2. Caution
2-1 IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Danger – To reduce the risk of electric shock
Always unplug this product from the electrical outlet immediately after using and maintenance.
Warning – To reduce the risk of burns, fire, electric shock, or physical injury, please read
the important safety instructions and product information carefully before starting to use this product.
The owner of the treadmill should take on the responsibility to make sure that all the users can fully
understand the cautions and important safety instructions.
1. Before starting any exercise/fitness program you should consult with your health care professional.
2. Please operate the treadmill according to this manual. Do not use any attachment or replacement part
not recommended in order to avoid accident or injury.
3. Put the treadmill on a flat floor; keep the area 2 meters (6 feet) behind the treadmill clear. Do not put
the treadmill in a position where circulation of air can be blocked. Ideally, put a rubber mat under
treadmill to prevent the floor or carpet from damage and to help to avoid dust getting into the treadmill.
4. When choosing the position of treadmill, please be sure there is an outlet with a dedicated circuit near
the position.
5. Put the treadmill indoor to keep it free from moisture and dust. Do not use near pools or other areas of
high humidity.
6. Do not operate where aerosol (spray) products are being used or where oxygen is thin.
7. Do not let children less than 12 years old use the treadmill without supervision. Close supervision is
necessary when use by individual, disable person and children.
8. This treadmill’s maximum load is 150 kg or 330pounds.
9. The treadmill is only for one person to use. Keeps all loose clothing including show laces and towels
away from moving parts. Use proper athletic shoes, do not use heals cleats or spikes on shoes.
10. Connect the product to a properly grounded dedicated outlet only. Do not connect other appliances to

the same outlet or circuit.
11. Before stepping on the treadmill, please stand on the anti-slip pads on either side of the treadmill frame.
Step on the treadmill after it begins to run; this will avoid unnecessary initial loads.
12. Before using the treadmill, please examine every part first.
13. Never drop or insert any object into any vent of the treadmill.
14. Always follow the important safety instructions before connecting the treadmill to the grounded outlet.
15. Keep the power cord far away from incline wheel. Do not put the power cord under the treadmill and
never use a damaged power cord. If cord becomes damaged it must be replaced with a factory
replacement by a qualified services company or electrician.
16. Always unplug this product from the electrical outlet before cleaning or maintenance of the treadmill.
The maintenance of the treadmill should be performed by an authorized person.
17. Do not hold wire rod when move this product.

2-2 Power Requirements
This treadmill needs special power supply:

A dedicated outlet is REQUIRED for this treadmill. The hot, neutral and ground wires must
each be routed independently (not looped or tied to other circuits.)
This product must be properly grounded to prevent damage from lightning strikes. Improper
connection of the grounding conductor can also result in a risk of damage from a lightning
strike. Check with a professional electrician or serviceman if you doubt whether the product is
properly grounded. If the grounded plug on the product does not fit the outlet, have a proper
outlet installed by a qualified electrician.

2-4 Add Lubricant
Use hex wrench to loosen belt, and pull up belt enabling to drop few silicon at deck center then
daub it evenly. Then, tighten belt. Lubrication check is required every half month.

2-5 Level Adjustment
The treadmill will wobble during workout and the incline angles will be affected if it is placed
on uneven ground.
The level adjustment method is as follows:
1. Turn A counter-clockwise to loosen it
2. Adjust B to the proper height
3. Turn A clockwise to tighten it.
4. The left side adjustment method is the same as with the right side.

2-6 Running Belt Adjustment
After installing and leveling the treadmill, check the belt to ensure that it is tracking properly.
First, plug the power cord into an appropriate dedicated outlet. Then, turn the treadmill ON. Have one
person stand on the anti-slip pads on either side of the treadmill frame. Do not stand on the running belt at
this time. Press the QUICK START key, and increase the speed to 4.0 mph(6.4 kph).
If the striding belt moves to the right while it is running:
Turn the right tension bolt a quarter-turn clockwise, and then turnthe left tension bolt(A) a quarter-turn
counter-clockwise. See the illustration below. Allow the treadmill to run for 5 minutes. This action
should set the striding belt tracking back to center of the roller, if not, repeat process.
If the striding belt moves to the left while it is running:
Turn the left tension bolt (A) a quarter-turn clockwise and then turn the right tension bolt a quarter-turn
counter-clockwise. Allow the treadmill to run for 5 minutes. This action should set the striding belt
tracking back to center of the of the roller, if not, repeat process.
NOTE: Do not exceed one full turn of the adjusting screws in either direction. If, after one full turn, the
belt does not track properly, check with a qualified service company.

2-7 Emergency Stop System
This treadmill is equipped with the safety system. The emergency stop is shown on the drawing.
Pull down the rope Unplug the safety key to stop the treadmill
Caution:
Once pull down the safety key that will eventually disconnect from the emergency
stop system. The treadmill will return to start/ready status after insert the safety key
back.

Optional Accessory
The POLAR heart rate chest strap is an optional accessory that can be used with this treadmill. Once the chesk strap is worn, the PULSE window of cosnole will display your heart rate.

3-2 Assembly Steps
Two people are required to finish the assembly steps.
CAUTION!! Please follow the assembly steps exactly to avoid injury.
1. Remove motor cover from frame(B), then fix slightly Uprights(C,D) with frame by screw(a). Tighte
n screw(e) and then tighten screw(a). Pull out lower control cable inside Upright(D), then put them
otor cover back to the frame(B) and tighen with screws.
Note: To avoid damage or injury, always assemble the treadmill with two or more people, do not assemble
by yourself.

2. Place the Computer Shelf(A) on the assembled Uprights(C,D) of Frame(B) and pull the control wire into the
upright to connect it with the computer. Put the computer shelf above the uprights and tighten with Nylon
Nuts(b) as shown in the above drawing. Tighten the computer with plastic handle screws(d). Lastly, install
the copholders.
Note(1) When tightening the screws, pay attention to whether the control wire in the tube pinched.
(2) When connecting the control wires, pay attention whether the corresponding color is correct, red
matches with red and white matches with white.

3. After finishing the above steps, raise the computer console (A) as the arrow shows and tighten
with the plastic handle (d).

4. ProgramControlSettings
4-1. Instruction
This console is equipped with 7” TFT-LCD screen that displays SPEED INCLINE
DISTANCEKCALTIMEPA CEBPM and PROGRAM profile.
SPEED/INCLINE/DISTANCE: Indicate the value of speed, inclination angle and distance
during the workout.
KCAL: Indicate calories consumption while workout (kcal) PACE: Time needed to finish 1 km (mile) run BPM: Heart beat per minute (times/min)

Programs profile:
Goals mode: This program consists of Time, Distance and Calories goals to select.
Programs mode: There are 6 sub-programs to select includes Rolling, Fat burn,
Aerobic, Hill run, Hill climb, Hill interval programs.
Fitness test mode: This program is a 12 minutes fitness test.
HRC mode: This HRC program consists of three changeable heart rate goals 65%,
75%, 85%, and one THR (target heart rate).
User mode: You can manually adjust the intensity during your workout, total 32
stages.
Race mode: You can race with console by distance or time entered.
During workout or under start/ready status, if unplug SAFETY KEY, the STOP (as the below
picture) will pop up in the center of the screen and then all of values will return ’0’. At that
time, the treadmill and program immediately stop, but incline stays where it is. To return to
start-ready status, you can plug SAFETY KEY back to emergency stop system.
1. Once insert SAFETY KEY back, the screen will require you to set weight kgs (lbs). You
can press or numerical keys for quick setting. Default value: 70kg (150

lbs).Range: 23~180kg (50~400 lbs). After complete setting, press to return to start/ready status.
2. If you like to use the default settings, directly press or to return to
start/ready status.
The purpose of setting weight is that built-in program calculates calorie burn based on
weight, so you are required set your weight when re-start the treadmill or every time plug
back the safety key.
1. During workout, if heart rate is not detected from the hand grip, the BPM window
displays 0. When you continuously grasp on the hand grip, the blinking heart figure
appears on BPM window which means measurement is taking place, then window
displays heart rate reading within in 20 sec.
2. BPM range is 40220BP. The treadmill is designed to prioritize the signal of HR chest
strap if both HR chest strap and hand grip are used in the same time.
The console has built-in MP3 function. You can plug MP3 to Ø3.5 jack to output music through
the speakers. (Music will output through head phone if plugged).

4-2. Key Functions(An effective key creates a sound)
Press this key to start treadmill with the lowest speed of 0.8 kph (0.5 mph) and the incline
automatically return to LEVEL 0.
Press this key to stop the treadmill during your workout, and in the same time, to stop counting
for all of values. You can press this key to immediately return to the start/ready status from any
programs or setting you are in.
: Press this key to increase speed during your workout.
: Press this key to decrease speed during your workout.
: Press this key to increase incline during your workout (Max. Level 15, Step 1).
: Press this key to decrease incline during your workout (Min. Level 0, Step 1).
Press this key to set the incline intensity during your workout. Once pressed, enter target value
on the numerical keys, the treadmill will immediately go to that value
Press this key during your workout to let the treadmill enter into pause status, and in the same
time to pause counting for all of the values, press a second time to resume.

Press this key to confirm setting.
Press this key to decrease the setting value.
1. Under start/ready status, press this key to select programs.
2. During your workout, press this key to switch screen between racetrack and bar chart.
Press this key to increase the setting value.
During setting value, press this key to exit or revert to default setting.
Press this key to choose the speed during workout, once pressed, enter target value on the
numerical keys, the treadmill will immediately go to that value.
During your workout, press INSTANT INCLINE or INSTANT SPEED keys, then immediately
press these numerical keys to enter your target speed or incline.
4-3 General Operation and Instructions
1. The program will be exercised based on the default weight 70kg (150lbs). Once you
change the value. (Range: 23~180kg/ 50~400lbs), program will be exercised according to the latest weight value.

2. Under start/ready status, press key, you can choose program profiles includes
Goals, Programs, Fitness Test,HRC, USER and Race. The selected program would be
framed in blue, then press key to enter.
3. The guiding texts will be shown on the screen to guide you for the next setting step by
step.
4. Under any setting screen, you can press key to cancel editing, to revert to default
setting or to return to previous screen.
5. During your workout, setting values will count down until “0”, by the time, program is
finished.
6. Under start/ready status, you can press key to enter into manual run.
7. After starting the program, treadmill automatically adjusts the speed and incline in
accordance with the program.
8. The incline system of this treadmill conforms to the relevant safety regulations as below.
8.1. During workout, press key, then main motor and incline motor stop
immediately.
8.2. Once program finishes or the time hits maximum value (99:59), warning sound will
come up, and then treadmill stops to “run end” status.
8.3. During start/ready status if incline is not at LEVEL 0, press key for 2 sec or
press key to start treadmill, incline will automatically return to LEVEL 0.
9. When incline is returning to LEVEL 0, to unplug SAFETY KEY can stop the incline
motor.
10. Programs: once selected, press key to select sub-programsP1~P6and then
press key to adjust values. Or press key to start sub-programsP1~P6
immediately.
10.1. During level adjustment, bar chart displays INCLINE and SPEED in 1-32 stages.
Press↑↓ to adjust the level intensity L1~L10. (Refer to page 34-39)
10.2. The total workout time to run a PROGRAM is divided by 32 stages.
11. Under PAUSE status, if treadmill hasn’t be resumed after 1 minute, or during workout,
you press
key, treadmill will stop and screen displays workout statistics for 20 sec,
eventually, treadmill returns to start/ready status. (You can press
key to exit this
screen when treadmill stops)

4-4 Exercise Program Summaries:
MANUAL mode
1. Press key, after 3 sec, treadmill starts to run at the lowest speed of 0.8 kph (0.5
mph). Default (red point) runs counter-clockwise on race track. The bottom left corner of
screen shows target laps. Every lap is 0.4km (0.25ml). You can press
key to
switch screen between race track and bar chart.
2. Speed increment is 0.1 kph (mph), you can press speed +/- key to increase or decrease
speed. You can also press key, and then press numerical keys for target speed value.
3. Incline increment is 1, press incline +/- key to increase or decrease incline. You can also
press
key and then press numerical keys for target incline value.
4. TIME starts to accumulate until it reaches 99:59 , then treadmill stops and returns to
start/ready status automatically.
5. When treadmill is running, you can press
key to stop motor, but incline stays where
it is, at that time, ”PAUSE” appears on the screen. If press key again, the motor restarts to run and until previou speed.
Goals
Time Goal: This program is to set the target workout time, once the goal is reached,
treadmill stops automatically.
Distance Goal: This program serves to test your endurance. Once distance is completed,

treadmill stops automatically.
Calories Goal: This program serves for weight control. Once goal calories are burned
within a certain time, the treadmill stops automatically.
1. Once this program is selected, press key, then you can press key or
numerical keys to adjust values.
Time: range 20-99 min
Default: 20 min,Increment: 1 min。
Distance: range 1-99 km
Default: 5 km,Increment: 1 km
Calorie: range 40-999 kcal
Default: 500 kcal,Increment: 1 kcal
2. After finish setting values, you can press key to start the program.
3. You can press key to revert default setting or press key to return to
start/ready status.
4. After finish setting values, press key to start the program. During setting, you can
also press key to start the program.
5. During your workout, press speed/incline+/-key or numerical keys to change speed and
incline.
6. The treadmill will stop by the time setting goal of TIME/DISTANCE/CALORIES is
reached.
Programs
1. Once this program is selected, you can further select sub-programs includes Rolling, Fat
burn, Aerobic, Hill runHill climb and Hill intervals. There are 6 sub-programs.
2. After sub-program is selected, press key to adjust the workout level. There
are total 10 levels of intensity.
3. Press , at this time you can press key to adjust TIME (Default: 20 min,
Range: 20-99min).
4. You can press key to revert to default setting or press key to return to

start/ready status.
5. After finish setting values, press key to start the program. During setting, you can
also press key to start the program.
6. During workout, you can use speed +- key and incline↑↓key to adjust workout level.
There are 8 levels.
Fitness Test
1. The program time is 12 minutes which is divided into 32 stages.
2. You are required to enter age (13~80) and sex. Program will be exercised based on your
setting.
3. After finish setting values, press key to start the program. During setting, you can
also press key to start the program.
4. Preset speed is 2.0 kph (1.2 mph)
5. Once program is exercised, you can only use speed +- key, while program blocks
incline↑↓key and key. This intends for you to run at flat ground (Level 0) for 12 minutes. Program will calculate result based on total exercise distance.
6. Once program is finished, screen displays YOUR FTINESS TEST RESULT by popping
up number# 1~5. #1 represents the worst fitness result and #5 represents the best fitness result.
This chart shows the result of FITNESS TEST.

HRC (This program can only be run with the use of a Wireless HR chest strap)
This program is used to keep your heart rate within a certain zone for optimal training; the program will automatically adjust speed and elevation to keep you within the range you select.
This HRC program consists of three changeable heart rate goals 65%, 75%, 85%, and one THR (target heart rate).
User example for 85%, 40 years old person: 220 bpm – 40 years old = 180 180 x 85% = 153 bpm for 85% of Max theoretical HR.
1. Your are required to enter age(default: 30; range:13-80),then press key to
continue to input target HR(default value will pop up automatically according to the age you enter) and exercise time(default: 20:00range: 20-99min). Then you can
press key to start the program.
If you want to revise the setting, press key to revert to default or press
key to directly return to start/ready status.
2. After starting HRC program, the treadmill runs with the speed of 1.6 kph (1 mph),
incline 0. Every 10 seconds, the program will increase or decrease speed according to the actual heart rate. If heart rate is lower than setting value, the speed will be increased by 0.5 kph (0.3 mph). If heart rate is higher than setting value, the speed will be decreased by 0.5 kph (0.3 mph). If the speed has increased continuously for 10 times, the incline will ascend by 1 step. If the speed has decreased continuously for 10 times, the incline will descend by 1 step. The max speed is 20-25 kph (12.5-15.6 mph). The max incline is 15 levels.
3. “NO PULSE” will be indicated on the screen when heart rate is not detected. If heart
rate is not detected continuously for 45 sec, the treadmill stops and automatically returns to start/ready status.
This chart shows AGE and Pulse Values (default value) for HRC function.

User
1. Once this program is selected, you should press key to change the speed and
incline value within 1~32 stages, then press speed +- key and incline↑↓key to adjust the speed and incline (0 – 15 level).While editing, the corresponding screen will flash. You
can also press key directly to enter the next value setting or press key to start.
2. After finish setting, you can press speed +- key and incline ↑↓key to change the intensity
during workout.
3. Default time: 20min (range: 20-99min). Total exercise time is divided by 32 stages.
4. The operation for PAUSE and STOP is the same as Manual Run.
5. Default speed: max speed/20; Default incline: level 1.
6. If you want to change the setting, press key to revert to default or press key
to directly return to start/ready status.
Race
1. Once this program is selected, you are required to enter target distance (0.1、0.4、1.0、
2.0、5.0、10.0 km/mile) and the estimate the time needed for race. Press key
to adjust value. At this time, program automatically calculates the Pacer Speed according to your setting values.

3. When the input value is invalid, you are required reset values in order to run this
program.
4. On the race track, you are represented by blue point and the red point represents
computer. At the bottom right corner, window displays the racing status.
5. You can try to win over computer by adjusting speed and incline manually during race.
6. Once one of the players finishes race first, treadmill stops automatically and screen
displays the exercise information.
