This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B digital device, pursuant to part
15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a

installed and used in accordance with the instructions, may cause harmful interference to radio communications.

The portable transmitters and associated antennas integrated into this device have demonstrated compliance
with the FCC's RF exposure limits for a 2.5 cm separation distance for the general population in an uncontrolled
environment. The integrated transmitters do not operate simultaneously and the device must not be co-located
or operating in conjunction with any other antenna or transmitter, except in accordance with FCC multi­transmitter product procedures. Operation onboard an aircraft, a ship, or a satellite is prohibited.

Changes or modifications not expressly approved by the party responsible for compliance could void the user's
authority to operate the equipment.

THIS DISCLAIMER APPLIES TO USE OF THE VOYCE PRODUCT (“PRODUCT”) WITH WHICH IT IS PROVIDED.
SUCH PRODUCT MAY BE USED WITH THE VOYCE SERVICE (“SERVICE”) LOCATED AT
MYDOGSVOYCE.COM (THE “SITE”), AND MAY BE ACCESSED VIA CERTAIN INSTALLABLE SOFTWARE
PROVIDED TO YOU FOR USE IN CONNECTION WITH THE PRODUCT AND SERVICE (“CLIENT SOFTWARE”).
ALL USE OF THE SERVICES, SITE AND SOFTWARE IS SUBJECT TO THE TERMS OF USE AVAILABLE AT
[INSERT]. FOR PURPOSES OF THIS DISCLAIMER “YOU” INCLUDES THE PURCHASER OF THE PRODUCT AS
WELL AS THE END-USER OF THE PRODUCT. BY USING THE PRODUCT IN ANY MANNER, YOU ARE
ACKNOWLEDGING THAT YOU HAVE READ AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS DISCLAIMER.

The Product is intended solely for use on dogs. The Service and the Product should not be used on animals other
than dogs, or on children, other people, or objects. The Product and Service are not intended for use as a toy. Use
of the Service or Product in a way that does not conform to the foregoing may result in inaccurate or unreliable
data and information.

i4C warrants to the original purchaser of the Product that, under normal use, the Product will be free from
defective material and faulty workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase of the Product. If,
during this one-year period, the Product does not work properly because of a defect in materials or workmanship,
i4C will replace it with a new Product or equivalent Product free of charge. The warranty of the replacement
Product will expire on the date of the original warranty expiration or one year after the shipment of a
replacement Product, whichever period is longer. Your exclusive remedy with respect to the Product shall be
replacement. The foregoing Limited Warranty does not apply: (a) if the defect arises from altering, tampering, or
mishandling; (b) if the defect arises from damage caused by power surges, accidents, or other irregularities not
due to defects in materials or workmanship; or (c) if any repair or modifications or attempted repair or
modifications of the Product is made other than by i4C.

I4C WARRANTS THAT THE SITE AND SERVICE ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS
WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE,
INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT OF THE
SITE AND SERVICE, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, DATA ACCURACY,
SYSTEM INTEGRATION, OR QUIET ENJOYMENT. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, I4C MAKES NO
WARRANTY THAT: (a) THE SITE OR SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS; (b) THE SITE OR SERVICE
WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE; (c) THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED
FROM USE OF THE PRODUCT, SITE OR SERVICE WILL BE EFFECTIVE, ACCURATE, OR RELIABLE; (d) THE
QUALITY OF THE PRODUCT, SITE OR ANY SERVICE PURCHASED OR ACCESSIBLE BY YOU WILL MEET
YOUR EXPECTATIONS; AND/OR (e) ANY ERRORS OR DEFECTS IN THE PRODUCT, SITE OR SERVICE WILL BE
CORRECTED.

USE OF THE PRODUCT, SITE AND SERVICE IS DONE AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION AND RISK AND WITH
YOUR AGREEMENT THAT YOU WILL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO YOUR COMPUTER,
ELECTRICAL SYSTEM, WIRELESS ROUTER OR COMMUNICATION DEVICE, LOSS OF DATA OR OTHER
HARM THAT RESULTS FROM SUCH ACTIVITIES.

YOU AGREE ON BEHALF OF YOURSELF, AND YOUR FAMILY MEMBERS, HEIRS, EXECUTORS,
ADMINISTRATORS, SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS THAT EVEN IF A COURT, ARBITRATOR OR OTHER
TRIBUNAL DECIDES THAT A FAILURE OF THE PRODUCT, SITE AND/OR SERVICE FOR ANY REASON
CAUSED OR ALLOWED ANY HARM OR DAMAGE (WHETHER PROPERTY DAMAGE, PERSONAL INJURY,
DEATH, EMOTIONAL SUFFERING, LOSS OF CONSORTIUM, OR OTHER SIMILAR HARM OR DAMAGE) TO
YOU OR ANYONE IN YOUR HOME THAT I4C’S COMBINED LIABILITY FOR ANY SUCH HARM CAUSED OR
ALLOWED BY THE PRODUCT SHALL BE LIMITED TO $500.00. THE FOREGOING SHALL BE YOUR ONLY
REMEDY REGARDLESS OF WHAT LEGAL THEORY IS USED TO DETERMINE THAT I4C WAS LIABLE FOR ANY
HARM CAUSED OR ALLOWED BY THE PRODUCT.

THIS PRODUCT IS INTENDED FOR USE WITHIN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA AND MAY NOT BE
EXPORTED, OR USED OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, WITHOUT THE EXPRESS CONSENT
OF I4C.
