System Overview
Ultra HD Surveillance is here - now you can capture your
surveillance footage in stunning 4K resolution! The new
ICIP-8000 series of 4K cameras paired with a compatible 4K
series NVR will bring your surveillance system to new,
unforeseen levels of clarity and resolution.
The ICIP-D8123-IR is a 12MP (> 4K) Day/Night, Motorized
Zoom Dome camera. On top of the sensor sits a 4.1mm ~
16.4mm motorized zoom lens which delivers a 105° ~ 35°
horizontal field of view. 3 high intensity IR illuminators are
equipped and yield 164’’ (50 meters) of IR distance, allowing
long range shots as well.
This camera also represents the ‘AI’ line of smart cameras from
ICRealtime. It’s AI (Advanced Intelligence) suite of features
includes: Tripwire, Intrusion, Missing/Abandoned Object, Face
Detection, People Counting, and Heat Mapping. H265
compression is included standard as well to handle these
extreme high resolutions.
Functions
ePoE Technology
ePoE technology adopts advanced 2D-PAM3 coding modulation
from the physical layer and realizes full duplex transmission over
800 meters at the speed of 10Mbps, or 300 meters at the speed of
100Mbps via Cat 5 or coaxial cable media. It supports PoE and
PoC power supply technology, which has greatly simplified
construction and wiring. ePoE technology offer a new way to
accomplish long distance transmission between IP cameras and
network switches. It allows for a more flexible surveillance system
design, improves reliability, and saves on construction and wiring
costs.

Advanced Intelligence (People Counting, Heatmap)
In addition to the basic IVS functions, such as Tripwires and
Intrusion Zones, this camera also supports more advanced IVS
solutions. Heat Maps will overlay different ‘thermographic’ colors
depending on activity levels in a region ranging from blue to red,
while People Counting is used to tally human traffic throughout a
region of interest. People Counting and Heat Mapping provide
essential analytic data for a variety of business applications by
keeping track of key census and crowd density statistics.
Smart Codec (H.265+ & H.264+)
Smart Codec is the optimized implementation of standard video
compression (H.265 & H.264) that uses a scene-adaptive
encoding strategy, dynamic GOP, dynamic ROI, flexible
multi-frame reference structure and intelligent noise reduction to
deliver high-quality video without straining the network. Smart
Codec technology reduces bit rate and storage requirements by up
to 70% when compared to the standard video compression.
Environmental & Protection
With a temperature range of -40 °C to +60 °C (-40 °F to +140 °F),
the camera is designed for extreme temperature environments.
Supporting ±25% input voltage tolerance, this camera suits even
the most unstable conditions for outdoor applications. Its 6KV
lightning rating provides effective protection for both the camera
and its structure against lightning. Subjected and certified to
rigorous dust and immersion tests (IP67) and impact tests (IK10),
The camera complies with an IK10 impact rating making it capable
of withstanding the equivalent of 5 kg (11.02 lbs) of force dropped
from a height of 40 cm (15.75 in.)
