Important Safety Instructions

Before beginning any fitness program, you should obtain a complete
physical examination from your physician. When using exercise equip­ment, basic precautions should always be taken, including the following:

* Read all instructions before using the .

* Keep hands, limbs, loose clothing and long hair well out of the way of

moving parts.
* Do not attempt to lift more weight than you can control safely.
* Do not use the equipment outdoors.

* Read each step in the assembly instructions and follow the steps in

sequence. Do not skip ahead. If you skip ahead, you may learn later

that you have to disassemble compontents and that you may have

damaged the equipment.
* Assemble and operate the equipment on a solid, level surface. Locate

the unit a few feet from walls or furniture to provide easy access.

Assembly instructions

Assembly of the takes professional installers about
2 hours. If this is the first time you have assembled this type of
equipment, plan to spend more time. It is strongly recom men
ded to assemble the equipment by professional installers.
You may find it quicker, safer, easier to assemble this equipment
with the help of a friend, as some of components may be large,
heavy or awkward to handle alone. It is important that you asse­mble your product in a clean, clear, uncluttered area. This will
enable you to move around the product while you are fitting com-

onents and reduce the possibility of injury during assembly.

As with any assembled part, proper alignment and adjustment
is critical. While tightening the fasteners, be sure to leave room
for adjustments. Do not fully tighten the fasteners until instructed
to do so. Be careful to assemble the components in the sequence
presented in this guide.

Step1 Install The Adj.Foot Plates

Align the Adj.Foot Plates (#42) to the Main Upright(#1)
and the Main Support(#2) then secure them by hands.

Step2 Assemble The Frame

1)Attach the Main Support (#2) to the Main Upright (#1)

using:

Step5 Assemble The Weight Plate

1)Insert the two Guide Rod (#24) into the Main Upright
(#1).

2)Slide the Weight Rubber Bumper(#32) down onto each
Guide Rod(#24).

3)Carefully begin sliding the Weight Plates one by one
in sequence: #33, #34, #35,#36

4)Align both top ends of the Guide Rods(#24) to the Main
Upright (#1) and secure them. Using:

Step6 Route The Cable

1)Put the Clip Tied on the Weight Pin Leash onto the Top
Plate (#33) as shown below, next connects Straight
Pulley Bracket (#11) to the Top Plate (#33) Using:

2)Joint Cable one end to The Left Press Arm (#3) U bra­cket Using:

3)Route the Cable (#46) over V Type Pulley (#28) Using:

4)Route the Cable (#46) Up the two 3.5" Pulleys (#19)

Using:

5) Route the Cable (#46) Down the 3.5"Pulleys (#19) on

Support Bracket (#11) Using:

6)Route the Cable (#46) Up the two 3.5" Pulleys (#19)

Using:

7)Route the Cable (#46) Down V Type Pulley (#28) Using:

8) Joint Cable another end to The Left Press Arm (#3) U

9)Adjust the tension of the Cable (#46) using the Jam

10)Make sure that the cables are in the groove of all the

pulleys then fully tighten all bolts and nuts

11) Select an appropriate weight by the Weight Pin

(#2) secure it into place with the Pop Pin and the Soc

Upright(#1) using: fourteen Buttons(#37).

2)Attach the Weight Shroud (#26) to the Main Upright
(#1) using:

Four Bolt Covers (#39)

3)Attach the Plastic Cap(#58) to the Main Upright(#1)
Using:

Four Chamfer Bolts M5×10(#63)
Four Plastic Washers (#38)

Two Button Head Cap Screws M6×15

Step8 Assemble The Decal Plates
