WHEN POWERFUL PRINTING IS JUST
NOT ENOUGH
The InfoPrint® 1880 MFP is a high-
performance departmental monochrome
print, copy, fax and scan device. A single mul-
tifunction device can replace multiple single-
function devices to lower your total cost of
printing and provide the functionality
required by an On Demand business.
This MFP is designed to help you work effi-
ciently and effectively thanks to advanced
functionality, a powerful 600 MHz proces-
sor, first-page-out time as fast as
9.5 seconds

and print speed up to 55 pages
per minute (ppm).

The low-glare color touch screen and intuitive interface make it easy for all types of users to complete jobs quickly.
SIMPLIFY DAILY OUTPUT TASKS
The InfoPrint 1880 MFP includes many features that simplify use. It provides job interrupt to accommodate priority copies, USB flash memory device print and scan, intuitive job cancel, auto sensing for letter and legal sizes, copy countdown, a legal-size flatbed scanner, e-mail print confirmation, customizable icons, and embedded solutions such as scan to folder. Additional functions help produce professional

results: reduce and enlarge, separator sheets, margin shift, edge erase and date/time stamp. With variable quality settings—1200 x 1200 dpi at reduced speed and 600 x 600 dpi at full speed— users can obtain the output quality they desire.
MarkVision printer management utilities help you achieve a cross-platform printer management solution. Administrators can monitor and manage network devices via a Web browser and receive real-time notification of printer conditions, such as low toner, to enable fast intervention when it’s required.
PROVIDE HIGHER PERFORMANCE AND FUNCTIONALITY WITH A HARD DRIVE
A hard drive may help process jobs faster and provide additional functionality. Scan preview gives users the opportunity to verify that the document has been scanned appropriately. In copy mode, you can create booklets from a sequence of collated output that, when folded in half, can form a booklet half the page size of the original document and with all the pages in order. Custom job and job build features permit you to combine multiple scanning jobs into a single job. A hard drive also provides more storage for jobs and fonts.
CHOOSE THE OUTPUT FUNCTION THAT YOU NEED
The InfoPrint 1880 MFP is available in several models. Whether you need the privacy of separate mailboxes or the professional finishing of a stapler, it’s there for you.
The standard output bin accommodates up to 1,050 sheets of output. The mailbox model holds a total of up to 950 sheets with each of four individual mailboxes accommodating up to 100 sheets. And the finisher model comes standard with a stapler to finish sets or output on the spot.
BOOST SECURITY AND CONFIDENTIALITY
Insufficient security at the output level can place your business at risk. With InfoPrint MFPs, you can reduce risk with security features at both the data stream and printer levels. Intuitive PIN-secured confidential print functionality helps prevent documents from printing until an end-user is at the device to retrieve them. Administrative passwords, encryption, hard drive security and cable lock support provide robust protection. Flexible features such as configurable user authentication are compatible with company applications such as LDAP and a customizable operator panel allows customers to fine-tune functionality to fit their requirements.
SUSTAINABILITY IS IMPORTANT
The InfoPrint 1880 was developed with your environment in mind. The low-cost duplex models can help cut your paper usage up to half when jobs default to two-sided printing. These devices use
15 – 25% less energy than predecessor models. We pack our devices carefully, using the smallest number of individual boxes and other packaging materials.
REDUCE, RETURN, AND RECYCLE
InfoPrint Solutions Company™ recognizes that environmental conservation is part of our calling as a global citizen. Reducing waste is crucial to minimizing our impact on our environment. Offering high-yield and extra-high-yield toner cartridges will extend cartridge life span and decrease overall cartridges manufactured with less tonnage in the landfill.
InfoPrint is committed to preserving natural resources through the proper handling of used printer supplies. Once a supply has reached its end of life, we encourage you to partner with us by participating in our product return programs. We are also determined to recycle supplies that cannot be reused. If a returned product can’t be reconditioned because it does not meet our high standards for quality and performance, it is then broken down into raw materials. More than 90% of this resultant material is recycled into new products.
ENGAGE THE PRINTING EXPERTS
With InfoPrint Solutions Company, you can receive support when you need it from experts with comprehensive knowledge of printers, software and supplies. Same-day and next-day service offerings are available for InfoPrint Solutions Company printers in the U.S.
