1 Einsatzmöglichkeiten

Das Punktstrahlergehäuse PAR-36W/ SW mit motor­getriebener Farbfilterscheibe ist sowohl für den pro­fessionellen Einsatz (z. B. Diskothek, Schaufenster)
als auch für den privaten Gebrauch im Partykeller
geeignet. In Kombination mit einer Spiegelkugel er ­zeugt der Punktstrahler Disco-Lichteffekte, die eine
be sondere Party-Atmosphäre schaffen.

2 Hinweise für den sicheren Gebrauch

Dieses Gerät entspricht allen relevanten Richtlinien
der EU und ist deshalb mit gekennzeichnet.

Beachten Sie unbedingt die folgenden Punkte:

Verwenden Sie das Gerät nur im Innenbereich.
Schützen Sie es vor Tropf- und Spritzwasser, hoher
Luftfeuchtigkeit und Hitze (zulässiger Einsatztempe­raturbereich 0 – 40°C).

G

Die in dem Gerät entstehende Wärme muss durch
Luftzirkulation abgegeben werden. Decken Sie da ­rum die Lüftungsöffnungen am Motorgehäuse nicht
mit irgendwelchen Gegenständen ab.

G

Stecken Sie nichts durch die Lüftungsöffnungen.
Dies kann zu einem elektrischen Schlag führen!

G

Nehmen Sie das Gerät nicht in Betrieb bzw. ziehen
sie sofort den Netzstecker aus der Steckdose, wenn:

1. sichtbare Schäden am Gerät oder am Netzkabel
vorhanden sind,

2. nach einem Sturz oder Ähnlichem der Verdacht
auf einen Defekt besteht,

3. Funktionsstörungen auftreten.

Geben Sie das Gerät in jedem Fall zur Reparatur in
eine Fachwerkstatt.

Ein beschädigtes Netzkabel darf nur durch eine
Fachwerkstatt ersetzt werden.

Ziehen Sie den Netzstecker nie am Kabel aus der
Steckdose, fassen sie immer am Stecker an.

Verwenden Sie für die Reinigung nur ein trockenes,
weiches Tuch, auf keinen Fall Wasser oder Chemi­kalien.

G

Wird das Gerät zweckentfremdet, nicht sicher mon­tiert, falsch bedient oder nicht fachgerecht repariert,
kann keine Haftung für daraus resultierende Sach­oder Personenschäden und keine Garantie für das
Gerät übernommen werden.

3 Lampe einsetzen

Das Einzelmodell PAR-36W/ SW wird ohne Lampe ge ­liefert. Benötigt wird eine PAR 36-Lampe mit 6 V/ 30 W
und einem Sockel mit Schraubanschluss. Als pas­sende Lampe eignet sich HLT-6 / 30 aus dem Pro­gramm von „img Stage Line“.

Das Modell PAR-36W/ SW als Teil des Spiegelku­gel-Komplettsets LE-3SP wird mit passender Lampe
geliefert.

1) Zum bequemen Einsetzen der Lampe das Strahler-

gehäuse so aufstellen, dass es vom Montagebügel

(3) gestützt wird (siehe Abbildungen). Dazu die bei-

den Knebelschrauben (2) etwas lösen, den Monta-

gebügel in die gewünschte Stellung bringen und

die Knebelschrauben wieder anziehen.

2) Die Farbfilterscheibe (6) abschrauben (siehe Abb. 2).

3) Die Schraubkappe (5) abdrehen, den Haltering (4)

entfernen und die alte Lampe vorsichtig aus dem

Gehäuse herausheben (siehe Abb. 1). Die beiden

Schrauben am Lampensockel lösen, und das An -

schlusskabel abziehen.

4) Die neue Lampe einsetzen: Die zwei Schrauben

am Lampensockel etwas lösen, unter jede Schrau-

be je einen Kabelschuh des Anschlusskabels fest-

klemmen und die Schrauben wieder fest anziehen.

Die Lampe vorsichtig in das Strahlergehäuse set-

zen und mit dem Haltering (4) festklemmen.

5) Die Schraubkappe (5) wieder aufschrauben.

WARNUNG

Ziehen Sie vor dem Einsetzen bzw.
Herausnehmen der Lampe unbedingt
den Netzstecker!

Da die Lampe im Betrieb sehr heiß wird, lassen Sie
sie nach Betrieb des Gerätes erst abkühlen
(Abkühlzeit mindestens 5 Minuten), bevor Sie sie
auswechseln.

G

Auf keinen Fall darf eine Lampe mit einer höheren
Leistungsangabe als 30 W verwendet werden.

Soll das Gerät endgültig aus dem Betrieb ge ­nommen werden, übergeben Sie es zur um ­weltgerechten Entsorgung einem örtlichen
Recyclingbetrieb.

WARNUNG Das Gerät wird mit lebensgefährlicher

Netzspannung versorgt (230 V~). Neh­men Sie deshalb niemals selbst Ein­griffe am Gerät vor, die nicht in dieser
Anleitung beschrieben sind. Durch un ­sachgemäßes Vorgehen besteht die
Ge fahr eines elektrischen Schlages.

4 Inbetriebnahme

1) Die Schutzfolie von der Farbfilterscheibe (6) abzie­hen und die Farbfilterscheibe am Strahlergehäuse
anbringen (siehe Abb. 2).

2) Mit einer Lichtstrahler-Halterung bzw. einer stabilen
Montageschraube das Gerät über den Montagebü­gel (3) am gewünschten Ort, z. B. an einer Licht­strahlertraverse oder auf einem Stativ, befestigen.

3) Zum Ausrichten des Gerätes die beiden Knebel­schrauben (2) am Montagebügel lösen, die ge ­wünschte Neigung des Gerätes einstellen und die
Knebelschrauben wieder anziehen.

4) Den Stecker des Netzkabels (1) in eine Steckdose
(230 V~ / 50Hz) stecken. Bei Anschluss an die
Stromversorgung ist der Strahler eingeschaltet: Die
Lampe leuchtet und die Farbfilterscheibe rotiert.

1 Applications

The spotlight housing PAR-36W/ SW with motor-driven
colour filter disc is suitable for professional applica­tions (e. g. discothèque, shop-window) as well as for
private party applications. In combination with a mirror
ball the spotlight produces disco light effects which
create a special party atmosphere.

2 Safety Notes

This unit corresponds to all relevant directives of the
EU and is therefore marked with .

It is necessary to observe in any case the following
items:

G

The unit is suitable for indoor use only. Protect it
against dripping water and splash water, high air
humidity, and heat (admissible ambient temperature
range 0 – 40°C).

G

The heat being generated in the unit has to be car­ried off via air circulation. Therefore, the vents of the
motor housing must not be covered with any objects.

G

Do not insert anything into the vents. This could
result in electric shock!

G

Do not set the unit into operation, or immediately
disconnect the mains plug from the mains socket if:

1. damage can be seen at the unit or mains cable,

2. a defect might have occurred after a drop or simi­lar accident,

3. there are malfunctions.

The unit must in any case be repaired by authorized
personnel.

G

A damaged mains cable must only be replaced by
authorized personnel.

G

Never pull the mains cable when disconnecting the
mains plug from the socket, always seize the plug!

G

For cleaning only use a dry, soft cloth. Never use
any chemicals or water.

G

No guarantee claims for the unit and no liability for
any resulting personal damage or material damage
will be accepted if the unit is used for other purposes
than orig inally intended, if it is not safely mounted,
not correctly operated, or not repaired in an expert
way.

Important for U.K. Customers!

The wires in this mains lead are coloured in accord ­ance with the following code:

green / yellow = earth
blue = neutral
brown = live

As the colours of the wires in the mains lead of this
appliance may not correspond with the coloured
markings identifying the terminals in your plug, pro­ceed as follows:

1. The wire which is coloured green and yellow must
be connected to the terminal in the plug which is
marked with the letter E or by the earth symbol

or coloured green or green and yellow.

2. The wire which is coloured blue must be con­nected to the terminal which is marked with the
letter N or coloured black.

3. The wire which is coloured brown must be con­nected to the terminal which is marked with the
letter L or coloured red.

Warning

-

This appliance must be earthed.

3 Installing the Lamp

The individual model PAR-36W/ SW is supplied with­out lamp. A PAR36 lamp of 6 V/ 30 W with a socket
with screw connection is required. As a matching lamp,
the halogen lamp HLT-6 / 30 of the range “img Stage
Line” is recommended.

The model PAR-36W/ SW as part of the mirror ball
complete set LE-3SP is supplied with the matching
lamp.

1) For easy installing of the lamp place the spotlight

hous ing so that it is supported by the mounting

bracket (3) [see figures]. For this slightly loosen the

two knob screws (2), place the mounting bracket

into the desired position, and tighten the knob

screws again.

2) Screw off the colour filter disc (6) [see fig. 2].

WARNING

Prior to installing or removing the lamp
disconnect the mains plug in any case!

As the lamp becomes very hot during operation,
at first let it cool down after operation of the unit
(cooling down time at least 5 minutes) before re ­placing it.

G

Never use a lamp with a higher wattage than 30 W.

If the unit is to be put out of operation defini­tively, take it to a local recycling plant for a dis­posal which is not harmful to the environment.

WARNING The unit is supplied with hazardous

mains voltage (230 V~). Never make
any modifications on the unit not de ­scribed in this instruction manual. Inex­pert handling may cause an electric
shock hazard.

3) Screw off the screw cover (5), remove the holding
ring (4), and take the old lamp carefully out of the
housing (see fig. 1). Loosen the two screws at the
lamp base, and pull off the connection cable.

4) Install the new lamp: slightly loosen the two screws
at the lamp socket, tightly clamp one cable lug each
of the connection cable below each screw, and
tighten the screws again. Carefully place the lamp
into the spotlight housing and clamp it with the hold­ing ring (4).

5) Screw on the screw cover (5) again.

4 Setting into Operation

1) Remove the protective foil from the colour filter disc
(6), and attach the colour filter disc to the spotlight
housing (see fig. 2).

2) Fix the unit via the mounting bracket (3) with a sup­port for light radiating units or a stable mounting
screw to the desired place, e. g. to a traverse for
light radiating units or a stand.

3) For aligning the unit loosen the two knob screws (2)
at the mounting bracket, adjust the desired inclina­tion of the unit, and tighten the knob screws again.

4) Connect the plug of the mains cable (1) to a mains
socket (230 V~ / 50 Hz). With connection to the
power supply the spotlight is switched on: the lamp
lights and the colour filter disc rotates.
