System Overview

The camera to choose when aesthetics matter, the
ICIP-D2022-28-C. A camera with a minimalistic footprint yet
premier features and resolution.

The ICIP-D2022-28-C is a recessed mount Dome camera,
designed to be installed in ceiling mount applications. The
recessed can allows for all of the camera components to be
concealed inside the ceiling while leaving a small, sleek dome
footprint exposed for the lowest profile dome camera possible.
Inside the chassis is a 1/3’’ 4MP CMOS based image sensor
that supports True WDR (120 dB). The HD 2MP image itself is
compressed on board is triple encoded into three separate
streams, and supports both H.265 and H.264 compression for
the highest fidelity of video while maintaining the lowest
bitrate possible. A 2.8mm lens offers a 110 degree horizontal
field of vision

The real magic of this camera lies in it’s AI (Advanced
Intelligence) suite of features, which includes: Tripwire,
Intrusion, Scene Change, and Face Detection.

Functions

Wide Dynamic Range

Embedded with industry leading wide dynamic range (WDR)
technology, vivid pictures are achieved even in the most intense
contrast lighting conditions. For applications with both bright and
low lighting conditions that change quickly, True WDR (120dB)
optimizes both the bright and dark areas of a scene at the same
time to provide usable video.

Protection

Supporting ±30% input voltage tolerance, this camera suits even
the most unstable conditions for outdoor applications. Its 6KV
lightning rating provides protection against the camera and its
structure from the effects of lightning. IK08 compliance enables
the camera to sustain the equivalent of 1.7kg (3.75lbs) force.

Smart H.265+

Deliver high quality video without straining the network, Smart
H.265+ is the optimized implementation of H.265. The Smart
H.265+ encoding technology includes a scene adaptive encoding
strategy, dynamic GOP, dynamic ROI, flexible multi-frame
reference structure and intelligent noise reduction, providing
saving of up to 70% of bandwidth and storage when compared
with standard H.265.

HEVC (H.265)

The H.265 (ITU-T VCEG) video compression standard offers
double the data compression ratio at the same level of video
quality, or substantially improved video quality at the same bit rate,
as compared to older video compression technologies. H.265
offers such impressive compression by expanding the pattern
comparison and difference coding, improving motion vector
prediction and motion region merging, and incorporating an
additional filtering step called sample-adaptive offset filtering.

Intelligent Video System (IVS)

With built-in intelligent video analytics, the camera has the ability
to detect and analyze moving objects for improved video
surveillance. The camera provides optional standard intelligence at
