speaker system.

INTRODUCTION:

Congratulations on your purchase of the Impecca Bamboo Computer Speaker System. Before using your speaker
system, please read through this manual. This manual will help you use many of the exciting and useful features of
your new unit.

WARNING:

Please read this manual carefully before operation and keep it in a safe place for future reference. It will be

helpful if you encounter any operating problems.

1) WARNING: To reduce the risk of electric shock, do not disassemble the unit. There are no user-serviceable parts

inside. Contact technical support for further assistance.

2) WARNING: To prevent fire or electric shock hazard, do not expose the unit to rain or moisture.

3) Do not expose the adapter and Bamboo Computer Speaker System to any water (including drips or splashes). Objects

filled with liquids, such as vases and water bottles, should not be placed on the unit.

4) Keep the Bamboo Computer Speaker System away from direct sunlight and heat sources such as radiators or stoves.

5) Do not place the Bamboo Computer Speaker System an unstable table, stand, tripod, bracket or cart. The unit may

fall, resulting in possible damage or injury.

6) WARNING: Only use attachments/accessories provided by the manufacturer.

Features

Back of Left Speaker, from left to right:

AUX: External Audio input. Connects to computer or other sound output or other sound output.
DC 5V: Power input
SP OUT: Speaker output to right speaker

Back of Right Speaker

SP IN: Speaker input from the left speaker

Hookup

1) Connect the included RCA-type line connector from the left speaker to the right (SP OUT to SP IN).

2) Connect the included 3.5mm (1/8”) line connector to your computer’s audio output or other audio

device.

3) Connect the round end of the 5Volt USB connector to the back of the left speaker and the other end

into your computer’s USB port or any powered USB port (such as a USB wall charger/adapter).

Note: For best results, set the volume on your input device to a moderate level.

Troubleshooting

Q: Why won’t my speakers turn on?
A: Ensure that the left speaker is connected to the supplied AC/DC power adapter.

Q: How come no sound is coming out of the speakers when hooked up to my computer or other audio
device?
A: Ensure that the 3.5mm plug is plugged into the “headphones” jack or the “line-out” jack on your

computer or other device and not the “microphone” or “line-in” jack.

Q: Why is there sound coming straight out of my computer’s built-in speakers, even though this
system is hooked up to my PC?
A: Within Windows® 7 or higher, make sure your playback device is set to the correct selection.
