Operatinginstructions
1. Introduction
Read through these operating instructions fully and carefully. The operating
instructions belong to this product and contain important points concerning
bringing theapplianceintoservice anditsoperation.
Always pay attention to all safety instructions. Should you have any questions or
be unsure about operating the appliance ask a specialist. Keep these instructions
in a safe place and should the need arise pass them on to a third party.
2. Proper use
The digital wireless transmission set consists of the transmitter DF110TX and
receiverDF110RXeachwith amainsadaptor.
This system is intended to be used for the wireless transmission of video and
audiosignals.
The A/Vsource (from avideo camerafor example) inputinto thetransmitter is
converted to a digital wireless signal which is transmitted in the 2.4 GHz
frequency band. The receiverconverts thissignalback toanalog A/Vsignals as
outputtoadisplay device(forexampleaTVset).
The wireless transmission is digital and on constantly changing frequencies
(frequency hopping) which are synchronised between the transmitter and the
receiver. Only the receiver which has been "paired" with the transmitter can
receive the synchronised signals. This security feature is designed to prevent
accesstothetransmitted signalbythirdparties.
Themaximumrange ofthewirelesssignalinopenspacesistypically 100m(up
to 200m in optimal conditions)with line of sight contact between transmitter
and receiver.Within buildingsthe rangeis greatlyreduced bywalls andfloors,
inparticularthosemade ofsteelreinforcedconcrete,toatypicallyabout20m.
Two sets of transmitter and receiver can be coupled in order to extend the
wirelessrange.Inthis waythesetcanbeusedasawireless"repeater".
The power is supplied through the supplied mains adapters connected to a
230VAC,50Hzmainssupply.
The components arefor indoor use onlyand must be protectedfrom moisture.

7. Locationofequipment
Observe thefollowing points:
!
The maximumrange of thewireless signal istypically 100min free space
(and upto 200minoptimal conditions)with lineof sightcontact between
transmitter and receiver.Within buildings the rangeis greatly reduced by
walls and floors, in particular those made of metal or steel reinforced
concrete, to a maximum of 20m. Metal housings, shelves, mirrors and
watermassesalsoblock thewirelesssignal.
!
If thewireless connectionisweak ornon-existant betweenthe locationsof
the source and display devices then first try adjusting the antennas and
movingthe transmitterandthe receiver.Ifnecessary, extensioncablescan
be used between these devices and the DF-120 components to enable
these to be located such that there is wireless connection. Use A/V
extension cablesor forCCTV applicationsuse RG59,75 Ohmcoaxial cable
withthenecessaryBNC connectors(seechapter"Optional Accessories").
!
To optimizethe radio linkif necessary, the antennacan be alsoseparated
18 - GB
from the transmitter or receiver and installed at another place. Use the
antenna extensioncable (seeaccessories). However, inthis caseyou must
expectafrictionloss dependingonthecablelength.
!
Thewireless rangecanbeextended bycouplingtwosets oftransmitterand
receiver together(wireless repeaterfunction). Forexample,if abuilding is
blocking the wireless transmission then two sets can be connected such
that the receiver of the set (camera side) is connected by cable to the
transmitter of the set (monitor side), seeFig C. The same channel can be
used for both sets. The receiver and transmitter which are connected by
cableshouldbeplaced minimum1maparttoavoidinterference.
!
The wireless transmission can also be affected by strong electric fields and
other wireless equipment. Ensure an adequate distance of the transmitter
and receiverto microwave ovens, cordless phones, mobilephones, wireless
devices in the 2.4GHz frequency band (WiFi), electric motors and high
voltage devices or power cables. In order to avoid malfunctions, only one
radiosystem maybeinstalledpermonitoringlocation /house/apartment.
!
Thedevicesmust beplacedonasolidandlevelsurfaceorsecured usingthe
supplied screws [25] and, if required, plugs [24], ideally a minimum of
1m above the floor (optimal reception). They can be located nearby a TV
set or monitor, however not directly on top of the casing otherwise the
ception quality can be reduced. Locate the devices away from metalic

Ensure that the location is free of excessive dust, vibration and excessive
heat.

11. Wirelessrange
The wireless range is dependent on many factors. In an ideal locationand by
free lineof sight (betweenboth antennas) arange ofup to over100 m canbe
possible,withinbuildingsthis isreducedtoamaximumofupto20m.
The rangecannot be guaranteedas it isdependent on thelocal conditions.
A reductionof the rangewill be causedby:
#
Walls andFloors, in particularthose of metalor with metalreinforcement
#
Coated windows (eg. those with Insulating glass), radiators, mirrors and
other metalsurfaces
#
Electrical cables and electrical products (eg. electricalmotors, microwave
ovens)
#
Devices usingthe same orsimilar frequency (eg.WiFi-systems)
GB - 19
12. Linking of two sets (repeater function)
!
If two sets are linked to extend the wireless range between another
wireless device these should be connected and located as described in
chapter 7. The receiver and transmitter which are connected by cable
should beplaced minimum 1mapart to avoidinterference.
!
To connect the devices together, connect the audio input [8] of the
transmitter tothe audio-output [17]of the receiverand thevideo input [6]

0. ThisLicense applies toany program orother work whichcontains a noticeplaced by thecopyright holder
saying itmaybe distributed undertheterms of thisGeneralPublic License. The"Program",below, refers to
any suchprogram or work, and a "workbased on theProgram" meanseithertheProgram oranyderivative
work undercopyright law: thatis tosay, awork containing theProgram oraportionof it, eitherverbatim or
with modifications and/ortranslated intoanotherlanguage. (Hereinafter, translationis includedwithout
limitation in the term "modification".) Each licensee isaddressed as "you".Activities other than copying,
distribution andmodificationarenotcoveredbythisLicense;theyareoutsideits scope. The actof running
the Program is notrestricted, and theoutput from theProgram iscovered only ifits contentsconstitute a
work basedon theProgram (independent ofhavingbeenmade byrunningtheProgram).Whetherthatis
truedependsonwhat theProgramdoes.
1. You may copy and distribute verbatim copies of the Program's source code as you receive it, in any
medium, provided that you conspicuously and appropriately publish on each copy an appropriate
copyright noticeand disclaimerofwarranty;keepintactall thenoticesthatrefertothis Licenseandtothe
absence ofany warranty; andgiveanyother recipients oftheProgram a copyof this Licensealongwith the
Program. You maychargeafeeforthe physical actoftransferringa copy, andyoumayat your optionoffer

2. You maymodify your copyor copiesoftheProgram oranyportionof it,thusforminga work basedon the
Program, andcopy and distributesuchmodificationsor work underthetermsofSection 1 above, provided
that you alsomeetallofthese conditions:a)Youmustcausethemodified filestocarryprominent notices
stating that you changed the files and the date of any change. b) You must cause any work that you
distribute orpublish, that in wholeorinpartcontains or isderivedfromtheProgram or anypart thereof, to
be licensed as a whole atno charge to allthird parties underthe terms of thisLicense. c) Ifthe modified
program normally reads commands interactively when run, you must cause it, when started running for
such interactive use in the most ordinary way, to print or display an announcement including an
appropriate copyright notice and a notice that there is no warranty (or else, saying that you provide a
warranty) andthatusersmayredistributetheprogramundertheseconditions,andtellingtheuserhowto
view a copyofthisLicense. (Exception:iftheProgramitselfis interactivebutdoesnot normallyprintsuch
an announcement, your work based on the Program is not required to print an announcement.)These
requirements apply to the modified work asa whole. If identifiablesections of that workare not derived
from theProgram, and canbe reasonably consideredindependentand separate worksin themselves, then
this License,anditsterms,donotapplytothose sections whenyoudistributethemasseparateworks.But
when you distribute the same sections as part of a whole which is a work based on the Program, the
distribution ofthe whole mustbeon the termsofthis License, whosepermissions for otherlicenseesextend
to the entirewhole, andthusto eachandeverypartregardless ofwhowroteit. Thus, itisnottheintent of
this section to claim rights or contest your rights to work written entirely by you; rather, the intent is to
exercise the right to control the distribution of derivative or collective works based on the Program. In
addition, mere aggregation of anotherwork notbased on theProgram withthe Program (or with a work
based on the Program) on a volume of a storage or distribution medium does not bring the other work
underthescopeof thisLicense.
3. You may copy and distribute the Program (or a work based on it, under Section 2) in object code or
executable formunderthetermsofSections1and 2 aboveprovidedthatyoualsodooneofthefollowing:
a) Accompany it with the complete corresponding machine-readable source code, which must be
distributed under the terms of Sections 1 and 2 above on a medium customarily used for software
interchange; or,b) Accompanyitwitha writtenoffer,validforatleastthree years,togiveanythirdparty,
for a charge no more than your cost of physically performing source distribution, a complete machinereadable copy of the corresponding source code, to be distributed under the terms of Sections 1 and 2
above on a medium customarilyused for softwareinterchange; or, c)Accompany it with the information
you received as to the offer to distribute corresponding source code. (This alternative is allowed only for
noncommercial distribution and only if you received the program in object code or executable form with
22
such an offer,in accordwith Subsectionbabove.)The sourcecode forawork meansthe preferredform of
the workfor makingmodificationstoit. For anexecutable work, completesourcecode means allthe source
codeforallmodules itcontains, plus anyassociatedinterface definitionfiles, plusthe scriptsusedto control
compilation andinstallation oftheexecutable. However, asaspecial exception, thesource codedistributed
need not include anything that is normally distributed (in either source or binary form) with the major
components (compiler, kernel, and so on) of the operating system on which the executable runs, unless
that component itselfaccompanies theexecutable. Ifdistribution ofexecutableor objectcode ismade by
offering access to copy from a designated place, then offering equivalent access to copy the source code
from thesameplacecountsasdistributionofthesourcecode, even though third partiesare not compelled
tocopythesource alongwiththe objectcode.
4. Youmay not copy, modify, sublicense, ordistributetheProgramexceptasexpressly provided underthis
License. Any attempt otherwise to copy, modify, sublicense or distribute the Program is void, and will
automatically terminate your rights under this License. However, parties who have received copies, or
rights, fromyouunder this Licensewillnothavetheirlicenses terminated solongassuchparties remain in
fullcompliance.
5. You arenot required toaccept thisLicense, sinceyou havenot signed it.However, nothingelse grants
you permissiontomodifyordistributethe Program or itsderivativeworks.Theseactionsareprohibitedby
law if you do not accept this License. Therefore, by modifying or distributing the Program (or any work
based on the Program), you indicate your acceptance of this License to do so, and all its terms and
conditionsforcopying,distributing ormodifyingthe Programorworks basedonit.
6. Eachtime you redistributethe Program (orany work basedon the Program), therecipientautomatically

you to infringe any patents or other property right claims or to contest validity of any such claims; this

Preamble
The licensesfor most softwarearedesigned to takeawayyour freedom toshareand change it.Bycontrast,
the GNU General Public Licenses are intended to guarantee your freedom to share and change free
software--to makesurethe softwareisfreeforallitsusers. Thislicense, theLesserGeneral Public License,
applies to some specially designated software packages--typically libraries--of the Free Software
Foundation and other authors who decide to use it. You can use it too, but we suggest you first think
carefully about whether this license or theordinary General PublicLicense is the betterstrategy to use in
any particularcase, basedontheexplanationsbelow. Whenwe speak of freesoftware, wearereferringto
freedom ofuse, notprice. Our General Public Licensesare designedtomakesure thatyouhavethe freedom
to distributecopiesof free software(andchargeforthis service ifyouwish);thatyou receive sourcecodeor
can get it ifyou wantit; thatyou canchange thesoftware anduse piecesof itin newfree programs; and
that youare informedthatyoucan do thesethings. Toprotectyourrights, we needto makerestrictionsthat
forbid distributors to deny you these rights or to ask you to surrender these rights. These restrictions
translate to certain responsibilities for you if you distribute copies of the library or if you modify it. For
example, if youdistributecopiesof thelibrary, whethergratis orforafee, youmustgivethe recipientsall
the rights thatwe gaveyou. You must make surethat they, too, receiveorcan getthe sourcecode. Ifyou
link other code with thelibrary, you mustprovide completeobject files tothe recipients, sothat they can
relink them with the library after making changes to the library and recompiling it. And you must show
them these terms so they know their rights. We protect your rights with a two-step method: (1) we
copyright thelibrary,and (2) weofferyouthislicense,which gives youlegalpermissiontocopy, distribute
and/or modify the library. To protect each distributor, we want to make it very clear that there is no
warranty for thefreelibrary. Also, ifthelibrary ismodifiedbysomeone elseandpassedon, therecipients
should knowthat what theyhave is notthe originalversion, sothatthe original author'sreputation willnot
be affected by problems that might be introduced by others. Finally, software patents pose a constant
threat tothe existenceofanyfree program. Wewish tomakesurethat a companycannot effectivelyrestrict
the usersofafreeprogrambyobtaining a restrictivelicensefromapatentholder.Therefore,weinsistthat
any patent license obtained for a version of the library must be consistent with the full freedom of use
specified in this license. Most GNU software, including some libraries, is covered by the ordinary GNU
General Public License. This license, the GNULesser General Public License, applies to certaindesignated
libraries, and is quite different from the ordinary General Public License. We use this license for certain
libraries inordertopermit linking thoselibrariesintonon-freeprograms.Whenaprogramis linked witha
library, whether statically or using a shared library, the combination of the two is legally speaking a
combined work, a derivativeof theoriginal library. The ordinaryGeneral PublicLicense thereforepermits
such linking only if the entire combination fits its criteria of freedom. The Lesser General Public License
permits more lax criteria for linking other code with the library. We call this license the "Lesser" General
PublicLicensebecauseit does Lessto protect theuser's freedomthantheordinary General Public License. It
also provides other free software developers Less of an advantage over competing non-free programs.
These disadvantages are the reason we use the ordinary General Public License for many libraries.
However, the Lesser license provides advantages in certain special circumstances. For example, on rare
occasions, there maybeaspecial needtoencouragethe widestpossibleuse ofacertainlibrary, sothatit
becomes a de-facto standard. To achieve this, non-free programs must be allowed to use the library. A
more frequent caseis thata freelibrary doesthe samejob aswidelyused non-freelibraries. Inthis case,
there is little togain bylimiting the freelibrary tofree softwareonly, so weuse theLesser GeneralPublic
License. In other cases, permission to use a particular library in non-free programs enables a greater
number ofpeopleto use alargebodyoffreesoftware. For example, permissiontousetheGNU C Libraryin
non-free programs enables many more people to use the whole GNU operating system, as well as its
variant, the GNU/Linux operatingsystem. Although theLesser GeneralPublicLicense isLess protectiveof
the users'freedom, it doesensurethat the userofa program thatislinkedwith the Libraryhasthe freedom
and the wherewithal to run that program using a modified version of the Library. The precise terms and
conditions forcopying, distributionandmodification follow.Payclose attentiontothe difference betweena
"work based onthelibrary" anda"work thatusesthe library".Theformer containscodederived fromthe
library,whereasthelatter mustbecombined withthelibrary inordertorun.
TERMSANDCONDITIONSFOR COPYING,DISTRIBUTIONAND MODIFICATION
0. ThisLicenseAgreementappliesto anysoftware library or otherprogramwhichcontainsanoticeplaced
by thecopyright holder orotherauthorized party sayingitmay be distributedunder the termsofthis Lesser
General Public License(alsocalled "this License").Each licensee isaddressed as "you".A "library" meansa
collection of software functions and/or data prepared so as to be conveniently linked with application
programs (whichuse some ofthose functions anddata)to form executables. The "Library", below, refersto
any such software library or work which has been distributed under these terms. A "work based on the
Library" means either the Library or any derivative work under copyright law: that is to say, a work
containing the Library or a portion of it, either verbatim or with modifications and/or translated
straightforwardly into another language. (Hereinafter, translation is included without limitation in the
term "modification".)"Source code" for a work means the preferred form of the work for making
modificationstoit. For alibrary, complete sourcecodemeans allthesourcecode forallmodules itcontains,
plus anyassociated interface definitionfiles, plus thescripts used tocontrol compilation andinstallation of
the library.Activities other thancopying, distributionandmodificationare not coveredby thisLicense;they
are outsideitsscope. The actofrunningaprogram using theLibraryisnotrestricted, and output fromsuch
23
a program iscoveredonlyifits contentsconstituteawork basedontheLibrary (independentoftheuse of
the Library in a tool for writing it). Whether that is true depends on what the Library does and what the
programthatusesthe Librarydoes.
1. You maycopyand distribute verbatimcopies oftheLibrary'scomplete source codeas you receiveit, inany
medium, providedthatyouconspicuouslyand appropriately publish oneach copy anappropriatecopyright
notice and disclaimerofwarranty;keepintactall thenoticesthatreferto thisLicenseandtotheabsence of
any warranty; and distribute a copy of this License along with the Library. You may charge a fee for the
physical act of transferringa copy, andyou mayat youroption offer warrantyprotection inexchange fora
fee.
2. Youmay modifyyourcopy orcopiesof theLibraryor anyportionofit, thusforminga workbasedon the
Library, and copy and distribute such modifications or work under the terms of Section 1 above, provided
that youalso meetallofthese conditions: a)The modifiedworkmustitself beasoftwarelibrary. b)Youmust
cause the files modified to carry prominent notices stating that you changed the files and the date of any
change. c) You must cause thewhole of the work tobe licensed at nocharge to all third partiesunder the
terms of this License. d) If a facility in the modified Library refers to a function or a table of data to be
supplied by an application program that uses the facility, other than as an argument passed when the
facility is invoked, thenyou mustmake a goodfaith effortto ensurethat, inthe eventan applicationdoes
not supply such function or table, the facility still operates, and performs whatever part of its purpose
remains meaningful.(For example, a function in a library to compute square roots has a purpose that is
entirely well-defined independent of the application. Therefore, Subsection 2d requires that any
application-supplied function or table used by this function must be optional: if the application does not
supply it, the square root function must still compute square roots.)These requirements apply to the
modified work asa whole.Ifidentifiable sectionsofthat workare notderivedfrom theLibrary, and canbe
reasonably considered independent andseparateworks inthemselves, thenthis License, and itsterms,do
not apply tothose sectionswhenyou distributethem asseparateworks. Butwhenyou distributethe same
sections aspartof a wholewhichis a workbasedonthe Library, thedistributionofthe whole mustbeonthe
terms ofthisLicense, whose permissionsforotherlicenseesextend to theentirewhole, andthus to eachand
every part regardless ofwho wroteit. Thus,it isnot theintent ofthis sectionto claimrights or contestyour
rights to work written entirelyby you;rather, the intentis toexercise the rightto controlthe distribution of
derivative orcollective works basedonthe Library. Inaddition, mereaggregation of anotherworknot based
on theLibrarywiththeLibrary(orwitha work based ontheLibrary) on a volumeof a storage ordistribution
medium doesnot bringtheother work underthe scopeofthisLicense.
3. You mayopt toapply theterms ofthe ordinary GNUGeneral Public License instead of thisLicense toa
given copyof theLibrary. To dothis, you mustalterallthe notices thatrefer tothisLicense, so thatthey refer
to the ordinary GNUGeneral PublicLicense, version2, insteadof to thisLicense. (Ifa newerversion than
version 2 of the ordinary GNU General Public License has appeared, then you can specify that version
instead if youwish.)Do notmakeanyother changeinthese notices.Oncethischange ismadein agiven
copy, it is irreversible forthat copy,so the ordinaryGNU General Public License applies to allsubsequent
copies and derivative worksmade fromthat copy. This optionis usefulwhen you wishto copypart ofthe
codeoftheLibrary intoaprogram thatisnot alibrary.
4. You maycopyanddistribute the Library(ora portion orderivativeof it, underSection 2) inobjectcode or
executable form under the terms of Sections 1 and 2 above provided that you accompany it with the
complete corresponding machine-readable source code, which must be distributed under the terms of
Sections 1 and 2 above on a medium customarily used for software interchange. If distribution of object
code ismade by offeringaccess to copyfrom a designatedplace, then offeringequivalent access tocopy the
source code fromthesame placesatisfiesthe requirementtodistribute thesourcecode, eventhoughthird
parties arenot compelledtocopy thesourcealongwith theobjectcode.
5. A program that contains no derivative of any portion of the Library, but is designed to work with the
Library bybeing compiledorlinkedwith it,iscalleda "workthatusesthe Library".Suchawork, in isolation,
24
is notaderivative work oftheLibrary, and therefore fallsoutsidethescope of thisLicense. However, linking
a "work that uses the Library" with the Library creates an executable that is a derivative of the Library
(because it contains portions of the Library), rather than a "work that uses the library".The executable is
therefore coveredbythisLicense.Section 6states terms for distributionofsuchexecutables.Whena"work
that usesthe Library" usesmaterialfrom a headerfile that ispartof the Library, theobject code forthe work
may beaderivative work oftheLibraryeven though thesourcecodeis not. Whetherthisistrue is especially
significant ifthe work canbe linkedwithouttheLibrary, or ifthe work isitself a library. The thresholdforthis
to be true is not precisely defined by law.If such an object file uses only numerical parameters, data
structure layouts and accessors, and small macros andsmall inline functions (tenlines or less in length),
then the use of the object file is unrestricted, regardless of whether it is legally a derivative work.
(Executables containing this object code plus portions of the Library will still fall under Section
6.)Otherwise, ifthe work isaderivative of theLibrary, you maydistributethe object codefor the workunder
the termsof Section6.Anyexecutablescontainingthatworkalso fallunder Section 6, whetherornot they
are linkeddirectly withtheLibrary itself.
6. AsanexceptiontotheSectionsabove,youmayalsocombineorlinka"workthatusestheLibrary"with
the Library to produce a work containing portions of the Library, and distribute that work under terms of
your choice, provided thatthetermspermit modificationofthework for thecustomer's ownuseandreverse
engineering fordebuggingsuchmodifications. You mustgiveprominentnoticewith each copyofthework
that theLibraryis usedinitandthattheLibraryandits usearecoveredbythisLicense.Youmustsupplya
copy ofthis License. Ifthe work duringexecutiondisplays copyright notices, you must includethe copyright
notice forthe Library amongthem,as well asareference directing theuserto the copyofthis License. Also,
you must do one of these things: a) Accompany the work with the complete corresponding machinereadable source code for the Library including whatever changes were used in the work (which must be
distributed under Sections 1and2 above);and, ifthe workis anexecutable linkedwith theLibrary, with
the completemachine-readable "workthatuses theLibrary",asobject codeand/orsourcecode, sothatthe
user can modify the Library and then relink to produce a modified executable containing the modified
Library. (It is understoodthat theuserwho changesthe contentsof definitionsfiles inthe Librarywill not
necessarily be abletorecompiletheapplication tousethemodifieddefinitions.) b)Useasuitable shared
library mechanismfor linkingwiththe Library. Asuitable mechanismisone that (1)uses atruntime a copy
of thelibraryalreadypresent ontheuser'scomputersystem,ratherthancopyinglibraryfunctions intothe
executable, and (2)willoperateproperly withamodifiedversion ofthelibrary,if theuserinstalls one,as
long as the modified version is interface-compatible with the version that the work was made with. c)
Accompany the workwith a written offer, validforatleastthreeyears, togivethesameuserthematerials
specified in Subsection6a,above,for achargeno morethanthecost ofperformingthisdistribution. d)If
distribution ofthework is madebyofferingaccess to copyfromadesignatedplace, offer equivalentaccess
to copy the above specifiedmaterials from thesame place. e)Verify thatthe user hasalready received a
copy ofthesematerials or thatyouhavealreadysent this useracopy.Foran executable, therequiredform
of the"workthat usestheLibrary"mustincludeanydata andutilityprogramsneededforreproducingthe
executable from it. However, as a special exception, the materials to be distributed need not include
anything that is normally distributed (in either source or binary form) with the major components
(compiler, kernel, and so on)of the operatingsystem on whichthe executable runs, unless that component
itself accompanies theexecutable. It mayhappenthat thisrequirementcontradicts thelicense restrictions
of other proprietary librariesthat donot normallyaccompany theoperating system.Such acontradiction
meansyoucannotuse boththemand theLibrarytogether inanexecutablethat youdistribute.
7. You may place library facilities that are a work based on the Library side-by-side in a single library
together with other library facilities not covered by this License, and distribute such a combined library,
provided thattheseparatedistributionoftheworkbasedontheLibraryandoftheotherlibraryfacilitiesis
otherwise permitted, and providedthatyoudo thesetwothings:a) Accompany thecombinedlibrary witha
copy of the same work based on the Library, uncombined with any other library facilities. This must be
distributed underthe termsofthe Sectionsabove.b) Giveprominentnoticewith thecombinedlibraryof the
fact that part of it is a work based on the Library, and explaining where to find the accompanying
uncombinedformofthe samework.
8. You may not copy, modify, sublicense, link with, or distribute the Library except as expressly provided
under this License.Any attemptotherwise tocopy,modify, sublicense,link with,ordistribute theLibrary is
void, and will automatically terminate your rights underthis License. However, parties whohave received
copies, or rights, fromyou underthisLicense willnothave theirlicensesterminated solongas suchparties
remain infull compliance.
9. You arenotrequiredto accept thisLicense, since you havenot signed it.However, nothing else grantsyou
permission to modify ordistribute theLibrary orits derivativeworks. Theseactions areprohibited bylaw if
you donotacceptthisLicense. Therefore, bymodifying or distributing theLibrary (or any workbased on the
Library), you indicateyour acceptanceofthis Licenseto doso, and allitsterms andconditionsfor copying,
distributing ormodifying theLibraryor works basedon it.
10. Each timeyou redistributetheLibrary (oranywork basedon theLibrary),the recipientautomatically
receives a license from the original licensor to copy, distribute, link with or modify the Library subject to
these terms and conditions. You may not impose any further restrictionson the recipients'exercise of the
rightsgrantedherein.You arenotresponsible forenforcingcompliance bythirdparties withthisLicense.
11. If, as a consequence of a court judgment or allegation of patent infringement or for any other reason
(not limited to patent issues), conditions are imposed on you (whether by court order, agreement or
otherwise) that contradict the conditionsof thisLicense, they donot excuse youfrom theconditions of this
License. If youcannotdistributesoasto satisfysimultaneouslyyourobligationsunderthis Licenseandany
other pertinentobligations, thenasaconsequence youmaynotdistribute the Libraryat all.Forexample, if a
patent license would not permit royalty-free redistribution of the Library by all those who receive copies
directly or indirectly through you, then the only way you couldsatisfy both it and this License wouldbe to
refrain entirelyfromdistribution ofthe Library. If anyportionofthissection isheldinvalidorunenforceable
under any particular circumstance, the balance of the section is intended to apply, and the section as a
whole is intended to apply in other circumstances. It is not the purpose of this section to induce you to
infringe any patentsor otherpropertyright claimsorto contestvalidity ofanysuch claims;thissection has
the solepurposeofprotectingtheintegrityofthe free software distributionsystem which is implementedby
public license practices. Many people have made generous contributions to the wide range of software
distributed through that system in reliance on consistent application of that system; it is up to the
author/donor todecideif heor she is willingtodistributesoftwarethrough anyother system and alicensee
cannot impose that choice. This section is intended to make thoroughly clear what is believed to be a
consequence ofthe restofthis License.
12. If the distribution and/or use of the Library is restricted in certain countries either by patents or by
copyrighted interfaces,theoriginalcopyrightholderwhoplacestheLibraryunderthisLicensemayaddan
explicit geographicaldistribution limitationexcludingthosecountries, sothatdistributionis permittedonly
in oramongcountriesnot thusexcluded.Insuchcase,thisLicenseincorporatesthelimitationas ifwritten
