Thank you for purchasing the Car Adaptor with LCD Display FM Transmitter. As with the FM
Transmitter has been built to the highest manufacturing standards and testing throughout its
development to ensure you get the best possible product. Please read through and familiarize
yourself with this manual before you use the produc t. This product has been designed specifically
to work with MP3 Player or Audio devices.
Product Description
This product will allow you to play you MP3 Player through your FM car stereo speakers by
connecting it to the vehicle 12 volt power outlet. You can store up to 10 common stations or
switch between 88.1mhz to 107.9mhz FM frequentcies at the touch of a button for the clearest
possible signal. You can also connect other portable audio devices such as MiniDiscs and Portable
CD Players via the 3.5mm Stereo line in cable for audio sound.
User Instructions
Caution: Do not connect the FM transmitter before or when starting the car to avoid any
possible power surges or damage to the FM gransmitter
Connectin to MP3
1. Connect the 3.5mm Stereo Audio jackconnector cable into the MP3 .
2. Connect the 12v In-Car Connector to the vehicle 12 volt power socker.
3. the red LED power indicator on the car charger will illuminate.
4. Select a signal on the FM transmitter using the + and – grequency buttons.
5. Select the “FM Band” on the Car stereo and tune the stereo to the same frequency as
displayed on the FM transmitter. Select the corresponding frequentcies that offer you the
clearest possible signal.
6. Play a song from you MP3,the selected song should now play through you car stereo
speakers.
Memory Storage function
Store up to 10 frequencies using the Memory and Frequency select buttons.
1. Press and hold the memory select M button for 2 seconds then releasee the button.
2. The LED display will begin to flash and display a location from S00-S09.
3. Press the + or – buttons to switch between memory locations and after 2 seconds the
frequency will then be displayed and begin to flash.
4. Use the + or – buttons to select a frequentcy you wish to store into the memory. Select the
corresponding frequentcies with you car stereo that offer you the clearest possible signal.
5. Press the memory select M button to store the frequentcy.
Auto switch-off
The FM Transmitter will automatically shut-down when no audio input is detected after 55
seconds. Press a button on the FM Transmitter to switch it back on.
Stereo Line-in connection
The FM Transmitter also offers the ability to allow other portable audio devices to be connected
via the 3.5mm stereo line-in connection. Connect the 3.5mm Line-In Cable to the headphone
socket on the portable audio device and connect the 12V in-car connector to the vehicle power
output socket. Select the FM Band on the Car stereo, select the corresponding frequentcies on the
FM Transmitter and Car stereo that give you the clearest possible signal. Play a song on the audio
device and the sound will play through car stereo speakers. Please note: Audio devices will not
reacharge when connected wia the 3.5mm Stereo jack.
