TE-VVT Installation
The TE-VVT will provide 2 amps of power and the voltage selected by the switch, 3.3V, 5V or 6V. When 9V is selected, the
amerage drops to 1.5 amps.
WIRING
• Blue - 12V trigger wire - This wire will trigger the output voltage of the WHITE wire
• White - Voltage output - This wire will provide the desired voltage output that is selected by the switch
• Red - Connect to 12V accessory/switch power or constant
• Black - Connect to chassis ground
NOTE: When a separate trigger is not needed, connect BOTH the BLUE and RED/ wires
together.

EXAMPLES
When using the TE-VVT to power on an
aftermarket camera when 3.3V is needed.
BLUE and RED - Reverse/12V accessory
BLACK - Chassis ground
WHITE - Camera power

When using the TE-VVT topower on an OE
camera when replacing the radio with an
aftermarket radio, most commonly 6V.

When using the TE-VVT to power on an OE
amplifier when replacing the radio to avoid a
“turn-on pop”, commonly 5V.
BLUE - Turn-on trigger of the OE amp
RED - 12V accessory
BLACK - Chassis ground
