Pemberitahuan peraturan

Peringatan FCC

Peralatan ini telah diuji dan terbukti mematuhi batas-batas untuk perangkat digital

Kelas A, sesuai dengan bagian 15 pada Peraturan FCC. Batas-batas ini dirancang

Tentang Limbah Peralatan Elektronik dan Listrik

Ini menandakan kepatuhan pada Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Directive 2002/96/EC (WEEE).

Tanda ini menunjukkan ketentuan untuk TIDAK membuang peralatan

termasuk baterai atau aki yang sudah lemah atau habis sebagai limbah rumah tangga yang tidak disortir, melainkan menggunakan sistem pengembalian dan pengumpulan yang tersedia. Jika baterai atau aki yang disertakan bersama peralatan ini, menampilkan simbol bahan kimia Hg, Cd, atau Pb, berarti baterai mengandung logam berat lebih dari 0,0005% Merkuri atau lebih dari 0,002% Kadmium, atau lebih dari 0,004% Timbal.

CATATAN • Simpan bahan kemasan aslinya untuk pengiriman yang akan

datang. Pastikan menggunakan bahan kemasan aslinya saat memindah proyektor. Gunakan pemberitahuan untuk lensa.

Persiapan

Memasukkan baterai ke dalam kontrol jarak-jauh

Masukkan baterai ke dalam kontrol jarak-jauh sebelum menggunakannya. Jika kontrol jarak-jauh mulai gagal berfungsi, cobalah mengganti baterainya. Jika Anda tidak akan menggunakan kontrol jarak-jauh dalam waktu lama, keluarkan

baterainya dan simpan di tempat yang aman.

mengeluarkannya.

Pasang kembali penutup baterai searah panah dan masukkan kembali pada

PERINGATAN ►Peganglah selalu baterai dengan hati-hati dan gunakan

sebagaimana pengarahan saja. Penggunaan tidak benar dapat menyebabkan

baterai meledak, retak atau bocor, yang dapat menyebabkan kebakaran, cedera dan/atau polusi terhadap lingkungan sekitar.

• Saat mengganti baterai, gantilah kedua baterai dengan baterai baru yang

sama jenisnya. Jangan gunakan baterai baru bersama baterai bekas.

• Pastikan hanya menggunakan baterai yang ditetapkan. Jangan gunakan

baterai bersama jenis yang berbeda. Jangan mencampur baterai baru dengan

yang bekas.

Pastikan terminal positif dan negatif telah disejajarkan dengan benar saat memuat

baterai.

• Jauhkan baterai dari anak-anak dan hewan peliharaan.

• Jangan mengisi ulang, membuat hubungan singkat, menyolder atau

membongkar baterai.

Jangan masukkan baterai ke api atau air. Simpan baterai di tempat gelap, dingin dan kering.

Jika Anda melihat kebocoran baterai, seka bocoran tersebut kemudian ganti baterainya. Jika bocorannnya mengenai badan atau pakaian Anda, segera bilas dengan air.

karena dapat menyebabkan kipas pendingin di dalam proyektor gagal berfungsi.

►Hindari memasang proyektor di tempat yang berasap, lembap atau berdebu. ► Jangan meletakkan proyektor dekat alat pelembap udara. Khususnya dengan

alat pelembap ultrasonik, khlor dan mineral yang terkandung dalam air keran akan terurai dan dapat terkumpul di proyektor yang akhirnya menyebabkan degradasi citra atau masalah lainnya.

PEMBERITAHUAN • Posisikan proyektor agar sinar tidak langsung mengenai sensor jarak-jauh proyektor.

• Jangan memasang produk di tempat yang dapat terjadi interferensi radio.

Menghubungkan dengan perangkat Anda

Sebelum menghubungkan proyektor ke perangkat, bacalah manual perangkat

untuk mengkonrmasi bahwa perangkat cocok untuk dihubungkan dengan

proyektor ini dan siapkan aksesori yang diperlukan, seperti kabel yang kompatibel dengan sinyal perangkat. Tanyakan pada dealer Anda bila aksesori yang diperlukan tidak disertakan bersama produk atau aksesori tersebut rusak.

Setelah memastikan proyektor dan perangkat telah dimatikan, lakukan penyambungan, sesuai dengan petunjuk berikut. Lihat gambar F-1 sampai F-4 di belakang manual ini. Untuk perinciannya, lihat Manual Pengguna. Sebelum menghubungkan proyektor ke sistem jaringan, pastikan juga membaca Panduan Jaringan.

PERINGATAN ►Gunakan hanya aksesori yang sesuai. Jika tidak, dapat terjadi kebakaran atau kerusakan pada proyektor atau perangkat. ► Hanya gunakan aksesori yang ditetapkan atau disarankan oleh pabrikan

proyektor. Pabrikan mungkin mengikuti standar peraturan.

► Jangan membongkar atau memodikasi proyektor atau aksesorinya. ► Jangan gunakan aksesori yang rusak. Hindari kerusakan aksesori. Atur kabel

agar tidak terinjak atau tergencet.

PERHATIAN ►Untuk kabel dengan inti di satu ujung, hubungkan ujung yang mempunyai inti ke proyektor. Ini mungkin diharuskan oleh peraturan EMI.

► Sebelum menghubungkan proyektor ke sistem jaringan, pastikan

memperoleh izin administrator jaringan. ►Jangan hubungkan port LAN ke jaringan yang mungkin berlebihan voltasenya. ► Sebelum melepas perangkat penyimpanan USB dari port proyektor, pastikan

menggunakan fungsi REMOVE USB pada layar miniatur untuk melindungi

data Anda.

CATATAN • Jangan menghidupkan atau mematikan proyektor selagi

terhubung ke perangkat yang mengoperasikannya, kecuali jika diperintahkan

demikian dalam manual perangkat.

• Beberapa port masukan dapat dipilih. Untuk perinciannya, lihat Manual Pengguna.

• Berhati-hatilah agar tidak salah menghubungkan konektor ke port yang salah.

• Jika perangkat penyimpanan USB yang terlalu besar ukurannya menghalangi

port LAN, gunakan kabel sambungan USB untuk menghubungkan ke perangkat penyimpanan USB.

• Jika terdengar berisik keras dari speaker, pindahkan mikrofon dari speaker.

• Proyektor ini tidak memasok daya ke mikrofon.

Masukkan konektor kabel daya ke AC IN (AC

inlet) pada proyektor.

Tancapkan dengan erat steker kabel daya

ke stopkontak listrik. Beberapa detik setelah listrik terhubung, indikator POWER akan

terus menyala jingga.

Ingatlah bahwa bila fungsi AC POWER ON diaktifkan,

menghubungkan listrik akan menyebabkan proyektor dihidupkan.

PERINGATAN ►Lebih berhati-hatilah saat menghubungkan kabel daya,

karena penyambungan yang tidak benar atau salah dapat menyebabkan kebakaran dan/atau sengatan listrik.

• Hanya gunakan kabel daya yang disertakan bersama proyektor. Jika sudah

rusak, konsultasikan dengan dealer untuk mendapatkan yang baru.

• Hanya tancapkan kabel daya ke stopkontak dengan voltase yang sama.

Stopkontak listrik harus dekat dengan proyektor dan mudah diakses. Lepaskan kabel daya untuk memutus sama sekali aliran listrik.

• Jangan sekali-kali memodikasi kabel data.

Menghidupkan proyektor

Pastikan kabel daya telah terhubung dengan

erat dan benar ke proyektor dan stopkontak. Pastikan bahwa indikator POWER tetap

menyala jingga. Kemudian lepaskan

penutup lensa. Tekan tombol STANDBY/ON pada

proyektor atau kontrol jarak-jauh.

Lampu proyeksi akan menyala dan indikator

POWER akan mulai berkedip hijau. Bila

sudah benar-benar hidup, indikator akan

berhenti berkedip dan menjadi hijau terus.

PERINGATAN ►Cahaya kuat terpancar saat proyektor dihidupkan.

Jangan menatap lensa proyektor atau melihat bagian dalam proyektor melalui lubang apa pun pada proyektor.

CATATAN • Hidupkan proyektor sebelum menghidupkan perangkat yang

terhubung.

• Proyektor mempunyai fungsi AC POWER ON, yang dapat membuat proyektor

dihidupkan secara otomatis. Untuk informasi lebih lanjut, lihat Manual

Pengguna.

Menyesuaikan elevator proyektor

Bila permukaan proyeksi sedikit tidak rata di kiri atau kanan, gunakan kaki elevator untuk memperbaiki

penempatan proyektor. Kaki tersebut juga dapat

digunakan untuk memiringkan proyektor dan dapat

menaikkan sisi depan proyektor hingga 12 derajat.

Proyektor ini mempunyai 2 kaki elevator dan 2 tombol elevator. Kaki elevator dapat disesuaikan bila Anda menekan tombol elevator pada sisi yang sama secara bersamaan.

Sambil menahan proyektor, tekan tombol elevator

untuk melonggarkan kaki elevator.

Posisikan bagian depan proyektor hingga ketinggian

yang diinginkan.

Lepaskan tombol elevator agar dapat mengunci kaki

elevator.

Setelah memastikan kaki elevator terkunci, pelan-

pelan turunkan proyektor.

Jika perlu, kaki elevator dapat diputar secara

manual untuk penyesuaian yang lebih akurat. Tahan proyektor saat memutar kakinya.

Untuk melonggarkan kaki elevator, tekan tombol elevator pada sisi yang sama.

Untuk menyesuaikan lebih akurat, putar kakinya.

PERHATIAN ►Jangan memegang tombol elevator tanpa menahan proyektor, karena proyektor bisa jatuh. ►Jangan memiringkan proyektor kecuali dengan menaikkan bagian depannya tidak lebih dari 12 derajat dengan kaki pengaturnya. Proyektor yang dimiringkan

lebih dari ukuran tersebut dapat gagal berfungsi, atau memperpendek usia bahan pakainya atau masa pakai proyektornya sendiri.

Menampilkan gambar

Aktifkan sumber sinyal Anda. Hidupkan

sumber sinyal dan buat agar ia mengirim sinyal ke proyektor.

Gunakan tombol VOLUME + / VOLUME -

untuk menyesuaikan volume. Untuk mematikan suara proyektor, tekan tombol MUTE pada kontrol jarak-jauh.

Tekan tombol SOURCE pada proyektor.

Setiap kali Anda menekan tombol, proyektor akan berputar ke setiap port masukan.

Anda juga dapat menggunakan kontrol jarak jauh untuk memilih sinyal masukan.

Tekan tombol RESIZE pada kontrol jarak

jauh. Setiap kali Anda menekan tombol,

proyektor akan berputar ke setiap mode rasio aspek.

Gunakan cincin ZOOM untuk

menyesuaikan ukuran layar.

Gunakan cincin FOCUS untuk

memfokuskan gambar.

Mematikan proyektor

Tekan tombol STANDBY/ON pada

proyektor atau kontrol jarak-jauh.

Pesan “Power off?” akan muncul pada

layar sekitar 5 detik.

Tekan lagi tombol STANDBY/ON saat

pesan muncul. Lampu proyektor akan padam, dan indikator POWER akan mulai berkedip

jingga. Kemudian indikator POWER akan berhenti berkedip dan menjadi tetap jingga setelah lampu menjadi

dingin.

Pasang penutup lensa, hanya setelah

indikator POWER terus menyala jingga.

Jangan hidupkan proyektor selama 10 menit atau lebih setelah mematikannya.

Juga, jangan matikan proyektor setelah sebentar menghidupkannya. Pengoperasian

demikian dapat menyebabkan kegagalan fungsi atau memperpendek masa pakai beberapa komponen, termasuk lampu.

Mengganti lampu

Lampu mempunyai masa pakai yang terbatas. Menggunakan lampu dalam waktu lama dapat menyebabkan gambar menjadi redup dan nuansa warna menjadi

buruk. Setiap lampu mempunyai masa pakai berbeda, dan sebagian mungkin meletup atau hangus tidak lama setelah Anda mulai menggunakannya. Disarankan membeli lampu pengganti lebih dahulu. Untuk membeli lampu baru, hubungi dealer Anda dan beri tahu nomor komponen lampu tersebut.

Nomor komponen: SP-LAMP-064

Matikan proyektor dan cabut steker kabel daya.

Biarkan proyektor dingin paling tidak selama 45 menit.

Beli lampu baru. Jika proyektor dipasang di langit-

langit, atau jika lampu pecah, Anda dapat meminta

dealer memasangkan lampu tersebut.

Jika Anda memasang sendiri lampu tersebut, ikuti prosedur ini:

Longgarkan sekrupnya (bertanda panah) pada

pintu lampu kemudian geser dan angkat pintu lampu ke samping untuk melepasnya.

Longgarkan 3 sekrupnya (bertanda panah)

pada lampu, dan pelan-pelan lepaskan lampu menggunakan pegangannya. Jangan

melonggarkan sekrup lainnya.

Masukkan lampu baru, dan kencangkan lagi

3 sekrup pada lampu dengan erat (yang tadi

dilonggarkan) untuk mengunci pada tempatnya.

Masukkan kembali pintu lampu pada tempatnya.

Kemudian kencangkan dengan erat sekrup pada pintu lampu.

Hidupkan proyektor dan reset waktu lampu

menggunakan item RESET LAMP HOURS dalam

menu SERVICE.

(1) Tekan tombol MENU untuk menampilkan menu. (2) Pilih ADVANCED MENU dalam menu menggunakan

tombol V / Λ, kemudian tekan tombol >.

(3) Pilih OPTION di kolom kiri pada menu menggunakan

tombol V / Λ, kemudian tekan tombol >.

(4) Pilih SERVICE dalam menu menggunakan tombol V / Λ,

kemudian tekan tombol >.

(5) Pilih RESET LAMP HOURS menggunakan tombol V / Λ,

PERINGATAN ►Proyektor menggunakan lampu kaca merkuri bertekanan

tinggi. Lampu bisa pecah dengan bunyi yang keras, atau terbakar, jika

diguncang atau digaruk, dipegang selagi panas, atau aus dengan sendirinya. Perhatikan, setiap lampu mempunyai masa pakai berbeda, dan sebagian mungkin meletup atau hangus tidak lama setelah Anda mulai menggunakannya.

Selain itu, jika bola lampu meletup, kemungkinan serpihan kacanya terserak di

dalam rumah lampu, dan gas berisi merkuri serta debu berisi partikel kaca yang halus keluar dari ventilasi proyektor.

►Tentang membuang lampu: Produk ini berisi lampu merkuri; jangan

membuangnya di tempat sampah. Buanglah sesuai undang-undang lingkungan.

Memegang lampu

• Hanya gunakan jenis lampu yang ditetapkan. Menggunakan lampu yang tidak

memenuhi spesifikasi lampu untuk model ini dapat menyebabkan kebakaran, kerusakan proyektor atau memperpendek masa pakai produk ini.

• Jika lampunya pecah tidak lama setelah digunakan pertama kali, kemungkinan ada masalah kelistrikan di bagian lain di samping lampu. Jika hal ini terjadi, tanyakan pada dealer di tempat Anda atau perwakilan layanan.

• Pegang dengan hati-hati: mengguncang atau menggaruk dapat menyebabkan

redup, tidak menyala atau meletup. Bila gambarnya tampak redup, atau bila

Membersihkan dan mengganti lter udara

Periksa dan bersihkan lter udara secara rutin. Bila indikator atau pesan meminta Anda membersihkan lter udara, lakukan sesegera mungkin. Filter udara pada proyektor terdiri dari penutup lter dan unit lter dengan dua jenis bahan lter. Jika salah satu atau kedua lter rusak atau kotor sekali, gantilah unit lter dengan yang baru.

Mintalah perangkat saringan dengan nomor komponen berikut ini dari agen Anda saat membeli baru

sekeliling penutup lter. Pegang dan tarik kenop penutup lter untuk

melonggarkan lternya. Tekan sedikit kenop sisi bawah untuk

membuka kunci sisi bawah unit lter. Tarik kenop tengah untuk melepas unit lter.

Gunakan penyedot debu untuk

membersihkan ventilasi lter proyektor dan

sisi luar unit lter.

Unit lter terdiri dari dua komponen. Tekan

ke bawah sekeliling komponen penghubung

untuk membuka kuncinya, dan pisahkan kedua komponen.

Gunakan penyedot debu untuk

membersihkan sisi dalam setiap komponen

unit lter. Jika lternya rusak atau kotor

sekali, gantilah dengan yang baru.

kemudian tekan kursor > (atau tombol SELECT). Sebuah dialog akan muncul.

(3) Tekan tombol kursor > untuk memilih “OK” pada dialog. Ini akan

mereset waktu lter.

PERINGATAN ► Sebelum merawat lter udara, pastikan kabel daya telah

dilepas stekernya, dan biarkan agar proyektor cukup dingin.

►Hanya gunakan lter udara yang ditetapkan. Jangan gunakan proyektor tanpa lter udara atau penutup lter. Ini dapat menyebabkan kebakaran atau
