Available with three different roller lengths, IMESA 33 cm
diameter drying ironers are the ideal solution for restaurants,
pizzerias, and small/medium hotels.

Thanks to its compact dimensions and the possibility to be
installed against a wall, the MCA drying ironer needs less
space yet still assures the necessary productivity to meet the
customer requirements.

The TWO EMERGENCY STOP
BUTTONS, one on each side, can

be easily reached if needed to

All gas heated drying ironers are certied

in compliance with the European Rules.

The HAND SAFETY BAR protects the user for any accidental pulling of an art
inside the ironer. When the bar is pressed, the ironer stopped.
On IMESA drying ironers all moving parts cannot be reached during the ironing
cycle. The user can count on total protection and can work without worries.

NOMEX BELTS

Ironing and introducing belts are in NOMEX, a special fabric which is high
temperature resistant. IMESA ironer is made to last!

SPEED ELECTRONIC CONTROL: Thanks to the inverter, which is standard on
all IMESA drying ironers, the ironing speed can be electronically controlled. IMESA
assures the highest productivity in function of ironing temperature and linen
moisture.

SERVICE IS EASIER: Thanks to the side panels which protects the moving parts,
the machine is absolutely safe. When service is needed the technician removes the­se panels for easy access for maintenance.

AIR INLET FILTER: IMESA drying ironers are equipped with an efcient suction
system. The lters applied to the air inlets make sure that linen uff is not going in

the laundry room and, at the same time, protect the fans and the motor from external
objects that could damage them.

WITH SIMPLICITY

IMESA drying ironer was designed to meet customer
satisfaction.
The usual black stains left by the sliding of the temperature
probe on the roller is a problem that only IMESA customers can
forget thanks to a special protection applied on the temperature
probe plate.

MCA compact dimensions allow a big saving in manpower,
energy, space and time! The linen coming out from a washer
extractor can be dried and ironed with one simple operation,
without the need of a tumble dryer. The laundry global costs are
reduced while achieving high quality results.

Due to the technology applied on this machine, the user and
the service man can work on the MCA drying ironer without any

SAVE IN ENERGY AND
MAINTENANCE

The Cooldown function can be
activated from the keypad. Near the
end of the ironing shift, the user needs
only to press the apposite key. The
heating system stops but the ironer
continues to work. When the
temperature goes below 80°C the
drying ironer shuts off.

This function brings two important
advantages:

The wear and tear of the ironing belts
is reduced;

The thermal energy accumulated by
the machine is not wasted.

two big tables which

PROFESSIONALISM

PEDAL

With the optional remote pedal the user
can correct an improperly introduced
linen. When pressed the roller rotation
is reversed allowing for the extraction
of the linen.
