Component Configuration
FSN 31.5” 4K monitor.
Heavy duty monitor stand with handle basket, cable, cable hooks and power brick housing.
Key Concepts
All inputs are directly connected into the FSN monitor.
Programing of image size, color and PIP mode are completed through the monitors Menu feature.
Selected image inputs are accessed through the monitor’s menu.
The stand and monitor can be easily assembled by the customer.
Each system will be provided with the following cables: (2x) DISPLAYPORT TO HDMI M/F, (2x) 23ft HDMI M/M,
(2x) 8in HDMI/DVI-D F/M and (2x) DVI male/HDMI female adaptor.
A medium Philips head screw driver, 4mm hex key/Allen wrench, and box cutter knife are required for installation.

Assembly
Procedure
1. Remove the Stand and Monitor box from its shipping pallet.
2. Open the monitor box and place the open end on the floor (flaps open) and lift the box off of the monitor.
3. Rotate the monitor and place it on its end and remove both of the Foam Protectors.
4. Place the monitor face down onto the Monitor Box as shown on the right.
5. Lock two of the front casters of the monitor stand, grab hold of the top of the stand and tilt it over, walking with
it until it is horizontal to the floor with the handle side
facing down. Remove the rear cover of the monitor (thumb screws) to access the monitors Input manifold.
6. Connect input cables into their respective connection locations. The left C Arm input (green tape) should always be applied to input No. 1.
NOTE: The Displayport to HDMI adaptor cable that comes
with the ilex 32 4K cannot be used to connect the HDMI cable
to the monitor’s Displayport Port. It can only be used to connect the Displayport Port on the C Arm to the HDMI cable.

7. Replace the Rear Monitor Cover after connecting all the input wires using the provided thumb screws removed in step 5.
8. Center and align the Monitor Mount Bracket to the Monitor’s Mounting Screw Holes. The Monitor Mount Bracket has multiple mounting positions to accommodate multiple Monitor Mount styles and sizes. IDI suggests to use the second set of screw holes from the top and the two lower aligning holes to mount the Monitor. All 4 (four) Mounting Screws must be installed prior to standing the Unit vertical.

9. Grasp the Stand Column with the assembled Monitor
and slowly raise the whole unit to an upright position walking with it until the Casters are all touching the Floor. The starting weight of the Monitor being lifted is less than 40 lbs. and will decrease as the base is lifted.

Monitor Tilt

10. If Monitor tilt is desired, hold the Monitor while carefully loosening the two Hex Screws located on the base of the Monitor Mount as shown in the view of the Monitor Stand in step 8. Once the Monitor can be tilted with slight force, move it to the desired position and then hand tighten the two Hex Screws while continuing to hold the Monitor in place.
11. Use the Monitor’s menu functions to program the desired PIP and video display selections. Refer to the user guide provided with the monitor for detailed instructions.

FSN display monitors come equipped with a rich set of features for system set-up, image
adjustments, and screen layout control. These features are managed through the “On Screen Display”, or “OSD.” Some options presented in the “OSD” are contextual and vary depending on the
active input signal. See the Controls section for a complete description of each OSD menu selection.

Cleaning
Monitor Screen
Precautions
Turn the Monitor off before cleaning it.
Use a soft lint free cloth, dont spray cleaning fluid directly on the screen as seepage could
damage internal electronics.
Take care not to scratch the front filter, be mindful of jewelry and use minimal pressure to clean the Monitor face.

Misty® Clear Lemon 10 Disinfectant.Bohle Glass Cleaner.Zep® Heavy-duty Glass and All Surface Cleaner.Klear® Screen.Screen TFT (Kontskt Chemie®).Incidin® Foam (Eco Lab®).Mikrozid® Cleaner.Mild Detergent.Isopropyl Alcohol with < 5% Concentration.Household Bleach (generic sodium hypochlorite, solutions of 5.25% sodium hypochlorite diluted
with water between 1:10 and 1:100.
Do Not Use
Alcohol/solvents at higher concentrations greater than 5%.Strong Alkalis or solvents.Detergents with Fluoride or Ammonia or Abrasives.Steel Wool, blades or scrubbing brushes.
Sponge with Abbrasives.
Monitor Case
Precautions
Clean the bezel and housing with a clean, soft, cotton cloth with a lightly moistened cleaning solution.
Apply recognized cleaning product for medical equipment directly to the cloth.
Repeat process with only water and wipe dry.
