Si prega di osservare prima di utilizzare il proprio scooter THE ONE, gli avvertimenti e
precauzioni contenuti nel presente manuale.

Se prestate lo scooter ad altri per l’uso, lasciate che gli utenti leggano attentamente le

istruzioni, al ne di minimizzare al massimo la possibilità di incidenti.

NORME DI LEGGE

Per l’utilizzo dello scooter, è fatto obbligo di seguire le norme di circolazione in vigore nel proprio Paese (Codice
della Strada). Nella maggioranza dei Paesi per guidare uno scooter non occorrono permessi delle Autorità, né la

Patente di Guida. Ogni utente è tenuto ad informarsi in merito ad eventuali permessi di guida e norme particolari

per gli scooter presso le Autorità Locali. È possibile circolare con lo scooter sulle strade e sulle vie pubbliche
solo con l’aggiunta degli equipaggiamenti prescritti dalla legge nel Paese di utilizzo (consultare il Codice della

Strada).

Informazioni sul riciclaggio delle batterie per l’Unione Europea

Le batterie o le loro confezioni sono etichettate ai sensi della Direttiva europea 2006/66/EC
relativa a pile e accumulatori e ai riuti di pile e accumulatori. La Direttiva determina le condizioni
generali per la restituzione e il riciclaggio delle batterie e degli accumulatori usati come previsto
nel territorio dell’Unione Europea. Questa etichetta viene applicata a diverse batterie per indicare

che una volta esaurita la propria vita utile non devono essere gettate, ma recuperate ai sensi di

tale Direttiva.

Ai sensi della Direttiva europea 2006/66/EC, vengono etichettate a indicare che devono essere

raccolte separatamente e riciclate al termine della propria vita utile. L’etichetta apposta sulla

batteria può includere anche un simbolo clinico che indica il metallo in questa contenuto (Pb per
piombo, Hg per il mercurio e Cd per il cadmio). Le batterie egli accumulatori non devono essere
smaltiti come riuti municipali misti, ma è necessario attenersi al quadro per la raccolta messo a
disposizione dei clienti per la restituzione, il riciclaggio e il trattamento di batterie e accumulatori.
La collaborazione degli utenti è fondamentale per ridurre al minimo i potenziali effetti di batterie
e accumulatori sull’ambiente e la salute umana, a causa della potenziale presenza di sostanze

pericolose.

I prodotti di THE ONE, venduti all’interno dell’Unione Europea rispettano i requisiti della Direttiva
2011/65/UE sulla restrizione dell’uso di determinate sostanze pericolose nelle apparecchiature
elettriche ed elettroniche (“RoHS rifusa” o “RoHS 2”).

anche se siete utenti esperti.

Utilizzare sempre il freno elettrico e il freno a pedale per l’arresto di emergenza.

Uso del pannello di controllo

1. La capacità e la velocità della batteria vengono visualizzate istantaneamente in base allo stato di marcia.

2. Premere brevemente (0) per accendere lo scooter, premere a lungo (3 secondi) per spegnere.

3. Dopo aver acceso lo scooter, premere brevemente(0) per accendere la luce anteriore e premere di nuovo
brevemente (0) per spegnerlo.

4. Dopo aver acceso lo scooter, premere brevemente (0) due volte per cambiare le marce:
senza “S” significa modalità bassa velocità,
con “S” significa modalità media velocità,
con “S” rossa significa modalità ad alta velocità.

5. È possibile controllare lo scooter con APP dopo averlo collegato con il dispositivo Bluetooth.

Piegare le istruzioni di regolazione del gioco:

1. Quando lo spazio di piegatura del dispositivo è troppo grande, la vite superiore può essere ruotata a

destra con un chiavino esagonale. Le chiavi e le viti sinistra e destra devono essere regolate.

2. Attenzione: prima della regolazione, assicurarsi che il veicolo si trovi in modalità di blocco. Dopo la
regolazione, assicurarsi che il pulsante e possa essere utilizzato normalmente. Il perno di chiusura può
normalmente essere posizionato verso il basso.

Controlla e interagisci con il tuo THE ONE Scooter attraverso l’app MyTHEONE.

1. Accendere lo scooter. Un’icona Bluetooth lampeggiante indica che lo scooter è in attesa di una connessione.
Avviare l’applicazione e fare clic su “Ricerca di dispositivi” per connettersi allo scooter che emetterà un
segnale acustico quando sarà connesso. L’icona Bluetooth smetterà di lampeggiare e resterà illuminata.

2. Ora è possibile iniziare ad utilizzare lo scooter, controllare lo stato con l’ App e interagire con le sue molteplici funzioni.

Promemoria di sicurezza

● Questo scooter elettrico è un dispositivo concepito per il tempo libero. Quando
utilizzato in aree pubbliche è però di fatto considerato veicolo, soggetto a tutti i

rischi correlati. Per la propria sicurezza, seguire le istruzioni riportate nel manuale e

rispettare sempre le regole previste dal codice della strada stabilito dalle istituzioni e

dalle agenzie normative.

● È comunque necessario essere consapevoli che i rischi non possono essere evitati

in toto, in quanto anche le altre persone possono violare il codice della strada e

guidare in maniera azzardata e che la possibilità di essere coinvolti in incidenti è la
stessa di quando si cammina o si utilizza la bicicletta. Più veloce è la marcia dello
scooter, più tempo sarà necessario per fermarlo. Su superci molto lisce, lo scooter
può scivolare, perdere l’equilibrio e provocare persino cadute. È quindi necessario
prestare la massima attenzione, mantenere una velocità e una distanza corrette, in

particolare quando non si conosce il luogo in cui si circola.

● Rispettare il diritto di precedenza dei pedoni. Cercare di non cogliere di sorpresa

pedoni, in particolare i bambini, quando ci si trova alla guida. Quando ci si trova

a viaggiare dietro a dei pedoni, suonare il campanello per segnalare la propria

presenza e rallentare lo scooter per sorpassarli alla loro sinistra (regola valida nei

paesi in cui i veicoli procedono a destra). Quando ci si trova a guidare in mezzo a

gruppi di pedoni, mantenersi a destra e procedere a bassa velocità.

● Rispettare scrupolosamente le istruzioni di sicurezza previste dal manuale, in

particolare nei paesi in cui sono assenti speciche norme e regolamenti in merito
agli scooter elettrici. THE ONE non sarà responsabile per eventuali danni economici,
danni sici, incidenti, contenziosi e altri conitti di interesse risultanti da azioni

commesse in violazione alle istruzioni fornite.

● Non afdare lo scooter a persone che non ne conoscono il funzionamento. Quando
lo si presta ad altri, è necessario assumersi la responsabilità che questi ne conoscano

il funzionamento e che indossino i dispositivi di protezione individuale.

● Controllare lo scooter prima di ogni utilizzo. Quando si notano componenti allentati

o si rilevano avvisi di batteria scarica, pneumatici sgon, usura eccessiva, rumori

insoliti, malfunzionamenti o altre condizioni anomale, interrompere immediatamente
l’uso dello scooter e contattare l’assistenza.

9. Manutenzione e cura quotidiana

Pulizia e conservazione

Se sul corpo dello scooter sono presenti delle macchie, pulirlo con un panno umido. Se non è

possibile rimuoverle, applicare del dentifricio e rimuoverlo con un comune spazzolino, quindi
passare uno straccio umido. Se nelle parti in plastica sono visibili dei graffi, utilizzare carta o altri
materiali abrasivi per rimuoverli.

Note: non pulire lo scooter con alcool, benzina, cherosene o altri solventi chimici volatili o corrosivi

per evitare danni agli pneumatici. Non lavare lo scooter con un getto d’acqua ad alta pressione.

Durante la pulizia, accertarsi che lo scooter sia spento, il cavo di ricarica sia staccato e la protezione

in gomma sia chiusa per evitare che eventuali infiltrazioni d’acqua possano provocare scosse

elettriche o altri gravi problemi.

Quando lo scooter non viene utilizzato, parcheggiarlo in un luogo chiuso, asciutto e fresco. Non
parcheggiarlo all’esterno per lunghi periodi di tempo. Un’esposizione eccessiva alla luce del
sole, un eccessivo riscaldamento o raffreddamento accelera l’invecchiamento dei pneumatici e

compromette la durata della vita utile del gruppo batteria.

Per un corretto funzionamento e utilizzo del vostro e-scooter è consigliabile controllare lo stato delle

viti. Se necessario, avvitare le viti installate.

Manutenzione della batteria

1. Utilizzare gruppi batteria originali. L’utilizzo di altri gruppi o marchi potrebbero compromettere la sicurezza;

2. Non toccare i contatti Non smontare o forare la protezione. Tenere i contatti lontani da oggetti metallici
per impedire il corto circuito, situazione in grado di provocare danni alla batteria, lesioni e persino il decesso
dell’utente;

3. Utilizzare un adattatore di alimentazione originale per evitare possibili danni o lo svilupparsi di incendi;

4. L’utilizzo improprio delle batterie usate può provocare gravissimi danni ambientali. Per proteggere
l’ambiente è necessario seguire le normative locali per smaltire correttamente le batterie usate.

5. Dopo ogni utilizzo, ricaricare completamente la batteria per prolungarne la vita utile.

Non collocare la batteria in ambienti con temperature superiori ai 50 °C o inferiori a -20 °C (ad es. non
lasciare lo scooter o il gruppo batteria in un’auto parcheggiata in pieno sole per un lungo periodo di tempo).
Non gettare il gruppo batteria nel fuoco in quanto potrebbe danneggiare irrimediabilmente la batteria,
surriscaldarla e generare ulteriori incendi. Se si prevede di non utilizzare lo scooter per più di 30 giorni,
caricare completamente la batteria e parcheggiarlo in un luogo secco e fresco. Ricordare di ricaricare lo
scooter ogni 60 giorni per evitare possibili danni alla batteria, non coperti dalla garanzia limitata.
Ricaricare sempre la batteria prima che si scarichi completamente per prolungare la vita utile della batteria.
Il gruppo batteria funziona meglio a temperatura ambiente mentre le sue prestazioni diminuiscono quando
la temperatura è inferiore a 0 °C. Ad esempio, quando la temperatura è inferiore a -20 °C, la velocità di
marcia è di appena la metà o inferiore a quella normale. Quando la temperatura aumenta, la velocità di

marcia rientra nei valori normali.

Nota: lo scooter THE ONE completamente carico ha un’autonomia di 120-180 giorni. Il chip intelligente

integrato mantiene un registro delle ricariche e degli scaricamenti. I danni causati da lunghi periodi di

mancata ricarica sono irreversibili e non coperti dalla garanzia limitata Una volta danneggiata, la batteria
non può più essere ricaricata (è di fatto vietato ai normali utenti smontare il gruppo batteria in quanto
potrebbe sussistere il rischio di scosse elettriche, corto circuito o verificarsi gravi incidenti a livello di

sicurezza).

12. Informazioni sul servizio

Gli utenti devono operare secondo questo manuale del prodotto, in caso motivo di difetti

di produzione, secondo le disposizioni della legge, l’azienda soddisfa i suoi obblighi di

garanzia.

Scaduto il periodo di garanzia sulle componenti principali, tutti gli interventi saranno a
pagamento.

In caso di sostituzione della batteria oltre il periodo di garanzia, essa sarà fornita al prezzo
corrente, ma la batteria deve essere riciclata 1:1, la batteria deve essere smaltita o restituita
al produttore della batteria per garantire la sicurezza, in modo da non inquinare l’ambiente.

REGULATIONS

When using of the scooter, it is both necessary to follow the trafc regulations (Highway Code) enforced in
your country. In most countries, driving a scooter does not require permits from the Authorities, or a Driving
License. However, users are obliged to inquire about any driving permits and special rules for scooters with
Local Authorities. It is possible to use the scooter on roads and on public roads only with the addition of the
safety equipment, as established by law in the country of use (see the Highway Code).

The batteries or their packaging are labeled in accordance with the European Directive 2006/66
/ EC relating to batteries and accumulators as well as how to dispose of them appropriately.
The Directive determines the general conditions for the return and recycling of batteries and

different batteries to indicate that once their use is exhausted, they must not be thrown away, but
disposed of according to the regulations under this Directive.

1. The capacity and speed of the battery are displayed instantly according to the state of travel.

2. Short press (0) to turn on the scooter, long press (3 seconds) to turn off.

3. After turning on the scooter, press briefly (0) to turn on the front light and press briefly again (0) to turn it

off.

4. After switching on the scooter, press briefly (0) twice to change gears:
without “S” means low speed mode,
with “S” means medium speed mode,

1. Turn on the scooter. A flashing Bluetooth icon indicates that the scooter is waiting for a connection. Start the

Safety reminder

● This electric scooter is a device designed for leisure time. When used in public
areas, however, it is considered a vehicle, subject to all related risks. For your own
safety, follow the instructions in the manual and always respect the rules set by the
highway code established by the institutions and regulatory agencies.

● It is however necessary to be aware that the risks cannot be avoided in full, as other
people can violate the highway code, therefore increasing the possibility of being
involved in accidents. The faster the scooter travels, the longer it will take to stop it.
On very smooth surfaces, the scooter can slip, lose its balance and even cause
falls. It is therefore necessary to pay the utmost attention, to maintain a safe speed
and distance, especially when riding in unfamiliar areas.

● Respect the right of way for pedestrians. Try not to catch pedestrians by surprise,
especially children, when you are driving. When you nd yourself traveling behind
pedestrians, ring the bell to signal your presence and slow down the scooter to pass
them on their left (valid rule in the countries where the vehicles proceed to the right).
When you are driving in groups of pedestrians, keep to the right and proceed at low

speed.

● Strictly comply with the safety instructions provided in the manual, particularly in
countries where specic rules and regulations regarding electric scooters are
absent. THE ONE will not be liable for any economic damage, physical damage,
accidents, disputes and other conicts of interest resulting from actions committed

in violation of the instructions provided.

● Do not entrust the scooter to people who do not know how to use it. When you lend
it to others, you must take ensure that they know how it works and that they wear

personal protective equipment.

● Check the scooter before each use. When you notice loose components or if you
notice low battery warning, at tires, excessive wear, unusual noises, malfunctions,
or other abnormal conditions, stop using the scooter immediately and contact

customer service.

9. Maintenance and daily care

Cleaning and storage

If there are stains on the body of the scooter, clean it with a damp cloth. If it is not possible to
remove them, apply toothpaste and remove it with a common brush, then wipe with a damp cloth.
If scratches are visible in the plastic parts, use sandpaper or other abrasive materials to remove

them.

Notes: Do not clean the scooter with alcohol, gasoline, kerosene or other volatile or corrosive
chemical solvents to avoid damaging the tires. Do not wash the scooter with a high pressure water
jet. During cleaning, make sure the scooter is switched off, the charging cable is disconnected
and the rubber protection is closed to prevent any water infiltration, which can cause electric
shocks or other serious problems.

When the scooter is not in use, park it in an enclosed, dry and cool place. Do not park it outside
for long periods of time. Excessive exposure to sunlight, excessive heating, or cooling accelerates
aging of the tires and compromises the life of the battery pack.

For correct your e-scooter operation and use make sure the screws are tightened. If necessary
tighten the screws.

Battery maintenance

1. Use original battery packs. The use of other brands could compromise safety.

2. Do not touch the anodes. Do not disassemble or puncture the guard. Keep the anodes away from
metal objects to prevent short circuit situations that could cause damage to the battery, injury, or

even the death of the user.

3. Use an original power adapter to avoid possible damage or fire.

4. Improper disposal of used batteries can cause serious environmental damage. To protect the
environment you must follow local regulations to properly dispose of used batteries.

5. After each use, fully recharge the battery to prolong its life.

Do not place the battery in environments with temperatures above 50 ° C or below -20 ° C (eg do not
leave the scooter or battery pack in a car parked in direct sunlight for a long period of time). Do not
throw the battery pack into a fire as it could irreparably damage the battery, overheat it and generate
further fires. If you plan not to use the scooter for more than 30 days, fully charge the battery and
park it in a dry and cool place. Remember to recharge the scooter every 60 days to avoid possible
damage to the battery, not covered by the limited warranty.
Always recharge the battery before it is completely discharged to prolong the life of the battery.
The battery pack works best at room temperature while its performance decreases when the
temperature is below 0 ° C. For example, when the temperature is below -20 ° C, travel speed is only
half or less than normal. When the temperature increases, the travel speed is within normal range.

Note: The fully charged scooter THE ONE has a range of 120-180 days. The integrated smart chip
maintains a record of reloads and downloads. Damages caused by long periods of non-recharging
are irreversible and not covered by the limited warranty. Once damaged, the battery can no longer
be recharged (it is in fact forbidden for regular users to disassemble the battery pack as there may
be a risk of electric shock, short circuit or serious safety incidents occur).

12. Information about the

assistance service

Users must operate according to this product manual, in case of production defects,

according to the provisions of the law, the company fulfills its warranty obligations.

After the warranty period has expired on the main components, all services will be
subject to payment.

In case of battery replacement beyond the warranty period, the battery will be supplied at
the current price, but the battery must be recycled 1:1, the battery must be disposed of or

returned

to the battery manufacturer to ensure safe disposal.
