CONNECTING THE IZM100

Plug the include AC adapter into

the DC jack on the back of the unit

and connect the plug to a working

outlet not controlled by a light

switch.

Note: When unit is first plugged in, wait a few seconds for the unit

to boot up, then press either the Light Therapy Button OR the

Sound Therapy Button to start the breathing coach mode with

both light and sound.
