Use the following strategy to prevent unnecessar replacement and service expense:

to replace a FRU

not

correct the

problem, reinstall

the

original

 

FRU

before

you continue

ŸSome computers have both a processor board

system board. If you are instructed

to

the processor board or the system board,

How to Use Error Messages

Use the error codes displayed on the screen

How to Disable the Password

There are

three passwords

1. Power off the computer.

2. Remove the battery pack and AC Adapter.

3. Remove the backup battery (RTC) for 20

minutes

or use a screwdriver to touch t
