The im3511 and im4511 have the flexibility to work with

documents in whatever form they exist - paper or digital.

They can handle various paper sizes and professionally

finish paper sets any way you want them. The direct PDF/

TIFF feature allows you to send an e-mail to the im3511 or

im4511 and directly print the attached PDF. And it’s easy to

store documents on an FTP server, then pull and print them

at the device. The im3511 and im4511 deliver the flexibility

to virtually manage all your business document needs.

Standard account modes control copy and print usage

at the device. Confidential print protects sensitive infor-

mation from being seen by others. The network authen-

tication leverages your existing network security with

user ID and password protection. An optional Security

Kit uses data encryption, disk overwrite and memory

erase to secure confidential data. The im3511 and im4511

security suite helps you meet regulatory requirements

such as HIPAA or Sarbanes-Oxley.

Direct PDF/TIFF Printing

Whether you require a stand-alone copier or a networked

multifunctional device, the im3511 and im4511 are ver-

satile and easily upgradeable. With an optional Scanning

Kit and network connection, you’ll have access to simple

scan functions from scan to e-mail to the more advanced

scan to document filing. Install the Imagistics Desktop

Document Manager utility to create a networked “on and

off ramp” for all your document management needs. This

offers you the capability to scan to your desktop, OCR,

rename, refile, combine files, view the image and MORE.
