Quick Start Guide for Apple Mobile Devices

Thank you for purchasing the iAuthenticate reader. The purpose of this guide is to assist you in getting the iAuthenticate 2.0 reader up and
running on your mobile device.
Things you will need:
• iAuthenticate Reader
• Apple device* with a Lightning Connector
• Access to the Apple App Store
1. There are two Apps available to download. To determine which App you will need to download, please look at the label on the back of the
iAuthenticate 2.0. If the reader’s label has a THURSBY icon, you will need the Sub Rosa App. If the reader does not have the THURSBY icon,
you will need to purchase the Sub Rosa Pro App.
2. Insert the iAuthenticate reader into your Apple device as shown in the picture. If you have the OtterBox version of iAuthenticate, be sure
to align the rails on the case.

3. Once the device is inserted, a message may be displayed on the phone.
If a message is displayed click on “App Store” If a message is NOT displayed navigate to the App Store and search for “Sub Rosa”
4. Click on “Install”.
5. The software is now installed and ready to use.
