Il presente manuale contiene importanti indicazioni relative alla sicurezza e alle prestazioni.
Si raccomanda di leggere attentamente prima dell’utilizzo della e-Bike Icon.e, riservando
particolare attenzione agli avvertimenti e alle precauzioni da adottare nella sua gestione.

Se prestate la bicicletta elettrica ad altri per l’uso, lasciate che gli utenti leggano
attentamente le istruzioni.

NORME DI LEGGE

Per l’utilizzo della Bicicletta a Pedalata Assistita, è fatto obbligo di seguire le norme di circolazione in vigore
nel proprio Paese (Codice della Strada). Nella maggioranza dei Paesi per guidare una Bicicletta a pedalata
assistita non occorrono permessi delle Autorità, né la Patente di Guida. Ogni utente è tenuto ad informarsi in
merito ad eventuali permessi di guida e norme particolari per le Biciclette a Pedalata Assistita presso le Autorità
Locali. È possibile circolare con la Bicicletta a Pedalata Assistita sulle strade e sulle vie pubbliche solo con
l’aggiunta degli equipaggiamenti prescritti dalla legge nel Paese di utilizzo (consultare il Codice della Strada).

Le Biciclette a Pedalata Assistita ICONE sono conformi al disposto dell’Art. 50
del Nuovo Codice della Strada:

I velocipedi sono veicoli con due o più ruote funzionanti a propulsione esclusivamente muscolare, per mezzo
di pedali, azionati dalle persone che si trovano sul veicolo; sono altresì considerati velocipedi le Biciclette a
Pedalata Assistita, dotate di un motore ausiliario elettrico avente potenza nominale continua massima di 0,25KW

la cui alimentazione è progressivamente ridotta ed inne interrotta quando il veicolo raggiunge i 25 km/h o prima

se il ciclista smette di pedalare.

DIRETTIVA EUROPEA 2002/96/CE

Questo simbolo signica che la Bicicletta è assoggettata alla direttiva europea
2002/96/CE e vi obbliga a smaltire le parti della Bicicletta separatamente dai riuti

domestici, consegnandola in un apposito centro di restituzione e raccolta.

MARCHIO CE

Marchio CE sulla targhetta del prodotto.Questo simbolo signica che la bicicletta a

pedalata assistita soddisfa tutti i requisiti di sicurezza basilari delle direttive europee
applicabili.

Accessori

Scegliete sempre gli accessori e i componenti per le modiche insieme a un
rivenditore specializzato e che abbia ricevuto una formazione specica. In riferimento
agli accessori e al peso supplementare che implicano, tenete sempre conto anche del
peso massimo consentito dalla Bicicletta. Si può richiedere l’aggiunta dei seguenti

accessori:

• Equipaggiamento per il transito su strade e vie pubbliche secondo le norme

in vigore nel Paese di utilizzo, se non disponibile di serie.

• Portapacchi.

• Seggiolino per bambini in caso di utilizzo di un portapacchi omologato

per un tale seggiolino.

• Consultate il rivenditore.

• Borse portabagagli in caso di utilizzo di un portapacchi omologato per tali borse.

Per potervi garantire la massima sicurezza quando usate questo prodotto,
vi invitiamo a leggere con attenzione il presente manuale delle istruzioni.

Con l’acquisto di questa e-Bike ICONE avete scelto un prodotto di qualità.
La vostra nuova e-Bike ICONE è stata realizzata con parti sviluppate e

prodotte con precisione.

In questo manuale troverete raccolta una serie di consigli sull’uso della

e-Bike ICONE nonchè informazioni interessanti sulle sue caratteristiche

costruttive, sulla cura e sulla manutenzione. Vi invitiamo a leggere con
attenzione questo manuale delle istruzioni per l’uso,
anche se siete ciclisti esperti.

Negli ultimi anni la tecnologia di costruzione delle biciclette
ha fatto grandi progressi.

1. Informazioni importanti

Questo manuale contiene importanti informazioni sul servizio di sicurezza e le prestazioni.

Aspetto e speciche sono soggetti a modiche senza preavviso allo scopo di migliorare

costantemente la qualità del prodotto.

Si prega di osservare prima di utilizzare la e-Bike ICONE, gli avvertimenti e precauzioni

contenuti nel presente manuale.

Se prestate la bicicletta elettrica ad altri per l’uso, lasciate che gli utenti leggano attentamente

le istruzioni, al ne di minimizzare al massimo la possibilità di incidenti.

Indossare caschi adeguati e qualicati durante l’uso della E-bike.

Indossare sempre almeno un abito con striscia uorescente o riettente durante la guida di

note o in condizioni non ottimali di luce. Controllare sempre: che le luci anteriore e posteriore
siano in funzione, che i freni funzionano correttamente. Accendere le luci in condizioni di
buio o scarsa visibilità. Se non potete accendere le luci, si consiglia di portare la bici a

mano, camminando. In caso di pioggia e/o neve, si raccomanda di usare i freni in anticipo,

riducendo la velocità, aumentando la distanza di sicurezza.

L’accelerazione è una delle cause principali di incidenti in bicicletta si raccomanda di
non lasciare la presa del manubrio per l’azionamento del display, tale azione va eseguita
esclusivamente a veicolo fermo. Pertanto, la velocità deve essere rispettata e il limite di

velocità di 25 Km/h non deve mai essere superato neanche in discesa.

Questa e-Bike è realizzata rispettando tutte le normative vigenti ed in particolare:

la direttiva europea 2002/24/CE che denisce biciclette elettriche a pedalata assistita le

biciclette dotate di un motore ausiliario elettrico avente potenza nominale continua massima

di 250 Watt la cui alimentazione è ridotta ed inne interrotta quando il veicolo raggiunge i 25
km/h o prima se il ciclista smette di pedalare.

Il motore non deve essere mai in funzione quando il passeggero smette di pedalare.

Questa e-BIKE è realizzata rispettando tutte le normative vigenti ed in particolare:

• Attivazione del motore solo in presenza della pedalata (pedalata assistita)

• Velocità massima 25 Km/H

• Potenza inferiore a 250 Watt

Non toccare le parti della alimentazione della bicicletta e della batteria, non usare neanche
metallo per toccare parti della bici, altrimenti si potrebbe causare un pericoloso corto circuito.

Se si desidera aumentare il chilometraggio, fare attenzione alla giusta pressione dei
pneumatici, cercate di pedalare costantemente e di mantenere una velocità stabile. Frenate
quando necessario e non attendete di essere troppo vicini a chi vi precede o al punto in cui
desiderate fermarvi.

SICUREZZA E COMPORTAMENTO

Il conducente deve avere almeno 16 anni.

Il conducente deve essere in grado di andare in bicicletta, ossia deve disporre delle
conoscenze di base relative all’impiego di una bici ed essere dotato del senso dell’equilibrio
necessario per guidare e controllare una bicicletta a Pedalata Assistita.

Il conducente, da fermo, deve essere in grado di salire e scendere con sicurezza. Questo
vale in particolare per le selle ergonomiche se il conducente, da seduto, non riesce a toccare
il suolo con i piedi. Come le altre biciclette, può trasportare solo una persona.

La taglia sica del conducente deve essere adeguata alla Bicicletta e non deve essere

superato il carico massimo consentito.

Perfetta forma sica e mentale.

Se il conducente desidera guidare la e-bike su strade e vie pubbliche deve essere

sicamente e mentalmente in grado di circolare nel trafco stradale.

RESISTENZA FISICA / MENTALE

La bicicletta a Pedalata Assistita consente di sviluppare velocità elevate per lunghi periodi
di tempo. Il conducente deve disporre della resistenza necessaria per controllare con
sicurezza la e-bike per almeno due ore.

La bicicletta a Pedalata Assistita non consente di compensare infermità o una mancanza di

forma sica.

PERICOLO!

Per la ricarica del pacco accumulatore della bicicletta a pedalata assistita, utilizzare
esclusivamente il caricabatterie in dotazione. Tenere il caricabatterie e la bicicletta lontani

da bambini e da persone che non possono comprendere il pericolo e da animali. Evitare che

il caricabatterie entri in contatto con l’acqua o sia conservato in luoghi umidi. Non caricare il
pacco accumulatore al sole. Tenere il pacco accumulatore e il caricabatterie lontani da fonti
di calore (come ad esempio i termosifoni). Caricate l’accumulatore solo in vostra presenza.

Non utilizzare mai il caricabatterie o se in funzione staccare immediatamente la spina in
presenza delle condizioni di seguito elencate:

• Se il caricabatterie presenta danni di qualsiasi tipo.

• Se l’isolamento dei cavi o una o più connessioni a spina sono danneggiati. In questo caso,
afferrare la spina solo in corrispondenza di un punto isolato. Eventualmente disattivare il

corrispondente fusibile nella scatola di distribuzione elettrica.

• Se il caricabatterie si riscalda in modo inconsueto. Un trascurabile sviluppo di calore nel
caricabatterie e nell’accumulatore è normale.

• Se si presentano rumori inconsueti (ad es. forte ronzio, sibilo, ecc.)

• Se al momento dell’accensione e dello spegnimento o durante l’inserimento e il distacco
della spina si formano scintille.

• Se si sviluppa del fumo nel caricabatterie o nella bicicletta.

Evitare l’esposizione al sole forte e alla pioggia, evitare luoghi dove la temperatura è troppo
elevata o dove è presente gas corrosivo. Questo al ne di evitare danni alla supercie e

corrosione chimica della vernice e dei componenti elettrici che possono a loro volta causare
guasti di funzionamento e incidenti.

Il guidatore deve essere persona in grado di comprendere il pericolo per la età minima
di guida riferirsi alle leggi nazionali. Non è assolutamente consentito portare una seconda
persona sulla e-Bike.

2. Controlli prima della
prima escursione

CONTROLLARE BENE LO STATO DEL VEICOLO:

• Controllare attentamente i freni, le ruote ed i pneumatici, la connessione pieghevole e le
parti di smontaggio rapido, per assicurare che il veicolo sia in buone condizioni.

• Vericate che la carica della batteria sia sufciente per supportare il chilometraggio che

intendete percorrere.

• Considerare sempre almeno un 25% di chilometri in più rispetto a quelli che si ha
intenzione di percorrere.

• Controllare il sistema del freno: assicurarsi che il sistema di frenatura funzioni
correttamente, Se non fosse possibile controllare e regolare l’impianto rivolgersi

ad un tecnico altamente qualicato oppure rivolgersi alla nostra assistenza clienti.

• Controllare la chiusura e la sicurezza delle ruote.

• Controllare se tutte le componenti funzionano normalmente.

• Controllare e assicurarsi che il manubrio ed il sellino siano agganciati e stretti a

sufcienza. Assicurarsi che tutti i dadi, bulloni e viti siano stretti a sufcienza.

3. Alla guida

ACCENSIONE:

Accendere l’interruttore, il display si accendera’ quando connesso.

EPAC/PEDELEC:

Proprio come le normali biciclette, posizionare la bicicletta e salire in sella, posizionare un
piede sul pedale e cominciare a pedalare dopo che tutto sia OK. Durante la pedalata una volta
raggiunta una velocita’ stabilita il motore si attiverà automaticamente e comincerà a funzionare
e a far muovere la vostra e-Bike. Per fermare il motore, interrompere la pedalata e il motore
si fermerà automaticamente. Per fermare la e-Bike usare i freni. I freni hanno la funzione di
interrompere il funzionamento, se entrambe le leve vengono azionate (anche singolarmente),
l’energia verrà interrotta automaticamente ed il motore si fermerà.

VARIAZIONE DI POTENZA ASSISTITA (VPA):

La possibilità di configurare il livello di assistenza elettrica è funzionalità propria ed esclusiva
dell e-bike a pedalata assistita. Tale caratteristica permette di scegliere tra cinque livelli di
pedalata assistita; in questo modo è possibile adeguare il livello di assistenza alle differenti
condizioni di percorso e/o di manto stradale, caratteristica molto utile sulle lunghe percorrenze.

CALIBRARE IL LIVELLO DI BATTERIA:

Quando la batteria si sta scaricando, gli indicatori luminosi si spegneranno uno a uno, a questo
punto potrete spegnere l’interruttore ed usare i pedali come con le regolari bici (NO e-bike).
Potrete ricaricare la batteria quando vi troverete nelle vicinanze di una presa di corrente e
solamente successivamente potere usare nuovamente la Pedalata Assistita, nonchè dopo la
ricarica completa.

PARCHEGGIO:

Assicurarsi che l’interruttore sia impostato su OFF cosi’ da non avviare il motore in modo
accidentale. Si consiglia di usare un lucchetto per proteggere la vostra e-Bike se necessario.

ATTENZIONE!

Usare frequentemente i freni, accendere e spegnere la e-Bike ripetutamente, pedalare
controvento, in salita o trasportando molto peso può influire sulle performance della batteria,
compromettendo la durata ed il tempo di viaggio.

4. Piegatura e metodi di utilizzo

METODO DI PIEGATURA:

• Togliere la maniglia di sollevamento.

• Rilasciare l’anello della clip di sicurezza,

• Aprire la maniglia di piegatura e piegare l’estremità superiore in basso

• Regolare la posizione.

Il metodo di piegatura del telaio è lo stesso.

Aggiungete spesso olio lubricante al dispositivo di piegatura del telaio.

5. Soluzioni tecniche “fai da te”

Walk assist

Sul display potrebbero comparire immagini e/o icone relative a funzioni non
supportate dal prodotto acquistato. Pertanto, si prega di fare sempre riferimento
al presente manuale.

ATTENZIONE! Nell’uso del display, prestare attenzione alla sicurezza, non
collegare il display quando l’alimentazione è accesa. Evitare l’uso durante forti

piogge, nevicate e forte luce solare. Se il display dovesse danneggiarsi inviare il
più presto possibile in riparazione.

Velocità: quando il display è acceso, mostra la velocità.

Luci: indica se il faro anteriore è acceso o spento.

Errore: questa icona si accende in caso di malfunzionamento del sistema e non verrà

visualizzata durante il normale utilizzo.

Voltaggio: indica il voltaggio impostato.

Unità velocità: indica l’unità della velocità, Km/h o MPH.

Indicatore batteria: indica la percentuale di carica della batteria.

Chilometri di viaggio: quando questa icona è attiva, il numero dopo l’icona indica il

chilometraggio di ogni viaggio, l’unità può essere miglia o km.

Tempo di viaggio: quando questa icona è attiva, il numero dopo l’icona indica il tempo di
percorrenza del viaggio.

Totale chilometri: quando questa icona è attiva, il numero dopo l’icona indica il
chilometraggio di tutti i viaggi; unità può essere miglia o Km.

Modalità: se spenta indica che la velocità visualizzata sul display è la velocità corrente,
AVG indica che la velocità indicata è la velocità media, MAX indica che la velocità indicata è
la velocità massima.

Livello pedalata assistita: indicatore cinque livelli di potenza indicatore sotto tensione.

Walk assist: mostra quando la modalità walk assist 6km/h è accesa. Non è mostrato in altri

casi.

Tenere premuto il pulsante di accensione per 1 secondo per accendere/spegnere il

display.

Se nessuna operazione viene effettuata e la velocità è 0 per 5 minuti, il display si spegne
automaticamente.

Selezione Livello Pedalata Assistita

Premere i pulsanti + / - per modicare il livello di assistenza.
Sono disponibili 5 modalità.

Interfaccia mostrata come di seguito:

Cambiare visualizzazione display

Le informazioni cambiano da velocità media, velocità massima, chilometri di viaggio,
chilometraggio totale e tempo di viaggio premendo brevemente M quando il display è
acceso.
Mostra:

• Velocità media (AVG) > Velocità massima (MAX).

• Chilometri di viaggio (TRIP) > Tempo di viaggio (TIME) > Chilometraggio totale (ODO).

Se non viene eseguita alcuna operazione per 5 secondi, il display tornerà automaticamente
alla visualizzazione della velocità.

Accensione / Spegnimento Luci

Tenere premuto il pulsante + per 1 secondo per accendere/spegnere il faro anteriore.

Il motore non funziona quando la tensione della batteria è bassa, il display può comunque
tenere il faro acceso per un pò mentre utilizzate la e-bike.

Modalità Walk assist

Premere e mantenere premuto -, la bici è entrata in modalità Walk Assist.
Al rilascio del pulsante - la bici esce dalla modalità Walk Assist.

Percentuale di carica

Durante la guida, il display mostrerà il valore di carica della batteria e 10 livelli per indicare il

livello di potenza. Il livello 0 signica che la batteria è scarica.

Reset dei dati

Tenere premuti contemporaneamente i pulsanti + e - per 2 secondi per ripristinare diversi
dati temporanei, i dati temporanei includono AVG Speed / MAX Speed / Trip / Time.

Questi dati temporanei non possono essere cancellati dallo spegnimento.

Interfaccia di impostazione

Premere a lungo il pulsante M (3 secondi) per accedere all’interfaccia di impostazione dei
dati. In questo stato gli utenti possono impostare e visualizzare i parametri del display.
Premere il pulsante + / - per modicare l’impostazione dei parametri, premere il pulsante M
per passare alla voce successiva.
Premere a lungo il pulsante M (3 secondi) per uscire dal menu.

• Il display esce automaticamente dal menu quando non viene eseguita alcuna operazione
per 10 secondi.

• Per motivi di sicurezza, il display non può accedere al MENU durante la guida.

• Il display esce da MENU quando inizia a guidare.

Premere il pulsante + / - per cambiare tra Metrico/Imperiale.

Premere il pulsante + / - per modicare la luminosità del display, da 1 a 5.

Spegnimento automatico

Premere il pulsante + / - per modicare il tempo di spegnimento automatico, da 1 a 9 / OFF.
Il numero rappresenta il tempo (minuti) per lo spegnimento, OFF signica disabilitare la

funzione di spegnimento automatico, il valore predenito è 5 minuti.

Impostazioni del voltaggio

Premere + / - per alternare tra 24V / 36V / 48V / 52V.

Non cambiare il voltaggio se non supportato dalla vosta ebike.

Inserire un voltaggio diverso da quello impostato dalla fabbrica (48V) comporta il

decadimento della garanzia.

Premere il pulsante + / - per cambiare l’indicatore della batteria tra Tensione / Percentuale /
OFF.

La percentuale accurata richiede la comunicazione con la batteria.

Password

Attraverso la voce NEXT si accede alle impostazioni avanzate di fabbrica, bloccate da una Password.

Bypassare la password e modicare le impostazioni di fabbrica comporta il

decadimento della garanzia.

Quando c’è un guasto, l’icona appare sullo schermo e mostra il codice di errore.

7. Ricarica e protezione
della batteria

Usare il caricabatterie che corrisponde alla vostra e-Bike (mai usare un caricabatterie
di un differente modello). Prima della ricarica, impostare l’interruttore su OFF e togliere
la chiave.
Tenere il caricabatterie in un luogo asciutto e ventilato quando non in funzione.

Il caricabatterie è progettato per un uso interno. Tenere il caricabatterie lontano da

acqua per evitare corto circuito. Non usare in ambienti umidi e inammabili. Non

rimuovere il connettore tirando il cavo, staccare sempre il caricabatterie dal suo corpo
in metallo.

Connettere la spina d’uscita del caricabatterie con la presa della batteria in modo
corretto, solo dopo inserire la spina di entrata alla presa elettrica da muro.

Quando la luce cambia da Rosso a Verde signica che la batteria e’ completamente

carica. Di solito e’ previsto un tempo di 4-6 ore per ricaricare la batteria. Tuttavia è
consigliabile far ricaricare la batteria per ulteriori 2 ore per salvaguardare la vita della
batteria stessa.

Non ricaricare la batteria per più di 10 ore per evitare il sovraccaricamento e il
danneggiamento della batteria. Dopo che la luce diventa Verde il caricabatterie resta in
modalità mantenimento. Se pensate di stare fuori casa per molto tempo, disconnettere
il caricabatterie, in modo da evitare il surriscaldamento.

Il caricabatterie diventerà caldo durante la ricarica, per questo, tenerlo lontano da fonti
di calore. Tenere sempre il caricabatterie pulito e asciutto. Il caricabatterie contiene
elementi elettronici ad alto voltaggio, si prega di non disassemblare il caricabatterie
da soli.

Dopo la ricarica, rimuovere prima a spina dalla presa elettrica e poi dalla batteria della
e-Bike. Non lasciare il connettrore inserito nella batteria e nella presa di corrente per
molto tempo, potrebbe danneggiare la batteria e causare un incendio.

Durante la ricarica, tenere fuori dalla portata dei bambini. Non posizionare nulla al di
sopra del caricabatterie durante l’uso, non permettere a nessun liquido o metallo di
penetrare nel caricabatterie.

Potete inoltre rimuovere la batteria dalla e-bike e ricaricarla.

La batteria può essere rimossa ripiegando la bici e accedendo al vano batteria situato nella
parte centrale del display liberando la stessa per mezzo della chiave in dotazione.
Terminata la ricarica riposizionate la batteria inserendola nel suo alloggio e poi bloccate
nuovamente la batteria con la chiave.

Non toccare nessuno dei poli della custodia della batteria con le mani quando la batteria è
rimossa. Inoltre i poli della batteria non devono entrare in contatto con alcun metallo o altri
materiali conduttori, poichè potrebbe causare un corto circuito.

Se non andate in bicicletta da molto tempo, la batteria dovrebbe essere caricata almeno una
volta al mese. Questo assicurerà una buona vita della batteria.

NON USARE quando il livello della bateria è basso. Non lasciare la batteria scarica per molto

tempo. La batteria continuerà a scaricarsi da sola provocando un danno.

Evitare qualsiasi contatto con liquidi durante la ricarica. Se il connettore o la presa di corrente

risultino bagnate, asciugare completamente prima dell’uso.

Se durante la ricarica avvertite un odore particolare o temperature estremamente alte,
interrompere la ricarica e contattare il distributore locale o al Custmer Service Center.

1. La bici deve essere caricata dal proprio carica batteria specico. Il carica batteria

non standard o non omologato può causare la perdita della durata della batteria o il
guasto della batteria.

2. Metodo di rilevamento della batteria: premere il pulsante di stato della batteria per
conoscere il livello corrente della batteria:

• Le prime tre luci, di colore verde, indicano la carica della batteria

• L’ultima luce, di colore rosso, si accende solo se la batteria è completamente scarica.
Se la batteria è carica, questa luce si spegne.

3. La batteria completamente scarica può essere caricata con una quantità elettrica
superiore al 95% in 5 ore e una quantità elettrica del 100% in 8 ore.

4. Durante la ricarica, è vietato utilizzare parti metalliche per connettere cavi positivi
e negativi.

5. Alla consegna del prodotto, la batteria è di circa l’80% e i nuovi prodotti devono
essere caricati per 3-10 ore prima di essere utilizzati.

6. Se la bici è stata messa da parte per più di 1 mese, la batteria elettrica può essere
ridotta del 5%. Quindi, si consiglia di caricare prima dell’uso.

7. Durante la ricarica, il carica batteria può riscaldarsi ed è normale se la temperatura
è inferiore a 60 °C.

8. Durante la ricarica, il carica batteria e la batteria devono essere collocati in un luogo

stabile e asciutto, lontano da prodotti o cose inammabili, combustibili e lontano dalla

presenza di bambini o da animali domestici.

9. Evitare di generare cortocircuito nella la porta di ricarica.

sulla capacità e sulla durata della batteria. Se utilizzato a basse temperature, il suo
chilometraggio può essere ridotto e recuperato dopo l’aumento della temperatura
stessa.

13. Se è necessario sostituire la batteria, contattare un centro di manutenzione
professionale. La batteria scarica non può essere gettata a caso o smontata
arbitrariamente.
Deve necessariamente essere riciclata dal dipartimento competente.

È necessario vericare attentamente se la tensione d’ingresso nominale del carica batteria è

coerente con la tensione di rete. La batteria può essere caricata direttamente sulla bici o rimossa
dalla bici e portata all’interno e in altri luoghi appropriati per la ricarica. Dovrebbe essere caricata
al chiuso in zone fresche.
Collegare sempre prima la spina di uscita del carica batteria alla presa di ricarica della batteria,
quindi collegare la spina di ingresso del carica batteria all’alimentazione CA e la spia rossa si
accenderà. Questa procedura non può essere effettuata all’inverso.

Nel momento in cui l’indicatore di carica rosso del carica batteria è acceso, signica che la
batteria si sta caricando; se la luce verde è accesa, signica che la batteria è stata completamente
caricata. Il tempo di ricarica è di circa 3-8 ore (il tempo di ricarica specico dovrebbe dipendere

dalla quantità elettrica residua della batteria). Il tempo massimo di ricarica continua non deve
superare le 12 ore.

Istruzioni del carica batteria

1. Seguire le istruzioni di ricarica accuratamente. In caso contrario, tutte le conseguenze
devono essere assunte dall’utente in modo indipendente.

2. Usare solo il carica batteria originale.

3. Prestare attenzione al tipo e alla tensione applicabile della batteria e del carica batteria.
L’uso misto è severamente proibito.

4. Durante la ricarica, le e bike deve essere posizionata in un ambiente ventilato; è
severamente vietato caricare in uno spazio chiuso o al sole ed ambienti con alta
temperatura.

5. Dovrebbe essere ricaricato per 1-2 ore dopo l’accensione della luce verde e quindi
l’alimentazione deve essere interrotta. Durante la mancata ricarica, è vietato collegare il
carica batteria all’alimentazione CA per un periodo di tempo prolungato senza carica.

6. Durante la ricarica, se la spia è anormale, ha un odore particolare o la custodia del carica

Ispezione regolare e manutenzione semplice

Al ne di garantire una lunga vita della bici e assicurare una sicura e confortevole guida,

durante l’ispezione

8. Manutenzione e riparazione

Le ruote anteriore e posteriore del veicolo devono essere al centro della forcella anteriore
e del telaio. La tensione di ciascun raggio del cerchio deve essere simile mantenendo il

cerchione di forma normale, senza rottura o essioni.

Il bordo della bicicletta devono essere liscio, trasportare oggetti piatti frontalmente aumenta
la resistenza aerodinamica alla guida e quindi il pericolo durante la guida.

Controllare regolarmente l’usura delle pastiglie dei freni, per garantire la sicurezza.

Evitate di passeggiare in condizioni di tempo umido o nevose, se non si può evitare, guidare

a bassa velocità e mantenere una maggiore distanza sicura dal veicolo che precede.

Controllare regolarmente i pneumatici , se si è vericata una rottura accidentale di pneumatici,

rivolgersi a tecnici professionali per la riparazione o la sostituzione.

9. Questioni che richiedono
attenzione

Ogni volta che si guida la bicicletta, è necessario controllare gli spazi di frenata, la
potenza e l’ecienza del freno.

Attenzione: se il freno funziona in maniera anomala, il motore può smettere
di funzionare.

• Rispettare le leggi ed i regolamenti sul trafco, non andare mai in retromarcia se non in

condizione di assoluta sicurezza.

• Rivolgersi a tecnici professionisti per mantenere la bicicletta elettrica in condizioni di

massima efcienza, regolare il freno, la trasmissione e gli altri componenti con regolarità.

La manutenzione della vostra e-Bike è fondamentale per allungarne la vita.

Tenete sempre presente che:

• Il meccanismo di bloccaggio dei gruppi ruota non deve muoversi.

• La leva a sgancio rapido deve essere chiusa.

• Non dovreste sentire cigolii o scricchiolii.

• Il tubo sella e il tubo manubrio siano posizionati correttamente nel telaio e riferendosi alle

indicazioni incise sulle superci del tubo sella e del tubo manubrio.

• Pneumatici - controllo posizione della valvola.

• Per effetto delle sollecitazioni e di una pressione insufciente degli pneumatici,

pneumatico e camera d’aria potrebbero spostarsi sul cerchio e dare origine a una
posizione obliqua delle valvole. In questo caso, la base della valvola può strapparsi

mani, oppure impiegando con cautela un piccolo cacciavite. Controllate se dopo tale
operazione fuoriesce dell’aria. In caso di fuoriuscita d’aria è necessario sostituire la
camera d’aria. Potete sostituire da soli la camera d’aria seguendo le istruzioni
corrispondenti.

• Controllo della pressione facendo riferimento all’intervallo riportato sullo pneumatico.

10. Manutenzione

ATTENZIONE!

Prima di effettuare qualsiasi tipo di manutenzione spegnere e rimuovere la chiave ed

effettuare pedalate siche e controlli di sicurezza come una normale bicicletta. Per i poli della
batteria, nell’eventualità siano sporchi, pulire i poli per non ridurre l’efcienza della batteria o

bruciare i poli stessi.

REGOLAZIONE DELLA TENSIONE DELLA CATENA:

La catena potrebbe allentarsi dopo un determinato periodo di tempo, si prega di seguire le
seguenti istruzioni: allentare i bulloni dell’asse posteriore, se la catena è troppo lenta regolare
i bulloni della catena ai due lati in senso orario e metterli in posizione. Se la catena è troppo
stretta regolare i bulloni in senso antiorario. Tenere la guarnitura e la ruota allineate. Nel caso
non riuscite a regolare la catena in modo adeguato, rivolgersi al rivenditore più vicino.

REGOLARE I FRENI:

La corretta regolazione dei freni assicura il controllo e offre sicurezza al guidatore: i freni
sono regolati come qualsiasi altra bicicletta. Per essere in buone condizioni e’ importante
assicurarsi che i freni funzionino e che l’alimentazione si interrompa.
Una volta regolati i freni assicurarsi che le ruote girino, che non ci siano ostacoli e che una
volta tirati i freni il motore smetta di funzionare.

LUBRIFICAZIONE:

Per una lunga tenuta della vostra e-Bike le seguenti parti della bicicletta dovrebbero essere

regolarmente lubricate ogni sei mesi: asse anteriore, catena, asse posteriore, ruota libera

(giunto di sovra spazio), forcella anteriore, snodo del cavalletto e altre parti rotanti.

Per le parti elettriche non occorre nessuna lubricazione, poichè sono già lubricate in

fabbrica.
Se riscontrate qualsiasi problema rivolgersi al vostro rivenditore più vicino per un aiuto.

PULIZIA:

La e-Bike dovrebbe essere pulita con una spugna umida, tenendo cura di non bagnare le
parti elettriche (battreria, connettori, motore, cavi, controlli del manubrio, ecc). Asciugare
con un panno di stoffa. Durante la pulizia della e-Bike, non usare vapore a getto continuo o
acqua diretta . Usare un panno di stoffa per evitare un corto circuito per i componenti elettrici.

La e-Bike ha una durevole nitura e non ha bisogno di cera. Pulire con un detersivo dolce e
stronare per ripristinare la lucentezza originale se necessario.

Scaduto il periodo di garanzia sulle componenti principali, tutti gli interventi saranno a
pagamento.

In caso di sostituzione della batteria oltre il periodo di garanzia, essa sarà fornita al prezzo
corrente, ma la batteria deve essere riciclata 1:1, la batteria deve essere smaltita o restituita
al produttore della batteria per garantire la sicurezza, in modo da non inquinare l’ambiente.

REGULATIONS

When using the Pedal Assisted Bicycle, it is mandatory to follow the trafc regulations enforced in your country
(Highway Code). In the majority of countries, permission from the authorities and a driving license are not
required to ride a pedal-assisted bicycle. However, each user is required to inquire about any driving permits

and special rules for pedal assisted bicycles with local authorities. It is possible to ride the Pedal Assisted
Bicycle on roads and public roads only with the addition of the equipment prescribed by law in the country of

use (see the Highway Code).

You have purchased a bicycle that will surely live up to your expectations of

quality, function and riding characteristics.

To ensure maximum safety when using this product, please read this

instruction manual carefully.

With the purchase of this ICONE e-Bike you have chosen a quality product.
Your new ICONE e-Bike has been made with parts developed and produced

with precision.

In this manual you will nd a series of tips about the use of the ICONE e-Bike

as well as important information on its construction characteristics, care and
maintenance. Please read this instruction manual carefully, even if you are an

expert cyclist.

Bicycle building technology has made great progress in recent years.

1. Important information

This manual contains important information about security service and performance.

Appearance and specications are subject to change without notice in order to constantly

improve product quality.

Before using the ICONE e-Bike, please observe the warnings and precautions contained in

this manual.

If you lend the electric bicycle to others for use, let users read the instructions carefully, in
order to minimize the possibility of accidents.

Wear suitable and qualied helmets when using the E-bike.

Always wear at least one item with uorescent or reective strip when driving notes or in

suboptimal light conditions. Always check that the front and rear lights are working and that
the brakes are working properly. Turn on the lights in dark or low light conditions. If you

cannot turn on the lights, it is recommended to walk the bike by hand. In case of rain and / or

snow, brake in advance, reduce your speed, and increase the safety distance.

Acceleration is one of the main causes of bicycle accidents; do not to let go of the handlebar
to operate the display, this action must be performed only with the vehicle stationary. The

speed must be respected and the speed limit of 25 Km / h must never be exceeded even

when going downhill.

This e-Bike is made in compliance with all current regulations and in particular: The European
directive 2002/24 / EC which denes electric bicycles with pedal assistance, bicycles
equipped with an auxiliary electric motor having a maximum continuous nominal power of
250 Watts whose power is reduced and nally stopped when the vehicle reaches 25 km / h

or earlier if the cyclist stops pedaling.

The engine must never be running when the passenger stops pedaling.

This e-BIKE is made in compliance with all current regulations and in particular:

• Activation of the motor only in the presence of pedaling (pedal assistance)

• Maximum speed 25 Km / H

• Power less than 250 Watt

Do not touch the parts of the bicycle power supply and the battery, or use metal objects to

touch parts of the bike as this could cause a dangerous short circuit.

If you want to increase mileage, pay attention to the right tire pressure, try to pedal constantly
and maintain a stable speed. Brake when necessary and do not wait to be too close to the
person in front of you or to the point where you want to stop.

SAFETY AND BEHAVIOR

The driver must be at least 16 years old.

The driver must be able to ride a bicycle, that is, he must have the basic knowledge relating
to the use of a bike and be equipped with the sense of balance necessary to ride and control
a pedal-assisted bicycle.

The driver, when stationary, must be able to get on and off safely. This applies in particular
to ergonomic saddles if the driver, while seated, cannot touch the ground with his feet. Like
other bicycles, it can only carry one person.

The physical size of the driver must be suitable for the bicycle and the maximum permitted
load must not be exceeded.

The driver should be in perfect physical and mental tness.

If the driver wishes to ride the e-bike on public roads and streets, he/she must be physically
and mentally capable of driving in road trafc.

PHYSICAL / MENTAL RESISTANCE

The pedal assisted bicycle allows you to develop high speeds for long periods of time. The
driver must have the necessary strength to safely control the e-bike for at least two hours.

The pedal assisted bicycle does not compensate for illness or a lack of tness.

DANGER

To recharge the battery pack of the pedal-assisted bicycle, use only the charger supplied.
Keep the charger and bicycle away from children and people who cannot understand the
danger. Do not allow the charger to come into contact with water or be stored in humid
places. Do not charge the battery pack in the sun. Keep the battery pack and the charger
away from heat sources (such as radiators). Charge the battery only in your presence.

Never use the charger or if in operation immediately disconnect the plug in the presence of
the following conditions:

• If the charger shows any kind of damage.

• If the insulation of the cables or one or more plug connections are damaged. In this case,
grasp the plug only at an isolated point. If necessary, deactivate the corresponding fuse in

the electrical distribution box.

• If the charger heats up unusually. A negligible development of heat in the charger and
battery is normal.

• If unusual noises occur (e.g. loud hum, hissing, etc.)

• If smoke develops in the charger or bicycle

Avoid exposure to strong sun and rain, avoid places where the temperature is too high or

where corrosive gas is present. This is to avoid damage to the surface and chemical corrosion
of the paint and electrical components which can in turn cause malfunctions and accidents.

The driver must be a person capable of understanding the danger. For the minimum driving
age refer to national laws. It is absolutely not allowed to bring a second person on the e-Bike.

CHECK THE VEHICLE STATUS WELL:

• Check the brakes, wheels and tires carefully, the folding connection and the quick
disassembly parts, to ensure that the vehicle is in good condition.

• Check that the battery charge is sufficient to support the mileage you intend to travel.

• Always consider at least 25% more kilometers than you intend to travel.

• Check the brake system: make sure that the braking system works correctly. If it is not

possible to check and adjust the system, contact a highly qualified technician or contact our

customer service.

• Check the closure and safety of the wheels.

• Check if all components work normally.

• Check and make sure that the handlebar and seat are hooked and tightened sufficiently.
Make sure that all nuts, bolts and screws are tight enough.

3. Driving

TURNING ON:

Turn on the switch, the display will turn on when connected.

EPAC / PEDELEC:

Just like normal bicycles, place the bicycle and get on the saddle, place one foot on the
pedal and start pedaling after everything is OK. During pedaling, once a set speed has been
reached, the motor will automatically activate and start operating and making your e-Bike
move. To stop the engine, stop pedaling and the engine will stop automatically. To stop the
e-Bike use the brakes. The brakes have the function of interrupting operation, if both levers
are operated (even individually), the energy will be automatically stopped and the engine
will stop.

ASSISTED POWER CHANGE (VPA):

The possibility of configuring the level of electric assistance is the proper and exclusive

functionality of the pedal assisted e-bike. This feature allows you to choose between five
levels of pedal assistance; in this way it is possible to adapt the level of assistance to the

different conditions of the route and / or road surface, a very useful feature on long journeys.

CALIBRATE THE BATTERY LEVEL:

When the battery is running low, the indicator lights will go out one by one, at this point you
can turn off the switch and use the pedals as with regular bikes (NOT e-bikes). You can
recharge the battery when you are in the vicinity of a power outlet and only then can you use
the Pedal Assistance again, as well as after the complete recharge.

PARKING:

Make sure that the switch is set to OFF so as not to accidentally start the engine. We
recommend using a padlock to protect your e-Bike if necessary.

WARNING!

Using the brakes frequently, turning the e-Bike on and off repeatedly, pedaling upwind, uphill
or carrying a lot of weight can affect battery performance, compromising the duration and
travel time.

4. Folding and methods of use

FOLDING METHOD:

• Remove the lifting handle.

• Release the safety clip ring,

• Open the folding handle and fold the top end down

• Adjust the position.

The method of folding the frame is the same.
Often add lubricating oil to the frame bender.

WARNING! When using the display, pay attention to safety, do not connect the
display when the power is turned on. Avoid use during heavy rains, snowfall and
strong sunlight. If the display should be damaged, send it for repair as soon as
possible.

Speed: when the display is on, it shows the speed.

Lights: indicates whether the headlight is on or off.

Error: this icon lights up in the event of a system malfunction and will not be performed

during normal use.

Voltage: indicates the set voltage.

Speed unit: indicates the unit of speed, Km/h or MPH.

Battery indicator: indicates the percentage of battery charge.

Trip kilometers: when this icon is active, the number after the template indicates the mileage

of each trip, the unit can be miles or kilometers.

Travel time: when this icon is active, the number after the template indicates the travel

notication time.

Total kilometers: when this icon is active, the number after the icon indicates the mileage of
all trips; units can be miles or kilometers.

Mode: indicates whether the speed indicates the current speed on the display,
AVG indicates that the indicated speed is the average speed, MAX indicates that the

indicated speed is the maximum speed.

Assisted pedaling level: ve power levels indicator. Voltage on indicator.

Walk assist: shows when the 6km / h walk assist mode is on. It is not shown in other cases.

The information changes from average speed, maximum speed, travel kilometers, total
mileage and travel time by briey pressing M when the display is on.

View:

• Average speed (AVG) > Maximum speed (MAX).

• Travel kilometers (TRIP) > Travel time (TIME) > Total mileage (ODO).

If no operation is performed for 5 seconds, the display will automatically return to the speed
display.

Lights on/off

Press and hold the + button for 1 second to turn the headlight on / off.

The engine does not work when the battery voltage is low, the display can still keep the hea-
dlight on for a while while using the e-bike.

Walk assist mode

Press and hold -, the bike has entered Walk Assist mode.
When the button is released - the bike exits Walk Assist mode.

Percentage of charge

While driving, the display will show the battery charge value and 10 levels to indicate the
charge level. Level 0 means that the battery is low.

Data reset

Press and hold the + and - buttons simultaneously for 2 seconds to restore various temporary
data, temporary data includes AVG Speed / MAX Speed / Trip / Time.

These temporary data cannot be deleted after shutdown.

Setting interface

Long press the M button (3 seconds) to access the data setting interface. In this state users
can set and view the display parameters.
Press the + / - button to change the parameter setting, press the M button to go to the next
item.
Long press the M button (3 seconds) to exit the menu.

• The display automatically exits the menu when no operation is performed

for 10 seconds.

• For safety reasons, the display cannot access the MENU while driving.

• The display exits MENU when it starts driving.

Do not change the voltage unless supported by your ebike.

Entering a voltage other than the one set by the factory (48V) will void the warranty.

7. Charging and protecting the
battery

Use the charger that corresponds to your e-Bike (never use a charger of a different model).
Before recharging, set the switch to OFF and remove the key. Keep the charger in a dry and
ventilated place when not in use.

The charger is designed for indoor use. Keep the charger away from water to avoid short

circuit. Do not use in humid and ammable environments. Do not remove the connector by

pulling on the cable, always disconnect the charger from its metal body.

Connect the output plug of the charger with the battery socket correctly, only after inserting
the input plug into the wall socket.

When the light changes from Red to Green it means that the battery is fully charged. Usually

it takes 4-6 hours to recharge the battery. However, it is advisable to recharge the battery for

an additional 2 hours to safeguard the life of the battery.

Do not recharge the battery for more than 10 hours to avoid overcharging and damaging the
battery. After the light turns green the charger remains in maintenance mode. If you plan to be
away from home for a long time, disconnect the charger to avoid overheating.

The charger will become hot while charging, so keep it away from heat sources. Always keep
the charger clean and dry. The charger contains high voltage electronic elements, so please
do not disassemble the charger yourself.

After charging, rst remove the plug from the electrical socket and then from the battery of the

e-Bike. Do not leave the connector inserted in the battery and in the power socket for a long

time, it could damage the battery and cause a re.

When charging, keep out of the reach of children. Do not place anything above the charger
during use, do not allow any liquid or metal to enter the charger.

You can also remove the battery from the e-bike and recharge it.

The battery can be removed by folding the bike and accessing the battery compartment
located in the central part of the display, releasing it using the key supplied. After charging,
replace the battery by inserting it in its housing and then lock the battery again with the key.

Do not touch any of the poles of the battery case with your hands when the battery is removed.
In addition, the battery poles must not come into contact with any metal or other conductive
materials, as it may cause a short circuit.

If you have not been cycling for a long time, the battery should be charged at least once a
month. This will ensure a good battery life.

DO NOT USE when the battery level is low. Do not leave the battery discharged for a long

time. The battery will continue to discharge on its own causing damage.

Avoid any contact with liquids during charging. If the connector or power outlet is wet, dry
completely before use.

If you experience a particular smell or extremely high temperatures during charging, stop

charging and contact your local distributor or Customer Service Center.

1. The bike must be charged by its specic battery charger. Charging a not standard or not

approved battery can cause loss of battery life or battery failure.

2. Battery detection method: press the battery status button to nd out the battery current

level through the color of the battery status indicator.
Green: 100% -80%
Yellow: 80% -20%
Red: 20% and lower.

3. The fully discharged battery can be charged with more than 95% electrical quantity in 5
hours and 100% electrical quantity in 8 hours.

4. When charging, it is forbidden to use metal parts to connect positive and negative cables.

5. Upon delivery of the product, the battery is approximately 80% and new products must be

charged for 3-10 hours before being used.

6. If the bike has been set aside for more than 1 month, the electric battery can be reduced
by 5%. Therefore, it is recommended to load before use.

7. During charging, the battery can be heated and it is normal if the temperature is below
60°C.

8. During charging, the battery and the battery must be placed in a stable and dry place,

away from ammable, combustible products or things and away from the presence of

children or pets.

9. Avoid generating short circuit in the charging port.

10. The battery can be used for this ebike model and cannot be used for any other purpose.

11. It is strongly discouraged to store the battery with insufcient voltage for a long time.

12. the outdoor temperature must be between -10 ° C and 55 ° C. Otherwise, it can affect the
capacity and life of the battery. If used at low temperatures, its mileage can be reduced and
recovered after the soul of the temperature itself.

13. If the battery needs to be replaced, contact a professional maintenance center. The
discharged battery cannot be disposed of in one case or dismantled arbitrarily.
It must necessarily be recycled by the competent department.

It is necessary to carefully check whether the nominal input voltage of the battery charger is consistent
with the mains voltage. The battery can be charged directly on the bike or removed from the bike and
taken inside and in other appropriate places for recharging. It should be loaded indoors in cool areas.

Always connect the battery charger output plug to the battery charging socket rst, then connect the

battery charger input plug to AC power and the red light will turn on. This procedure cannot be done
in reverse.

When the red charge indicator of the battery charger is on, it means that the battery is charging; if the

green light is on, it means that the battery has been fully charged. The charging time is approximately 3-8
hours (the specic charging time should depend on the residual electrical quantity of the battery). The
maximum continuous charging time must not exceed 12 hours.

Battery charger instructions

1. Follow the charging instructions carefully. Otherwise, all the consequences must be
assumed by the user independently.

2. Use only the original battery charger.

3. Pay attention to the type and applicable voltage of the battery and charger. Mixed use is

strictly prohibited.

4. During charging, the e bikes must be positioned in a ventilated area; it is strictly forbidden
to load in an enclosed space or in the sun and environments with high temperatures.

5. It should be recharged for 1-2 hours after the green light turns on and therefore the power
supply must be interrupted. During non-charging, it is prohibited to connect the battery

charger to AC power for an extended period of time without charging.

6. During charging, if the warning light is abnormal, has a particular odor or the battery
charger case overheats, you must immediately stop charging and repair or replace the
battery charger.

7. During the use and storage of the battery charger, be careful to prevent the entry of
foreign bodies, in particular to avoid water or other liquids, in order to avoid short circuits
inside the battery charger. the charger must be transported in the car as little as possible. If

it is necessary to transport it, it must be placed inside the box.

8. The battery charger components must not be dismantled or replaced randomly.
If the battery charger is replaced, its model must match the battery model.

Regular inspection and simple maintenance

In order to guarantee a long life of the bike and to ensure safe and comfortable riding,
regular inspection and maintenance is necessary. If the bike is not used for a long time, it
should be checked regularly.

Sufcient attention should be paid to safety during the inspection

The main stand should be installed in a large, at place. If inspection while driving is

required, it should be conducted in a safe place. If an anomaly is detected through the
inspection, please drive again after troubleshooting. Any anomaly must be checked in a
maintenance station to avoid further damage.

8. Maintenance and repair

The front and rear wheels of the vehicle must be in the center of the front fork and chassis.
The tension of each radius of the rim must be similar, keeping the rim of normal shape, without
breaking or bending.

The edge of the bicycle must be smooth, carrying at objects from the front increases the

aerodynamic resistance to driving and therefore the danger while riding.

Regularly check the wear of the brake pads, to ensure safety.

Avoid walking in humid or snowy conditions, if it cannot be avoided, drive at low speed and
keep a greater safe distance from the vehicle in front.

Check the tires regularly, if an accidental breakage of tires has occurred, contact professional
technicians for repair or replacement.

9. Issues requiring attention

Whenever you ride your bicycle, you need to check the braking distances, the power
and eciency of the brake.

Warning: if the brake works abnormally, the engine can stop working.

• Respect trafc laws and regulations, never go in reverse unless in absolute safety.

• Contact professional technicians to keep the electric bicycle in maximum efciency
conditions, adjust the brake, transmission and other components regularly.

The maintenance of your e-Bike is essential to extend its life.

Always keep in mind that:

• The locking mechanism of the wheel units must not move.

• The quick release lever must be closed.

• You shouldn’t hear squeaks or creaks.

• The seat tube and handlebar tube are correctly positioned in the frame and referring to the
indications engraved on the surfaces of the seat tube and the handlebar tube.

• Tires - valve position control.

• Due to the stresses and insufcient tire pressure, the tire and inner tube could move on the

rim and give rise to an oblique position of the valves. In this case, the valve base can tear
while driving, causing a sudden loss of tire pressure.

• Check the tires.

Check for the absence of external damage, foreign bodies and wear on the tires:

• The entire surface of the tire must have the original prole.

• The texture of the tire under the rubber layer must not be glimpsed.

• There must be no dents or cracks.

• Remove any foreign items (thorns, small stones, glass fragments or the like) with your hands,
or carefully using a small screwdriver. Check if air escapes after this operation. In the event
of an air leak, the inner tube must be replaced. You can replace the inner tube yourself by
following the corresponding instructions.

• Check the pressure by referring to the interval marked on the tire.

10. Maintenance

WARNING!

Before carrying out any type of maintenance, turn off and remove the key and perform
physical pedaling and safety checks like a normal bicycle. For the battery poles, if they are

dirty, clean the poles in order not to reduce the efciency of the battery or burn the poles

themselves.

CHAIN TENSION ADJUSTMENT:

The chain may come loose after a certain period of time, please follow the instructions below:

loosen the bolts of the rear axle, if the chain is too slow, adjust the chain bolts on both sides
clockwise and put them in position. If the chain is too tight, adjust the bolts counterclockwise.
Keep the crankset and the wheel aligned. If you are unable to adjust the chain properly,

contact your nearest dealer.

ADJUST THE BRAKES:

Correct adjustment of the brakes ensures control and offers safety to the driver: the brakes
are adjusted like any other bicycle. To be in good condition it is important to make sure that

the brakes are working and that the power supply is interrupted. Once the brakes have been

adjusted, make sure that the wheels turn, that there are no obstacles and that once the brakes

are applied, the engine stops working.

LUBRICATION:

For a long hold on your e-Bike the following parts of the bicycle should be regularly lubricated

every six months: front axle, chain, rear axle, freewheel (oversize joint), front fork, stand joint

and other rotating parts.
No electrical lubrication is required for electrical parts, as they are already factory lubricated.

If you experience any problems, contact your nearest dealer for help.

CLEANING:

The e-Bike should be cleaned with a damp sponge, taking care not to wet the electrical parts
(battery, connectors, motor, cables, handlebar controls, etc.). Dry with a cloth. When cleaning

the e-Bike, do not use continuous jet steam or direct water. Use a cloth to avoid a short circuit
for electrical components. The e-Bike has a durable nish and does not need wax. Clean with

a mild detergent and rub to restore the original shine if necessary.

12. Service information

Users must operate according to this product manual, in case of production defects,
according to the provisions of the law, the company meets its warranty obligations.

Once the guarantee period for the main components has expired, all interventions will be
subject to payment.

If the battery is replaced beyond the warranty period, it will be supplied at the current price,
but the battery must be recycled 1: 1, the battery must be disposed of or returned to the
battery manufacturer to ensure safety, so as not to pollute the environment.

WARRANTY
24 MONTH on all mechanical, cycling and electrical parts.
6 MONTHS on the battery

WARRANTY EXCLUDES all parts subject to normal wear (by way of example but not

limited to, brakes, handles, tires and other similar parts). Failures caused by improper user
packaging, accidents or natural causes, such as floods and fires etc.

Accessories installed after purchase.
Malfunctions caused by improper use or accessories not indicated.
