INFOPRINT 1860 MFP
Affordable, compact MFP to simplify
daily output tasks
HIGHLIGHTS
Provide small workgroups with multifunction support that offers “one-stop” convenience.
Easy-to-use, adjustableview color touch screen provides access to copy, fax, or scan.
1
Open the menu screen to customize personal settings or respond to messages. The intuitive operator interface can help reduce training time and improve casual user productivity.
Built-in “your eyes only” security for confidential and held jobs.
Support advanced e-mail functions by scanning documents in color; print and copy in mono.
Increase user satisfaction with a simple design that includes a 75-page simplex Automatic Document Feeder (ADF), a legalsized flatbed scanner and the ability to handle mixed sized media with the standard multipurpose feeder.
2
Higher-yield toner cartridges mean fewer printer interventions and less packaging, transportation, and waste.
DO MORE IN LESS SPACE—AND REDUCE
COSTS
Multifunction machines are an easy-to-
implement problem solver for space and
budget restrictions. Consider consolidating
existing equipment, including printers, copiers,
scanners, and fax machines, or replacing aging
office equipment. Either way, you can obtain
advanced functionality that enhances elec-
tronic information delivery while you establish
a single point of accountability with one
vendor.
DISCOVER A WORKHORSE INSIDE A PONY
Users can complete their jobs quickly with an InfoPrint 1850 MFP or InfoPrint 1860 MFP.
These multifunction printers (MFPs) include a powerful 600 MHz processor, first-page-outtime as fast as 8 seconds and high print speed of up to 45 ppm.
3
It’s also easy to fine tune output results with adjustments such as reduce and enlarge, separator sheets, margin shift, edge erase, date/time stamp and variable quality settings.
Page 2
The InfoPrint 1850 MFP and InforPrint 1860 MFP plow through a wide variety of jobs with multi-tasking productivity and minimal user intervention. The low-glare, adjustable color touch screen and intuitive interface help simplify user interaction with the MFP. With “My MFP” a user can save preferred settings, shortcuts, e-mail addresses and fax numbers securely on a thumb drive. Once the thumb drive is inserted in the front port of the device, the MFP then becomes a personalized device.
Some of its user-friendly features include job interrupt to accommodate priority copies, intuitive job cancel, auto-sensing for letter and legal sizes, copy countdown, a legal-size flatbed scanner, e-mail print confirmation, and even the ability for users to send faxes from their desktop PCs.
1
MAKE IT FOR YOUR EYES ONLY
With the InfoPrint 1850 MFP and InfoPrint 1860 MFP, customers can help protect sensitive information by setting up jobs as
“held” or “confidential.” “Held” jobs can be stored in memory until you release them at the MFP with your specified user name. “Confidential” jobs require a PIN number, and they can also be stored in memory until your customers use the same PIN number to print or delete the job.
SCAN, THEN E-MAIL
Send information quickly to one or more recipients with the scan-to-e-mail function. Type in an e-mail address, use a shortcut number, or use the address book or a profile. The adjustable-height scanner cover— with book hinges—remains open after it is lifted.
REDUCE, RETURN AND RECYCLE
InfoPrint Solutions Company™ recognizes that environmental conservation is part of our calling as a global citizen. Reducing waste is crucial to minimizing our impact
on our environment. Offering high-yield and extra-high-yield toner cartridges will extend cartridge life span and decrease overall cartridges manufactured, with less tonnage in the landfill. Partner with us by participating in our cartridge return programs.
