ICP9047MA & ICP9087MA
The ICP9047MA and ICP9087MA are the first of
the next generation ICP PCI-X to SATA II RAID
controllers. In connection with the integrated
ROC (RAID-on-Chip) architecture and 256MB
DDR memory , they stand for improved
performance within servers and workstations.
With the support of the RAID levels 1E, 5EE
and 6, these controllers offer additional
potentialities to enhance data availability
within server systems. The ICP9047MA and
ICP9087MA are designed for „high-density
and entry-level rack mount servers", but also
for „high-end desktops and workstations“.

l RAID cache holds cached data and stores it even
