SETUP
Head Mounting
Instal l by screw ing the head clockw ise onto the 3/8" mounting thread of the top plate of the Tripod or Monop od. Once it is hand tight,secure by fully tightening the Head Locking Screw (s) (on selec t models) from below.
OPERATION
The single-action Ball Locking Lever contro ls all movements of the BHS -Series Ballheads. When released, the Ballhe ad and the Mounting Platform can mo ve freely within a 360° rotational adjustment. And a U-shaped op ening pro vides 90° angular movement of the Mounting Plat form.
Quick Release Plate
The BHS-S eries Ballhea ds incorporate a Quick Release Plate system. It offers a quick method of mounting or releasing a Camera or Equipment from the Hea d. It’s impor tant that the correc t Quick Release Plate be used along with the proper mounting screw (a spare 1/4–20 plate is available as an accessor y). Extra Plates are recommended as you can screw one to each Camer a or Lens for even greater convenience when rapidly mount ing and dismounting gear.
Quick Release Lock ing Lever

When use d proper ly, the patented Dual Lock Quick Release sys tem offers two levels of security for your gear. To remove the Quick Release Plate, squeeze both the Plate Locking Lever and the Security Locking Lever and pull the larger Lockin g Lever out. The Quick Release Plate will disengage allow ing it to be removed.
To reconnect the Quick Release Plate, inser t the angled part of the Plate into the groo ve on the opposite side of the Lock ing Levers and pres s down flat. The Loc king Levers will automatic ally engage the lo cking system and will return to the safet y lock position. Pres s the Plate Lock ing Lever in fir mly to secure.

NOTE: Do not over tighten the Lo cking Le ver as this could damage the Ballhe ad locking mechanism.

been exposed to wet, dusty, sandy or salty conditions. Your Ballhead is not recommended for us e in sal t water. If require d, clean Ball head using a mild soap so lution app lied with a soft cloth, rinse with fresh water and dry with soft towel. Rem ove any dust, dirt or sa nd from all locks and al l moving pa rts .
c D o not leave any Ballhead in the sun for
prolonged peri ods and avoid high temperature exposure.
c Avoid leav ing any Tripod or Monop od
unattended in areas where peo ple could tr ip over the gear an d get hurt.
c Re move camera, len s, and all gear from any
Tripod or Monop od when transpor ting.
c F or your safety, don’t let your Indur o gear come
in contac t with any electrical power source.
