements mémorisés (10 enregistrements au maximum). Le numéro de chaque enregistrement et son résultat de test clignoteront alternativement sur l’écran.

Par exemple, si le premier enregistrement est 0.25‰ de TA, alors “-01-” et la valeur du de TA “0.25” clignotent alternativement ; si aucun second résultat de test n’est enregistré, alors l’écran aiche “----”, (voir images suivantes) :

Mode mémoire

Remarque : l‘enregistrement stocké est FIFO (first in first out), donc le dixième enregistrement écrasera le premier et ainsi de suite. Tous les enregistrements seront automatiquement eacés si les piles sont retirées ou si l‘appareil est réinitialisé.

Si vous avez ouvert le mode de rappel de la mémoire et que vous n‘appuyez sur aucun autre bouton dans les 30 secondes, l‘appareil s‘éteindra automatiquement.

RECOMMANDATIONS D’ACE INSTRUMENTS

• Utilisez un embout diérent pour chaque personne faisant le test ! ACE Instruments décline toute responsabilité en cas de dommage causé par l’utilisation d’un même embout par plusieurs personnes ou pour plusieurs tests.

• Utilisez toujours les embouts ACE Instruments emballés de façon séparée et hygiénique. À chaque test, l’appareil entre en contact avec des sécrétions humaines externes comme internes (transpiration, salive, sang, etc.).

• Utilisez des gants lorsque vous retirez l’embout employé pour un test, surtout si le test a été eectué par une personne que vous ne connaissez pas. ACE Technik (www.ace-technik.de) propose, dans sa gamme de produits, des gants prévus à cet eet.

PRÉCISIONS IMPORTANTES

• Si vous avez mangé, bu de l‘alcool ou fumé une cigarette, attendez au moins 15 minutes avant de commencer la mesure.

• Cette unité de test d‘alcool est un appareil sensible et de grande qualité. Afin de préserver la précision de mesure du capteur, l‘appareil doit être utilisé régulièrement. En cas d‘inutilisation prolongée de l‘appareil, le capteur peut s‘assécher. Nous conseillons d‘utiliser l‘éthylotest au moins 2x par mois (même si vous n‘avez pas bu d‘alcool).

• Pour les valeurs en dessous de 0,05‰ de TA (OU 0,005% de TA OU 0,025mg/L – selon le réglage), le résultat aiché sera 0,00‰ de TA. Cela s‘explique par le fait que pour un faible niveau d‘alcoolémie d‘autres substances peuvent être contenues dans l‘air expiré et influer sur le résultat du test.

• Des modifications sur le produit peuvent aboutir à une modification des échéances annoncées . Cela peut se produire sans avertissement préalable et sans adaptation du mode d‘emploi et ne constitue en rien un motif de réclamation, de retour ou de réduction du prix. Il est de la responsabilité de l‘utilisateur d‘identifier les divergences entre le mode d‘emploi et l‘utilisation eective et de réagir en conséquence.

Le volume d'échantillonnage n'était pas suisant ou la puissance de soulage était trop inégale pour analyser l'échantillon d'haleine.

Le test ne peut pas être eectué car les piles sont faibles. En outre, le symbole de la pile dans le coin supérieur droit clignote 10 fois et un bip sonore est émis. Ensuite, l'appareil s'éteint automatiquement.

Veuillez eectuer un nouveau test. Appuyez sur le bouton de démarrage, l'initialisation du capteur recommence. Commencez à respirer dès que "BLOW" apparaît sur l'écran.

Remplacez les piles par 3 nouvelles piles alcalines AAA. Faites attention aux pôles de la batterie (+/-).

CALIBRAGE

ACE Instruments recommande le calibrage du capteur intégré à l‘appareil tous les 6 à 12 mois environ ou après

1.000 tests (quel que soit l‘événement entre plus tôt). Le

calibrage n‘est pas obligatoire, cependant la précision du capteur intégré à l‘unité d‘alcool test diminue progressivement en l‘absence de calibrage. Sans étalonnage, cependant, la garantie du capteur expire. Pour faire calibrer votre appareil, vous pouvez l‘envoyer à l‘adresse indiquée ici: www.alkomat.net.

Nous recommandons un envoi sous forme de colis, de sorte qu‘en cas de perte il soit possible de produire une preuve de dépôt ou de faire une demande de recherche.

LES NOTES AFFÉRENTES AUX BATTERIES

L‘appareil fonctionne avec trois (3) piles alcalines AAA (1,5 V). Ces piles ne sont pas faites pour être rechargées. L‘utilisation de piles rechargeables n‘est pas possible avec cet appareil et peut l‘endommager. Si les piles sont épuisées, elles ne doivent pas être jetées dans les ordures ménagères. Les piles usagées peuvent contenir des substances nocives qui peuvent causer des dommages à l‘environnement ou à la santé. Veuillez rapporter toutes les piles épuisées aux magasins d‘appareils électriques, qui les collectent gratuitement.

REMPLACEMENT DES PILES

Pour remplacer les piles, poussez le couvercle du compartiment à piles à l‘arrière de l‘appareil vers le bas et remplacez les piles déchargées par des piles neuves. Faites attention à la polarité lorsque vous insérez les piles (pôle +/). Refermez le couvercle du compartiment des piles. Dans l‘UE, le retour des piles usagées est obligatoire en vertu de la loi. Toutes les piles épuisées et les piles rechargeables seront recyclées. De cette manière, des ressources précieuses comme le fer, le zinc et le nickel peuvent être récupérées et sont alors réutilisables. Le recyclage des piles est la leçon la plus facile à tirer en matière de protection de l‘environnement, alors soutenez-le !

La Sarl ACE Instruments décline toute autre garantie, expressément ou implicitement acceptée, y compris la négociabilité et la qualification dans un but déterminé. En particulier, la garantie n‘est pas en vigueur pour le calibrage. Après le remplacement du capteur, le calibrage est impératif.

Si pour un produit donné, un remplacement de capteur et/ ou un calibrage sont nécessaires, l‘utilisateur reçoit un devis estimatif des frais. Si l‘utilisateur refuse le devis estimatif des frais, la Sarl ACE Instruments renvoie le produit non réparé / non calibré et le produit est marqué en conséquence.

La Sarl ACE Instruments ne se porte en aucun cas garante des dommages supplémentaires, subsidiaires ou consécutifs comme par exemple les pertes de bénéfice et privations de jouissance résultant de la vente, de la fabrication ou de l’exploitation des produits vendus aux termes de la présente restriction de garantie, indépendamment du fait que ces droits proviennent de contrats, de négligence ou d‘autres actions fautives.

Indépendamment de sa version et dénomination, le produit auquel est jointe la présente reconnaissance de garantie et responsabilité ne peut pas, en particulier, être mis à contribution de manière juridiquement obligatoire pour établir l‘aptitude d‘une personne à conduire un véhicule ou à réaliser un acte qui sous l‘eet de l‘alcool aboutit à une menace de danger pour soi-même ou autrui.

Les conditions préalables contraignantes de cette garantie sont: la vérification soigneuse, au moment de la réception, des dommages subis par tous les produits, un calibrage approprié à l‘utilisation courante de l‘acquéreur et la jouissance conforme aux dispositions, la remise en état et l‘entretien conformément aux instructions de la littérature du produit livré par la Sarl ACE Instruments. Les travaux de remise en état ou d‘entretien par un personnel non qualifié ainsi que l‘utilisation de consommables ou de pièces de rechange non validés entraînent, de même manière, la cessation de la garantie. Comme pour tous les produits techniquement sophistiqués, la condition préalable fondamentale et contraignante de la garantie de la Sarl ACE Instruments est que tous les utilisateurs de ces produits soient familiarisés avec l‘utilisation, les capacités et les limitations du produit, telles qu’elles sont décrites dans la littérature relative au produit.

3. RESTRICTION DE CONSULTATION

Sous sa seule responsabilité l‘acquéreur confirme qu‘il a vérifié l‘utilisation et la qualification envisagées pour tout usage prévu des marchandises achetées. Il est expressément stipulé entre les contractants que tout conseil technique ou autre donnés par la Sarl ACE Instruments relativement à la jouissance des marchandises ou des prestations de service ont été fournis gratuitement et au risque exclusif de l‘acquéreur. Aucune espèce d‘engagement ou de responsabilité ne résulte donc des recommandations ou de leurs résultats pour la Sarl ACE Instruments.

INLEIDING

Bedankt voor het kopen van onze Alcoholtester INNOMARK delta! Hij is een eenvoudig te gebruiken alcoholmeter met elektrochemische sensor. Hij meet de alcoholconcentratie in de lucht en berekent de alcoholconcentratie in het bloed. Dit apparaat levert testresultaten met een meettolerantie van +/- 0,06‰ BAC (promille = g/L) bij een referentiewaarde van 0,50‰ BAC en 25°C omgevingstemperatuur. De maateenheid ‰ (per duizend) = basisinstelling in de EU.

De meetresultaten verkregen per mille worden weergegeven als een getal van 3 cijfers met 2 decimalen en zijn interpreteerbaar 1:1 (het display geeft bijvoorbeeld de waarde 0.36 = 0.36 per duizend).

De sensor ingebouwd in de alcoholmeter kan worden gekalibreerd. Om de meetnauwkeurigheid van dit apparaat en de garantie van de sensor te behouden, raden we aan om regelmatig te kalibreren. U kunt het apparaat verzenden voor kalibratie naar het serviceadres dat is opgegeven op www.alkomat.net.

Het apparaat mag alleen worden gebruikt in overeenstemming met de instructies in de bedieningsinstructies. Alle meetwaarden, die door dit alcoholtesttoestel worden gemeten, mogen alleen als indicatie worden beschouwd en zijn juridisch niet bindend. Voor elke ademtest moet een nieuw mondstuk worden gebruikt (om hygiënische redenen en om te foutieve meetgegevens te voorkomen die mogelijk door restalcohol uit een vorig gebruik worden geregistreerd).

NOOT VOOR LANDENSPECIFIEKE MAATEENHEDEN

Klanten in de EU krijgen de blaastest met ‰ BAC (per milliliter) als standaardinstelling, in het Verenigd Koninkrijk is de standaardinstelling mg/L en in de Verenigde Staten is dat % BAC. In het hoofdstuk „Technische gegevens“ vindt u informatie over de nauwkeurigheid van de verschillende meeteenheden. Kijk bijvoorbeeld op de website van het departement van transport , de website van het Ministerie van Transport of van automobielclubs om te weten te komen wat de huidige alcohollimieten in uw land zijn.

VOOR HET MEEST NAUWKEURIGE MEETRESULTAAT

A) Wacht na de laatste slok alcohol minstens 15 minuten voor u de alcoholtest uitvoert. Eet, drink of rook niet tijdens deze wachttijd. B) Open de behuizing niet. C) Bewaar de alcohol testeenheid niet in een koude, warme, vochtige of slecht verluchte ruimte. D) Bewaar de alcohol testeenheid buiten het bereik van kinderen. E) Voer, wanneer het toestel lange tijd zonder gebruik werd bewaard, eerst drie “inlooptests” uit voor u de eigenlijke alcoholtest uitvoert.

F) Laat de alcohol testeenheid niet vallen. G) Vervang de batterij wanneer de display moeilijk kan worden gelezen. Een lage batterijspanning kan eveneens voor gevolg hebben dat verkeerde metingen worden doorgevoerd. H) Voer geen test uit in een lawaaierige omgeving (lawaai stoort de sensor) of in een slecht verluchte ruimte. I) Na een testresultaat van 1,00 per molen (per molen = EU-instelling) / 0,10 % BAC (% BAC = US instelling) / 0,50mg/L (mg/L = UK instelling) of hoger heeft de sensor rusttijd nodig. Wacht in dit geval minstens drie minuten voor het begin van de volgende test. J) Voer geen tests uit in een zeer koude, zeer warme of slecht verluchte rokerige ruimte. K) Bewaar de alcohol testeenheid zo dat er geen stof of vloeistoen in het toestel kunnen dringen. L) Blaas niet te hard op het toestel. Dit kan de sensor beschadigen (vooral wanneer bij het blazen voor speeksel in het toestel terechtkomt).

VOORBEREIDINGEN VOOR DE TEST

1. Schuif het deksel van het batterijvakje (op de achterkant

van het apparaat) naar beneden en plaats 3 AAA-batterijen (alkaline, 1,5 V) in het batterijvakje. 2. Let bij het plaatsen en vervangen van oude batterijen door nieuwe altijd op de polariteit (+/-) van de batterijen.

2. Plaats een mondstuk op de zijopening voor het

bevestigen van de mondstukken (= de opening aan de linkerkant van de voorkant van het toestel). Zorg ervoor dat het mondstuk goed vastzit. 3. Gebruik een nieuw mondstuk voor elke testpersoon (om hygiënische redenen en om de nauwkeurigheid van de meting te behouden, aangezien een gebruikt mondstuk binnenin koolstofresten kan bevatten).

HET UITVOEREN VAN DE METING

1. Sensorinitialisatie

Schakel het apparaat in door de aan/uit-knop gedurende 2 seconden in te drukken. De sensorinitialisatie zal automatisch starten en de sensor in een betere werkende staat brengen. Het display toont de volgende afbeelding:

Opmerking: De sensorinitialisatietijd wordt dynamisch bepaald.

• Als het apparaat gedurende een lange periode niet is gebruikt, zal de initialisatietijd langer zijn.

• Tijdens het gebruik van het apparaat is de sensorinitialisatietijd afhankelijk van de laatste testconcentratie. Als het laatste testresultaat hoog was, zal de initialisatietijd langer zijn om de sensor te resetten en het testresultaat nauwkeuriger te maken, maar de langste initialisatietijd zal niet langer zijn dan 90 seconden.

Tip: Instelling van het alarmniveau

Tijdens de sensorinitialisatiemodus kunt u de „M“-toets gedurende 2 seconden ingedrukt houden, zodat u de instelmodus voor het alarmniveau kunt openen. Druk kort op de toets „M“ om het alarmniveau b2, b3, b5 of b8 te selecteren. Na de selectie kunt u op de aan/uit-knop drukken om een nieuwe test te starten.

2. Bemonstering van de ademhaling

Na de sensorinitialisatie knippert „BLOW“ ongeveer 25 seconden samen met pieptonen en is het apparaat klaar om te testen. Voer de meting binnen deze periode uit.

Blaas continu en zonder onderbreking door het mondstuk gedurende ongeveer 5 seconden, een lange pieptoon klinkt continu tijdens het blazen. Tip: Blaas zoals u zou fluiten zonder een toon (maar zonder pauze).

Stop alleen met blazen wanneer de pieptoon samen stopt en wanneer de dynamische voortgangsbalk vol is (zie onderstaande afbeeldingen). Wanneer u twee piepjes hoort en de vibratie van de motor voelt, was het ademvoorbeeld succesvol en wordt het testresultaat overeenkomstig weergegeven. De volgende afbeeldingen tonen de weergave van de dynamische voortgangsbalk tijdens het blazen:

• Het apparaat schakelt zichzelf automatisch uit als de gebruiker de blaastest niet binnen 25 seconden start.

• „Err“ wordt weergegeven wanneer het blaasproces wordt onderbroken. U moet een nieuwe test starten. Als de test succesvol was, ziet u het testresultaat (zie bijv. de rechter afbeelding hieronder).

• Zodra het testresultaat of „Err“ op het display wordt weergegeven, kunt u op de aan/uit-knop drukken voor een nieuwe test. Als u de knop 2 seconden lang ingedrukt houdt, wordt het apparaat uitgeschakeld.

• Wanneer „Err“ of het testresultaat op het display wordt weergegeven, schakelt het apparaat zichzelf automatisch uit als er binnen 30 seconden geen handeling wordt uitgevoerd.

• Zodra het testresultaat op het display wordt weergegeven, kunt u op de „M“ knop drukken om de meeteenheden om te schakelen tussen mg/L, ‰ BAC of % BAC. Het volgende testresultaat wordt eindelijk in de door u gekozen eenheid getoond. De standaardinstelling van een nieuw apparaat is ‰ BAC (g/L = per mill).

• Wanneer het testresultaat op het display wordt weergegeven, kunt u de laatste testrecords bekijken (er kunnen maximaal 10 records worden opgeslagen). U hoeft alleen maar de „M“ knop 2 seconden in te drukken.

3. Weergave van het testresultaat

Als het testresultaat het alarmniveau overschrijdt, wordt de achtergrond van het scherm rood en knippert het 10 keer samen met een pieptoon. Als het testresultaat lager is dan het alarmniveau, is de achtergrond van het scherm blauw.

• Het meetbereik is 0,00‰ BAC - 4,00‰ BAC (= 4,00 g/L of 4,00 per mil).

• 4,00‰ BAC“ wordt weergegeven als de aflezing hoger is dan 4,00‰ BAC.

• 0,00‰ BAC“ wordt weergegeven als de aflezing l ager is dan 0,05‰ BAC.

Als het alarmniveau bijvoorbeeld is ingesteld op 0,50‰ BAC (= 0,05% BAC of 0,250mg/L), wordt het testresultaat als volgt weergegeven:

4. Beoordeling van de testgegevens

Wanneer het testresultaat wordt weergegeven, kunt u de “M”-toets gedurende 2 seconden indrukken om de geheugenmodus te openen. Druk vervolgens kort op de “M”-knop om de laatst opgeslagen records te bekijken (maximaal 10 records), het nummer van elke record en de testuitlezing zal als alternatief op het display knipperen. Bijvoorbeeld, als de eerste record 0,25‰ BAC is, dan knippert “-01-” en de BAC-aflezing “0,25” als alternatief; als er geen tweede testresultaat is opgeslagen, dan toont het display “----”, (zie volgende afbeeldingen):

Geheugenmodus

Opmerking: Het opgeslagen record is FIFO (first in first out), dus het tiende record zal het eerste overschrijven en zo verder. Alle records worden automatisch gewist als de batterijen worden verwijderd of als het apparaat wordt gereset.

Als u de geheugenoproepmodus opent en binnen 30 seconden geen andere knop indrukt, zal het apparaat zichzelf automatisch uitschakelen.

AANBEVELINGEN VAN ACE INSTRUMENTS

• Gebruik voor elke testpersoon een nieuw mondstuk! ACE Instruments erkent geen enkele aansprakelijkheid voor mogelijke schade die is ontstaan door gebruik van hetzelfde mondstuk door meerdere personen in meerdere tests.

• Gebruik steeds een hygiënisch afzonderlijk verpakt mondstuk van ACE Instruments. Het testtoestel komt bij elke test in contact met menselijke sappen (zweet, speeksel, bloed, enz.).

• Gebruik handschoenen wanneer u mondstukken, die u voor de test gebruikt, wisselt, vooral wanneer het toestel wordt gebruikt om u vreemde personen te testen. ACE Technik (www.ace-technik.de) heeft in haar assortiment geschikt handschoenen.

BELANGRIJKE RICHTLIJNEN

• Wanneer u iets hebt gegeten, alcohol hebt gebruikt of een sigaret hebt gerookt, moet u minstens 15 minuten wachten voor u de test uitvoert.

• Deze alcohol testeenheid is is een hoogwaardig en gevoelig meettoestel. Om de meetnauwkeurigheid van de sensor te vrijwaren, moet het toestel regelmatig worden gebruikt. Wanneer het toestel voor een langere periode niet wordt gebruikt, kan de sensor uitdrogen. We adviseren om de alcoholtester ten minste twee keer per maand te gebruiken om te testen op alcohol (ook wanneer u geen alcohol hebt gedronken).

• ALS HET TESTENRESULTAAT 0,05‰ BAC (PER MILL = g/L) OF 0,005% BAC (US instelling) OF 0,025mg/L (UK instelling) DAN DE DEVICE SHOWS 0,00 (‰ OF % BAC OR mg/L - afhankelijk van de instelling) OP DE DISPLAY. Dit gebeurt omdat bij deze geringe alcoholhoeveelheid andere substanties in de ingeademde lucht kunnen zitten die het resultaat van de ademtest kunnen beïnvloeden.

• Door productwijzigingen kunnen de voorgeschreven processen veranderen. Dit gebeurt zonder aankondiging vooraf en eventueel zelfs zonder aanpassing van deze gebruiksaanwijzing. Dergelijke aanpassingen vormen geen grond voor een klacht, retour of korting. Het is de verantwoordelijkheid van de gebruiker om verschillen tussen de gebruiksaanwijzing en de eigenlijke bediening op te merken en dienovereenkomstig te handelen.

WAARSCHUWING ACE INSTRUMENTS Ook wanneer het toestel het alcoholgehalte als “veilig” aanduidt, mag dit niet als een vrijgeleide worden beschouwd om alcohol te drinken en achter het stuur te kruipen of een andere activiteit uit te voeren die niet mag worden uitgevoerd onder invloed van alcohol.

Vervang de batterijen door 3 nieuwe AAA alkalinebatterijen. Let op de accupolen (+/-).

KALIBRATIE

ACE Instruments adviseert om de sensor in het toestel om de 6 tot maximaal 12 maanden of na 1.000 tests opnieuw te laten kalibreren (afhankelijk welke van de twee voorwaarden eerst is bereikt). Deze kalibrering is niet verplicht, maar zonder kalibrering zal de nauwkeurigheid van de ingebouwde sensor automatisch verminderen en zonder kalibratie vervalt de garantie van de sensor. U kunt de toestel ter kalibrering opsturen naar een van de serviceadressen vermeld op www.alkomat.net.

We adviseren dat u het toestel als pakket verzend, waardoor het pakket u zal worden teruggestuurd in het geval de geadresseerde niet kan worden gevonden.

DE BATTERIJ NOTITIES

Het instrument waarop deze handleiding betrekking heeft, wordt gevoed door 3 AAA-alkalinebatterijen. Deze batterijen zijn niet bedoeld om te worden opgeladen. Ook het gebruik van oplaadbare batterijen in het apparaat is niet toegestaan, anders wordt het apparaat beschadigd.

Als de batterijen leeg zijn, mogen ze niet met het huishoudelijk afval worden weggegooid. Alkaline batterijen bevatten schadelijke stoen die het milieu en de volksgezondheid kunnen schaden. Breng de batterijen binnen in de winkel of geef ze af in het gemeentelijk containerpark. Deze ophaling is verplicht en wettelijk voorgeschreven. Werp lege batterijen weg in de daartoe bestemde container en kleef de polen van lithiumbatterijen af.

VERVANGEN VAN DE BATTERIJEN

Om de batterijen te vervangen, schuift u het deksel van het batterijvakje aan de achterkant van het apparaat naar beneden en vervangt u de ontladen batterijen door nieuwe.

Let bij het plaatsen van de batterijen op de polariteit (+/-): de polen van de batterijen moeten contact maken met de veren in het batterijcompartiment. Sluit vervolgens het deksel van het batterijcompartiment weer voorzichtig. Het recyclen van batterijen is de gemakkelijkste manier om

te zorgen voor het milieu. Onderstaande pictogrammen geven aan dat oude batterijen en accu’s niet bij het huisvuil mogen worden geplaatst. Ze kunnen opnieuw worden gebruikt en waardevolle grondstoen zoals ijzer, zink en nikkel kunnen worden gerecycled.

GARANTIE EN AANSPRAKELIJKHEID

GARANTIE- EN AANSPRAKELIJKHEIDSBEPERKING

1. PRODUCTBEPERKING

De ACE Instruments wijst iedere verdere uitdrukkelijke of stilzwijgend aangenomen garantie af, inclusief de geschiktheid op de markt voor een bepaald doel. De garantie geldt in het bijzonder niet voor kalibratie. Na het vervangen van de sensor is de kalibratie in ieder geval noodzakelijk. Zijn bij een product het vervangen van de sensor en/of de kalibratie noodzakelijk, ontvangt de gebruiker eventueel een prijsopgave. Wijst hij deze van de hand, zendt de ACE Instruments het product niet gerepareerd / niet gekalibreerd terug en op het product wordt dit ook vermeld. Mocht het product deze waarborg niet vervullen, blijven de aanspraak van de koper en de plichten van de ACE Instruments uitsluitend en naar diens vrije beoordeling beperkt tot het vervangen of de reparatie van de betroen goederen of een restitutie van de gereclameerde goederen.

De zorgvuldige controle van alle producten bij levering op beschadigingen, een voor de gegeven toepassing van de koper geschikte kalibratie en het reglementaire gebruik, onderhoud en de reparatie volgens de aanwijzingen in de door de ACE Instruments geleverde productliteratuur zijn noodzakelijke voorwaarden voor deze garantie. Reparatieof onderhoudswerkzaamheden door ongekwalificeerd personeel leiden net zo tot wegvallen van de garantie als niet vrijgegeven gebruiksmaterialen of reser veonderdelen. Zoals bij alle technisch veeleisende producten is het een ACE Instruments noodzakelijke voorwaarde dat alle gebruikers van deze producten vertrouwd zijn met het gebruik, de mogelijkheden en beperkingen van het product, zoals deze beschreven zijn in de betreende productliteratuur.

3. ADVIESBEPERKING

De koper bevestigt dat hij het voorgenomen gebruik en de geschiktheid van de gekochte goederen voor ieder gebruiksdoel als enige verantwoordelijke heeft gecontroleerd. Tussen de partijen wordt nadrukkelijk overeengekomen dat ieder technisch of ander advies door de ACE Instruments met betrekking tot het gebruik van de goederen of dienstverleningen kosteloos en uitsluitend op risico van de koper gegeven werd. Daardoor ontstaat voor de ACE Instruments uit de aanbevelingen of de resultaten ervan.

INTRODUZIONE

Grazie per aver acquistato il nostro Alcohol Tester INNOMARK delta. Il dispositivo è facile da usare e ha un sensore elettrochimico che misura la concentrazione di alcol nel respiro e calcola la concentrazione di alcol nel sangue. Questo dispositivo fornisce risultati di prova con una tolleranza di misurazione di +/- 0,06‰ BAC (per mille = g/L) al livello di riferimento di 0,50‰ BAC e 25°C temperatura ambiente.

I risultati, misurati in grammi per litro, sono visualizzati come valori numerici a 3 cifre con 2 posizioni decimali (sull‘unità di misura ‰ e mg/L) con il misuratore del livello di alcol nel sangue e possono essere interpretati proporzionalmente 1: 1 (il display mostra ad esempio, il valore di 0,36 = 0,36 grammi per litro).

Il sensore integrato nel dispositivo può essere calibrato. Per mantenere la precisione di misura di questo dispositivo e la garanzia del sensore, si consiglia una calibrazione regolare. È possibile inviare il dispositivo all‘indirizzo di servizio specificato su www.alkomat.net.

Prove di respiro sempre deve essere eseguite utilizzando i plug-un boccaglio (utilizzarlo un nuovo boccaglio per ogni test – per motivi di igiene e perché alcol riposo può essere in un boccaglio utilizzata).

Questo dispositivo può essere usato soltanto in conformità con le istruzioni per l‘uso. Tutti i valori misurati determinati da questo etilometro sono sempre solo una guida e non sono legalmente vincolanti. I test respiratori devono essere eseguiti utilizzando boccagli clip-on (per ogni test deve essere utilizzato un nuovo boccaglio).

A) Dopo l‘ultimo sorso d‘alcol attendere almeno 15 minuti prima di eettuare l‘esame. Durante questi 15 minuti non si deve mangiare, bere o fumare. B) Non aprire l‘alloggiamento. C) Non custodire l‘unità di alcol test in un luogo freddo o caldo o umido o male arieggiato. D) Conservare l‘unità di alcol test lontano dalla por tata dei bambini.

E) Dopo un lungo periodo di immagazzinaggio, eettuare tre test di prova prima di eettuare il test vero e proprio. Eettuare la prova del tasso alcolico. F) Non lasciare mai cadere l‘unità di alcol test. G) Sostituire le batterie se scatta l’avviso batteria. La ridotta capacità della batteria può determinare il fallimento del test. H) Non eettuare i test in luoghi rumorosi (le onde acustiche disturbano il sensore), esposti alle correnti d‘aria o non ventilati. I) Dopo un risultato di prova di 1,00 per mulino (per mulino = impostazione UE) / 0,10% BAC (% BAC = impostazione USA) / 0,50mg/L (mg/L = impostazione UK) o superiore il sensore necessita di un tempo di riposo. In questo caso attendere almeno tre minuti fino al test seguente. J) Non eettuare prove in ambienti molto freddi, molto caldi o non ventilati, fumosi. K) Conservare l‘unità di alcol test in modo tale da evitare che penetrino polvere e liquidi. L) Non soiare troppo forte nel boccaglio che è dannoso per Sensore (soprattutto quando molto di saliva penetrare l‘apparecchio).

PREPARAZIONE PER IL TEST

1. Far scorrere il coperchio del vano batterie (sul retro

dell‘unità) verso il basso e inserire 3 batterie AAA (alcaline, 1,5 V) nel vano batterie. Osservare sempre la polarità (+/-) delle batterie quando si inseriscono o si sostituiscono batterie vecchie con batterie nuove.

2. Posizionare un boccaglio sull‘apertura laterale per il

fissaggio dei boccagli (= l‘apertura sul lato sinistro della parte anteriore dell‘apparecchio). Assicurarsi che il boccaglio sia ben stretto. Utilizzare un bocchino nuovo per ogni persona di prova (per motivi igienici e per mantenere la precisione della misura, poiché un bocchino usato potrebbe contenere del carbonio residuo all‘interno).

CONDURRE LA MISURA

1. Inizializzazione del sensore

Accendere il dispositivo premendo il pulsante di accensione per 2 secondi. L‘inizializzazione del sensore si avvia automaticamente e ripristina il sensore in uno stato di funzionamento migliore. Il display mostra la seguente immagine:

Nota: Il tempo di inizializzazione del sensore viene determinato in modo dinamico:

• Se il dispositivo non è stato utilizzato per un lungo periodo di tempo, il tempo di inizializzazione sarà più lungo.

• Durante l‘uso del dispositivo, il tempo di inizializzazione del sensore dipende dall‘ultima concentrazione di test. Se il risultato dell‘ultimo test è stato elevato, il tempo di inizializzazione sarà più lungo per resettare il sensore e rendere il risultato del test più accurato, ma il tempo di inizializzazione più lungo non supererà i 90 secondi.

Suggerimento: Impostazione del livello di allarme

Durante il modo di inizializzazione del sensore si può continuare a premere il tasto „M“ per 2 secondi e quindi si può entrare nel modo di impostazione del livello di allarme. Premere brevemente il tasto „M“ per selezionare il livello di allarme b2, b3, b5 o b8. Dopo la selezione si può premere il tasto di accensione per iniziare un nuovo test.

2. Campionamento del respiro

Dopo l‘inizializzazione del sensore, „BLOW“ lampeggia per circa 25 secondi insieme ai segnali acustici e l‘apparecchio è pronto per il test. Eseguire la misurazione entro questo periodo. Soiare continuamente e senza interruzioni attraverso il boccaglio per circa 5 secondi, un lungo segnale acustico suona continuamente mentre si soia. Suggerimento: Soiare come se si fischiasse senza tono (ma senza pausa).

Smettere di soiare solo quando il segnale acustico si interrompe insieme e quando la barra di avanzamento dinamico è piena (vedi immagini sotto). Quando si sentono due segnali acustici e si sente la vibrazione del motore, il campione di respiro ha avuto successo e il risultato del test verrà visualizzato di conseguenza. Le immagini seguenti mostrano la visualizzazione della barra di avanzamento dinamica sul display mentre si soia:

• Il dispositivo si spegne automaticamente, se l‘utente non riesce ad avviare il test di soiaggio entro 25 secondi.

• Quando il processo di soiaggio viene interrotto, viene visualizzato „Err “. È necessario avviare un nuovo test. Se il test ha avuto successo, si vedrà il risultato del test (vedi ad esempio l‘immagine a destra qui sotto).

• Non appena il risultato del test o „Err“ viene visualizzato sul display, è possibile premere il tasto Power per un nuovo test. Se si continua a premere il tasto per 2 secondi, l‘apparecchio viene spento.

• Quando sul display viene visualizzato „Err “ o il risultato del test, l‘apparecchio si spegne automaticamente se non viene eseguita alcuna operazione entro 30 secondi.

• Non appena il risultato del test viene visualizzato sul display, è possibile premere il tasto „M“ per commutare le unità di misura tra mg/L, ‰ BAC o % BAC. Il risultato del test successivo verrà

infine visualizzato nell‘unità scelta. L‘impostazione predefinita di un nuovo apparecchio è ‰ BAC (g/L = per mulino).

• Quando il risultato del test viene visualizzato sul display, è possibile rivedere le ultime registrazioni del test (è possibile salvare fino a 10 registrazioni). Basta premere il tasto „M“ per 2 secondi.

3. Visualizzazione del risultato del test

Se il risultato del test supera il livello di allarme, lo sfondo dello schermo diventa rosso e lampeggia 10 volte insieme ad un segnale acustico. Se il risultato del test è inferiore al livello di allarme, lo sfondo dello schermo diventa blu.

• Il campo di lettura è 0,00‰ BAC - 4,00‰ BAC (= 4,00 g/L o 4,00 per mil).

• Se la lettura è superiore al 4,00‰ BAC, viene visualizzato „4,00‰ BAC“.

• Se la lettura è inferiore allo 0,05‰ BAC, verrà visualizzato „0,00‰ BAC“.

Ad esempio, se il livello di allarme è impostato a 0,50‰ BAC (= 0,05% BAC o 0,250mg/L), il risultato del test verrà mostrato come segue:

Nessun allarme: Lo sfondo dello schermo è blu e sempre acceso. Allarme: La retroilluminazione dello schermo è rossa, lampeggia 10 volte e allo stesso tempo si sente un segnale acustico.

4. Revisione delle registrazioni dei test

Quando viene visualizzato il risultato del test, si può premere il tasto “M” per 2 secondi per entrare nel modo memoria. Poi premere brevemente il tasto “M” ripetutamente per rivedere le ultime registrazioni memorizzate (massimo 10 registrazioni), il numero di ogni registrazione e la sua lettura del test lampeggerà alternativamente sul display.

Ad esempio, se il primo record è 0,25‰ BAC, allora “-01-” e la lettura BAC “0,25” lampeggiano alternativamente; se non viene memorizzato il secondo risultato del test, allora il display mostra “----”, (vedi immagini seguenti):

Nota: Il record memorizzato è FIFO (first in first out), quindi il decimo record sovrascriverà il primo e così via. Tutti i record saranno cancellati automaticamente se le batterie vengono rimosse o se si resetta il dispositivo.

Se si apre la modalità di richiamo della memoria e non si preme nessun altro pulsante entro 30 secondi, il dispositivo si spegne automaticamente.

• Utilizzate un bocchino nuovo per ogni persona da controllare! L‘ACE Instruments non si assume nessuna responsabilità per alcun danno causato dall‘utilizzo di un bocchino da parte di più persone e per più test.

• Utilizzate sempre i bocchini ACE Instruments igienici e in confezione singola. Questa unità alcol test per ogni test entra in contatto internamente ed esternamente con secreti umani (sudore, saliva, sangue ecc.).

• Utilizzate i guanti quando togliete i bocchini utilizzati per un test dal misuratore, soprattutto se il test è stato eseguito da persone estranee. L‘ACE Technik (www.ace-technik.de) mette a disposizione nella sua gamma di prodotti dei guanti appositi.

AVVERTENZE IMPORTANTI

• Se avete mangiato qualcosa, bevuto dell‘alcol oppure fumato una sigaretta aspettate almeno 15 minuti prima di procedere alla misurazione.

• SE IL RISULTATO DEL TEST E‘ SOTTOLO 0,05‰ BAC (PER MILL = g/L) O 0,005% BAC (impostazione USA) O 0,025mg/L (impostazione UK) QUANDO IL DISPOSITIVO MOSTRA 0,00 (‰ O % BAC O mg/L - a seconda dell‘impostazione) SUL DISPLAY. QUESTO ACCADE PERCHÉ A BASSA CONCENTRAZIONE DI ALCOL È POSSIBILE MISURARE ALTRI MATERIALI IN BOCCA.

• Questa unità alcol test è un misuratore pregiato e sensibile. Onde mantenere la precisione di misurazione del sensore, l‘apparecchio va utilizzato regolarmente. Se l‘apparecchio non viene utilizzato per un lungo periodo il sensore potrebbe seccarsi. Consigliamo di utilizzare l‘etilometro eseguendo test di tasso alcolemico di almeno 2 volte al mese (anche se non avete bevuto dell‘alcol).

• A seguito di modifiche del prodotto le sequenze operative possono subire dei cambiamenti. Ciò può accadere senza comunicazione preliminare e con adeguamento delle istruzioni per l‘uso e non costituisce motivo di reclamo, restituzione o riduzione del prezzo. L‘utente, è tenuto a riconoscere le dierenze tra le istruzioni per l‘uso e l‘uso eettivo e a reagire di conseguenza.

L‘ACE INSTRUMENTS AVVERTE dopo il consumo di alcolici, anche se l‘apparecchio segnala un tasso alcolemico di un livello „sicuro“, ciò non rappresenta carta bianca per la guida di un‘autovettura o per un‘altra attività che non dovrebbe essere eseguita sotto l‘eetto di alcol.

Sostituire le batterie con 3 nuove batterie alcaline AAA. Fare attenzione ai poli della batteria (+/-).

CALIBRATURA

Per mantenere la precisione dell‘etilometro, ACE Instruments raccomanda una calibrazione dopo 6 fino a un massimo di 12 mesi o dopo 1.000 test (a seconda dell‘incidente che si verifica per primo). La calibratura non essere coattivo, tuttavia la precisione cala senza la calibratura e inoltre, la garanzia per il sensore scade. L´apparecchio può essere inviato per la calibratura all´indirizzo dal sito www.alkomat.net.

Si consiglia di inviare l´apparecchio come pacco postale così in caso di irreperibilità della ricevuta di consegna per esempio, sia possibile l´indagine dell´ordine.

NOTE ALLE BATTERIE

Lo strumento a cui si riferisce questo manuale è alimentato da 3 batterie alcaline AAA. Queste batterie non sono destinate ad essere ricaricate. Allo stesso modo, non è consentito l‘uso di batterie ricaricabili nel dispositivo, altrimenti il dispositivo sarà danneggiato.

Se le batterie sono scariche, non devono essere gettate nei rifiuti domestici. Le batterie usate possono contenere sostanze nocive che possono danneggiare l‘ambiente e la salute. Si prega di consegnare le batterie/batterie ricaricabili in un negozio locale o in un centro di riciclaggio. La restituzione è gratuita e richiesta dalla legge. Si prega di gettare le batterie scariche solo negli appositi contenitori e, nel caso di batterie al litio, di togliere il nastro adesivo dai pali.

CAMBIO BATTERIA

Per sostituire le batterie, far scorrere verso il basso il coperchio del vano batterie sul retro del dispositivo e sostituire le batterie scariche con batterie nuove. Quando si inseriscono le batterie, prestare attenzione alla loro polarità (+/-): i poli delle batterie devono entrare in contatto con le molle del vano batterie. Quindi richiudere con cautela il coperchio del vano batterie.

Il riciclaggio delle batterie è l‘esercizio ambientale più semplice al mondo. I bidoni della spazzatura mostrati di seguito indicano che le batterie vecchie e le batterie ricaricabili non devono essere gettate nei rifiuti domestici. Essi possono essere riciclati e si possono recuperare materie prime preziose come ferro, zinco e nichel.

Il simbolo del cassonetto significa che: le batterie non possono essere gettate nei rifiuti domestici. Le indicazioni sotto i cassonetti corrispondono a:

La ACE Instruments (ACE Handels- und Entwicklungs GmbH) assicura una garanzia su errori di materiale e di elaborazione di due anni dopo l‘acquisto per il prodotto al quale si riferiscono questa garanzia e la dichiarazione di responsabilità (in tutte le versioni e le denominazioni); una garanzia di un anno sul sensore. Questa garanzia include l‘elettronica e l‘alloggiamento e/o si riferisce al sensore senza. I componenti di campionatura. Sono esclusi dalla garanzia quei componenti che in caso di ineicacia devono essere inevitabilmente distrutti (ad es. i fusibili). La garanzia si applica a partire dalla data della consegna o della prima messa in servizio (si applica l‘intervallo più breve), qualora non venga diversamente indicato nella documentazione della ACE Instruments.

LIMITAZIONE DELLA RESPONSABILITÀ E DELLA GARANZIA

1. LIMITAZIONE DEL PRODOTTO

La ACE Instruments respinge qualsiasi ulteriore garanzia assunta espressamente o tacitamente, inclusa la vendibilità del prodotto e la sua idoneità per un determinato uso. La garanzia non si applica per la taratura. Dopo la sostituzione del sensore la taratura è assolutamente necessaria. Se per un prodotto sono necessarie una sostituzione di sensore e/o una taratura, l‘utente riceverà un preventivo di spesa. Se l‘utente rifiuterà il preventivo di spesa, la ACE Instruments restituirà il prodotto non riparato/ non calibrato ed il prodotto verrà contrassegnato di conseguenza. Se il prodotto non dovesse adempire a questa prestazione di garanzia, i diritti dell’acquirente verrebbero limitati, e con essi gli obblighi della ACE Instruments, con esclusiva discrezione della ACE Instruments in materia di sostituzione o riparazione delle merci interessate o di rimborso del prezzo d‘acquisto per le merci contestate.

2. LIMITAZIONE DELL‘USO

La ACE Instruments declina qualsiasi responsabilità in caso di danni supplementari, danni collaterali o danni come mancato lucro e mancato uso derivati dalla vendita, dalla produzione o dall‘utilizzo dei prodotti venduti in relazione a questa limitazione di responsabilità, indipendentemente dal fatto che questi requisiti derivino da contratti, negligenza o da altre azioni con colpa.

Il prodotto a cui è legata questa dichiarazione di garanzia e di responsabilità, non importa in quale versione e in quale denominazione, non può essere chiamato in causa in modo giuridicamente vincolante per determinare l‘idoneità di una persona a guidare un veicolo o ad eseguire un‘azione che potrebbe presentare rischi per sé e per gli altri se si è sotto l‘influenza dell‘alcol.

Introducción Muchas gracias por comprar nuestro probador de alcohol INNOMARK delta! El alcoholímetro es un apparato medidor con sensor electroquímico. El alcoholímetro mide la concentración de alcohol en el aire espirado y calcula, a partir del valor obtenido, la concentración de alcohol en sangre. Este aparato tiene una tolerancia de medición de +/- 0.06‰ BAC (por mil = g/L) con el valor de referencia de

0.50 por mil y 25°C temperatura ambiente.

Los resultados obtenidos se muestran como un valor de 3 cifras con 2 decimales (en la unidad de medida ‰ BAC y mg/L) que equivale a g de alcohol por kg de sangre (es decir, si se muestra un valor de 0.36, eso quiere decir que el valor registrado es de 0.36 g de alcohol/kg de sangre).

El sensor integrado en el alcoholímetro se puede calibrar. Para mantener la precisión de medición de este dispositivo y la garantía del sensor, recomendamos una calibración regular. Pueden enviar el aparato para calibrar a la dirección indicada en www.alkomat.net.

El aparato sólo puede ser usado conforme a las instrucciones del manual de instrucciones. Todos los valores de medición indicados por este aparato de pruebas de alcohol sirven siempre sólo como punto de referencia y no son legalmente vinculantes. En cada test de respiración se debe usar una boquilla nueva (por razones higiénicas y para evitar mediciones defectuosas que pueden resultar por posibles restos de alcohol en una boquilla ya utilizada).

DESCRIPCIÓN DE LAS DIFERENTES PARTES DEL APARATO

ASÍ SE OBTIENE UN POSIBLE UN RESULTADO EXACTO

A) Esperar al menos 15 Minutos después del último trago de alcohol hasta la prueba de alcohol. No comer, beber ni fumar durante este tiempo. B) No abrir la carcasa. No guardar la unidad de prueba de alcohol en un lugar frío, caliente, húmedo o mal ventilado. C) Mantenga la unidad de prueba de alcohol fuera del alcance de los niños. D) Después estar guardado mucho tiempo, haga tres pruebas antes de efectuar la verdadera prueba de alcohol.

E) No deje caer la unidad de prueba de alcohol. F) Reemplazar la pila si el rendimiento es bajo. Una pila baja produce resultados de prueba falsos. G) No realice ninguna prueba si hay ruido fuerte (la ondas sonoras afectan al sensor), o con corrientes de aire o en lugares mal ventilados. H) Después de un resultado de prueba de 1.00 por mil o superior el sensor necesita más tiempo de recuperación. Espere en este caso al menos tres minutos hasta la prueba siguiente. I) Después de un resultado de prueba de 1,00 por molino (por molino = ajuste de la UE) / 0,10% BAC (% BAC = ajuste de EE.UU.) / 0,50mg/L (mg/L = ajuste del Reino Unido) o superior el sensor necesita tiempo de descanso. Espere en este caso al menos tres minutos hasta la prueba siguiente. J) Guarde la unidad de prueba de alcohol de forma que no le entre polvo ni líquidos. PREPARACIÓN PARA LA PRUEBA

1. Deslice la tapa del compartimento de las pilas (en la par te

posterior de la unidad) hacia abajo e inserte 3 pilas AAA (alcalinas, 1,5 V) en el compartimento de las pilas. Siempre observe la polaridad (+/-) de las pilas cuando inserte o reemplace las pilas viejas por otras nuevas.

2. Colocar una boquilla en la aber tura lateral para la fijación de

las boquillas (= la abertura en el lado izquierdo del frente de la unidad). Asegúrate de que la boquilla esté bien apretada. Utilice una boquilla nueva para cada persona de prueba (por razones higiénicas y para mantener la precisión de la medición, ya que una boquilla usada podría contener carbono residual en su interior).

REALIZACIÓN DE LA PRUEBA

1. Inicialización del sensor

Encienda el dispositivo pulsando el botón de encendido durante 2 segundos. La inicialización del sensor se iniciará automáticamente y reajustará el sensor a un mejor estado de funcionamiento. La pantalla muestra la siguiente imagen:

Nota: El tiempo de inicialización del sensor se determina dinámicamente.

• Si el dispositivo no se ha utilizado durante un largo período de tiempo, el tiempo de inicialización será mayor.

• Durante el uso del dispositivo, el tiempo de inicialización del sensor depende de la última concentración de prueba. Si el resultado de la última prueba fue alto, el tiempo de inicialización será más largo a fin de reajustar el sensor y hacer que el resultado de la prueba sea más exacto, pero el tiempo de inicialización más largo no superará los 90 segundos.

Consejo: Ajuste del nivel de alarma

Durante el modo de inicialización del sensor, puede mantener presionado el botón „M“ durante 2 segundos y así podrá entrar en el modo de ajuste del nivel de alarma. Pulse brevemente el botón „M“ para seleccionar el nivel de alarma b2, b3, b5 o b8. Después de la selección puede pulsar el botón de encendido para iniciar una nueva prueba.

2. Muestreo de la respiración

Después de la inicialización del sensor, „SOPLO“ parpadea durante unos 25 segundos junto con los pitidos y el dispositivo está listo para la prueba. Por favor, realice la medición dentro de este período.

Sople continuamente y sin interrupción a través de la boquilla durante unos 5 segundos, un largo pitido suena continuamente mientras sopla. Consejo: Sople como si silbara sin un tono (pero sin interrupción).

Sólo deja de soplar cuando el tono de la señal acústica se detiene junto con la barra de progreso dinámico (ver imágenes abajo). Cuando oiga dos pitidos y sienta la vibración del motor, la muestra de aliento ha sido exitosa y el resultado de la prueba se mostrará en consecuencia. Las siguientes imágenes muestran la visualización de la barra de progreso dinámico en la pantalla mientras se sopla:

• El dispositivo se apagará automáticamente si el usuario no inicia la prueba de soplado en 25 segundos.

• Cuando se interrumpa el proceso de soplado, aparecerá „Err“ en la pantalla. Es necesario iniciar una nueva prueba. Si la prueba fue exitosa, verá el resultado de la misma (ver, por ejemplo, la imagen de la derecha abajo).

• Tan pronto como se muestre el resultado de la prueba o „Err“ en la pantalla, puede pulsar el botón de encendido para realizar una nueva prueba. Si mantiene pulsado el botón durante 2 segundos, el aparato se apaga.

• Cuando se muestra „Err“ o el resultado de la prueba en la pantalla, el dispositivo se apaga automáticamente si no se realiza ninguna operación en 30 segundos.

• Tan pronto como el resultado de la prueba se muestre en la pantalla, puede pulsar el botón „M“ para cambiar las unidades de medida entre mg/L, ‰ BAC o % BAC. El siguiente resultado de la prueba se mostrará en la unidad que haya elegido al final. El ajuste predeterminado de un nuevo dispositivo es ‰ BAC (g/L = por molino).

• Cuando el resultado de la prueba se muestra en la pantalla, puede revisar los últimos registros de la prueba (se pueden guardar hasta 10 registros). Sólo tiene que mantener pulsado el botón „M“ durante 2 segundos.

3. Visualización del resultado de la prueba

Si el resultado de la prueba supera el nivel de alarma, el fondo de la pantalla se vuelve rojo y parpadea 10 veces junto con un pitido. Si el resultado de la prueba es inferior al nivel de alarma, el fondo de la pantalla se vuelve azul.

• El rango de lectura es de 0.00‰ BAC - 4.00‰ BAC ( = 4.00 g/L o 4.00 por mil).

• „4.00‰ BAC“ se mostrará si la lectura es superior a

4.00‰ BAC.

• „0.00‰ BAC“ se mostrará si la lectura es inferior a

0.05‰ BAC.

Por ejemplo, si el nivel de alarma se fija en 0.50‰ BAC (= 0.05% BAC o 0.250mg/L), el resultado de la prueba se mostrará de la siguiente manera:

4. Revisión de los registros de prueba

Cuando se muestra el resultado de la prueba, puede pulsar el botón “M” durante 2 segundos para entrar en el modo de memoria. Luego presione brevemente el botón “M” repetidamente para revisar los últimos registros almacenados (máximo 10 registros), el número de cada registro y su lectura de prueba parpadeará alternativamente en la pantalla.

Por ejemplo, si el primer registro es 0.25‰ BAC, entonces “-01-” y la lectura del BAC “0.25” parpadeará alternativamente; si no se almacena ningún resultado de la segunda prueba, entonces la pantalla muestra “----”, (ver las siguientes imágenes):

Modo de memoria

Nota: El registro almacenado es FIFO (primero en entrar primero en salir), así que el décimo registro sobreescribirá al primero y así sucesivamente. Todos los registros se borrarán automáticamente si se quitan las pilas o se reinicia el dispositivo.

Si abrió el modo de recuperación de la memoria y no presiona ningún otro botón dentro de los 30 segundos, entonces el dispositivo se apagará automáticamente.

ADVERTENCIA IMPORTANTE

• Si ha comido algo, ha bebido alcohol o ha fumado un cigarrillo, debe esperar al menos 15 minutos antes de empezar con la medición.

• Esta unidad de prueba de alcohol es un medidor de alta calidad y sensible. Para mantener la precisión del sensor, el aparato debe ser utilizado regularmente. Si el aparato no se utilizado durante un período de tiempo largo, el sensor puede secarse. Por mes recomendamos realizar al menos 2 pruebas de alcohol (incluso si no se ha bebido alcohol).

• SI EL RESULTADO DE LA PRUEBA ES INFERIOR A 0,05‰ BAC (POR MOLINO = g/L) O 0,005% BAC (ajuste de EE.UU.) O 0,025mg/L (ajuste del Reino Unido) ENTONCES EL DISPOSITIVO MUESTRA 0,00 (‰ O % BAC O mg/L - dependiendo del ajuste) EN LA PANTALLA. ESTO SUCEDE PORQUE EN UN RANGO BAJO DE CONCENTRACIÓN DE ALCOHOL ES POSIBLE MEDIR OTROS MATERIALES EN LA BOCA. Esto sucede porque en niveles muy bajos de alcohol puede haber otras sustancias en el aire aspirado que influyen en el resultado de la prueba.

CALIBRACIÓN

ACE Instruments recomienda la calibración del sensor del aparato aproximadamente cada 6 hasta máximo 12 meses o después de 1,000 pruebas (lo que ocurra primero). La calibración no necesariamente tiene que hacerse, pero la precisión del sensor integrado está disminuyendo constantemente y la garantía del sensor se anula. Puede enviar el aparato para calibración a la dirección de servicio indicada en www.alkomat.net.

Recomendamos el envío como paquete para que en caso pérdida se pueda localizar mediante seguimiento.

NOTAS PARA LA BATERÍA

El instrumento al que se refiere este manual funciona con 3 pilas alcalinas AAA. Estas baterías no están destinadas a ser recargadas. Asimismo, no se permite el uso de pilas recargables en el aparato, ya que de lo contrario el aparato se dañaría.

Si las baterías están agotadas, no deben ser tiradas a la basura doméstica. Las pilas usadas contienen contaminantes que pueden dañar el medio ambiente y la salud. Las pilas se deben entregar en el comercio o en los puntos de reciclaje del municipio. La devolución es gratuita y legalmente obligatoria. Debe tirar solo pilas vacías en los contenedores apropiados y cubrir los terminales de las pilas de litio con cinta adhesiva.

CAMBIO DE LAS PILAS

Para cambiar las pilas, deslice hacia abajo la tapa del compartimento de las pilas en la parte posterior del dispositivo y sustituya las pilas descargadas por otras nuevas. Al colocar las pilas, preste atención a su polaridad (+/-): los polos de las pilas deben hacer contacto con los resortes del compartimento de las pilas. Luego cierra con cuidado la tapa del compartimento de las pilas de nuevo.

Reciclaje de la pila es la actividad ecológica más fácil del mundo. Los cubos de la basura indican que las pilas y baterías viejas no se deben ser tirar junto con la basura doméstica. Pueden ser reutilizadas y recuperar materias primas valiosas como hierro, cinc y níquel.

1. LIMITACIÓN DEL PRODUCTO

2. LIMITACIÓN DE LA UTILIZACIÓN

La empresa ACE Instruments en ningún caso se hace responsable de eventuales daños y perjuicios adicionales, daños incidentales o consecuentes, incluyendo eventuales reducciones de beneficios y pérdidas de uso que podrían resultar de la venta, fabricación o utilización de los productos vendidos bajo esta exención de responsabilidades, independientemente de si estas exigencias derivan de contratos, negligencias u otros actos ilícitos.

Una inspección cuidadosa del producto en el momento de su entrega, una calibración adecuada para las aplicaciones específicas del comprador, la utilización exclusiva del aparato con los fines previstos así como la realización de las reparaciones y del mantenimiento según las instrucciones contenidas en la documentación del producto entregada por la empresa ACE Instruments son requisitos imperativos para la validez de esta garantía. Cualquier reparación o mantenimiento realizados por personal no cualificado o la utilización de materiales consumibles o piezas de recambio no autorizados tendrá como consecuencia la anulación de esta garantía.
