Welcome to your new Boundless S3. We hope you enjoy
using it as much as we do.
Before using your product, we strongly encourage you
to fully read through this user guide. This guide will help
you operate your new wireless speaker with Bluetooth®.
Please also familiarize yourself with the Bluetooth functions of your mobile phone and/or other devices. Last,
remember to follow the safety guidelines at all times.
For best performance, charge fully before rst use.

IV. Usage
A. CHARGING YOUR DEVICE
The Boundless S3 oers convenient charging via a micro
USB port. For best sound quality, you must charge the
product fully before using it for the rst time.
Steps:
1. Find the USB cable included with this product.
2. Connect the micro connector to the speaker’s micro
USB port.
3. Connect the other end to your computer’s USB port. Make
sure your computer is turned on. (You may also connect
the cable to a USB power adapter for charging with an
electrical outlet. )
IMPORTANT: Use only a USB power adapter with a rated
output that matches the speaker power input (DC 5V, 500mA).
4. When charging, the indicator light by the power button
will turn red.
5. When fully charged, the indicator light will turn o.
B. PAIRING DEVICES
To use your Bluetooth® speaker, you must rst pair it with
a Bluetooth enabled device, such as a smartphone or a
computer. Once paired, the speaker will automatically recognize and connect to the Bluetooth device in the future.

Steps:
1. Make sure the speaker is charged. Turn on the speaker.
2. The indicator light by the power button will ash red
and blue rapidly. The speaker is in pairing mode. (If necessary, hold the Play/Call button on top of the speaker
until the indicator light starts to ash red and blue).
3. Turn on your Bluetooth device and ensure its Bluetooth
function is activated. You will nd this option on most
devices under Settings or Options.
4. Follow your device’s instructions to search for Bluetooth devices. After a few seconds, your Bluetooth
device will list the speaker as a discovered device. The
speaker ID is “Boundless S3”.
5. Select the Boundless S3 to pair the two devices. If asked
for a passcode, enter “0000”.
6. A tone will sound and the indicator light will ash blue
intermittently. Your Bluetooth enabled device has been
successfully connected.
C. PAIRING DEVICES USING NFC
If you have an NFC enabled device, you can take advantage of the Boundless S3’s NFC function for easier and
quicker pairing. NFC lets you pair devices almost instantaneously by simply tapping them together.
1. Make sure the speaker is charged. Turn on the speaker.
2. The indicator light by the power button will ash red
and blue rapidly. The speaker is in pairing mode.
3. Turn on your device and ensure its Bluetooth and NFC

functions are active. You will nd these options on most
devices under Settings or Options.
4. Briey hold your device against the NFC logo on the
side of the speaker. Accept the request when your
device asks if you want to pair with the Boundless S3
speaker.
5. A tone will sound and the indicator light will ash blue
intermittently. Your Bluetooth enabled device has been
successfully connected.
D. PLAYING AUDIO AND TAKING CALLS
Select the application on your Bluetooth device that you
want to use with the speaker, and press play from that
application.
Once the speaker is playing, you may press the Play/Call
button on top of the speaker to pause and resume audio.
To answer an incoming call, press the same Play/Call button. Press again to end the call. The speaker will resume
playing.
E. CHANGING SONGS AND ADJUSTING THE
VOLUME
To change songs, press the “-” or “+” button once.
To increase or decrease the volume, hold the “-” or “+” button for several seconds.

F. AUX INPUT
In addition to playing audio via Bluetooth, this product
also supports AUX input.
To use, connect a 3.5mm line-in cable from the speaker to
any device with an audio output (headphone) jack. The
speaker will automatically start playing audio from the
connected device. To stop using the AUX input, simply
disconnect the cable.
V. Safety Guidelines
Please follow the safety guidelines below at all times when
operating or caring for your device.
• Listen to music at a proper volume to avoid hurting
your hearing and the speakers.
• Do not connect an external amplier to the AUX input.
• Avoid storage in high temperatures, such as in a hot
vehicle or in direct sunlight.
• Do not expose the speaker or any of its supplied parts
to rain or other liquids.
• Do not drop or cause undue impact to the speaker.
• Do not modify, repair, or dismantle the product on
your own.
