Lift the handset then dial 9 followed by the telephone number.
Lift the handset then dial the internal extension number in full.
Internal Transfer
(unannounced)
Press the Transfer key then dial the internal extension number;
Wait for ringing tone then hang up.
Transfer Call
(announced)
Press the Transfer key then dial the internal extension number. When
answered by the internal party, announce the caller and then hang up; the
call will be transferred.
To ‘consult’, whilst on a call, press the transfer key and dial the required
extension or external number. When answered you can announce who is
calling. Each press of the transfer key will alternate between calls.
Press the Transfer key then dial 9 followed by the external telephone
number. When answered by the external party, announce the caller and
then hang up; the call will be transferred.
Press the Transfer key then dial the internal extension number and
immediately press the Hold key. The call will be placed on hold at the
dialled extension.
Press the Hold key and replace the handset. The call will be placed onto
the next available ‘Call’ key on your telephone. To retrieve the call, lift the
handset and press the appropriate flashing ‘Call’ key.
To retreive a call at your extension, press the appropriate flashing Call,
Park or Line key or dial *11. To retreive a call at another extension, dial
*12 then dial the extension number where the call is on hold.
Press the Group Pickup key or dial *65 followed by the extension number
you wish to pick up. Alternatively, if you have keys programmed for
internal extensions, pressing the appropriate flashing key will pick up the
call ringing at that extension.
During a call press Conference then dial an extension or external number.
When the next caller is connected, press Conference and then the next
number. To start the conference, press Conference twice.
The volume keys will adjust the volume of the current mode
(ringing/hands-free/earpiece).

Press the Headset key (if programmed) to enable headset mode. When
you phone is in headset mode, the Speaker key is used to answer and hang
up.
To answer a call hands-free, without lifting the handset press the Speaker
key. A subsequent press of the Speaker key will terminate the call.
If you have answered the call using the handset and wish to change to
hands-free mode, press the Speaker key BEFORE replacing the handset.
To access your call log, press the Scroll button, then press the button
corresponding to CALL displayed on the screen. Then press Scroll followed
by the LOG button. Select IN or OUT, then use the volume keys to scroll
through the list of numbers. Press the DIAL key to call the number.

Dial *601 then the number you wish to divert to.
Dial *602 then the number you wish to divert to.
Dial *603 then the number you wish to divert to.
Providing you have programmed the ‘When Busy’ and ‘When
Unanswered’ diverts, dial *604 to activate both of the above.

Unanswered’ diverts, dial *604 to activate both of the above.
Dial *600 to cancel all diverts.
Dial *19 to re-dial the last number you called or press REDIAL key
Dial *16 followed by the speed dial address (050-999)
Dial *16 followed by the personal speed dial address (00-49)
If you have a directory key programmed, press the DIRECTORY key then select
STATION, PERSONAL or SYSTEM then use the volume keys to scroll through the
entries. To dial, select the dial soft-key.
Press Transfer then dial 104. Press HOLD to clear the current entry then enter
the required name using the keypad. Please note, should the next letter to be
entered be on the same key button, press the volume up or down keys to
move the cursor back or forward.
Programming Personal
Speed Dial Numbers
Press Transfer then dial 105 followed by the two digit speed dial code (00-49).
Press 9 then enter the required external number followed by Transfer.
Naming Your Personal
Speed Dial Numbers
Press Transfer then dial 106 followed by the two digit speed code (00-49) then
use the keypad to enter the required number up to a maximum of 11
characters.
