Pass the lap sash
belt beneath the tab

There is a reclined position as well as the normal
upright position. To change the recline angle, pull
down the base and place the support (B) in position.
(Figure 2)
Place the restraint in either upright or reclined
position, with the back against the back of the vehicle
seat, directly in line with the anchorage point.
Attach the upper anchorage strap/clip to the anchor
to the vehicle as per instructions on page 2. Adjust
upper anchorage strap (E) by pulling webbing
through adjuster (C). To lengthen, lift adjuster to
release webbing and then lengthen. Ensure upper
To install the red clamp, open it and clamp the
sash section of the vehicle seat belt by closing the
barrel section of the red belt clamp in the direction
toggle section by pushing in the direction of arrow
place, the lap section is now tightly holding your
child restraint in place, independent of the sash
section. Always keep the red clamp in pocket
provided when not in use.
Step 3:
Push down on the base of the restraint (with knee or
hand) whilst pulling the sash section of the vehicle
the seat base. Whilst continuing to pull the sash
section up (i.e maintaining tightness of the lap
section) attach the red belt clamp on the sash
section as close as possible above the buckle
tongue. (Refer to Figure 5 and instruction for installing the red belt clamp below) Tighten sash section
of belt across the base. Place foam and seat back
into position over the top of the vehicle belt.
HOW TO INSTALL CHILD SEAT - FORWARD FACING (8-18KG)
Fold the rear of seat base cover and foam forward
to expose the seat base. Pass the lap and sash
sections of the vehicle belt under the rst armrest,
across the seat base route seat belt beneath “Tab”
as shown in Fig 3. Then under the second armrest
and “click” the buckle tongue into the buckle.
(Refer to Figure 3). Important note: The vehicle belt
is now located across the seat base.

HOW TO USE FOR CHILD SEAT - FORWARD FACING (8-18KG)

Bring the shoulder straps of the harness over
the top of the seat and down and over the
child’s shoulders so that the loops on the end of
the harness shoulder straps are near the vehicle
lap belt.
The upper anchorage strap of the INFA Securé Safe Ride
The upper anchorage strap of the child seat must be
attached to the Metal Buckle (G) on the child harness
tether strap. Refer to Figures (17) & (19) on this page.
NOTE: Attachment point on Metal Buckle (G) can sometimes be partly obscured by the upper anchorage straps
of the harness. Tighten the upper anchorage strap on the
child seat. Use and tighten the child harness as shown in
the instructions supplied with the child harness.
