iconBIT DVR M1 – is a modern, stylish, power ful car DVR. It is a
professional HD driving record instrument; recording resolution is
up to 1920 * 1080 @ 30 fps, photo resolution - 2 Mpix. MicroSD
card is used as a storage device, no seconds leakage in cycle video;
2.7 inch high definition color display, recording switch, time
watermark function.

Key Functions
Power/REC - on/off, video/photo confirmation button. Short press
to boot, long press for 3 seconds to turn off.
MODE key – MODE switch button. Press to change mode (photo
MODE, playback MODE, video MODE). In the process of video
circulation, use as EMG video button to avoid covering this video by
the cyclic video. The symbol of EMG shall appear in the upper left
corner. In such case, this video can only be deleted manually.
MENU button – MENU (Enter/Exit) button, press MENU and select
the icon needed, use UP/DOWN key to change Settings, press REC
button to confirm. Press for 3 seconds to start/stop video recording.
UP key – move up. During video playing can be used as pause
button, click to pause the video, then, press to start again.
DOWN key – move down. In video/photo mode press this button to
set delay time. In video playback mode press this button to slow
down the playback.
USB – used to connect the device to PC. The content of microSD
can be saved at the PC.
HDMI – HD TV interface, can be connected to HD TV interface with
the help of the cable and to play the video at high-de finition.
RESET – reset key. Press to restart.

Video Mode
Video Settings
Resolution – the video resolution option (1920x1080; 1280x720;
848x480, 640x480, 320x240);
Video quality: video quality options (very good / good / standard);
Cycle camera
minutes / 4 minutes / 5 minutes / 10 minutes /15 minutes);
Video delay: video delay time (disabled / 15 seconds / 30 seconds/
1 minute / 5 minutes / 10 minutes / 30 minutes / 1 hour)
Recording functions: video switch selection (on/off), video
process increases the recording switch shortcut key for the MENU
button, press to open recording function, then press the MENU close
recording function.
Motion detection: motion detection option (on/off);
: cycle video options (off / 1 minute / 2 minutes / 3
Video Parameter Settings
Frequency: choose machine light frequency option (automatic,
50 Hz and 60 Hz);
Exposure: exposure options (automatic, night mode, sports,
panoramic, portrait, sunset, desert, snow, water);
White balance: white balance option (automatic, incandescent
lamp, D4000, D5000, sunshine, cloudy, flash, water, preset);
Color: color options (off, art, ink, negative, black and white, bright)
Contrast: contrast options (standard, sharp, soft);
Sharpness: sharpness options (standard, sharp, soft);

Metering: metering choice (center, average, point);
Sensitivity: sensitivity options (automatic, 100, 200, 400);
Exposure bias: exposure offset options (2.0 EV to 1.7 EV, 1.3 EV
to 1.0 EV, 1.0 EV to 0.3 EV, 0.0 EV, + 1.0 EV to + 0.7 EV, + 0.3 EV,
+ 2.0 EV, + 1.7 EV, +1,3 EV).
System Settings
Language Settings – choose machine language;
Date/time – date/time set options (YY. MM. DD) press REC button
to enter, press DOWN/UP key to change date;
Formatting – formatting microSD card option. Confirm formatting twice;
Default Settings – choose to restore the default settings, restart to
apply the changes;
Display Settings – display options (brightness / contrast / color
balance), press “Check” to start, press REC to adjust (brightness/
contrast / color balance) parameters. Adjusting parameters – is
irreversible action;
Time stamp – time stamp option;
Volume control – sound volume option Settings (0-7);
Automatic shutdown – turns off automatically to save power
(after 1 minute / 3 minutes / 5 minutes);
Automatic shutdown of the screen setting – disabled after
3 minutes / 5 minutes;
Version – check the software version number;

Menu Settings
Press MENU button to enter into Settings menu, then click the MENU
button switch (video Settings, video parameter Settings, MENU
Settings) press REC key to confirm and enter setup, press UP/DOWN
to choose settings, then press the REC key to set parameters, then
press MODE ke y to save exit.
Photo Mode
Press MENU button to take photos in photo mode.
Camera Settings
Video quality: video quality options (very good/nice/ordinary);
Picture size options – (0.9M/2.0M/2.9M/3.5M);
Single photo – picture option (single photo/two photos);
Automatic Exposure – automatic exposure option (off/3a/5a).
Photographic Parameters Settings
To delete photos in Photo Mode, press the MENU button to
enter/select/delete media files, then choose to delete photos
(no/yes/all), press REC button to confirm the deletion, adjust the
focal lenth in camera mode.
Playback Mode
Key Operation
1. Press MENU button to enter video mode MENU options.
2. Use UP/DOWN keys to choose file, press REC button to start/stop
playback.
3. Press UP/DOWN keys during playback to change playback speed
(2x, 4x, 8x).
