INFORMACIÓN IMPORTANTE
NOTA PARA ADULTOS

Retire todos los plásticos, alambres y cualquier
objeto que esté destinado a sujetar el producto
durante su transporte antes de entregárselo a los
niños.
Este producto está preparado en origen para la
función try-me o pruébame. Las baterías que inclu­ye están destinadas a este uso. Por este motivo es
posible que estas se encuentren agotadas, por esta
razón se recomienda su sustitución si es necesario.
El producto se distribuye de origen y para demos­tración en tiendas con el selector en posición TRY­ME, en esta posición el producto tiene una funcio­nalidad limitada. Sitúe el selector (A) en la posición
ON para un normal funcionamiento (ver fig. 1).

PRECAUCIONES EN EL USO DE PILAS

- No use pilas nuevas usadas o pilas de diferente
tipo al mismo tiempo. Cuando cambie las pilas,
reemplácelas todas al mismo tiempo.

- No utilice pilas no recargables con pilas recarga­bles o pilas recargables de diferente capacidad.
Observe los signos de la polaridad en las pilas e
insértelas de manera que coincidan con los signos
de la polaridad marcados en el compartimento
de las pilas.

- Retire todas las pilas del muñeco cuando no vaya
a ser utilizado por un largo periodo de tiempo.

- No lo utilice cuando esté mojado para evitar un
cortocircuito.

- Nunca arroje la pila al agua o al fuego, la desarme
o la suelde.

- No recargue o almacene el juguete cerca de una
fuente de calor o un lugar húmedo y caluroso.

- Este producto requiere 2 pilas de tipo AAA de 1,5 V
(incluidas).

- Este producto se distribuye con 2 baterías AAA
incluidas para la función “try me” o pruébame,
para el funcionamiento normal del producto se
recomienda su sustitución si fuera necesario.

- Para un mejor funcionamiento del producto, se
recomienda el uso de pilas alcalinas.

- Solo deben usarse, pilas del tipo recomendado
por el fabricante o equivalente.

FUNCIONAMIENTO CON PILAS
Sustitución y colocación
¡Recuerde!, para evitar durante este proceso la

posible caída de agua es recomendable retirar el
agua del depósito del muñeco antes de empezar la
sustitución de las pilas (ver apartado “Llenado del
depósito” de este manual).
Este producto precisa de 2 pilas (AAA) 1.5V. Abra el
cierre de velcro de la espalda de muñeco en primer
lugar y sitúe el selector (A) en la posición OFF (ver
fig. 1). Retire los tornillos de seguridad de la tapa
del compartimento de las baterías (B) situado en
la base (ver fig. 2). Extraiga las baterías agotadas.
Observe en el gráfico la colocación correcta de
las baterías (ver fig. 2) y colóquelas en la posición
y polaridad indicadas. Ponga la tapa y atorníllela de
nuevo para la seguridad de sus hijos y finalmente
una el cierre de velcro
¡Recuerde! La sustitución o manipulación de las pi­las deberá ser realizada siempre bajo la supervisión
de un adulto.

Antes de empezar
Llenado del depósito:
Nota: Realice esta operación lejos de elementos

que el agua pueda dañar (aparatos electrónicos,
enchufes, etc.) y tenga en cuenta, antes de con­tinuar con el llenado del depósito del agua, de
colocar el chupete (C) (ver fig. 3) para bloquear la
función de la caída del agua en forma de lágrimas
del muñeco.

En la parte posterior de la cabeza del muñeco en­contrará una tapa de acceso (D) (ver fig. 4). Retire
la tapa presionando hacia arriba la pestaña de que
dispone y de este modo acceder al tapón del depó­sito de agua (E). Gire en sentido anti horario el ta­pón para retirarlo y acceder al depósito (ver fig 4).
La capacidad del depósito es de unos 80 ml, puede
rellenarlo con la ayuda de un vaso o recipiente con
agua, preferiblemente con agua destilada*. Llenar
el depósito hasta 1 cm aproximado por debajo del
mismo para evitar reboses.

*¡Importante! Para evitar deterioros en el pro-

ducto utilice agua destilada de uso doméstico, de
la que utilizamos habitualmente para la plancha o
similar. El uso de agua del grifo y los elementos de
higienización que contienen pueden dañar el pro­ducto con el paso del tiempo obturando tubos y
los orificios de circulación del agua.
Una vez llenado el depósito, coloque de nuevo el
tapón del depósito (E) hasta que quede correcta­mente ajustado y seguidamente coloque de nuevo
la tapa de acceso (D). Antes de empezar debe ex­traer el aire que queda en el interior del circuito
del agua para facilitar el paso del agua y obtener
un funcionamiento correcto. Para ello, retire el
chupete (C) de la boca del muñeco y con el mu­ñeco en posición vertical presione el botón (F) re­petidamente para purgar el aire del circuito, hasta
que observe como aparecen las gotas de agua en
ambos ojos (ver fig. 5). Una vez conseguido, vuelva a
colocar el chupete (C) en la boca del muñeco para
evitar que el agua siga fluyendo.

Funcionamiento

Con el selector (A) en posición ON y el chupete
colocado, el muñeco reproducirá distintos efectos
de sonidos. Al tumbar el muñeco (ver fig. 6) este
emitirá sonidos de relajación y finalmente tras
unos segundos sin interacción, unos 30 segundos,
se quedará dormido sin emitir sonido alguno. Al
incorporarlo si le retiramos el chupete empezará a
llorar y de sus ojos irá cayendo el agua a modo de
lágrimas hasta que coloquemos de nuevo el chu­pete y deje de llorar o en el caso de dejarlo sin el
chupete, la intensidad del lloro será creciente has­ta un minuto después en que se calmará. También
podemos tumbarlo boca arriba para que se calme y
finalmente duerma.

¡Nota para adultos!

Aún siendo poca la cantidad contenida de agua en
el producto, téngala en cuenta para evitar daños en
aparatos electrónico y eléctricos durante el juego y
otros productos o materiales que puedan dañarse
en contacto con el agua. Evite la cercanía de los
mismos en la zona de juego.

Modo ahorro de energía

Para evitar un consumo innecesario de baterías, el
muñeco deja de reproducir sonidos y finalmente se
desconecta como máximo al transcurrir un minuto
sin interacción, aún cayéndole todavía las lágrimas
si no tiene el chupete colocado. Al colocar el chu­pete se activaría de nuevo o incorporándolo si está
tumbado. Para pararlo de forma correcta coloque
el chupete al muñeco y sitúe el selector (A) en la
posición OFF.

Consejos para una correcta utilización
Resolución de problemas:

Si el volumen de los sonidos disminuye o no los
reproduce, es síntoma de pilas agotadas y será
necesaria su sustitución. Si no aparece agua en los
ojos, revise en primer lugar si todavía dispone de
agua en el depósito y si no es así, rellénelo de nue­vo. Si el problema persistiese realice de nuevo la

operación de extracción del aire detallada en este
manual (llenado del depósito). Si hubiera obtura­ciones no intente introducir ningún elemento u ob­jeto punzante en el interior del circuito del agua ya
que podría dañar el mismo. Vacíe completamente
el depósito de agua y sople a través de las abertu­ras de ambos ojos y realice de nuevo el proceso de
llenado del depósito.

MANTENIMIENTO
Limpieza: La ropa del vestido del muñeco puede

ser retirada del mismo para facilitar su lavado si es
necesario. Para ello abra el velcro situado cerca del
cuello que sujeta la capucha y el velcro de la es­palda. Extraiga la ropa con cuidado del muñeco. El
chupete no puede separarse de la misma para evi­tar su extravío. El lavado debe ser a mano, tempe­ratura inferior a 40º grados y detergente para ropa
delicada. No utilice secadora para su secado ni lo
exponga al sol directamente. Una vez escurrida,
utilice la temperatura ambiente del interior para su
secado. La ropa no debe ser planchada.
El muñeco únicamente es lavable superficialmen­te a mano. Recuerda que, en su interior, existen
mecanismos y circuitos electrónicos que se dañan
al contacto con el agua. Use un paño ligeramente
humedecido con agua o espuma seca si es nece­sario, séquelo seguidamente con un paño seco o
dejarlo secar en el interior sin exponer al sol o a
fuentes directas de calor. No use detergentes o
disolventes. No lo utilice hasta su completo seca­do. En el caso de que se mojara la caja electrónica,
apáguelo y extraiga las pilas inmediatamente. Se­que el compartimiento de pilas con un trapo seco.
Deje destapado el compartimiento de pilas hasta
que esté completamente seco, puede acelerar esta
operación ayudándose de un secador de mano. No
intente utilizar el producto hasta que éste no esté
completamente seco.

Conservación: Para evitar deterioros en el pro­ducto o derrames de agua involuntarios, se reco­mienda retirar toda agua del producto después del
juego. Para facilitar su completo vaciado, retire el
chupete de la boca del muñeco y retire el tapón
(E) del depósito de agua del producto. Ponga boca
abajo el muñeco de modo que el agua salga por
la obertura del depósito. Para el caso de un no
uso prolongado una vez vaciado y para facilitar la
evaporación del resto de agua en su interior reco­mendamos no colocar el chupete en la boca del
muñeco y retirar las pilas del muñeco.

RECOMENDACIONES PARA UN USO RESPON­SABLE Y PARA LA PROTECCIÓN MEDIOAM­BIENTAL

Por favor recicle el carton y el plástico del emba­laje.
Si es posible, use pilas recargables. Recuerde des­conectar el juguete si ha terminado de jugar y retire
las pilas del juguete si no lo va a usar por un largo
periodo de tiempo.
Si el juguete todavía funciona y ya no lo quiere, no
lo tire. Recuerde que otras personas pueden seguir
disfrutando de él, busca entidades y/o asociacio­nes que puedan hacérselo llegar.
Por favor, consulte con el centro de reciclaje o con
las autoridades locales más cercanas.

PRECAUCIONES DE SEGURIDAD

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
NOTE FOR ADULTS

Before giving the product to children, first remo

­ve all plastic, wires and any other object designed
to fasten it during transport.
This product comes factory-prepared for the
“TRY ME” function. The baeries that it includes
are designed for this use. Therefore, it is possible
that they may be spent. If this is the case, we re

­commend they should be replaced.
The product is shipped from the factory for de

­monstration in shops with the selector in the TRY­ME position. In this position, the product has limi

­ted functionality. Position the selector (A) in the
ON position for normal operation (see figure 1).

SAFETY BATTERY USAGE

- Do not use old and new baeries or baeries of

different types at the same time. When chan

-

ging baeries, always replace with a new set of
baeries.

- Do not use non-rechargeable baeries with re

-

chargeable baeries or rechargeable baeries
of different capacities.

- Observe the polarity marks on the baeries and

match them according to the baery compart

-

ment markings.

- Remove all baeries from the doll when not in

use for an extend period of time.

- Stop using whenever it‘s wet to avoid short-

circuit.

- Never throw the baery into water on fire or

disassemble or weld it.

- Do not use, charge or store the toy near a fire

source or in hot and humid place.

- This product requires 2 type AAA 1,5V baeries

(included).

- This product is distributed with 2, AAA baeries

for the “TRY ME” function. For normal operati

on of the product, it may be necessary to repla­ce the baeries.

- This product achieves beer performance using

alkaline baeries.

- Use only those baeries recommended by the

manufacturer or equivalents.

OPERATION WITH BATTERIES
Replacement and installation
Remember! We recommend removing the water

from the doll before changing the baeries to
prevent inadvertent spills (see the section of this
manual titled “Filling the tank”).
This product requires 2 AAA 1.5V baeries. First,
open the Velcro fastening on the back of the doll
and place the switch (A) in the OFF position (see
figure 1) Remove the safety screws from the lid
on the baery compartment (B) (see figure 2).
Remove the dead baeries. Notice the correct
placement of the baeries in the image (see fig.

2) and place them according to the position and
polarity indicated. Replace the lid and the safety
screw (for your children’s safety) and finally close
the velcro closure.
Warning! Replacing or handling the baery
should always be done under the supervision of
an adult.

Before you begin

Filling the tank:
Note: First, make sure there are no items in the

vicinity that could be damaged by water (electro

­nic devices, outlets, etc.). Before you begin filling
the tank with water, remember to put the pacifier
in the doll’s mouth (C) (see figure 3) to block the
doll’s falling tears function.

The access lid is located on the back of the doll’s
head (D) (see figure 4) Remove the lid by pressing
upward on the tab in order to access the cap on
the water tank (E). Turn the cap counter-clockwi

­se to loosen and remove it (see figure 4). The
tank has a capacifierty of 80 ml. Fill the tank with
water, and for best product performance use dis

­tilled water*. Fill the tank up to about 1 cm from
the top to prevent overflowing.

*Important! Use distilled water for household
use, such as the kind you may use while ironing, to
prevent damage to the tank. The use of tap wa

­ter can cause damage over time with build up and
blockage of tubes that prevent water from circu

­lating which could hinder the crying function.
Once the tank is filled, screw the cap back onto
the tank (E) and then replace the access lid (D).
Before you begin, you need to extract any air re

­maining inside the water circuit to facilitate the
movement of the water through the circuit for
correct operation. To do so, remove the pacifier
(C) from the doll’s mouth and with the doll in an
upright position, press the buon (F) repeatedly
to purge the air from the circuit, until you see
drops of water falling from both eyes (see figure

5). Aer that, place the pacifier back in the doll’s
mouth (C) to prevent any more water from falling.

Function

With selector (A) in the ON position and the pa

­cifier in the mouth, the doll will make a series of
sounds. When the doll is laid down (see figure

6) it will make relaxing sounds and finally, aer
about 30 seconds with no interaction, it goes
to sleep and does not make any more sounds.
When you sit the doll up and remove the pacifier,
the doll begins to cry and the tears begin to fall
from the eyes. If the pacifier is placed back in the
doll’s mouth it stops crying; if you leave the doll
without the pacifier the crying becomes more
intense for the next minute, aer which it quiets
down. If you lay the doll down on its back it will
also calm down and eventually go to sleep.

Note for adults!

Even though there is only a small quantity of wa

­ter inside the doll, bear this in mind while your
child is playing so as to prevent damage to elec

­tronic and electric devices and other products or
materials that can be damaged by water. Keep
such items away from the play area.

Energy saving mode

To prevent unnecessary wear on the baery, the
doll stops making sounds and finally disconnects
aer one minute without any interaction, al

­though the tears will keep falling if the pacifier is
not in the doll’s mouth. It is reactivated when the
pacifier is placed in the mouth or when the doll is
placed in a siing position. To shut it off correctly,
place the pacifier in the doll’s mouth and move
selector (A) to the OFF position.

Tips for proper use
Troubleshooting

If the sound volume decreases or if there is no
sound, this is an indication that the baeries are
dead and need to be replaced. If no water ap

­pears in the eyes, first check to make sure there is
water in the tank; if the tank is empty, fill it. If the
problem persists, extract the air from the circuit
as described in this manual (filling the tank). If
there is blockage, do not use any sharp objects or

items inside the water circuit as this could cause
damage to the circuit. Empty the water tank com

­pletely and blow air into both eye openings. Then
follow the steps for filling the tank with water.

MAINTENANCE
Cleaning: The doll’s clothing can be removed

for washing, if necessary. To do so, unfasten the
Velcro closing at the neck that supports the hood
and the Velcro fastening on the back. Carefully
remove the clothes from the doll. Keep the paci

­fier with the clothes so it does not get lost. The
clothes should be washed by hand in water no
warmer than 40º using detergent for delicates.
Do not dry in a dryer and do not place in direct
sunlight. Allow the clothes to dry indoors at room
temperature. Do not iron the clothes.
Only wash the surface of the product by hand.
Remember that there are mechanisms and elec

­tronic circuits inside it which could be damaged
when in contact with water. Use a cloth slightly
dampened with water or dry foam, if necessary,
and then dry immediately with a dry cloth or lea

­ve it to dry indoors, without exposing to sunlight
or direct heat sources. Do not use detergents or
solvents.
Do not use it until it is completely dry. If the
equipment becomes wet, turn it off and remo

­ve the baeries immediately. Dry the baery
compartment with a dry cloth. Leave the baery
compartment open until it is completely dry. If
you wish, use a hairdryer to speed this process
up. Do not allow the doll to be used until it is
completely dry.

Care:To prevent damages to the product or ac

­cidental water spills, we recommend removing
all water from the doll aer each use. To empty
the water completely, remove the pacifier from
the doll’s mouth and remove the lid (E) on the
product’s water tank. Place the doll face down so
that the water empties out of the tank opening. If
the doll will not be used for a prolonged period
of time once emptied, we recommend that you
leave the pacifier out of the mouth to facilitate
the evaporation of any water le inside and that
you remove the baeries from the doll.

RECOMMENDATIONS FOR RESPONSIBLE
USE AND FOR PROTECTING THE ENVIRON

­MENT

Please recycle all packaging cardboard and
plastic.
Use rechargeable baeries whenever possible.
Remember to turn off the toy if you have finished
playing with it and take out the baeries if you
are not going to be using it again for a long time.
If you no longer want the toy and it still is in wor

­king order, please consider donating to others
that can still enjoy it.
Please consult the nearest recycling centre or
local authorities.
