1. IMPORTANT NOTICE
This user guide has been prepared for products GT 15 and GT 25.
1.1 GENERAL SAFETY WARNINGS
Please, cerafully read a manuel to get best yield from the pellet boiler
This is a pellet boiler, so, please only use wood pellet as fuel.
6 mm pellet must be used as fuel.
Please do not put water on the boiler during operation.
Attention should be paid to the pellet boiler operating pressure.
Do not plug off while operating, please initially switch off, this operation is very
vital for the cooling of the boiler.
The boiler should not be installed in open, humid areas.
Take care of flue pipe standart sizes, the problems in case of using nonstandard
sizes will not be under our responsibility.
Installation, electrical connection, function test and maintenance must only
be carried out by authorised and qualified personnel.
Any change on the boiler should be done by authorized person or company.
A bad use or improper maintainance of the product can bring to explosion in
the combustion chamber.
Only spares parts adviced by producer should be used.
Install the product in accordance with all local and national legislation and
regulations in force in the region or state.
Do not put linen on the product to dry. Any drying racks or similar objects must
be kept at a safe distance from the product. Fire hazard.
The pellet has been placed inside the tank. Please do not put your hand inside
while the stove is working.
The product must be installed in accordance with the legislation of the
country where it will be installed.
This product should be used by adult people
Please do not operate the boiler before cleaning the combustion pot.
Improper installation, use, and inadequate maintenance can lead to increased
failures. Malfunctioning is mainly due to the combination of part or all of the
following factors:
5
o Combustion pot holes obstructed or combustion pot deformed, due to lack
of maintenance and conditions which can cause delayed ignitions, generating an anomalous production of unburned gases.
o Insufficient combustion air due to a reduced or clogged air inlet duct. o Use of smoke ducts nonconforming to regulatory installation requirements,
failing to guarantee an adequate draught.
o Partially clogged chimney, due to lack of maintenance, reducing the
draught and making ignition difficult.
o End chimney pot nonconforming to the indications of the instruction
manual, and therefore not suitable to prevent potential inverse draught.
The doors/covers on the appliance must remain closed when it is not used.
If there is a fire in the flue pipe, extinguish the boiler, disconnect it from the
power supply and never open the door. Then contact the competent authorities.
In the event of fire in the chimney, turn off the device, disconnect it from the
mains electricity and do not open the hatch. Then contact the competent authorities.
Do not stand for a long time in front of the product in operation.
Install the product in a location that does not present a fire hazard and is
equipped with power and air supplies and smoke extractors.
The product and the cladding must be stored in a dry place and must not be
exposed to weathering.
In the event of a malfunction with the ignition system, do not force it to light
by using flammable materials.
Disconnect the product from the 230V power supply before performing any
maintenance operation.
This factor is crucial when the product is installed in especially windy areas,
such as costal regions. The combination of one or more of these factors could generate important malfunctioning conditions. To keep this from occurring, it is fundamental to guarantee that the product is installed in compliance with standards in force. Furthermore it is of the utmost importance to respect the following simple rules:
o Pellets must never be loaded in the combustion pot manually, either
before ignition or during operation.
6
o The accumulation of unburned pellets ensuing a failed ignition must be
removed before repeating ignition. Also check that they are fed correctly and that the combustion air inlet/smoke outlet are regular.
If ignition fails repeatedly, immediately suspend use of the product and
contact a qualified technician to check its operation. Compliance with these indications is absolutely sufficient to guarantee proper operation and to avoid any type of problems with the product. If the above-mentioned precautions are not taken, and during ignition the combustion pot is overloaded with pellets thus generating anomalous smoke in the combustion chamber, carefully follow the indications below: o Do not disconnect electrical power to the product for any reason what ever:
this would stop the smoke extractor, releasing smoke into the environment.
o Take the precaution of opening the windows to ventilate the installation
room from any smoke in the environment (the chimney might not work properly).
o Do not open the fire door: this would compromise regular operation of the
smoke extraction system to the chimney.
o Just switch the boiler off by acting on the on-off button on the control panel
(not the rear power supply socket button!) and move away until smoke has completely evacuated.
Before attempting re-ignition, clean the combustion pot and its air passage holes completely of all deposits and unburned pellets. Put the combustion pot back in place, removing any residue from its support base. If ignition fails repeatedly, immediately suspend use of the product and contact a qualified technician to check its operation and the chimney.

2.1 PELLETS
Wood pellets are manufactured by hot-extruding compressed sawdust which is produced during the working of natural dried wood. The compactness of the material comes from the lignin which is contained in the wood itself, and allows the production of pellets without the use of glues or binders.
The market offers different types of pellet with characteristics which
vary depending on what mixture of woods is used. The diameter varies between 6 mm, with a standard length in the range 5 mm to 30 mm. Good quality pellets have a density which varies between 600 kg/m3 and 750 kg/m3, with a moisture content which varies from 5% to 8% by weight
We advice 6 mm pellets to be used.
The poorer the quality of the fuel, the more frequently will intervention be necessary for cleaning
the internal parts, such
as the grate and the combustion chamber.

3. INSTALLATION AND ASSEMBLY
3.1 Safe distance
If the boiler is installed next to a flammable wall, isolation should be done for the Wall.
Flammable materials should be kept at a safe distance in case of fire.
If the base where the boiler is to be installed is made of flammable materials,
if the boiler is put on flammable material, suitable isolation must be done.
Please keep away heat sensitive materials from boiler (flammable, explosive
etc.).
Where placed the boiler In the room for air circulation should be placed in safe
place.
The ground of boiler should be appropriate to the scale.

important, therefore, it must be done carefully. Warranty of the smoke pipe connection should be made accordingly.
The minimum safety opening surface sections should be 15%. Slope in the
horizontal section of the pipe should be 3-5%. (3-5 cm per meter). The horizantal chimney's duct should not be longer than 2 m.
The stove chimney pipe outer diameter is 100 mm.
Horizantal chimney's duct and vertical chimney's pipe should be made of durable
materials for heat, corrosion and condensation.
Please take care of flue pipe standart sizes, the problems in case of using
nonstandard sizes will not be under our responsibility.
4.1 BOILER AND CHIMNEY WITH INSTRUCTIONS
The main cause of the chimney fire;
o Improper selection or pipe that dust is flammable fuel. In the event of
appropriate conditions can cause fires ignite in the channels.
o Ways of avoiding them; that the chimney should be cleaned at least 2 times per
year, depending on the fuel quality.
o That correct and appropriate chimney selection should be made. Ensuring that
the sealing and smoke in the chimney pipe and must be made in isolation.
Fresh air intake area of the ducts that maintaining and cleaning the boiler is
installed.
Surrounding the peak point of the roof of the chimney to the interference of the
obstacle (the ridge) from height must be at least 80 cm.
Should chimney's pipe inner diameter is 100 mm.
Chimney flue test should be performed before making connections. If the chimney
connections should be carried out after removal of the traction problem had this problem in the chimney.
15
The boiler pipe connected to the horizontal chimney’s duct must not be longer than
2 m. Boiler pipe elbow should be used only until the chimney. (Site selection for boiler should be determined by the closest point where the chimney.)
To avoid turbulence around the chimney flue without any obstructions (high
buildings, trees, etc.) Must be 10 meter away at least.
The pellet boiler should be mounted as close to the chimney as possible (chimney
connection should be short).
Chimney cap should be used to prevent the flow into the chimney flue
repercussions of windy weather and rain. Concrete blocks is affected by temperature changes, concrete flat roof which is in direct contact with the air must be absolutely isolated.
Boilers must be connected to a chimney duct which can move vertically smoke outside the building or its flue pipe to the highest point of the building. Chimney connections, if that would be considered illegal in the first combustion fumes can cause the wall to infiltrate the processing of these leaks may leave traces. Leaked smoke and / or flames can cause burns or fire because it can be very hot.
16
4.2 SUITABLE SHAPES OF CHIMNEY
The remaining portion of the chimney outside the home, it must be insulated. The smoke in the event of an electrical failure of your boiler with a natural drive capable threw out the chimney must be applied.
