Introduction
Congratulations on your purchase of an Impact Reector Panel. The
reector materials are reversible gold/silver and black /white. The
rotating /tilting bracket can hold the reector in horizontal or vertical
position at at any angle. The bracket’s tilt locks with a geared tooth locking
mechanism and oating lever. The Impact Reector Panel is compact and
light weight, while being quick and easy to set up.
Please follow these instructions to assemble your Impact Reector Panel.
There are four par ts to your Impact Reector Panel contents:
• Mounting bracket with ex rod adapter
• Two reversible reector fabrics
• Four ex rods
• Carry bag
This instructions in this manual use an RP -28 39 Reector Panel to demonstrate assembly and
break- down. The RP-357 0 Reector Panel assembles by the same method. All photos in this
manual are for illustration purposes only. Light st ands are not included wi th Impact Re ector
Panels unless purchased as a kit.

One-Year Limited Warranty
Impact provides a limited warran ty to the original purchaser t hat this product is free from
defects in materials and workmanship under normal consumer use for a period of one (1) year
from the original purchase date or thirt y (30) days after replacement , whichever occurs later.
Impact’s responsibilit y wi th respect to t his limited warranty shall be limited solely to repair or
replacement , at Impact’s discretion, of any product that fails during normal consumer use.
Inoperabili ty of the product or part (s) shall be determined by Impac t. If t he product has been
discontinued, we reserve the right to r eplace it wit h a model of equivalent qualit y and function.
To obtain warranty coverage, contact Impact to obtain a re turn merchandise authorization
(“RMA”) number, and retur n the def ecti ve pr oduct to Impac t, along with the RM A number and
proof of purchase. Shipment of the defect ive product is at the purchaser’s ow n risk.
This warran ty does no t cover damage or defect caused by misuse, neglect , accident, alteration,

The reector material is reversible. Place
the side you wish to use as a reec tor face
down on a at, horizontal surface. Place
the mounting bracket in the center.
Inser t one of the ends into one of the rod
locat ing holes on the bracket head.

Inser t the other end of the ex rod into a
pocket in the corner of the reector.
Inser t a second ex rod into a rod locating
hole on t he bracket head next to where
you placed the r st ex rod.

Inser t the other end of the ex rod into t he
nearest pocke t on the reector material .

Your Reector Panel is ready to be
mounted on a light st and, boom or super
clamp. Be sure to stabilize your setup
wit h a sandbag or other weight.

Without allowing the rst t wo ex rods to
become disengaged, insert the third and
four th ex rods . The rods will bend
naturally into position.
TILT
ROTAT E
Unlock the oating lever to release the tilt
mechanism and tilt the reec tor into it s
desired posi tion . Unlock t he thumb screw
to rotate t he reector into a new posi tion .

Disassembly Instructions
1. Unmount the Reector Panel from its light stand
or other suppor t system.
2. Release one of the ex rods. Begin by bending it
free of the pocket in the reector fabric.
3. After the rst ex rod is released, the Reector
Panel will collapse on its own and the rest of the
ex rods will be easy to remove.
4. Return all Reector Panel items to their carry bag.

Impact Light Stand
The Impact LS-6B Ligh t Stand is one of
the most economical light stands
available. It extends to a maximum height
of 6 ft, and has a standard 5/8˝ stud on
top with a 1/4˝-20 thread.
Impact Super Clamp
The Impact Super Clamp w ith S tandard
Stud has strong jaws that can clamp on
at surfaces or tubes from 1/2 to 2-1/8
inches in diameter. The clamp includes a
standard (5/8˝) s tud that will accept the
Impact Reec tor Panel or many other
light xtures and accessories.
Impact Sandbags
Impact Sandbags come in a var iet y of
shapes, weigh ts, and are either black or
orange. They are used for anchoring the
bases of light stands and set walls.
The saddle-style sandbags have two
wings so they can be draped over light
stand legs. Each side of the bag has a
hand strap for easy handling and hanging
on hooks. The outer shell is water
resistant, heavy-dut y cordura nylon.
Impact Sandbags can be purchased
pre-lled or empty.
