INTENDED USE
This product is intended only for indoor residential and office use, not for
industrial or other commercial use. Use your fan only with adequate
wiring that matches code. If you have any questions about the adequacy
of your wiring, consult a qualified electrician. As with any electrical
appliance, use only with a smoke detector that is in proper working order.
In using your fan, you should read and follow the IMPORTANT

with any solid state speed control device, such as a dimmer switch. Do not

as this may cause electric shock and/or a fire hazard. Do not use in areas
where gasoline, paint, or flammable materials are used or stored. A fan
has sparking parts inside. Do not leave fan where drapes or curtains will
get pulled into the fan or against the fan guard.
This appliance has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other). To
reduce the risk of electric shock, this plug is intended to fit a polarized
outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit fully in the outlet, reverse the
