Thank you for purchasing the IDX AC-60, 60W, V-Mount Camera Power Supply, we hope that its
compact careful design will satisfy all your power needs. Prior to using the AC-60 we strongly
recommend that you read this Instruction Manual on how to best use the AC-60 and keep this
manual for future reference. If you have any additional questions, please contact the appropriate IDX
office listed below.

60W IDX V-Mount Camera Power Supply

FEATURES

z Camera power supply for camera or ENG equipment of 12V input voltage.
z Automatic power supply, no switching is required, input voltage from 100V to 240V.
z High capacity 60W DC Power Supply.
z Easy direct connection to camera via V-Mount.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

a. Attach the AC-60 to the camera or ENG equipment.
b. Connect AC Cord to mains power, orange LED shows power on.
c. DC power out from V-Mount terminals. DC output voltage is set at 15V(fixed)
d. Switch on the camera or ENG equipment and use.

NOTE : Some ENG equipment and certain cameras when switched on may draw a large initial
load that may activate the AC-60’s over current protection circuitry which will stop supply of the
power)

CAUTION IN USE

z When using, be sure to attach the unit to the camera or ENG equipment firmly.
z While in use, do not block the ventilation holes.
z During use, the temperature of the unit will rise; this is normal and not a

malfunction.

z Do not expose the unit to direct sunlight, use in well ventilated areas.
z Do not operate near equipment that can be influenced by noise, such as a TV,

etc.

z Do not open the unit or attempt to repair any malfunction by yourself, there is a

sealed power supply circuit inside; in case of malfunction please contact IDX or
your nearest IDX agent.
