Important Safety Instructions

Before beginning any fitness program, you should obtain a complete physical examination from your physician. When using exercise equip­ment, basic precautions should always be taken, including the following:

all fasteners and cables are secure and in good working condition. * Frayed or worn cables can be dangerous and may cause injury.
Periodically check these cables for any indication of wear. * Keep hands, limbs, loose clothing and long hair well out of the way of
moving parts. * Do not attempt to lift more weight than you can control safely. * Do not use the equipment outdoors.
* Read each step in the assembly instructions and follow the steps in
sequence. Do not skip ahead. If you skip ahead, you may learn later
that you have to disassemble compontents and that you may have
damaged the equipment. * Assemble and operate the equipment on a solid, level surface. Locate
the unit a few feet from walls or furniture to provide easy access.

Assembly instructions
Assembly of the takes professional installers about 2 hours. If this is the first time you have assembled this type of equipment, plan to spend more time. It is strongly recom mended to assemble the equipment by professional installers. You may find it quicker, safer, easier to assemble this equipment with the help of a friend, as some of components may be large, heavy or awkward to handle alone. It is important that you asse­mble your product in a clean, clear, uncluttered area. This will enable you to move around the product while you are fitting com-
onents and reduce the possibility of injury during assembly.
As with any assembled part, proper alignment and adjustment is critical. While tightening the fasteners, be sure to leave room for adjustments. Do not fully tighten the fasteners until instructed to do so. Be careful to assemble the components in the sequence presented in this guide.

Step1 Install the Adj. Foot Plates
Align the Adj. Foot Plates(#37) to the the Main Upright (#1) and the Side Frame(#2) and Seat Frame(#3)then secure them by hands.

Step2 Assemble The Frame
1)Attach the Base Cross(#4) and the Upper Cross(#7) to the Main Upright(#1) using:

3)Attach the Seat Frame(#3) to the Side Upright(#2) using:
four Allen Bolts(#64) M10×115 eight Washers(#76) 11× 20×2 four Nylon Locknuts(#78) M10

Step3 Assemble The Weight Plates
1)Insert both the Guide Rods(#26) into the Main Upright (#1).
2)Slide the Weight Rubber Bumper(#40) down onto each Guide Rod(#26).
3)Carefully begin sliding the Weight Plate one by one in sequence:#44,#43,#42,#41
4)Align both top ends of the Guide Rods(#26) to the Main Upright(#1) and secure them using:
two Allen Bolts(#65) M10×75 two Rubber Caps(#95) two Spring Washers(#80) 10 two Washers(#76) 11× 20×2

Make sure that Washers(#76)and Spring Washers (#80) are on the top side.

Step4 Assemble The Start Up Foot Frame and The Stopper Frame
1)Insert the Start Up Foot Frame(#9) into the Seat Frame (#3) and secure it into place using:
2)Attach the Stopper Frame(#10) to the Side Upright (#2) using:

Step5 Route The Assistant Cable
1)Connect the Assistant Cable(#25) to the Gimbal(#47), then secure the Gimbal(#47) to the Stopper Frame (#10) using:
2) Route the Assistant Cable(#25) under the Pulley A (#31),then secure them to the Side Upright(#2) using:
3)Route the Assistant Cable(#25) under the Pulley B (#32) and over the Pulley C(#32),then secure them to the Seat Frame(#3) using:
4)Connect the looped end of the Assistant Cable(#25) to the Gimbal(#47),then secure the Gimbal(#47) to the Start Up Frame(#9) using:

Step6 Assemble The Lift Arms
1)Insert the Left Arm(#8) onto the shaft located on the Side Upright(#2) and secure it into place using

Step7 Assemble The Pads
1)Attach the Back Pad(#20) to the Back Pad Support (#15) using:
2)Insert the Back Pad Support(#15) into the Side Upri­ght(#2),then secure it into place by the Pop Pin(#36) and the Should Bolt(#74).
3)Attach the Seat Pad(#16) to the Seat Pad Support(#12) using:
4)Insert the Seat Pad Support(#12) into the Seat Frame (#3) then secure it into place by the Pop Pin(#36) and the (#74).

Step8 Route The Press Cable
1)Connect the Press Cable(#23) to the Univisal Coupling Frame(#13) using:

3)Route the Press Cable(#23) down and under the 4.5” Pulley(#31),then secure them to the Pulley Block(#22) using:
4)Connect the looped end of the Press Cable(#23) to the Unvisal Coupling Frame(#13) using:

Step9 Route The Weight Cable
1)Put the clip tied on the weight pin leash onto the Top Plate(#41) as shown,next the Connect the Weight Ca­ble(#24) to the Top Plate(#41).
2)Route the Weight Cable(#24) up and over the two Pul­leies A(#31) ,and secure them to the Main Upright(#1) using:
3)Route the Weight Cable(#24) down and under the Pul­ley B (#31),and secure them to the Main Upright(#1) using:
4)Route the Weight Cable(#24) around the Pulley C(#31) as shown, then secure them to the Side Upright(#2) using:
5)Route the Weight Cable(#24) under the Pulley D(#31), then secure them to the Side Upright(#2) using:
6)Route the Weight Cable(#24) up and over the Pulley (#31) then secure them to the Pulley Block(#22) using
7)Route the Weight Cable(#24) down and connect the looped end to the Side Upright(#2) using
8)Slect an approprate weight using the weight pin.
9)Adjust the tension of the Weight Cable(#24) and the press cable(#23) using the Jam Nut.
10)Make sure that the cables are in grooves of all pul leies then fully tighten all bolts and nuts.

The Front Decal Plate(#28) with the exercise inst ­ctions printed on it should be attached in the front of the Main Upright(#1). For a safe exercise,you need make the unit steady by adjusting the Adj.foot plates.
