IMPORTANT SAFETY NOTICE

PRECAUTIONS

This exercise equipment is built for optimum safety. However, certain precautions
apply whenever you operate a piece of exercise equipment. Be sure to read the
entire manual before you assemble or operate your equipment. In particular, note
the following safety precautions:

1. Keep children and pets away from the equipment at all times. DO NOT

leave children unattended in the same room with the equipment.

2. If the user experiences dizziness, nausea, chest pain, or any other abnormal
symptoms, STOP the workout at once. CONSULT A PHYSICIAN
IMMEDIATELY.

3. Position the equipment on a clear, level surface. DO NOT use the equipment
near water or outdoors.

4. Always wear appropriate workout clothing when exercising. DO NOT wear
robes or other clothing that could become caught in the equipment. Running
or aerobic shoes are also required when exercising.

5. Use the equipment only for its intended use as described in this manual. DO
NOT use attachments not recommended by the manufacturer.

6. Do not place any sharp objects near the equipment.

7. Disabled persons should not use the equipment without a qualified person or
physician in attendance.

8. Before using the equipment to exercise, always do stretching exercises to
properly warm up.

9. Never operate the equipment if the it is not functioning properly.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

Tools required for assembling the machine: adjustable wrench
NOTE: It is strongly recommended this device be assembled by two or more
people to avoid possible injury.

STEP 1 (See Diagram 1)

A.) Attach the Main Base (#2) to the Front Base (#1). Secure it with two M10 x 4”

Carriage Bolts (#15), one Base Bracket (#8), two Ø ¾” Washers (#14), and two M10
Aircraft Nuts (#13).

B.) Attach the Main Base (#2) to the Rear Base (#4). Secure it with two M10 x 4” Carriage

Bolts (#15), one Base Bracket (#8), two Ø ¾” Washers (#14), and two M10 Aircraft
Nuts (#13).

STEP 2 (See Diagram 2)

A.) Attach the Right & Left Bracket (#6 & 7) to the Main Base (#2). Align the holes

and secure them with two M10 x 4” Carriage Bolts (#15), two Ø ¾” Washers
(#14), and two M10 Aircraft Nuts (#13).

B.) Attach the Vertical Frame (#3) in between the two Brackets. Secure them with

two M10 x 3 1/8” Carriage Bolts (#16), two Ø ¾” Washers (#14), and two M10
Aircraft Nuts (#13).

C.) Attach four Spring Clips (#16) to the weight posts on the Vertical Frame (#3).

IMPEX FITNESS PRODUCTS ( "IMPEX") warrants this produc t to be free from def ec ts in workmanship
and material, under normal use and service conditions, for a period of two years from the date of
purchase. This warranty extends only to the original purchaser. IMPEX 's obligation under this Warranty
is limited to replacing or repairing, at IMPEX's option.

All returns must be pre-authorized by IMPEX. Pre-authorization may be obtained by calling IMPEX
Customer Service Departm ent at 1(800) 999-8899. All freight c harges on products returned to IMPEX
must be prepaid by the customer. This warranty does not extend to any product or damage to a
product caused by or attributable to freight damage, abuse, m isuse, improper or abnormal usage or
repairs not provided by an IMPEX authorized service center or for products us ed for heavy comm erc ial
or rental purposes. No other warranty beyond that specifically set forth above is authorized by IMPEX.

IMPEX is not responsible or liable for indirect, special or c onsequential damages arising out of or in
connection with the use or perform ance of the pr oduct or other dam ages with r espect to any econom ic
loss, loss of property, loss of revenues or profits, loss of enjoyment or use, costs of removal,
installation or other consequential damages of whatsoever nature. Some states do not allow the
exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential dam ages. Accordingly, the above limitation may
not apply to you.

The warranty extended hereunder is in lieu of any and all other warranties and any implied warranties
of merchantability or fitness f or a partic ular purpos e is lim ited in its s cope and duration to the ter m s set
forth herein. Some st ates do not allow lim itations on how long an im plied warranty lasts. Ac cordingly,
the above limitation may not apply to you.
